本发明涉及煤矿瓦斯灾害防治技术领域,特别涉及一种水力造斜定向钻进装置与方法。
背景技术
本发明属于煤矿瓦斯灾害防治技术领域,具体涉及煤层中使用水力喷射钻进小半径的径向回转装置及方法。
煤层气是重要的非常规天然气资源之一,在煤矿井下开展高瓦斯煤层的煤层气抽采时,未卸压煤层的煤层气抽采能否取得较好的效果主要取决于煤层的渗透性。但我国大部分矿区的煤层属于高瓦斯低渗煤层,煤质松软且渗透性差,渗透率仅为10 -4~10 -3mD,由于煤层的渗透性直接决定了煤矿瓦斯抽采及利用的效率,解决低渗煤层的煤层气难抽问题已成为确保煤矿安全生产,提高煤层气产量和利用率的关键环节。研发提高低渗煤层的渗透性、煤层气增产的技术与装备,已成为一项艰难而迫切的任务,所以难抽煤层井下增透关键技术及装备研发已成为亟待开展的重要任务。
目前煤层增透多采用密集钻孔方式,单独采用钻孔增透,特别对于穿层钻孔,存在煤体暴露面积少的问题,采用增透技术沿钻孔径向形成多分支径向孔的方式,可显著增大单孔煤体暴露面积。采用径向水力喷射水平钻进技术,煤矿井下钻孔尺寸小,存在回转半径小,推送阻力大,工艺技术复杂等问题,除此之外,由于回转半径限制,水射流喷头与弹性钻杆选型尺寸往往较小,水力钻进与弹性钻杆推送性能较差;采用定向钻进技术,存在回转半径大,施工成本高等问题,不适于单孔多分支小区域钻进增透。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种水力造斜定向钻进装置与方法。本发明主要 用于井下煤层水力造斜定向钻进,相较于径向回转水力喷射钻进技术,具备回转半径大、推进阻力小、工艺简单、成本低的优点。相较于水平井定向钻进技术,具有回转半径小,工艺简单,成本低的优点。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种水力造斜定向钻进装置,该装置包括水力造斜定向钻具、弹性钻杆、推送组件及高压注水泵;所述弹性钻杆与水力造斜定向钻具螺纹连接,所述水力造斜定向钻具包括水射流喷头及造斜辅助组件;
所述推送组件与弹性钻杆相连接,所述推送组件为杆式推送组件或液压式推送组件;推送组件另外通过高压胶管与所述高压注水泵连接,高压注水泵向水力造斜定向钻具注水。

步骤3:利用推送组件继续推送,弹性钻杆受力挠曲,带动水力造斜定向钻具沿定向水力喷射孔逐步定向钻进,形成水力造斜定向钻进孔;
步骤4:利用推送组件将弹性钻杆与水力造斜定向钻具回撤至钻孔;
步骤5:利用推送组件带动弹性钻杆、水力造斜定向钻具旋转或移动至另外设计定向喷射钻进方向,重复步骤3-4,完成多簇水力造斜定向喷射钻进。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:本发明采用水力造斜定向钻具代替传统小半径回转控制装置,并通过弹性钻杆推送,沿煤体逐步回转钻进,形成水力造斜定向钻孔;水射流喷头与弹性钻杆尺寸均不受小半径回转控制装置尺寸限制,为水力造斜定向钻具与弹性钻杆回转提供了更大回转半径,相较于采用小半径回转控制装置的径向回转水力喷射钻进技术,具备回转半径大、推进阻力小、水射流喷头与弹性钻杆尺寸大且性能高、推送与钻进工艺简单、成本低等优点。相较于采用螺杆钻具与常规硬质钻杆结合的定 向钻进技术,具有沿煤体回转半径小,工艺简单,成本低等优点,适合小区域多分支定向回转钻进。

实施例六
利用实施例一~五的水力造斜定向钻进装置,提供一种水力造斜定向钻进方法,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤1:施工钻孔至煤层内部完毕后,利用推送组件3、弹性钻杆2将水力造斜定向钻具1的水射流喷头送至设计造斜钻进位置;
