Description

一种椅背调节机构 技术领域
本发明涉及一种调节机构,尤其是椅背调节机构。
背景技术
目前,办公场合使用的办公椅,或者日常休闲使用的休闲椅,很多都具有前后倾仰的功能,并且还具有锁定倾仰角度、以及调节倾仰松紧程度的功能。
例如现有技术公开号为CN109393798A的专利申请公开了一种调节座具背框倾仰以及松紧的线控装置。一种调节座具背框倾仰以及松紧的线控装置,包括设于座具中的背框倾仰调节线控装置和背框松紧调节线控装置;所述背框倾仰调节线控装置包括背框连接尾板、倾仰调节机构、倾仰拉绳和倾仰调节手柄,所述倾仰拉绳一端与所述倾仰调节机构连接,另一端与所述倾仰调节手柄连接;所述背框松紧调节线控装置包括松紧调节控制杆、第一松紧拉绳、第二松紧拉绳、松紧调节机构。该专利申请设计背框倾仰调节线控装置和背框松紧调节线控装置,通过线控实现背框倾仰、松紧调节的座具,通过简单的机械机构,使用者可以轻松调整背框到舒服的角度。
以及对上述现有技术在调节松紧进行优化的专利申请,该专利申请公开号为CN111528639A,公开了一种可调节靠背的椅座连接装置,属于转椅技术领域。它包括椅背松紧控制组件;椅背松紧控制组件包括以转动方式进行调控的控制手柄、万向节、传动杆、第一伞齿轮、第二伞齿轮、升降件、升降件的安装座和松紧调节杆。该专利申请采用了万向节替换为原有的拉绳来进行传动,提高了产品在调节椅背松紧时的力传递的响应及时性;也提高了对于椅背松紧调节的精确性和可操控性;同时相对采用拉绳调节的方式也有效改善了力臂的大小,改善了产品在调控时的力传递的大小,改善了对力传递大小的需求,降低了对使用者的力量要求,有效降低了产生产品在调节时因输入的力过大而导致调节机构损坏的可能性,从而提高了产品的使用寿命。
技术问题
首先,以上两个专利申请在调节倾仰松紧度使用的都是旋钮,虽然通过旋转旋钮可以实现无级调节,使得调节更加精细,但是这种调节方式具有以下三个缺陷:
第一,在大跨度调节松紧程度时较为麻烦,用户无法直接跨越调节,而是需要反复转动旋钮来逐步调节,使用起来较为麻烦;而且,这种调节模式的精细度和旋钮的旋转程度是呈正比的,造成性能和使用便利性之间存在矛盾。
第二,旋钮的松紧程度和调节前后倾仰的松紧程度是呈正比的,用户由松至紧的调节过程中,旋转旋钮所需要的力度随之逐渐增大,对于用户的体验感来说较差。
第三,这两个专利申请的松紧装置,无论松紧度如何调节,其作用方式都是在后仰的过程中逐渐变紧,即阻尼逐渐增大,起到类似刹车的作用,以减少后仰到最大角度时止动所造成的顿挫感,但是在后仰的过程中阻尼是一直存在的,并且是呈线性关系的;当用户在放松时,例如往复前后倾仰时(来回摆动),尤其是摆动速度较快的情况下,较为理想的体验是后仰的前半段过程中阻尼较小(较松)甚至是完全没有阻尼,而后仰的后半段过程阻尼较大(较紧)以达到刹车作用。现有技术这两种松紧装置无法实现该体验,如果调节得较松,快速地前后倾仰会造成刹车效果较差,后仰至最大角度止动时的顿挫感较强;如果调节得较紧,可以保证刹车效果,但是前倾后仰的阻尼较大,无法快速地前后倾仰。
其次,在这两个专利申请中,是通过弧形板状结构以插接配合的方式实现前后倾仰角度的锁定,弧形板状结构占据了竖直方向的空间,因此使得位于上方的椅座和位于下方的底座之间几乎没有了结构间隙,底座基本上是直接支撑在椅座的底面上的,使得椅座成为一个刚性结构,用户坐在坐垫上时,椅座受到的压强由边缘处向中心处逐渐变大,因此向下凹陷呈洼坑状的变形趋势,而椅座由于没有变形缓冲余地会造成坐垫中心处质地较硬,舒适度不佳;由于没有间隙,经长时间使用后局部发生老化变形等情况下容易卡住。另外,在现有技术CN111528639A中,椅座(座椅连接件)和底座(托盘)是之间连接的,因此椅座无法同步地前后倾仰,使得用户体验感不佳。
技术解决方案
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种椅背调节机构,提高了前后倾仰松紧度调节的方便性以及功能性。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的。
