本公开涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种插线治具、检测设备。
背景技术
随着显示技术日趋成熟,人们对显示模组显示的画面品质要求越来越高。在背光源的生产过程中,画面不良的问题无法完全避免,此前采用人工对背光源进行检验,但人工检验难免存在漏失等问题,可能会让不良背光源流入到客户端。
为了避免此类现象发生,可以对背光源进行自动光学检测(英文:Automated Optical Inspection,简称:AOI)。而进行AOI电子检验需要点亮背光源,现有技术中在点亮背光源时,需要人工将插线治具插入背光源的插线端口,但是人工插拔存在插线力度不均问题,容易使插线治具和插线端口损坏,降低插线治具和插线端口的使用寿命。

本公开的目的在于提供一种插线治具、检测设备。
为了实现上述目的,本公开提供如下技术方案:
本公开的第一方面提供一种插线治具,包括:相耦接的插头部件和控制部件;其中,
所述插头部件用于与目标背光源的插线端口插接;
所述控制部件用于控制所述插头部件向特定方向移动,以及控制所述插头部件插入所述插线端口的插接力。
可选的,所述插头部件包括:
第二底座和设置于所述第二底座上的至少两个插头连接片;所述第二底座与所述控制部件耦接;所述至少两个插头连接片中的一部分所述插头连接片作为第一电极,另一部分作为第二电极,所述第一电极和所述第二电极极性相反;
电源线,所述电源线的第一接头与所述第一电极耦接,所述电源线的第二接头与所述第二电极耦接。
可选的,所述第二底座包括承载座和设置于所述承载座上的限定座;
所述承载座与所述控制部件耦接,所述承载座靠近所述控制部件的一侧设置有贯穿孔,所述电源线穿过所述贯穿孔;
所述限定座背向所述承载座的一侧设置有两个限定部,所述两个限定部之间具有限定槽,所述至少两个插头连接片位于所述限定槽中。

所述定位治具上承载有目标背光源,所述目标背光源具有插线端口;
所述视觉对位模块和所述插线治具均位于所述控制装置上,所述控制装置用于控制所述视觉对位模块和所述插线治具移动;所述视觉对位模块具有拍照对位功能。
可选的,所述目标背光源上设置有编码;所述检测设备还包括设置于所述控制装置上的扫码枪;所述控制装置用于控制所述扫码枪移动,对所述目标背光源进行扫码识别。

根据上述插线治具1的具体结构可知,本公开实施例提供的插线治具1中,所述控制部件10能够控制所述插头部件11向特定方向移动,并能够控制所述插头部件11插入所述插线端口6的插接力。因此本公开实施例提供的插线治具1解决了在对目标背光源进行AOI电子检测时,人工插拔插线治具1存在的插线力度不均问题,有效提升了插线治具1和插线端口6的使用寿命。

上述将所述插头连接片采用针插式侧接触的方式插入目标背光源的插线端口6中,能够有效减少所述插头(pin针)和相应信号线的使用数量,提升所述插线治具1的使用寿命。
更详细地说,以目标背光源的插线端口6为塑料外壳,且包括6个引脚为例。
如图4和图5所示,相关技术中的插线治具1为塑料插头,插头内需要相应设置6个导电的插槽,以及与6个插槽一一对应连接的6条信号线,将6个插槽和6个引脚一一对应插接,才能够实现点亮所述目标背光源。相关技术中的插线治具1由于结构及使用条件受限,极限插拔次数不高,约为2000次左右。
需要说明,所述第一插头连接片与所述第二插头连接片贴在一起,作为一组插头连接片组,所述第四插头连接片与所述第五插头连接片帖在一起作 为一组插头连接片组;所述第三插头连接片作为一组插头连接片组。这样上述实施例提供的插线治具1中包括三组插头连接片组,该插头连接片组的数量小于所述插线端口包括的引脚数量。
如图3,图6至图10所示,上述实施例提供的插线治具1中,在将所述插线治具1插入所述插线端口6后,第三插头连接片能够分别与第三引脚和第四引脚侧接触,所述第一插头连接片与所述第一引脚侧接触,所述第二插头连接片与所述第二引脚侧接触,所述第四插头连接片与所述第五引脚侧接触,所述第五插头连接片与所述第六引脚侧接触。
所述第一插头连接片和所述第二插头连接片作为一个pin针(即一组插头连接片组),所述第三插头连接片作为一个pin针,所述第四插头连接片和所述第五插头连接片作为一个pin针,可见,上述实施例提供的插线治具1中,仅需要三个pin针。由于相关技术中需要6个插槽(相当于设置6个pin针),因此,上述实施例提供的插线治具1不仅有效减少了pin针数量,还降低了插线治具1插入插线端口6的难度。