步骤2:将杆式推送组件或液压式推动组件通过高压胶管与高压注水泵5连接,开启高压注水泵5,高压水流经弹性钻杆2至水力造斜定向钻具1的水射流喷头11进行水力造斜定向破煤,产生中心线与钻孔中心线不同向的定向水力喷射孔;
步骤3:利用推送组件3继续推送,弹性钻杆2受力挠曲,带动水力造斜定向钻具1沿定向水力喷射孔逐步定向钻进,形成水力造斜定向钻进孔;
步骤4:利用推送组件3将弹性钻杆2与水力造斜定向钻具1回撤至钻孔6;
步骤5:利用推送组件带动弹性钻杆2、水力造斜定向钻具1旋转或移动至另外设计定向喷射钻进方向,重复步骤3-4,完成多簇水力造斜定向喷射钻进。
参照图13-图14,本发明的弹性钻杆2第一种结构具体为:弹性钻杆2包括柔性内管201与弹性外杆202,在所述柔性内管201外部沿轴向固定有至少一根弹性外杆202,所述柔性内管201的前、后两端分别设有前端连接头205及尾部连接头206;所述至少一根弹性外杆202通过多个套扣204固定在所述柔性内管201外部,所述多个套扣204套装固定在所述柔性内管201外部,所述套扣204上设有多个用于弹性外杆202穿过的通孔,所述弹性外杆202在通孔中可与套扣204之间相对轴向滑动;所述弹性外杆202前端与柔性内管201前端通过第一前端扣押203固定连接。所述弹性外杆202采用弹簧钢或镍钛合金材料制成。柔性内管201可采用胶管。
参照图15-图16,本发明的弹性钻杆2第二种结构具体为:弹性钻杆2包括柔性内管201与弹性外杆202,在所述柔性内管201外部沿轴向固定有至少一根弹性外杆202,所述柔性内管201的前、后两端分别设有前端连接头205及尾部连接头206;所述至少一根弹性外杆202与柔性内管201的前端通过第二前端扣押207相固定,尾端通过尾端扣押208相固定,在第二前端扣押207和尾端扣押208之间通过柔性固定体209将弹性外杆202和柔性内管201相固定,所述柔性固定体209为胶体、水包布或柔性塑料。水包布与柔性塑料采取缠绕的方式将弹性外杆202和柔性内管201相固定,胶体采用粘接的方式将弹性外杆202和柔性内管201相固定。
所述弹性外杆202为实心圆柱体或中空圆柱管体或强力弹簧管体。
另外,本发明的弹性钻杆2还可由连续的油管,柔性钻杆,聚乙烯管或高压胶管代替使用。弹性钻杆根据送入钻孔的难易程度,本发明的所有实施例中弹性钻杆是由单根或多根弹性钻杆首尾螺纹连接而成(数量根据需要进行选择)。
本发明的水射流喷头11为自进自旋转射流喷头或自旋式射流喷头或多孔射流喷头,水射流喷头11射流破煤产生的孔洞尺寸大于水射流喷头11最大外径,且大于弹性钻杆2外径。本实施例中的所有水射流喷头11均具备多个前射流喷射口及多个后射流喷射口。
下面详细地描述采用各实施例的水力造斜定向钻进装置进行水力造斜定向钻进方法:
1、利用实施例一~二的水力造斜定向钻进装置时,水力造斜定向钻进方法具体为:
步骤11:施工钻孔至煤层内部完毕后,依次连接水力造斜定向钻具的水射流喷头11及造斜辅助组件12、弹性钻杆2,利用推送组件3(杆式推送组件),将水力造斜定向钻具1送至钻孔6钻孔内设计造斜钻进位置;
步骤21:将密封推送杆31与通过高压胶管与高压注水泵5连接,开启高压注水泵5,高压水流经密封推送杆31、弹性钻杆2至水力造斜定向钻具1进行水力造斜定向破煤,产生中心线与钻孔中心线不同向的定向水力喷射孔;