一种椅背调节机构,包括用于连接椅座的底座、可后仰的椅背架;所述椅背架前端的上部铰接在底座的后段,前端的下部具有左右延伸并贯穿底座两个侧部的摆动杆,摆动杆前后摆动的范围受限;所述底座内设有前后延伸的主推杆、可活动的第一锁定机构,主推杆的后端和摆动杆活动连接,主推杆的前段沿前后方向间隔布置多个第一锁定节点,第一锁定机构可以和位于其活动范围内的第一锁定节点接合或分离,用于阻止或允许主推杆前后移动;所述底座内设有至少一组锁定座、第二弹性压缩结构、可活动的第二锁定机构,第二弹性压缩结构支撑在所述摆动杆和锁定座之间,第二锁定机构可以和锁定座接合或分离,使得摆动杆向前摆动时第二弹性压缩结构被压缩或者不被压缩。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述锁定座沿前后方向间隔布置有多个第二锁定节点,所述第二锁定机构可以和位于其活动范围内的第二锁定节点接合或分离;所述摆动杆位于其前后摆动范围的最后端、并且第二弹性压缩结构处于自然状态时,所述第二锁定机构可以和锁定座最前端的第二锁定节点接合。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述底座内位于锁定座的一侧安装有前后延伸的定轴;所述第二锁定机构包括第二摆臂,其一端转动套接在定轴,另一端具有可以和第二锁定节点接合的第二锁定结构;所述第一锁定机构与其中一个第二锁定机构共享定轴,其包括第一摆臂,其一端具有转动套接在定轴,另一端具有可与第一锁定节点接合的第一锁定结构。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第一锁定机构还包括第一拉线、第一弹性复位件,所述第一拉线贯穿过底座并且和第一摆臂连接,拉动第一拉线可驱使第一摆臂转动从而使得第一锁定结构和第一锁定节点分离,松开第一拉线时第一弹性复位件可驱使第一摆臂转动从而使得第一锁定结构和第一锁定节点接合;所述第二锁定机构还包括第二拉线、第二弹性复位件,所述第二拉线贯穿过底座并且和第二摆臂连接,拉动第二拉线可驱使第二摆臂转动从而使得第二锁定结构和第二锁定节点分离,松开第二拉线时第二弹性复位件可驱使第二摆臂转动从而使得第二锁定结构和第二锁定节点接合;所述第一拉线、第二拉线均连接有安装在底座或椅座的手柄。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第一锁定结构和第一锁定节点、所述第二锁定结构和第二锁定节点均设置为卡接配合的卡舌和卡槽。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述锁定座的后端具有第二套环结构;所述底座内设有前后延伸的副推杆,其后端和所述摆动杆活动连接,其前端滑动穿过第二套环结构并设有限止结构用以阻止从第二套环结构滑脱;所述第二弹性压缩结构套设在副推杆外。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述锁定座呈前后延伸的半筒状结构,其一侧的边缘处沿前后方向间隔布置多个所述第二锁定节点;所述底座内设有前后延伸并且支撑锁定座两侧的滑轨,所述滑轨可在锁定座前后滑动时阻止其沿左右方向的偏移。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述锁定座中部具有上下贯通并且前后延伸的导向槽,所述底座具有滑动插设在导向槽的导向杆;所述导向杆位于导向槽的前端、后端时,所述第二锁定机构可以和锁定座最前端、最后端的第二锁定节点接合。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述底座内设有第一套环结构,所述主推杆的前端滑动穿过第一套环结构;所述主推杆外套设有第一弹性压缩结构,其两端分别支撑在第一套环结构、摆动杆,使得摆动杆向前摆动时第一弹性压缩结构被压缩。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述底座内位于第一套环结构前方设有支撑座,所述支撑座用于支撑所述主推杆的前段。
