T3、启动转动电机,带动与转动电机输出轴固定连接的连接轴与扇叶转动,扇叶在转动的过程中对安装壳内腔中的热度进行散除,同时扇叶的吹动可以将安装壳内腔元器件表面的灰尘进行吹除,同时启动抽取泵,与抽取泵抽取口固定连接的抽取管、延伸槽和抽取孔的配合使用对安装壳内腔中的灰尘进行抽取;
T4、抽取后的灰尘通过出料管排放至存放箱内腔,通过存放箱的开启来对存放箱表面的灰尘进行排放。
有益效果
本发明中记载了具有快速维护功能的录波仪及使用方法,通过维护板的设置可以方便对安装壳内腔的元器件进行维护以及检修,维护板通过安装板和固定头与安装壳内腔的固定槽连接,同时维护板与安装壳连接时,固定头与固定槽内腔连接来对连接后的维护板进行固定,从而保证安装壳内腔的密封性,需要对安装壳内腔进行维护时,按压安装板可以对固定头与固定槽进行分离,从而方便维护板的开启,开启后的维护板方便人们对安装壳内腔进行检修维护,有效减少开启维护板所耗费的时间,增加维护检修的效率。

在下文的描述中,给出了大量具体的细节以便提供对本发明更为彻底的理解。然而,对于本领域技术人员而言显而易见的是,本发明可以无需一个或多个这些细节而得以实施。在其他的例子中,为了避免与本发明发生混淆,对于本领域公知的一些技术特征未进行描述。
实施例1
请参阅图1-5,本实施例提供了具有快速维护功能的录波仪,包括固定座1,固定座1表面固定安装有安装壳2,安装壳2内腔安装有元器件,安装壳2表面一侧安装有维护板3,维护板3底部与安装壳2之间连接有转动轴4,安装壳2表面一侧开设有与维护板3底部相匹配的活动槽41,维护板3表面一侧设置有安装板31,维护板3通过转动轴4和活动槽41的配合使用可以达到开启和关闭的目的,同时维护板3可以在安装壳2的一侧表面转动,维护板3的开启可以方便对安装壳2内腔中的元器件进行维护,有效减少打开安装壳2所耗费的时间,增加安装壳2内腔元器件的维护效率。
现有的录波仪在密封时,多采用螺栓固定的方式来对录波仪进行固定和密封,螺栓固定的方式在开启时需要用到不同的工具将录波仪打开,打开的方式及其不方便且耗费时间,影响录波仪的维护效率,为了方便维护板3与安装壳2表面固定,维护板3表面开设有与安装板31相匹配的推动槽32,安装板31顶部固定安装有固定头37,安装壳2表面一侧开设有滑动槽33,滑动槽33顶部开设有与固定头37相匹配的固定槽34,安装板31表面与维护板3内腔之间连接有顶起弹簧。
安装壳2内腔底部安装有抽取泵6,当维护板3与安装壳2表面关闭贴合时,维护板3一侧表面的固定头37穿过维护板3表面与安装壳2内腔的滑动槽33表面滑动贴合,维护板3按压至安装壳2内腔底部时,固定头37滑动至滑动槽33内腔底部,与滑动槽33底部的固定槽34卡接。
同时固定头37在安装板31和顶起弹簧的作用下固定在固定槽34内腔,固定在固定槽34内腔中的固定头37可以对贴合后的维护板3起到固定的作用,使得维护板3固定在安装壳2的一侧表面,从而达到密封的效果,同时在需要对打开录波仪时,将固定头37与固定槽34分离,分离后的固定头37可以方便维护板3的打开,同时固定和开启维护板3的方式简单快捷,有效的减少密封录波仪所耗费的时间,增加工作的效率。
安装板31一端穿过推动槽32内腔,固定头37底部穿过维护板3表面与安装板31一端表面固定连接,维护板3内腔开设有安装槽38,安装板31安装在安装槽38内腔,安装槽38内腔固定安装有连接头36,连接头36顶部与安装板31底部表面贴合,安装槽38内腔远离连接头36的一端表面固定安装有顶起板35。
顶起板35与安装板31底部表面之间固定连接有顶起弹簧,当维护板3与安装壳2内腔连接后,固定头37在安装板31、连接头36、顶起板35和顶起弹簧的配合使用在与固定槽34内腔卡接,安装板31在固定头37与固定槽34卡接时。
与固定头37底部固定连接的一端下降,安装板31远离固定头37的一端在顶起板35和顶起弹簧的弹簧作用下升起,同时通过连接头36和顶起弹簧的设置,安装板31时刻处于一端升起一端下降的状态,使得固定头37固定在固定槽34的内腔中,固定后的固定头37对连接后的维护板3进行固定。
需要对安装壳2内腔中的元器件进行维护时,按压安装板31升起的一端,使得与固定头37固定连接的安装板31一端升起,同时使得固定槽34内腔中的固定头37从固定槽34中分离开来,分离后的固定头37不再对连接后的维护板3进行固定,从而拉动维护板3可以将维护板3与安装壳2分离开来,开启维护板3后的安装壳2可以更加方便人们对安装壳2内腔中的元器件进行维护检修,有效减少开启维护板3所耗费的时间,同时增加维护元器件的效率。