如图1至图3所示,在一些实施例中,所述插头部件11包括:第三绝缘垫片,以及依次排列的第一插头连接片至第六插头连接片;所述第三绝缘垫片位于所述限定槽1102b内;所述第三绝缘片位于所述第三插头连接片和所述第四插头连接片之间;所述第一插头连接片,所述第二插头连接片和所述第三插头连接片接触,所述第四插头连接片,所述第五插头连接片和所述第六插头连接片接触;所述第一插头连接片,所述第二插头连接片和所述第三插头连接片作为所述第一电极,所述第四插头连接片,所述第五插头连接片和所述第六插头连接片作为所述第二电极。
上述情况下,不需要设置所述连接线115,有利于简化所述插线治具的结构。
在一些实施例中,设置所述插头连接片包括金属插头连接片。
上述设置方式保证了所述插头连接片具有良好的导电性能和插接的信赖性。
在一些实施例中,设置所述插头连接片包括不锈钢插头连接片或青铜插头连接片。
上述设置方式不仅保证了所述插头连接片具有良好的导电性能和插接的信赖性,而且保证了所述插头连接片具有良好的耐磨性,以及与插线端口中引脚的贴合程度。
请参阅图1至图3,上述公开实施例提供了一种插线治具1,包括:控制部件10和插头部件11;其中,所述控制部件10包括:底板101和设置于所述底板101上的导向组件102;所述导向组件102包括导向部(如导向杆1021)和控制部1022;所述导向部固定在所述底板101上,所述控制部1022套设在所述导向部上,所述控制部1022与所述插头部件11耦接,所述控制部1022能够带动所述插头部件11沿所述导向部移动,控制所述插头部件11的插接力度。
具体地,所述插线治具1与目标背光源上的插线端口6耦接,用于为目标背光源提供电源信号,以点亮目标背光源。
示例性的,所述控制部件10具有承载插头部件11,及控制插线力度的作用。
示例性的,所述导向组件102整体设置于所述底板101上,所述导向组件102包括导向部和控制部1022。所述导向部固定在所述底板101上,所述导向部的延伸方向与所述底板101的第一底座1011平行。所述控制部1022套设在所述导向部上,所述控制部1022的一部分结构分别与所述底板101和所述导向部固定耦接,所述控制部1022的另一部分结构可活动的套设在所述导向部上,所述控制部1022的另一部分结构与所述插头部件11耦接,能够带动所述插头部件11沿所述导向部的延伸方向移动,控制所述插头部件11的插接力度。
根据上述插线治具1的具体结构可知,本公开实施例提供的插线治具1中,所述控制部1022套设在所述导向部上,所述控制部1022与所述插头部件11耦接,所述控制部1022能够带动所述插头部件11沿所述导向部移动,控制所述插头部件11插入所述的插接力度。这样在将所述插线治具1插入目标背光源的插线端口6时,所述控制部1022能够在插接力度过大时,释放部分插接力,并能够在插接力度太小时,提供部分插接力,从而解决了在对目标背光源进行AOI电子检测时,人工插拔插线治具1存在的插线力度不均问 题,有效提升了插线治具1和插线端口6的使用寿命。
如图1和图2所示,在一些实施例中,所述控制部1022包括固定板1022a,连接板1022b和弹簧结构(如弹簧1022c);
所述固定板1022a套设在所述导向部上,所述固定板1022a与所述底板101耦接;
所述连接板1022b套设在所述导向部上,所述连接板1022b与所述第二底座耦接;
所述弹簧结构套设在所述导向部上,所述弹簧结构位于所述固定板1022a与所述连接板1022b之间。
示例性的,所述固定板1022a套设在所述导向部上,所述固定板1022a与所述底板101和所述导向部均固定连接。所述固定板1022a具有承载所述导向部和对所述导向部导向的作用。
示例性的,所述固定板1022a上设置有定位销1024和定位螺钉1023,所述定位销1024具有将所述固定板1022a与所述底板101定位的作用,以使所述固定板1022a套设的导向部与所述底板101中用于穿过电源线112的沟槽1013的延伸方向平行。所述定位螺钉1023具有将所述固定板1022a与所述底板101固定的作用。
示例性的,所述连接板1022b套设在所述导向部上,所述连接板1022b和所述固定板1022a分别套设在所述导向部的两端。示例性的,所述连接板1022b与所述插头部件11通过螺钉耦接。
示例性的,所述弹簧结构能够在所述固定板1022a与所述连接板1022b之间实现拉伸和压缩,具有插线力度恒定及复位的作用。示例性的,所述弹簧结构控制插线力度保持在25N左右。
上述设置所述控制部1022包括所述固定板1022a,所述连接板1022b和所述弹簧结构,使得在将所述插线治具1插入目标背光源的插线端口6时,所述控制部1022能够在插接力度过大时,释放部分插接力,并能够在插接力度太小时,提供部分插接力,从而解决了在对目标背光源进行AOI电子检测时,人工插拔插线治具1存在的插线力度不均问题,有效提升了插线治具1和插线端口6的使用寿命。