有益效果
本发明通过第一锁定机构和主推杆的接合可以实现前倾后仰的角度锁定,通过第二锁定机构和锁定座的接合可以调节前倾后仰的松紧度;本发明前倾后仰的松紧度调节具有两个大档,两个大档下具有多个小档可以调节,并且通过不同档位的组合使得前倾后仰的功能更具人性化以及舒适度。

在本说明书中提到或者可能提到的上、下、左、右、前、后、正面、背面、顶部、底部等方位用语是相对于各附图中所示的构造进行定义的,词语“内”和“外”分别指的是朝向或远离特定部件几何中心的方向它们是相对的概念,因此有可能会根据其所处不同位置、不同使用状态而进行相应地变化。所以,也不应当将这些或者其他的方位用语解释为限制性用语。
实施案例1:
参照图1和图2,一种椅背调节机构,包括底座1和椅背架2;底座1呈盒状结构,并用以固定连接椅座,椅背架2设置两个,分别对称地设置在底座1左右两个侧壁的后段,具体的,椅背架2前端的上部通过贯穿底座1侧壁的转轴和底座1铰接,两个椅背架2前端的下部之间连接有左右延伸的摆动杆2-1,底座1的左右两个侧壁开设有允许摆动杆2-1穿过的弧形槽1-h,弧形槽1-h的最前端、最后端限制了摆动杆2-1前后摆动的范围。
需要注意的是,在本申请中,前述和后述的前、后、左、右都是以椅子为参照对象的,将椅子正向面对的方向定义为前方,背向面对的方向定义为后方。
参照图3、图4,摆动杆2-1位于底座1内的部分滑动套接有套管2-11,套管2-11固定连接有主推杆61,当椅背架2后仰时,摆动杆2-1相应地在弧形槽1-h约束的范围内向前摆动,套管2-11会被动地绕摆动杆2-1的轴线转动从而带动主推杆61沿前后方向直线移动,椅背架2的后仰是通过用户背部后靠带动发生的。
参照图3、图4,主推杆61的前段沿前后方向间隔布置有多个第一锁定节点6-A,多个第一锁定节点6-A占据主推杆61的段长占总长的1/4-1/3,该段为主推杆61前后移动调节的长度,与底座1的弧形槽1-h的弧长相对应。底座1内设置有可活动的第一锁定机构,第一锁定机构可以和位于其活动范围内的第一锁定节点6-A相接合或分离。接合时第一锁定机构阻止主推杆61前后移动,从而锁定了椅背架2后仰的角度;分离时主推杆61可以自由地前后移动,从而使得椅背架2后仰的角度可以调节。当第一锁定机构和位于最前端、最后端的第一锁定节点6-A接合时,椅背架2的状态为最前倾、最后仰。
参照图3、图4,在底座1内并且位于主推杆61的左右两侧,分别设置有一组锁定座73、第二弹性压缩结构72、可活动的第二锁定机构,第二弹性压缩结构72的前后两端分别支撑在锁定座73以及摆动杆2-1,其为弹性材质,当受到锁定座73和摆动杆2-1前后挤压的作用力时可被压缩并施加弹力。第二锁定机构和第一锁定机构功能相似,可以和锁定座73接合或分离。接合时,随着摆动杆2-1向前摆动,第二弹性压缩结构72被锁定座73和摆动结构挤压处于压缩状态,从而对摆动杆2-1施加弹力;分离时,第二弹性压缩结构72不会被挤压,因此不会对摆动杆2-1施加弹力。
从结构形状以及移动模式的角度来看,主推杆61是前后延伸的细长型结构,并且是沿其长度方向做前后直线移动,基于此特性,主推杆61对于底座1基本只有前后长度的空间要求,而对上下高度的空间要求较低,只需满足不发生机械干涉即可。因此,底座1在结构形状上可以设置成具有一定宽度(以满足主推杆61和位于其两侧的第二弹性压缩结构72、锁定座73的左后跨度)、特定长度(以满足主推杆61的长度以及其移动范围)、较窄厚度(只需满足主推杆61、第二弹性压缩结构72、锁定座73在上下空间不发生机械干涉)的扁平盒装结构,一方面可以为椅子的其他组成部分(例如椅座、坐垫)预留更多的结构布局空间,另一方面,位于底座1上方的椅座、坐垫等结构更容易将其遮掩,更加美观。