步骤31:利用钻机32推送密封推送杆31,弹性钻杆2在密封推送杆31推力,以及煤壁反力作用下发生挠曲,带动水力造斜定向钻具1沿定向水力喷射孔逐步定向钻进,形成水力造斜定向钻进孔7;
步骤41:利用钻机32回撤密封推送杆31,进而完成弹性钻杆2与水力造斜定向钻具1回撤至钻孔6底部;
步骤52:利用钻机32带动密封推送杆31与弹性钻杆2,进而带动水力 造斜定向钻具1旋转至另外设计定向喷射钻进方向,重复步骤31-41,完成多簇水力造斜定向喷射钻进。
2、参照图6,利用实施例三的水力造斜定向钻进装置进行水力造斜定向钻进方法具体为:
步骤13:施工钻孔至煤层内部完毕后,依次连接水力造斜定向钻具1、弹性钻杆2、密封推送杆31,利用钻机32通过一根或多根依次连接的密封推送杆31,将水力造斜定向钻具1送至钻孔底部;
步骤23:利用钢丝牵引绞盘12119少量回拉钢丝12118,在钢丝12118与密封推送杆31扭矩作用下,弹性钻杆2产生少量挠曲,将密封推送杆31与通过高压胶管与高压注水泵5连接,开启高压注水泵5,高压水流经密封推送杆31、弹性钻杆2至水力造斜定向钻具1进行水力造斜定向破煤,产生中心线与钻孔中心线不同向的定向水力喷射孔;
步骤33:停止钢丝牵引绞盘12119对钢丝12118牵引,钢丝12118处于松弛状态,利用钻机32推送密封推送杆31、弹性钻杆2,带动钢丝12118由钢丝牵引绞盘12119拉出,带动水力造斜定向钻具1沿定向水力喷射孔钻进,钻进一段距离后,再次利用钢丝牵引绞盘12119少量回拉钢丝12118,通过扭矩作用再次产生定向水力喷射孔,参照设计定向钻进轨迹,计算钻进距离,重复上述定向与钻进步骤,形成水力造斜定向钻进孔8;
步骤43:利用钻机32回撤密封推送杆31,同时通过钢丝牵引绞盘12119回收钢丝12118,完成弹性钻杆2与水力造斜定向钻具1回撤至钻孔6底部;
步骤53:利用钻机32带动密封推送杆31与弹性钻杆2,进而带动水力造斜定向钻具1旋转至另外设计定向喷射钻进方向,重复步骤33-43,完成多簇水力造斜定向喷射钻进。
步骤61:利用钻机32带动密封推送杆31与弹性钻杆2,进而带动水力造斜定向钻具1移动至设计的其他定向喷射钻进位置,重复步骤13-53,完成 多段水力造斜定向喷射钻进。
3、参照图7,利用实施例四的水力造斜定向钻进装置,提供一种水力造斜定向钻进方法:
步骤14:利用钻机32沿煤层施工多段分支钻进主孔205完毕后,利用钻机32通过多根通体推送杆12123将辅助造斜体12120送至设计造斜定向钻进位置后固定;
步骤24:依次连接第六水射流喷头本体1106、多根弹性钻杆2、密封推送杆31,利用钻机32通过一根或多根依次连接的密封推送杆31,将水力造斜定向钻具沿通体推送杆12123内部送至辅助造斜体12120,完成辅助导向造斜;
步骤34:开启高压注水泵5,高压水流经密封推送杆31、弹性钻杆2至第六水射流喷头本体1106进行水力造斜定向破煤,产生中心线与钻孔中心线不同向的定向水力喷射孔;
步骤44:利用钻机32推送密封推送杆31,带动弹性钻杆2与第六水射流喷头本体1106沿定向水力喷射孔继续钻进,形成分支孔206;
步骤54:利用钻机回撤密封推送杆31,完成弹性钻杆2与第六水射流喷头本体1106回撤至辅助造斜体12120;
步骤62:利用钻机32带动辅助造斜辅助组件12旋转至另外设计定向喷射钻进方向,重复步骤34-54,完成多簇水力造斜定向喷射钻进。
步骤71:利用钻机带动辅助造斜辅助组件移动至另外设计定向喷射钻进位置,重复步骤34-62,完成多段水力造斜定向喷射钻进。