如图1和图2所示,在一些实施例中,所述控制部1022还包括:
导管结构(如导管1022d),所述导管结构套设在所述导向部上,所述弹簧结构套设在所述导管结构上,所述导管结构朝向所述导向部的内表面光滑。
上述设置所述导管结构朝向所述导向部的内表面光滑,将所述导管结构设置在所述导向部和所述弹簧结构之间,能够减少对所述导向部的摩擦,有效增加所述插线治具1的整体寿命。
如图1和图2所示,在一些实施例中,所述底板101包括第一底座1011和设置于所述第一底座1011上两个突出部1012,所述两个突出部1012位于所述第一底座1011的同一侧,所述两个突出部1012之间具有间隔区;
所述导向部包括两个导向杆1021,所述两个导向杆1021与所述两个突出部1012一一对应,所述导向杆1021的第一端与对应的所述突出部1012耦接;所述固定板1022a套设在所述两个导向杆1021的第二端;
所述弹簧结构包括两个弹簧1022c,所述两个弹簧1022c一一对应套设在所述两个导向杆1021上,所述连接板1022b套设在所述两个导向杆1021上;所述连接板1022b带动所述插头部件11的至少部分在所述间隔区移动。
示例性的,所述第一底座1011为矩形,所述两个突出部1012位于所述第一底座1011的两个角上,所述两个突出部1012位于所述第一底座1011的同一侧。示例性的,所述两个突出部1012的结构相同。示例性的,所述第一底座1011上设置有沟槽1013,所述沟槽1013用于穿过后续提到的电源线112。所述底板101具有承载,连接和导向的作用。
示例性的,所述导向杆1021呈圆柱形。示例性的,所述导向杆1021的延伸方向与所述沟槽1013的延伸方向平行。示例性的,所述固定板1022a套设在所述两个导向杆1021的第二端,所述固定板1022a分别与所述两个导向杆1021的第二端和所述基底固定连接。所述导向杆1021起整体导向作用。
上述实施例提供的插线治具1中,在将所述插线治具1插入目标背光源的插线端口6时,所述弹簧结构能够在插接力度过大时,释放部分插接力,并能够在插接力度太小时,提供部分插接力,从而解决了在对目标背光源进行AOI电子检测时,人工插拔插线治具1存在的插线力度不均问题,有效提升了插线治具1和插线端口6的使用寿命。
如图1和图2所示,在一些实施例中,所述导管结构包括两个导管1022d,所述两个导管1022d与所述两个导向杆1021一一对应,所述导管1022d套设在对应的导向杆1021上,所述弹簧1022c套设在对应的所述导管结构上。
示例性的,沿所述导向杆1021的延伸方向,所述导管1022d的长度小于所述弹簧1022c在非压缩状态下的长度。
将所述导管1022d设置在所述导向杆1021和所述弹簧1022c之间,能够减少对所述导向杆1021的摩擦,有效增加所述插线治具1的整体寿命。
如图1和图2所示,在一些实施例中,所述突出部1012上设置有凹槽1012a,所述导向杆1021的第一端设置有与所述凹槽1012a匹配的凸头1021a,所述凸头1021a的至少部分位于对应的所述凹槽1012a内,将所述导向杆1021固定在对应的所述凹槽1012a内。
示例性的,所述突出部1012上设置有凹槽1012a,所述凹槽1012a用于限定所述导向杆1021,具有对所述导向杆1021的导向作用。
示例性的,所述导向杆1021的第一端设置有与所述凹槽1012a匹配的凸头1021a,所述凸头1021a的至少部分能够卡接在对应的所述凹槽1012a内。凸头1021a配合凹槽1012a的设计具有良好的定位和导向作用。
如图1和图2所示,在一些实施例中,设置所述两个突出部1012与所述底板101形成为一体结构。
上述设置方式有利于提升所述控制部件10的整体稳定性和使用寿命。
如图10和图11所示,本公开实施例提供了一种检测设备,包括上述实施例提供的插线治具1,还包括:定位治具2,视觉对位模块3和控制装置4;
所述定位治具2上承载有目标背光源,所述目标背光源具有插线端口6;
所述视觉对位模块3和所述插线治具1均位于所述控制装置4上,所述控制装置4用于控制所述视觉对位模块3和所述插线治具1移动;所述视觉对位模块3具有拍照对位功能。
示例性的,所述定位治具2包括相邻的两个可调整直角边框20,以及相邻的两个不可以调整的定位直角边框21,两个可调整直角边框20和两个不可以调整的定位直角边框21共同围成限定区域,所述目标背光源设置在所述限定区域内。所述定位治具2通过固定的定位直角边框21对目标背光源进行 定位,两边的可调整直角边框20可以手动前后调节,实现定位治具2对不同尺寸目标背光源的兼容性。示例性的,所述定位治具2可以是AOI机台的一个组件。
