本申请涉及衣物洗护技术领域,尤其涉及一种箱体组件及衣物处理设备。
背景技术
以波轮洗衣机为例,根据不同的产品型号,例如,按负载重量划分为不同的产品型号等,其箱体一般分为不同的规格,对于同一种型号的波轮洗衣机,其箱体的外观面单一,无法满足用户对造型、颜色、图案等外观的不同需求。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请实施例期望提供一种在制造过程中外观组合可以灵活多变的箱体组件及衣物处理设备。
本申请实施例提供一种箱体组件,用于容纳并承载衣物处理设备的筒部装,所述箱体组件包括相互独立的所述第一子壳段和所述第二子壳段,所述第二子壳段设置于所述第一子壳段上方,所述第一子壳段的外表面和所述第二子壳段的外表面作为所述箱体组件的外观面的至少一部分。
一些实施方案中,所述第二子壳段的外表面的颜色和所述第一子壳段 的外表面的颜色不同;和/或,所述第二子壳段的外表面的工艺和所述第一子壳段的外表面的工艺不同;和/或,所述第二子壳段的外表面的造型和所述第一子壳段的外表面的造型不同;和/或,所述第二子壳段的外表面上的图案和所述第一子壳段的外表面的图案不同。
一些实施方案中,所述第二子壳段呈沿环绕所述筒部装的周向延伸的闭环结构。
一些实施方案中,沿所述箱体组件的高度方向,所述第二子壳段的高度与所述箱体组件的总高度的比例为0.4~0.6。

本申请实施例提供一种衣物处理设备,包括工作台组件、筒部装、悬挂系统以及上述任意实施例的箱体组件,所述筒部装设置于所述第一子壳段和所述第三子壳段限定的安装空间中,所述筒部装通过所述悬挂系统悬挂于所述第三子壳段上;所述工作台组件支撑于所述第二子壳段上和/或所述第三子壳段上。
一些实施方案中,所述第二子壳段的内表面形成有多个筋片,各所述 筋片的底端抵靠在所述第三子壳段的顶端,所述工作台组件支撑在各所述筋片上。

本申请实施例的箱体组件,可以分别采用不同的工艺生产多种具有不同外观视觉的第一子壳段和生产多种具有不同外观视觉的第二子壳段,在组装过程中,可以根据不同的需求对第一子壳段和第二子壳段进行组配,形成具有多种外观组合的箱体组件,便于衣物处理设备外观的灵活改变,且不需要设置不同的产线,也就是说,即使生产多种外观组合的箱体组件也可以共用产线,可以进行标准化、模块化的生产装配,简化制造工序中制造不同外观的衣物处理设备的制造难度,提升制造效率;此外,本申请实施例的箱体组件,第一子壳段和第二子壳段呈现上下分层视觉,具有较好的层次感。

本申请实施例提供一种衣物处理设备,示例性地,衣物处理设备为立轴式衣物处理设备,例如,波轮洗衣机、脱水机等。
请参阅图1、图7、图10、图13、图15以及图17,衣物处理设备包括工作台组件3、筒部装2以及箱体组件1。箱体组件1用于容纳筒部装2, 具体地,请参阅图7、图10、图15、以及图17,箱体组件1具有安装空间1a,筒部装2设置于安装空间1a中,也就是说,箱体组件1围设在筒部装2周围。工作台组件3设置于箱体组件1的顶侧。
示例性地,请参阅图1、图2、图7、图10、图13至图15,衣物处理设备包括底座4,箱体组件1罩设并支撑在底座4的上方。衣物处理设备通过底座4放置在地面上。
工作台组件3设置有衣物取放口3c,筒部装2内设置有衣物处理腔,衣物处理腔的顶侧敞开,衣物取放口3c位于衣物处理腔的上方,用户能够从工作台组件3的上方取放衣物。
示例性地,请参阅图1、图13至图15,衣物处理设备包括盖体5,盖体5能够选择性地打开或关闭衣物取放口3c。
示例性地,筒部装2包括外桶和转动地设置外桶内的内筒,内筒内的空间为衣物处理腔。外桶可以用于盛水,内筒通过外桶盛水,即内筒为有孔式内筒;外桶也可以不用来盛水,内筒自身能够盛水,即内筒为无孔式内筒。