4、参照图11,利用实施例五的水力造斜定向钻进装置,提供一种水力造斜定向钻进方法:
步骤15:利用钻机沿煤层施工多段分支钻进主孔205完毕后,利用钻机32通过多根通体推送杆12123将辅助造斜体12120送至设计造斜定向钻进位 置后固定;
步骤25:连接水射流喷头11、多根弹性钻杆2送入通体推送杆12123,将活塞杆302与弹性钻杆2尾端连接后,送入通体推送杆12123;
连接注液接头307与通体推送杆12123后,将钢丝绳304,穿过密封胶圈306后与活塞杆302另一端固定连接,最后连接密封轴承305与注液接头307,并将注液接头307通过高压胶管与高压注水泵相连,完成安装。
步骤35:开启高压注水泵5,高压水流经注液接头307、通体推送杆12123,作用于第二活塞301产生推力,将多根弹性钻杆2与水射流喷头11向前推送,与此同时,开启钢丝绳绞车308通过特制钢丝绳304控制第二活塞301,进而控制弹性钻杆2与水射流喷头11推进速度;
步骤45:弹性钻杆2与水射流喷头11推送至辅助造斜体12120后完成辅助造斜,与此同时高压水流经活塞杆导水花眼303、活塞杆302、多根弹性钻杆2至水射流喷头11,实现水射流喷头11射流定向射流破煤钻进。
步骤55:钻进设计距离后,停止高压注水泵5,通过钢丝绳绞车308牵引特制钢丝绳304,进而带动弹性钻杆2与水射流喷头11回撤至辅助造斜体12120。
步骤63:利用钻机带动辅助造斜组件12旋转至另外设计方向,重复步骤35-55,完成多簇水力造斜定向喷射钻进。
步骤72:利用钻机带动辅助造斜器移动至另外设计定向喷射钻进位置,重复步骤35-63,完成多段水力造斜定向喷射钻进。
参照图12,在水力造斜定向钻进完毕,形成单簇或多簇水力造斜定向喷射钻进孔基础上,在水力造斜定向钻进煤层段101,利用水力压裂工具102串对封孔段进行水力压裂,达到对水力压裂裂缝扩展的引导,增加裂缝体系。
本发明采用水力造斜定向钻具代替传统小半径回转控制装置,并通过弹性钻杆推送,沿煤体逐步回转钻进,形成水力造斜定向钻孔;水射流喷头与 弹性钻杆尺寸均不受小半径回转控制装置尺寸限制,为水力造斜定向钻具与弹性钻杆回转提供了更大回转半径,相较于采用小半径回转控制装置的径向回转水力喷射钻进技术,具备回转半径大、推进阻力小、水射流喷头与弹性钻杆尺寸大且性能高、推送与钻进工艺简单、成本低等优点。相较于采用螺杆钻具与常规硬质钻杆结合的定向钻进技术,具有沿煤体回转半径小,工艺简单,成本低等优点,适合小区域多分支定向回转钻进。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

  1. 一种水力造斜定向钻进装置,其特征在于,该装置包括水力造斜定向钻具、弹性钻杆、推送组件及高压注水泵;所述弹性钻杆与水力造斜定向钻具螺纹连接,所述水力造斜定向钻具包括水射流喷头及造斜辅助组件;
    所述推送组件与弹性钻杆相连接,所述推送组件为杆式推送组件或液压式推送组件;推送组件另外通过高压胶管与所述高压注水泵连接,高压注水泵向水力造斜定向钻具注水。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种水力造斜定向钻进装置,其特征在于,所述水射流喷头包括第一水射流喷头本体,所述第一水射流喷头本体底部至头部呈倾斜结构;
    所述造斜辅助组件包括定向导向体,在所述定向导向体内部从上到下依次设有定向连接段、第一导水段和第一弹性钻杆连接段;所述定向导向体通过所述定向连接段与所述第一水射流喷头本体螺纹连接,通过第一弹性钻杆连接段与所述弹性钻杆螺纹连接,所述第一水射流喷头本体通过定向导向体与弹性钻杆导通;