两组锁定座73以及第二弹性压缩结构72是用来调节椅背架2后仰时的松紧度的,通过控制第二锁定机构是否与锁定座73接合,使得后仰的松紧度具有两档可调节。
参照图3、图4,底座1的前段内设置有第一套环结构63,主推杆61的前端滑动穿过第一套环结构63,套环结构提供了对主推杆61前段的支撑以及导向作用,可以使得主推杆61的移动方向保持沿其轴向,避免其前后移动时发生径向的偏斜或窜动。主推杆61位于第一套环结构63和摆动杆2-1之间的部分套设有第一弹性压缩结构62,第一弹性压缩结构62的前后两端分别支撑在第一套环结构63、摆动杆2-1,在摆动杆2-1向前摆动的过程中,第一弹性压缩结构62受到第一套环结构63和摆动杆2-1的挤压被压缩,进而第一弹性压缩结构62对摆动杆2-1施加弹力。第一弹性压缩结构62对摆动杆2-1向后的弹力可以使得椅背架2在无外力作用下迅速前倾复位,实现前后倾仰;另外第一弹性压缩结构62配合两个第二弹性压缩结构72使得椅背架2的后仰具有三挡的松紧程度,第一弹性压缩结构62在摆动杆2-1的前后摆动过程中是始终起到作用的,即第一弹性压缩结构62提供的松紧档位是常驻的,而两个第二弹性压缩结构72提供的两个松紧档位基于第二锁定机构和锁定座73的接合或分离,是可以选择的。
参照图3、图4,锁定座73沿前后方向间隔布置多个第二锁定节点7-A,第二锁定机构可以和位于其活动范围内的第二锁定节点7-A接合或分离,第二锁定机构和不同的第二锁定节点7-A接合,则摆动杆2-1在摆动时第二弹性压缩结构72的压缩量不同,从而使得第二弹性压缩结构72对摆动杆2-1施加的弹力也有所不同。因此综合上述,两个锁定座73基于第二锁定机构和锁定座73结合或分离,提供了后仰的两个可调节的松紧大档,第二锁定机构和锁定座73的哪个第二锁定节点7-A接合,将松紧大档分为了多个可选择的松紧小档,继而椅背架2后仰松紧度的调节更加细致。
摆动杆2-1位于其前后摆动范围的最后端、并且第二弹性压缩结构72处于自然状态时,第二锁定机构可以和锁定座73最前端的第二锁定节点7-A接合。以摆动杆2-1从其摆动范围的最后端向前摆动到最前端这一过程为参照,当第二锁定机构和最前端的第二锁定节点7-A接合时,第二弹性压缩结构72始终处于被压缩的状态,始终对摆动杆2-1施加弹力,弹力的大小与摆动杆2-1向前摆动的幅度成正比。当第二锁定机构和其他的第二锁定节点7-A接合时,摆动杆2-1向前摆动一定幅度后才会和锁定座73开始挤压第二弹性结构,即摆动杆2-1向前摆动一定幅度后才会受到第二弹性压缩结构72施加的逐渐增大的弹力。基于此,两个锁定座73选用不同位置的第二锁定节点7-A进行组合,在后仰过程中的松紧程度变化可以有所区别,但在靠近后仰最大角度时可以调节出大致相同的松紧程度。
例如,将最前端的第二锁定节点7-A设定为1号档,由前至后依次为2号档位、3号档位等,采用两种组合模式,第一种组合模式下两个锁定座73分别选择2号档、4号档,第二种组合模式下都选择3号档,当椅背架2达到后仰最大角度时(摆动杆2-1摆动至最前端),这两种组合模式的阻尼(由弹力产生)是大致相同的,但是在后仰过程中阻尼的变化情况却是不同的:第一种组合模式在摆动杆2-1向前摆动的过程中,2号档的弹力先介入,4号档后介入;第二种组合模式的两个3号档的弹力介入的时间在2号档和4号档之间;因此,在第一种组合模式下,阻尼的介入时间较早,阻尼的平均变化幅度较小,在第二种组合模式下,阻尼的介入时间较晚,阻尼的平均变化幅度较大。
综上,在两个档位之和相同的前提下,两个档位的跨度越大,阻尼介入时间越早,阻尼在整体上越平稳,两个档位的跨度越小,阻尼介入时间越晚,阻尼在整体上越激烈。因此,用户可以自由地选择两个档位的组合,将松紧度调整到最适合的状态。