示例性的,所述定位治具2还包括至少一个纵向压块机构22,所述纵向压块机构22压在所述目标背光源的表面,能够将所述目标背光源固定在所述定位治具2上。示例性的,所述至少一个纵向压块机构22压在所述目标背光源上的具体位置可调。
示例性的,所述视觉对位模块3包括CCD视觉对位相机。
示例性的,所述控制装置4包括伺服器。所述控制装置4包括R轴补偿电机(用于调节角度),Z轴模组,Y轴模组和X轴模组。所述控制装置4能够控制所述插线治具1在X,Y,Z方向移动,并能够通过所述R轴补偿电机控制所述插线治具1的角度,以实现将所述插线治具1插入所述插线端口6,或者将所述插线治具1从所述插线端口6拔出。
示例性的,所述检测设备包括快换点灯机构头,所述插线治具1通过所述快换点灯机构头安装在所述控制装置4上,通过快换点灯机构头能够实现所述插线治具1的横向插接和纵向插接,以兼容具有横向插接端口的目标背光源和具有纵向插接端口的目标背光源。
示例性的,在切换具有横向插接端口的目标背光源和具有纵向插接端口的目标背光源时,CCD视觉对位相机不需要调整。
上述实施例提供的检测设备在实际应用时,CCD视觉对位相机拍照定位目标背光源上的插线端口6位置,控制装置4通过R轴补偿电机,Z轴模组,Y轴模组和X轴模组调整所述插线治具1在X/Y/Z/R四个轴向的位置,实现所述插线治具1与所述插线端口6的精准对位,然后将所述插线治具1插入插线端口6中,实现自动点灯。
采用本公开实施例提供的检测设备将所述插线治具1插入插线端口6中时,对插线治具1对位精度要求低,对所述目标背光源的点灯成功率较高,而且还能够大幅度降低检测设备成本及增加插线治具1的使用寿命。值得注意,采用本公开实施例提供的检测设备将所述插线治具1插入插线端口6中时,所述插线治具1侧插接次数能够由现有的2000次左右提升到60万次左 右。
另外,采用本公开实施例提供的检测设备将所述插线治具1插入插线端口6中时,可以先将所述目标背光源安装在所述定位治具2中,然后再进行插线,有效提升了目标背光源的检测效率。而且所述定位治具2不需要旋转,不会出现外接线缠绕现象。
在一些实施例中,所述目标背光源上设置有编码;所述检测设备还包括设置于所述控制装置4上的扫码枪;所述控制装置4用于控制所述扫码枪移动,对所述目标背光源进行扫码识别。
示例性的,所述目标背光源上设置的编码相当于所述目标背光源的名称,对所述目标背光源的检测数据和所述目标背光源的参数均会存储在该编码对应的存储空间内。对应不同的目标背光源可以通过编码实现相应数据和参数的快速保存和快速调用。
示例性的,所述扫码枪和所述视觉对位模块3之间的相对位置不变。
示例性的,所述扫码枪能够跟随所述控制装置4在X轴和Y轴上运动,能够实现对目标背光源的全部区域进行扫描,实现对目标背光源的自动扫码识别。
需要说明,本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种插线治具,包括:相耦接的插头部件和控制部件;
    所述插头部件用于与目标背光源的插线端口插接;
    所述控制部件用于控制所述插头部件向特定方向移动,以及控制所述插头部件插入所述插线端口的插接力。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的插线治具,其中,所述插头部件包括:
    第二底座和设置于所述第二底座上的至少两个插头连接片;所述第二底座与所述控制部件耦接;所述至少两个插头连接片中的一部分所述插头连接片作为第一电极,另一部分作为第二电极,所述第一电极和所述第二电极极性相反;
    电源线,所述电源线的第一接头与所述第一电极耦接,所述电源线的第二接头与所述第二电极耦接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的插线治具,其中,所述第二底座包括承载座和设置于所述承载座上的限定座;
    所述承载座与所述控制部件耦接,所述承载座靠近所述控制部件的一侧设置有贯穿孔,所述电源线穿过所述贯穿孔;
    所述限定座背向所述承载座的一侧设置有两个限定部,所述两个限定部之间具有限定槽,所述至少两个插头连接片位于所述限定槽中。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的插线治具,其中,所述限定部背向所述承载座的一侧设置有固定槽,所述限定槽位于所述两个限定部上的两个所述固定槽之间;