可以理解的是,在立轴式衣物处理设备中,内筒的转动轴线大致沿竖直方向布置,具体地,内筒的转动轴线与竖直方向的夹角可以是0°,也可以具有一定的小角度夹角,例如小于15°的夹角。
示例性地,请参阅图15和图17,衣物处理设备包括悬挂系统6,筒部装2通过悬挂系统6悬挂于箱体组件1上。也就是说,箱体组件1承载了筒部装2的重量,因此,箱体组件1需要具有适当的结构强度和刚度。悬挂系统6具有一定的减振作用,能够降低筒部装2向箱体组件1传递的激振力,降低箱体组件1的振幅和噪音。
箱体组件1的周向表面作为衣物处理设备的外观面,对衣物处理设备的外观美感具有较大的影响。
示例性地,请参阅图1、图2、图7、图10、图12至图15、以及图17,箱体组件1包括相互独立的第一子壳段11和第二子壳段12,第二子壳段12设置于第一子壳段11上方,第一子壳段11的外表面和第二子壳段12的外表面作为箱体组件1的外观面的至少一部分。
其中,所述的外表面指的是背离筒部装2的一侧的表面。也就是说,第一子壳段11的外表面以及第二子壳段12的外表面均暴露于衣物处理设备的外部视野,用户能够直接看到第一子壳段11和第二子壳段12。
需要说明的是,所述的相互独立指的是,第一子壳段11单独制造成型,第二子壳段12单独制造成型,在箱体组件1装配过程中,两者作为两个独立的零部件进行组装。例如,第一子壳段11通过一块金属板冷加工成型,或者通过注塑成型;第二子壳段12通过另一块金属板冷加工成型,或者,通过注塑成型。
本申请实施例的箱体组件1,可以分别采用不同的工艺生产多种具有不同外观视觉的第一子壳段11和生产多种具有不同外观视觉的第二子壳段12,在组装过程中,可以根据不同的需求对第一子壳段11和第二子壳段12进行组配,形成具有多种外观组合的箱体组件1,便于衣物处理设备外观的灵活改变,且不需要设置不同的产线,也就是说,即使生产多种外观组合的箱体组件1也可以共用产线,可以进行标准化、模块化的生产装配,简化制造工序中制造不同外观的衣物处理设备的制造难度,提升制造效率。
本申请实施例的箱体组件1,第一子壳段11和第二子壳段12呈现上下分层的视觉效果,具有较好的层次感。
需要说明的是,对于同一个衣物处理设备而言,第一子壳段11和第二子壳段12呈现出来的外观视觉可以是相同的,也可以不同,在组装过程中,可以根据实际需要而进行灵活选配。
例如,第二子壳段12的外表面的颜色和第一子壳段11的外表面的颜 色不同。其中,颜色不同指的是两者的颜色组配不完全相同。
例如,第二子壳段12的外表面的工艺和第一子壳段11的外表面的工艺不同。其中,所述的工艺不同指的是具有不同的外观形态,例如,磨砂表面、光滑表面等。
例如,第二子壳段12的外表面的造型和第一子壳段11的外表面的造型不同。其中,所述的造型不同指的是具有不同的外观形状,例如,表面的滚花花纹不同、流线型的轮廓线弧度不同等。
例如,第二子壳段12的外表面上的图案和第一子壳段11的外表面的图案不同。
颜色、工艺、造型、图案等能够呈现出较大的外观视觉差异,给用户以不同的视觉冲击。
需要说明的是,第一子壳段11的外表面和第二子壳段12的外表面可以位于箱体组件1的任意一侧或任意多侧。可以理解的是,由于箱体组件1的前侧的外观面对衣物处理设备的外观影响较大,因此,上述的第一子壳段11的外表面和第二子壳段12的外表面至少能够作为箱体组件1的前侧的外观面。
示例性地,一些实施例中,第一子壳段11的外表面和第二子壳段12的外表面既能作为箱体组件1的前侧的外观面,还能够作为箱体组件1的左右两侧的外观面。示例性地,另一些实施例中,第一子壳段11的外表面和第二子壳段12的外表面能作为箱体组件1前、后、左、右四个方位的外观面。