参照图3、图4,锁定座73在结构上呈现为半筒的形状,其后端具有第二套环结构731,底座1内设有两个分别对应锁定座73的副推杆71,副推杆71沿前后方向延伸,其后端和套管2-11固定连接,其前端滑动穿过第二套环结构731,第二弹性压缩结构72套于锁定座73之外并且支撑在第二套环结构731和套管2-11之间,副推杆71可以在摆动杆2-1向前摆动、第二弹性压缩结构72被压缩时起到作为骨架作用,以避免第二弹性压缩结构72沿副推杆71径向发生弯曲,使其更加稳定可靠。另外,副推杆71的前端螺纹套接有抵靠在第二套环结构731上的螺母711,作为限止结构用以阻止从第二套环结构731滑脱,当第二锁定机构并未与锁定座73接合时,并且摆动杆2-1向后摆动时副推杆71可以将锁定座73拉回复位。
参照图3、图5、图6、图7,主推杆61以及两个副推杆71之间设置有支座11,支座11和底座1为一体结构,由底座1的底板向上凸起形成,并且沿前后方向延伸。支座11的顶部上设置有前后延伸的定轴12,支座11顶部的前后两端分别具有支撑定轴12两端、并使得定轴12悬空的支撑结构111。第二锁定机构包括第二摆臂91、第二拉线93、第二弹性复位件94。第二摆臂91横跨过锁定座73,其一端转动套接在定轴12,另一端具有可以第二锁定结构92,第二锁定节点7-A沿前后方向间隔布置在锁定座73靠近底座1侧壁的一侧上,第二锁定结构92、第二锁定节点7-A设置成卡舌和卡槽,通过卡接配合的方式实现两者的接合。第二拉线93贯穿过底座1的顶板,其一端和第二锁定结构92固定连接,另一端连接有手柄,手柄可以安装在底座上,也可以安装在椅座上。第二弹性复位件94选用扭簧,套在定轴12上,其一端支撑在支座11上,另一端支撑在第二摆臂91上。手柄的结构和申请人在先申请公开号CN109393798A中的倾仰调节手柄相同,在此不再赘述。扳动手柄第二拉线93可将第二锁定结构92向上拉起,从而和第二锁定节点7-A分离,扳动一定角度后手柄卡住可保持第二锁定结构92和第二锁定节点7-A的分离状态;当往回扳动手柄使其解除卡住状态后,在第二弹性复位件94的作用下,第二摆臂91复位转动使得第二锁定结构92和第二锁定节点7-A卡接配合。
第二锁定机构采用扳动手柄的方式来控制第二锁定结构92和第二锁定节点7-A的接合或分离,在操作上是较为灵活和简便的。当摆动杆2-1位于其摆动范围的最后端时,扳动并卡住手柄使得两个第二锁定结构92均和锁定座73分离,然后后仰使得摆动杆2-1向前摆动,在摆动杆2-1向前摆动的过程中,随时可以反向扳动手柄使得第二锁定结构92和第二锁定节点7-A接合从而锁定档位。
参照图3、图5、图6、图7,第一锁定机构和左侧或右侧的第二锁定机构共享相同的定轴12,第一锁定机构包括第一摆臂81、第一拉线83、第一弹性复位件84。第一摆臂81的一端具有转动套接在定轴12,另一端具有可与第一锁定节点6-A接合的第一锁定结构82,第一摆臂81转动套接在定轴12的一端设置成分叉的结构,以避让第二摆臂91,使得第一摆臂81和第二摆臂91可以同时转动套接在定轴12。第一锁定结构82和第一锁定节点6-A也设置成卡接配合的卡舌和卡槽。第一套环结构63的顶部具有向前延伸至第一锁定结构82上方的支撑板结构631,第一拉线83贯穿底座1的顶板以及支撑板结构631,其一端固定连接第一锁定结构82,另一端连接有手柄。第一弹性复位件84选用压簧,其套在第一拉线83外,并且两端分别支撑在第一锁定结构82和支撑板结构631上。操作方式和第二锁定机构相同,在此不再赘述。
位于两个支座11之间并且位于第一锁定机构正下方设置有支撑座13,支撑座13和底座1为一体结构,由底座1的底板向上凸起形成,用以支撑主推杆61的前段,对其施加向上的支撑座13用力,以平衡第一锁定结构82对主推杆61施加向下的作用力,可避免主推杆61后端向上翘起从而使得摆动杆2-1不会被卡死。
底座1内设有前后延伸的滑轨14,滑轨14和底座1为一体结构,由底座1的底板向凸起形成,滑轨14的两侧支撑住锁定座73的两侧,使得锁定座73可以沿着滑轨14前后滑动,并且滑轨14对锁定座73起到限位作用,以避免在前后滑动过程中发生侧向的偏移。
