- 如权利要求17所述的聚合酶链反应装置,其中该供温模组在第一时间点对第一部分的管座以第一供温模式调整温度,对第二部分的管座则以第二供温模式调整温度,其中第一供温模式与第二供温模式间在供温温度与供温时间至少一者不同。