示例性地,请参阅图2至图5、图13,第二子壳段12呈沿环绕筒部装2的周向延伸的闭环结构,也就是说,第二子壳段12环绕筒部装2的周向,且在周向为首尾衔接在一起的连续结构,第二子壳段12的周向外表面均作为箱体组件1的外观面。
需要说明的是,闭环结构的第二子壳段12可以作为箱体组件1的受力主体的一部分;第二子壳段12也可以只具有装饰作用,而不作为受力主体的一部分,即不承载筒部装2及其负载的重量。
本申请实施例中的受力主体指的是承载工作台组件3、筒部装2及其载荷的结构件,结构件需要具有适当的结构强度和刚度。
需要说明的是,除了上述的第一子壳段11和第二子壳段12外,箱体组件1还可以包括其他的子壳段,第一子壳段11、第二子壳段12以及其他的子壳段沿高度方向布置以构成箱体组件1,该实施例中,第一子壳段11和第二子壳段12可以相邻布置,也可以间隔布置,也就是说,第一子壳段11和第二子壳段12之间布置有其他的一个或多个子壳段。
示例性地,一些实施例中,箱体组件1仅由第一子壳段11和第二子壳段12构成,如此,能够兼顾箱体组件1的结构可靠性和装配工序。该实施例中,第一子壳段11的外表面和第二子壳段12的外表面构成整个箱体组件1的外观面。
示例性地,请参阅图10和图17,沿箱体组件1的高度方向,第二子壳段12的高度L1与箱体组件1的总高度L2的比例为0.4~0.6,即L1/L2=0.4~0.6,例如,0.4、0.5、0.6。也就是说,第二子壳段12需要占据适度的尺寸比例,以使得第二子壳段12对衣物处理设备的外观具有较大的影响。在可以更换第二子壳段12的实施例中,用户更换第二子壳段12后,能够具有与原有衣物处理设备明显不同的视觉感受,提升用户体验感。

第一实施例
请参阅图1至图11,第二子壳段12呈闭环结构。
请参阅图2、图7以及图10,箱体组件1包括嵌套设置在第二子壳段12内的第三子壳段13,第三子壳段13衔接于第一子壳段11的上方且与第一子壳段11一体成型,第一子壳段11和第三子壳段13共同作为用于箱体组件1的受力主体,第二子壳段12活动地套设在第二子壳段12的外周,筒部装2通过悬挂系统6悬挂于第三子壳段13上。
第一子壳段11和第三子壳段13构成箱体组件1的受力主体,该受力主体可以是现有技术中的箱体,第二子壳段12仅作为装饰壳,不作为受力结构件,不承受筒部装2的重量,也就是说,相当于在现有的箱体的外周套设一个装饰壳,因此,第二子壳段12的材质选择更加丰富,可以选择塑料薄壁件,便于形成色彩、图案、工艺、造型更加丰富的外观。
在该实施方式中,当需要更换第二子壳段12时,由于不需要挪动悬挂系统6,因此能够更加方便地拆装第二子壳段12,便于用户自行更换。例如,用户在产生更换衣物处理设备的外观的需求时,只需购买一个外观心仪的第二子壳段12,拆除原有的第二子壳段12,并安装新的第二子壳段12,最终方便的更换衣物处理设备的外观,提升用户的体验感。
该实施例中,工作台组件3支撑于第二子壳段12和/或第三子壳段13上,例如,一些实施例中,工作台组件3只支撑于第二子壳段12上,而不会支撑于第三子壳段13上;另一些实施例中,工作台组件3只支撑于第三子壳段13上,而不会支撑于第二子壳段12上;再一些实施例中,工作台组件3同时支撑于第二子壳段12和第三子壳段13上,也就是说,第二子壳段12和第三子壳段13共同支撑工作台组件3。
示例性地,请参阅图8、图9、图10以及图11,第二子壳段12的顶端高于第三子壳段13的顶端,工作台组件3支撑于第二子壳段12上。

需要说明的是,第一连接片131可以是与第三子壳段13一体成型的塑料件,也可以是设置在第三子壳段13上的钣金件,在此不做限制。
螺钉可以是自动螺钉,在装配现场临时攻丝。