锁定座73中部具有上下贯通并且前后延伸的导向槽73-h,底座1的底板位于滑轨14中间的位置具有向上凸起形成的导向杆15,导向杆15插设在导向槽73-h内起到引导锁定座73前后滑动的作用。另外,导向杆15位于导向槽73-h的前端、后端时,第二锁定机构可以和锁定座73最前端、最后端的第二锁定节点7-A接合,导向杆15和导向槽73-h限定了锁定座73前后滑动范围,使得第二锁定机构的活动范围内始终有可以与其接合的第二锁定节点7-A。
实施案例2:
参照图8,一种可前后倾仰的椅子,包括底座1、椅座3、椅背架2、翻转架5,椅座3的前端、后端分别和翻转架5的上端、椅背架2的中段铰接,底座1的前端、后段分别和翻转架5的下端、椅背架2的前端铰接;椅背架2的后端固定连接椅背框4;底座1后段的底部固定连接椅脚架。底座1和椅背架2的结构和实施案例1相同,底座1内至少具有主推杆61、第一套环结构63以及第一弹性压缩结构62,使得该椅子具有后仰后可以前倾复位的功能。
参照图8、图9,底座1、椅背架2、椅座3以及翻转架5构成了一个平面四连杆结构,椅座3用于固定安装坐垫32,参照图10、图11,当椅背架2后仰时,椅座3也相应得同步向后翻转,使得坐垫32和椅背框4之间夹角的变化幅度较小,从而使得用户在前后倾仰的过程中坐姿可以基本保持不变,尤其是用户自由放松地前后反复摇摆时,使得腰部不用来回扭动,提高了椅子的舒适性。
底座1由前端至后端向下倾斜,使得椅座3与底座1之间的垂直间隙由前至后逐渐增大,椅背架2由前端至后端向上倾斜,使得椅座3和椅背架2之间的垂直间隙由前至后逐渐减小。
用户坐在椅垫上时椅座3受到的压强由边缘处向中心处逐渐变大,在这种压强分布的作用之下,椅座3会具有中心处向下凹陷呈洼坑状的变形趋势。在现有技术中,由于椅座3与底座1之间几乎没有间隙,在底座1的直接支撑作用下,即便坐垫32是有弹性的,在椅座3是完全刚性、没有变形缓冲余地的情况下,坐垫32被挤压的程度由边缘向中心处逐渐加大,会使得坐垫32中心处质地较硬,舒适度不佳。而本申请中,由于椅座3除了前端、后端分别受到翻转架5、椅背架2的支撑之外,其余部分是悬空的,给予椅座3轻微变形的空间,使得用户坐下时起到一个很好的缓冲作用,提高舒适性,尤其是对于体重较大的用户。
现有技术由于椅座3和底座1之间几乎没有间隙存在,为了避免发生机械干涉,还使得椅背架2后仰的幅度有着较大的限制;并且,经长时间使用后局部发生老化变形等情况下,椅背架2的前后倾仰也容易出现卡住、干涉的现象。相比于现有技术,本申请由于底座1和椅座3之间具有很大的间隙盈余,因此无论是前后倾仰的幅度,还是长时间使用局部老化变形,都不会产生负面影响。
另外,椅座3、翻转架5、底座1、椅背架2构成的整体结构呈到三角形,因此具备较好的整体结构强度以及结构稳定性。
参照图9,对于椅座3、翻转架5、底座1、椅背架2构成平面四连杆结构,椅背架2和翻转架5都设置有两个,并且都是左右对称的关系。底座1的左右两个侧壁位于后段的上部分别具有第一铰接点J1,两个椅背架2前端的上部分别和两个第一铰接点J1铰接;底座1左右两个侧壁的前端分别具有第二铰接点J2,椅座3左右两侧的前端分别具有第四铰接点J4,两个翻转架5的下端、上端别和两个第二铰接点J2、第四铰接点J4铰接;椅座3呈平铺的板状结构,其左右两侧的后端分别具有第三铰接点J3,椅背架2的中段具有向其侧方延伸出的支架21,两个支架21的端部和两个第三铰接点J3铰接。
翻转架5在结构上大致呈现为三角形的形状,在椅背架2前倾到最前端时(摆动杆2-1位于摆动范围的最后端),翻转架5的下侧边和底座1的底边平齐。
椅背架2由前端至后端向侧方展开,使得两个椅背架2之间的左右间距由前至后逐渐增大,形成了“八”字型的扩展结构,并且定义了椅背框4的宽度,即两个椅背架2之间的宽度自然过渡至椅背框4的宽度,使得两者的结构过渡更为平稳,提高了椅背架2和椅背框4的整体结构强度和稳定性,而且也更加美观。椅背架2和位于其中段的支架为一体结构,支架的设置可以使得椅背架2和椅背框4充分避让开椅座3的后端。