实施例2
请参阅图1-5,在实施例1的基础上做了进一步改进:
现有的录波仪内腔不设有散热装置,导致录波仪内腔的元器件在长期的使用过程中容易发生过热的情况,元器件长期处于过热状态下及其容易发生损坏,减少了录波仪的使用寿命,为了方便对安装壳2内腔进行散热,安装壳2内腔顶部固定安装有转动电机7,转动电机7的输出轴固定连接有连接轴71,连接轴71表面安装有扇叶72,安装壳2内腔开设有与扇叶72相匹配的散热槽73,散热槽73位于扇叶72底部,通过扇叶72、散热槽73和散热孔的配合使用,可以对录波仪内腔中元器件使用产生的热量进行散除,防止热量长期堆积在录波仪内腔对元器件造成损害,从而可以延长录波仪的使用寿命,降低使用的成本。
安装壳2内腔顶部开设有与散热槽73相匹配的散热孔,启动转动电机7,与转动电机7输出轴固定连接的连接轴71和扇叶72发生转动,扇叶72转动将安装壳2内腔中的热度进行散除,同时扇叶72转动产生的风力通过散热槽73进入安装壳2内腔,风力可以将安装壳2内腔中元器件表面的灰尘进行吹除,防止灰尘堆积在元器件的表面而影响元器件的正常使用。
同时灰尘的堆积会缩短元器件的使用寿命,同时通过散热孔和散热槽73的配合使用可以将安装壳2内腔中的热度进行散除,同时扇叶72的转动可以加快安装壳2内腔中空气的流通速度,散热孔将安装壳2内腔中的热度散发出,通过扇叶72将新的空气吹入至安装壳2的内腔中,使得安装壳2内腔中的温度时刻处于适合元器件工作的温度。
安装壳2内腔底部固定安装有抽取泵6,抽取泵6两侧抽取口连接有抽取管61,抽取管61与抽取口之间固定连接有密封头62,安装壳2内腔表面两侧开设有延伸槽63,延伸槽63内壁表面开设有抽取孔64,抽取孔64与安装壳2内腔互通,抽取管61一端穿过安装壳2内壁与延伸槽63内腔固定连接。
启动抽取泵6,与抽取泵6抽取口固定连接的抽取管61对延伸槽63和抽取孔64表面的灰尘进行抽取,通过扇叶72吹动后的灰尘更加方便被抽取管61抽取,安装壳2内腔中的灰尘通过抽取孔64进入延伸槽63的内腔,进入延伸槽63中的灰尘通过抽取管61和抽取泵6的配合使用达到抽取的效果。
有效防止灰尘堆积在安装壳2的内腔中,灰尘的堆积会影响元器件的正常使用,抽取泵6、抽取管61、延伸槽63和抽取孔64的配合使用可以方便对安装壳2内腔中的灰尘进行清理,密封头62的设置可以保证抽取管61与抽取泵6连接的密封性,从而保证抽取管61的吸力,使得抽取管61可以更好的抽取安装壳2内腔中管的灰尘。
实施例3
请参阅图1-5,在实施例2的基础上做了进一步改进:
由于现有的录波仪内腔不设有灰尘收集装置,导致灰尘堆积在录波仪的内腔对录波仪内腔中的元器件造成损害,灰尘的堆积不仅影响元器件的正常使用,同时妨碍工人对录波仪的检修和维护,为了方便对抽取后的灰尘进行收集和排放,固定座1内腔中部安装有存放箱5,存放箱5表面连接设置有滑块,固定座1内腔开设有与滑块相匹配的滑槽,存放箱5通过滑块与滑槽内腔连接,存放箱5与抽取泵6的排出口之间连接有出料管51。
抽取后的灰尘通过排出口和出料管51排放至存放箱5的内腔中,存放箱5有着存放抽取后的灰尘的作用,同时通过滑块和滑槽的设置可以方便存放箱5的开启,开启后的存放箱5可以方便将存放箱5内腔中的灰尘进行排放,排放后的存放箱5可以对灰尘进行再次收集,存放箱5的设置可以方便对抽取后的灰尘进行存放和收集的作用,防止收取后的灰尘乱排乱放而造成污染。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (9)

  1. 具有快速维护功能的录波仪,包括固定座(1),所述固定座(1)表面固定安装有安装壳(2),所述安装壳(2)内腔安装有元器件,其特征在于:所述安装壳(2)表面一侧安装有维护板(3),所述维护板(3)底部与安装壳(2)之间连接有转动轴(4),所述安装壳(2)表面一侧开设有与维护板(3)底部相匹配的活动槽(41),所述维护板(3)表面一侧设置有安装板(31),所述维护板(3)表面开设有与安装板(31)相匹配的推动槽(32),所述安装板(31)顶部固定安装有固定头(37),所述安装壳(2)表面一侧开设有滑动槽(33),所述滑动槽(33)顶部开设有与固定头(37)相匹配的固定槽(34),所述安装板(31)表面与维护板(3)内腔之