示例性地,请继续参阅图9,第二子壳段12的后侧壁设置有第一连接 孔12b,工作台组件3的后侧壁设置有第二连接孔3a,第一连接片131设置有第三连接孔131a,第三连接孔131a的孔壁上攻丝出螺牙,螺钉依次穿过第一连接孔12b、第二连接孔3a并拧入第三连接孔131a内。该实施例中,示例性地,螺钉不会裸露在箱体组件1的前侧、左侧和后侧的外观面,用户不易观看到,因此,几乎不影响衣物处理设备的外观。
示例性地,请参阅图4和图5,第二子壳段12的侧壁形成有连接座123,请参阅图11,连接座123具有沿衣物处理设备的高度方向延伸的螺钉孔123a,工作台组件3形成有沿高度方向延伸的通孔3b,螺钉自上而下穿过通孔3b并拧入螺钉孔123a内。该实施例中,螺钉暴露于工作台的顶侧,不会暴露在箱体组件1的外观面,因此,几乎不影响衣物处理设备的外观。
需要说明的是,连接座123可以设置在第二子壳段12的任意侧的侧壁上。示例性地,连接座123形成在第二子壳段12的前侧壁上,一方面,工作台组件3的顶端的前部具有较大的空间,因此,便于设置上述的通孔3b,另一方面,与上述的第一连接片处的连接的搭配,形成前后可靠的装配。
示例性地,请参阅图4、图8以及图11,第二子壳段12的侧壁形成有卡接凸起124,第三子壳段12的顶端配置有插孔132a,卡接凸起124与插孔132a卡接配合。装配过程中,将第二子壳段12自上而下地套接在第三子壳段13的周向的过程中,卡接凸起124卡入插孔132a内,实现第二子壳段12和第三子壳段13的定位。
卡接凸起124和连接座123的相对位置不限。示例性地,卡接凸起124大致位于连接座123的底侧且与连接座123衔接在一起,以提升卡接凸起124根部的结构强度,降低卡接凸起124因应力集中而导致开裂的几率。
第三子壳段13形成插孔132a的方式不限。示例性地,第三子壳段13的顶端配置有第二连接片132,第二连接片132上设置该插孔132a。
需要说明的是,第二连接片132可以是与第三子壳段13一体成型的塑 料件,也可以是设置在第二连接片132的钣金件,在此不做限制。
第二实施例
请参阅图12至图17,第二子壳段12呈闭环结构。
第一子壳段11和第二子壳段12均作为箱体组件1的受力主体沿高度方向的组成部分,第二子壳段12支撑于第一子壳段11的顶端。具体地,第二子壳段12设置有用于悬挂所述衣物处理设备的悬挂系统连接的挂接部,也就是说,悬挂系统挂接在挂接部上,第二子壳段12承载整个筒部装2及其负载的重量,需要说明的是,筒部装2的负载包括衣物处理腔内的衣物以及积存在筒部装2内的水液。整个筒部装2及其负载的重量通过悬挂系统传递至第二子壳段12,可以理解的是,第二子壳段12还需要承载工作台组件3的重量。
由于第一子壳段11和第二子壳段12均作为箱体组件1的受力主体沿高度方向的组成部分,且第二子壳段12支撑于第一子壳段11的顶端,因此,第二子壳段12将其受到的作用力传递至第一子壳段11,第一子壳段11将其受到的作用力传递至底座4,也就是说,衣物处理设备的负载以及衣物处理设备的整机重量(底座除外)最终由底座4承担。
由于第二子壳段12呈闭环状,一方面便于整个悬挂系统6集中布置在第二子壳段12上,另一方面,第二子壳段12具有较好的结构强度和刚度。
示例性地,第一子壳段11和第二子壳段12沿高度方向拼接在一起。第二子壳段12的内表面以及第一子壳段11的内表面均暴露于安装空间1a中,也就是说,第一子壳段11和第二子壳段12共同限定出上述的安装空间1a。
示例性地,在箱体组件1的俯视投影中,第一子壳段11的投影轮廓位于第二子壳段12的投影轮廓内。也就是说,第二子壳段12沿周向的尺寸大于第一子壳段11沿周向的尺寸,如此,第二子壳段12的内部具有较大 的空间,能够降低筒部装2晃动时的撞桶的概率,减少用户对撞桶的感知。