参照图12,椅背框4包括两个固定连接在椅背架2后端并且沿其延伸方向的椅背连接段41、由两个椅背连接段41的后端向上延伸的两个侧框42、由两个侧框42的顶端横向延伸并合拢的顶框43、连接在两个侧框42底端之间的底框44;侧框42由底端至中部先向前倾斜、由中部至顶端向后倾斜;顶框43由两侧至中间向后倾斜;顶框43、顶框43、两个侧框42合围形成的框型结构用以固定椅背面(图中未显示)。侧框42的形状变化使得椅背面在竖直方向上呈前凸的折角形状,椅背面的上半部可以很好地支撑用户的背部并且顶住腰部,椅背面的下半部与坐垫32之间的空间可以让用户的臀部更加向后深入坐垫32,从而可以让用户挺直腰部,避免用户佝偻的坐姿,起到了对腰部、尤其是腰椎的纠正保护作用。顶框43的形状变化使得椅背面的上半部中间向内凹陷,从而使得其左右两侧对用户颈部的包裹性较好,提高舒适度。
椅背连接段41、以及侧框42底端到中部的外侧边固定连接有沿两者延伸方向伸展的扶手固定架45,扶手固定架45的顶端固定连接有向前伸出的扶手46,扶手固定架45和椅背框4的固定连接,使得扶手46也同步地进行前后倾仰,用户使用时躯干、上肢和下肢可以同步地前后倾仰。
参照图13,椅座3的顶面固定有坐垫支撑板31,坐垫支撑板31的面积大于椅座3,坐垫支撑板31的底面具有向内凹陷形成的安装面31-A,椅座3嵌入安装面31-A,坐垫支撑板31的顶面固定坐垫32,坐垫支撑板31扩大了安装面积,使得坐垫32可以选用更大的尺寸,使得用户更为舒适。另外,述坐垫支撑板31、坐垫32的整个前端呈弧形地向下弯曲,使得用户的小腿可以较为自然地垂下。
最后应说明的是:以上实施案例仅用以说明本实用新型的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施案例对本实用新型进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施案例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本实用新型各实施案例技术方案的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种椅背调节机构,包括用于连接椅座的底座(1)、可后仰的椅背架(2);其特征在于,
    所述椅背架(2)前端的上部铰接在底座(1)的后段,前端的下部具有左右延伸并贯穿底座(1)两个侧部的摆动杆(2-1),摆动杆(2-1)前后摆动的范围受限;
    所述底座(1)内设有前后延伸的主推杆(61)、可活动的第一锁定机构,主推杆(61)的后端和摆动杆(2-1)活动连接,主推杆(61)的前段沿前后方向间隔布置多个第一锁定节点(6-A),第一锁定机构可以和位于其活动范围内的第一锁定节点(6-A)接合或分离,用于阻止或允许主推杆(61)前后移动;
    所述底座(1)内设有至少一组锁定座(73)、第二弹性压缩结构(72)、可活动的第二锁定机构,第二弹性压缩结构(72)支撑在所述摆动杆(2-1)和锁定座(73)之间,第二锁定机构可以和锁定座(73)接合或分离,使得摆动杆(2-1)向前摆动时第二弹性压缩结构(72)被压缩或者不被压缩。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的椅背调节机构,其特征在于,所述锁定座(73)沿前后方向间隔布置有多个第二锁定节点(7-A),所述第二锁定机构可以和位于其活动范围内的第二锁定节点(7-A)接合或分离;所述摆动杆(2-1)位于其前后摆动范围的最后端、并且第二弹性压缩结构(72)处于自然状态时,所述第二锁定机构可以和锁定座(73)最前端的第二锁定节点(7-A)接合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的椅背调节机构,其特征在于,所述底座(1)内位于锁定座