    所述定向连接段的中心线与第一弹性钻杆连接段中心线存在偏角δ,所述第一水射流喷头本体中心线与定向连接段的中心线重合;
    所述推送组件为杆式推送组件,包括密封推送杆和钻机,所述密封推送杆与多根相连的弹性钻杆螺纹连接,高压密封推送杆通过钻机夹持控制,高压密封推送杆通过高压胶管与高压注水泵连接。

    所述造斜辅助组件包括第一导水柔性管,在第一导水柔性管内部从上到 下依次设有第一喷头连接段、第二导水段和第二弹性钻杆连接段;所述第一导水柔性管通过第一喷头连接段与所述第二水射流喷头本体螺纹相接,通过第二弹性钻杆连接段与所述弹性钻杆螺纹相接,所述水射流喷头本体通过第一导水柔性管与弹性钻杆导通;第二导向喷射孔口径大于第一导向喷射孔,在水射流钻进时,第二水射流喷头本体产生侧向力F,作用于第一导水柔性管,从而实现钻具定向;
    所述推送组件为杆式推送组件,包括密封推送杆和钻机,所述密封推送杆与多根相连的弹性钻杆螺纹连接,高压密封推送杆通过钻机夹持控制,高压密封推送杆通过高压胶管与高压注水泵连接。

  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种水力造斜定向钻进装置,其特征在于,所述水射流喷头包括第七水射流喷头本体,所述第七水射流喷头本体的底部至头部为竖直结构;
    所述造斜辅助组件包括辅助造斜体、出射窗口,导向斜面及通体推送杆,所述第七水射流喷头本体与所述弹性钻杆螺纹连接;所述辅助造斜体为通体管状,在所述辅助造斜体的侧壁上开设有用于第七水射流喷头本体伸出的出射窗口,在所述辅助造斜体的内壁设置有导向斜面,导向斜面一端与辅助造斜体上沿焊接固定,另一端与辅助造斜体内壁焊接固定,与辅助造斜体轴向夹角为γ,所述辅助造斜体底端与多根通体推送杆螺纹连接,所述通体推送杆为通体管状;
    所述推送组件为液压式推送组件,包括第二活塞、活塞杆、活塞杆导水花眼、钢丝绳、密封轴承、密封胶圈、注液接头、钢丝绳绞车、限位斜面、轴承;其中第二活塞安装在所述活塞杆上,所述活塞杆一端与弹性钻杆螺纹导通相接,另一端与钢丝绳通过轴承可相对转动连接,并且在所述活塞杆外壁开设有活塞杆导水花眼,第二活塞可沿通体推送杆、辅助造斜体内壁密封滑动,并于辅助造斜体端口内壁焊接固定有限位斜面,用于第二活塞限位, 并起到阻挡煤矸石作用;注液接头一端与通体推送杆螺纹导通相接,另一端与密封轴承螺纹相连;密封轴承内部设有密封胶圈,钢丝绳穿过密封胶圈的内孔并沿密封轴承密封滑动,并由钢丝绳绞车固定与牵引。
  7. 一种水力造斜定向钻进装置的钻进方法,采用如权利要求1-6任意一项所述的水力造斜定向钻进装置实现,具体包括以下步骤:
    步骤1:施工钻孔至煤层内部完毕后,利用推送组件、弹性钻杆将水力造斜定向钻具的水射流喷头送至钻孔内设计造斜钻进位置;
    步骤2:将杆式推送组件或液压式推动组件通过高压胶管与高压注水泵连接,开启高压注水泵,高压水流经弹性钻杆至水力造斜定向钻具的水射流喷头进行水力造斜定向破煤,产生中心线与钻孔中心线不同向的定向水力喷射孔;
    步骤3:利用推送组件继续推送,弹性钻杆受力挠曲,带动水力造斜定向钻具沿定向水力喷射孔逐步定向钻进,形成水力造斜定向钻进孔;
    步骤4:利用推送组件将弹性钻杆与水力造斜定向钻具回撤至钻孔;
    步骤5:利用推送组件带动弹性钻杆、水力造斜定向钻具旋转或移动至另外设计定向喷射钻进方向,重复步骤3-4,完成多簇水力造斜定向喷射钻进。