第一子壳段11和第二子壳段12可以采用不可拆卸的连接方式,例如,焊接、熔接等。可以理解的是,第一子壳段11和第二子壳段12也可采用可拆卸连接,例如,螺钉连接,卡扣连接,当第一子壳段11或第二子壳段12出现破损需要更换,不需要更换整个箱体组件1,而只需要更换第一子壳段11或第二子壳段12即可,便于售后维修。
示例性地,请参阅图16,第二子壳段12的底端向内弯折形成有插接槽12a,插接槽12a沿第二子壳段12的底边缘延伸。插接槽12a的底侧敞开,第一子壳段11的顶端端部经插接槽12a的敞开处插入插接槽12a内。该实施例中,第二子壳段12支撑在第一子壳段11的顶端,第一子壳段11承载第二子壳段12的重量。
示例性地,插接槽12a内包塑有用于感应加热的金属条121,第一子壳段11与第二子壳段12在金属条121周围处熔接。装配过程中,将第一子壳段11的顶端端部插入插接槽12a后,感应加热金属条121,金属条121作为发热源,熔化周围的塑料,使得第一子壳段11与第二子壳段12熔接在一起,实现第一子壳段11与第二子壳段12可靠地连接在一起。
该实施例中,工作台组件3与第二子壳段12的连接关系可与现有技术的连接关系相同,在此不再赘述。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种箱体组件,用于容纳并承载衣物处理设备的筒部装,所述箱体组件包括相互独立的所述第一子壳段和所述第二子壳段,所述第一子壳段的外表面和所述第二子壳段的外表面作为所述箱体组件的外观面的至少一部分。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的箱体组件,所述第二子壳段的外表面的颜色和所述第一子壳段的外表面的颜色不同;和/或,所述第二子壳段的外表面的工艺和所述第一子壳段的外表面的工艺不同;和/或,所述第二子壳段的外表面的造型和所述第一子壳段的外表面的造型不同;和/或,所述第二子壳段的外表面上的图案和所述第一子壳段的外表面的图案不同。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的箱体组件,所述第二子壳段呈沿环绕所述筒部装的周向延伸的闭环结构。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的箱体组件,沿所述箱体组件的高度方向,所述第二子壳段的高度与所述箱体组件的总高度的比例为0.4~0.6。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的箱体组件,所述第二子壳段的外表面的面积与所述箱体组件的总外观面的面积的比例为0.4~0.6。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的箱体组件,所述第二子壳段位于所述第一子壳段的上方。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的箱体组件,所述第二子壳段作为所述箱体组件的受力主体沿高度方向的组成部分,所述第二子壳段设置有用于与所述衣物处理设备的悬挂系统连接的挂接部,其中,所述悬挂系统用于将所述筒部装悬挂在所述箱体组件内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的箱体组件,所述第一子壳段作为所述箱体组件的受力主体沿高度方向的组成部分,所述第二子壳段支撑于所述第一子壳 段的顶端。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的箱体组件,在所述箱体组件的俯视投影中,所述第一子壳段的投影轮廓位于第二子壳段的投影轮廓内。