(73)的一侧安装有前后延伸的定轴(12);所述第二锁定机构包括第二摆臂(91),其一端转动套接在定轴(12),另一端具有可以和第二锁定节点(7-A)接合的第二锁定结构(92);所述第一锁定机构与其中一个第二锁定机构共享定轴(12),其包括第一摆臂(81),其一端具有转动套接在定轴(12),另一端具有可与第一锁定节点(6-A)接合的第一锁定结构(82)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的椅背调节机构,其特征在于,所述第一锁定机构还包括第一拉线(83)、第一弹性复位件(84),所述第一拉线(83)贯穿过底座(1)并且和第一摆臂(81)连接,拉动第一拉线(83)可驱使第一摆臂(81)转动从而使得第一锁定结构(82)和第一锁定节点(6-A)分离,松开第一拉线(83)时第一弹性复位件(84)可驱使第一摆臂(81)转动从而使得第一锁定结构(82)和第一锁定节点(6-A)接合;所述第二锁定机构还包括第二拉线(93)、第二弹性复位件(94),所述第二拉线(93)贯穿过底座(1)并且和第二摆臂(91)连接,拉动第二拉线(93)可驱使第二摆臂(91)转动从而使得第二锁定结构(92)和第二锁定节点(7-A)分离,松开第二拉线(93)时第二弹性复位件(94)可驱使第二摆臂(91)转动从而使得第二锁定结构(92)和第二锁定节点(7-A)接合;所述第一拉线(83)、第二拉线(93)均连接有安装在底座(1)或椅座的手柄。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的椅背调节机构,其特征在于,所述第一锁定结构(82)和第一锁定节点(6-A)、所述第二锁定结构(92)和第二锁定节点(7-A)均设置为卡接配合的卡舌和卡槽。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的椅背调节机构,其特征在于,所述锁定座(73)的后端具有第二套环结构(731);所述底座(1)内设有前后延伸的副推杆(71),其后端和所述摆动杆(2-1)活动连接,其前端滑动穿过第二套环结构(731)并设有限止结构用以阻止从第二套环结构(731)滑脱;所述第二弹性压缩结构(72)套设在副推杆(71)外。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的椅背调节机构,其特征在于,所述锁定座(73)呈前后延伸的半筒状结构,其一侧的边缘处沿前后方向间隔布置多个所述第二锁定节点(7-A);所述底座(1)内设有前后延伸并且支撑锁定座(73)两侧的滑轨(14),所述滑轨(14)可在锁定座(73)前后滑动时阻止其沿左右方向的偏移。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的椅背调节机构,其特征在于,所述锁定座(73)中部具有上下贯通并且前后延伸的导向槽(73-h),所述底座(1)具有滑动插设在导向槽(73-h)的导向杆(15);所述导向杆(15)位于导向槽(73-h)的前端、后端时,所述第二锁定机构可以和锁定座(73)最前端、最后端的第二锁定节点(7-A)接合。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的椅背调节机构,其特征在于,所述底座(1)内设有第一套环结构(63),所述主推杆(61)的前端滑动穿过第一套环结构(63);所述主推杆(61)外套设有第一弹性压缩结构(62),其两端分别支撑在第一套环结构(63)、摆动杆(2-1),使得摆动杆(2-1)向前摆动时第一弹性压缩结构(62)被压缩。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的椅背调节机构,其特征在于,所述底座(1)内位于第一套环结构(63)前方设有支撑座(13),所述支撑座(13)用于支撑所述主推杆(61)的前段。