间连接有顶起弹簧,所述安装壳(2)内腔底部安装有抽取泵(6)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有快速维护功能的录波仪,其特征在于:所述安装板(31)一端穿过推动槽(32)内腔,所述固定头(37)底部穿过维护板(3)表面与安装板(31)一端表面固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的具有快速维护功能的录波仪,其特征在于:所述维护板(3)内腔开设有安装槽(38),所述安装板(31)安装在安装槽(38)内腔,所述安装槽(38)内腔固定安装有连接头(36),所述连接头(36)顶部与安装板(31)底部表面贴合,所述安装槽(38)内腔远离连接头(36)的一端表面固定安装有顶起板(35),所述顶起板(35)与安装板(31)底部表面之间固定连接有顶起弹簧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的具有快速维护功能的录波仪,其特征在于:所述固定座(1)内腔中部安装有存放箱(5),所述存放箱(5)表面连接设置有滑块,所述固定座(1)内腔开设有与滑块相匹配的滑槽,所述存放箱(5)通过滑块与滑槽内腔连接,所述存放箱(5)与抽取泵(6)的排出口之间连接有出料管(51)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的具有快速维护功能的录波仪,其特征在于:所述安装壳(2)内腔底部固定安装有抽取泵(6),所述抽取泵(6)两侧抽取口连接有抽取管(61),所述抽取管(61)与抽取口之间固定连接有密封头(62)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的具有快速维护功能的录波仪,其特征在于:所述安装壳(2)内腔表面两侧开设有延伸槽(63),所述延伸槽(63)内壁表面开设有抽取孔(64),所述抽取孔(64)与安装壳(2)内腔互通,所述抽取管(61)一端穿过安装壳(2)内壁与延伸槽(63)内腔固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的具有快速维护功能的录波仪,其特征在于:所述安装壳(2)内腔顶部固定安装有转动电机(7),所述转动电机(7)的输出轴固定连接有连接轴(71),所述连接轴(71)表面安装有扇叶(72)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的具有快速维护功能的录波仪,其特征在于:所述安装壳(2)内腔开设有与扇叶(72)相匹配的散热槽(73),所述散热槽(73)位于扇叶(72)底部,所述安装壳(2)内腔顶部开设有与散热槽(73)相匹配的散热孔。
  9. 具有快速维护功能的录波仪的使用方法,采用根据权利要求6所述的具有快速维护功能的录波仪,其特征在于,具体包括如下步骤:
    T1、推动维护板(3),维护板(3)通过转动轴(4)和活动槽(41)在安装壳(2)表面开启或关闭,关闭维护板(3)时,推动维护板(3)与安装壳(2)表面连接,固定头(37)通过连接头(36)和安装板(31)的配合使用与滑动槽(33)表面贴合,当维护板(3)与安装壳(2)表面贴合时,固定头(37)滑动至固定槽(34)内腔,同时固定头(37)在顶起板(35)与顶起弹簧的弹力作用下固定在固定槽(34)内腔,固定的固定头(37)对贴合后的维护板(3)进行固定;
    T2、需要开启维护板(3)来对安装壳(2)内腔维护时,按压安装板(31)在连接头(36)的作用下将固定头(37)从固定槽(34)内腔中移出,固定头(37)不再对维护板(3)固定,拉动安装板(31)可以将维护板(3)从安装壳(2)表面中分离;
    T3、启动转动电机(7),带动与转动电机(7)输出轴固定连接的连接轴(71)与扇叶(72)转动,扇叶(72)在转动的过程中对安装壳(2)内腔中的热度进行散除,同时扇叶(72)的吹动可以将安装壳(2)内腔元器件表面的灰尘进行吹除,同时启动抽取泵(6),与抽取泵(6)抽取口固定连接的抽取管(61)、延伸槽(63)和抽取孔(64)的配合使用对安装壳(2)内腔中的灰尘进行抽取;
    T4、抽取后的灰尘通过出料管(51)排放至存放箱(5)内腔,通过存放箱(5)的开启来对存放箱(5)表面的灰尘进行排放。