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的箱体组件,所述第二子壳段的底端向内弯折形成有插接槽,所述插接槽沿所述第二子壳段的底边缘延伸,所述插接槽的底侧敞开,所述第一子壳段的顶端端部插入所述插接槽。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的箱体组件,所述插接槽内包塑有用于感应加热的金属条,所述第一子壳段与所述第二子壳段在所述金属条周围处熔接。
  12. 根据权利要求6所述的箱体组件,所述箱体组件仅由述第一子壳段和所述第二子壳段构成。
  13. 根据权利要求3所述的箱体组件,所述箱体组件包括嵌套设置在所述第二子壳段内的第三子壳段,所述第三子壳段衔接于所述第一子壳段的上方且与所述第一子壳段一体成型,所述第一子壳段和所述第三子壳段共同作为所述箱体组件的受力主体,所述第二子壳段可拆卸地套设在所述第三子壳段的外周。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的箱体组件,所述第二子壳段的内表面形成有多个筋片,各所述筋片抵靠在所述第三子壳段的顶端。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的箱体组件,所述筋片的顶侧形成有倾斜边,所述倾斜边的内端的高度低于其外端的高度,各所述筋片的倾斜边共同限定出用于支撑所述衣物处理设备的工作台组件的支撑面。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的箱体组件,所述第二子壳段设置有用于穿设螺钉的至少一个第一连接孔,各所述第一连接孔位于所述第二子壳段的后侧壁上;和/或,所述第二子壳段的前侧壁的内侧设置有连接座,所述连接座具有沿上下方向延伸的螺钉孔;和/或,
    所述第二子壳段的侧壁形成有卡接凸起,所述第三子壳段的顶端设置 有插孔,所述卡接凸起与所述插孔卡接配合。
  17. 一种衣物处理设备,包括工作台组件、筒部装、悬挂系统以及权利要求1-16任一项所述的箱体组件,所述筒部装设置于所述箱体组件中,所述工作台组件设置于所述箱体组件的顶侧,所述筒部装通过所述悬挂系统悬挂于所述箱体组件上。
  18. 一种衣物处理设备,包括工作台组件、筒部装、悬挂系统以及权利要求13所述的箱体组件,所述筒部装设置于所述第一子壳段和所述第三子壳段限定的安装空间中,所述筒部装通过所述悬挂系统悬挂于所述第三子壳段上;所述工作台组件支撑于所述第二子壳段和/或所述第三子壳段上。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的衣物处理设备,所述第二子壳段的内表面形成有多个筋片,各所述筋片的底端抵靠在所述第三子壳段的顶端,所述工作台组件支撑在各所述筋片上。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的衣物处理设备,所述第三子壳段的顶端配置有伸入所述第二子壳段内且沿所述衣物处理设备的高度方向延伸的第一连接片,所述工作台组件具有沿高度方向延伸的后侧壁,所述工作台组件的后侧壁夹设于所述第一连接片和所述第二子壳段的后侧壁之间,螺钉依次穿过所述第二子壳段的后侧壁、所述工作台组件的后侧壁以及第一连接片。
  21. 根据权利要求18所述的衣物处理设备,所述第二子壳段的侧壁形成有连接座,所述连接座具有沿所述衣物处理设备的高度方向延伸的螺钉孔,所述工作台组件形成有通孔,螺钉自上而下穿过所述通孔并拧入所述螺钉孔内。