    所述插线治具还包括固定组件,所述固定组件与两个所述固定槽耦接,将所述至少两个插头连接片固定在所述限定槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的插线治具,其中,所述插头连接片包括:片本体和片插头,所述片本体的至少部分位于所述限定槽内,所述片插头的至少部分伸出所述限定槽,所述片插头用于与所述插线端口耦接;所述片本体背向所述限定座的一侧设置有凹口;所述至少两个插头连接片在所述限定槽内依次排列;
    所述固定组件包括:绝缘压块和压板;
    所述绝缘压块的至少部分位于所述凹口中,所述绝缘压块背向所述凹口的一侧设置有压槽;所述压板的第一端部和第二端部一一对应位于两个所述固定槽内,所述压板位于所述第一端部和所述第二端部之间的部分位于所述压槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的插线治具,其中,所述插头部件包括:第一绝缘垫片和第二绝缘垫片,以及依次排列的第一插头连接片至第五插头连接片;所述第一绝缘垫片和所述第二绝缘垫片均位于所述限定槽内;所述第一绝缘片位于第二插头连接片和第三插头连接片之间,所述第二绝缘垫片位于第三插头连接片和第四插头连接片之间;所述第一插头连接片与所述第二插头连接片接触,所述第四插头连接片与所述第五插头连接片接触;
    所述插头部件还包括连接线,所述连接线将所述第一插头连接片与所述第五插头连接片短接,所述第一插头连接片,所述第二插头连接片,所述第四插头连接片和所述第五插头连接片作为所述第一电极,所述第三插头连接片作为所述第二电极。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的插线治具,其中,所述至少两个插头连接片划分为多组插头连接片组,每组插头连接片中的各插头连接片贴在一起;
    所述多组插头连接片组中的一部分插头连接片组作为第一电极,所述多组插头连接片组中的另一部分插头连接片组作为第二电极;
    所述插头连接片组的数量小于或等于所述插线端口包括的引脚数量。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的插线治具,其中,所述插头连接片包括不锈钢插头连接片或青铜插头连接片。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的插线治具,其中,
    所述控制部件包括:底板和设置于所述底板上的导向组件;所述导向组件包括导向部和控制部;所述导向部固定在所述底板上,所述控制部套设在所述导向部上,所述控制部与所述插头部件耦接,所述控制部能够带动所述插头部件沿所述导向部移动,控制所述插头部件的插接力度。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的插线治具,其中,所述控制部包括固定板,连接板和弹簧结构;
    所述固定板套设在所述导向部上,所述固定板与所述底板耦接;
    所述连接板套设在所述导向部上,所述连接板与所述第二底座耦接;
    所述弹簧结构套设在所述导向部上,所述弹簧结构位于所述固定板与所述连接板之间。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的插线治具,其中,所述控制部还包括:
    导管结构,所述导管结构套设在所述导向部上,所述弹簧结构套设在所述导管结构上,所述导管结构朝向所述导向部的内表面光滑。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的插线治具,其中,
    所述底板包括第一底座和设置于所述第一底座上两个突出部,所述两个突出部位于所述第一底座的同一侧,所述两个突出部之间具有间隔区;
    所述导向部包括两个导向杆,所述两个导向杆与所述两个突出部一一对应,所述导向杆的第一端与对应的所述突出部耦接;所述固定板套设在所述两个导向杆的第二端;
    所述弹簧结构包括两个弹簧,所述两个弹簧一一对应套设在所述两个导向杆上,所述连接板套设在所述两个导向杆上;所述连接板带动所述插头部件的至少部分在所述间隔区移动。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的插线治具,其中,所述导管结构包括两个导管,所述两个导管与所述两个导向杆一一对应,所述导管套设在对应的导向杆上,所述弹簧套设在对应的所述导管结构上。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的插线治具,其中,所述突出部上设置有凹槽,所述导向杆的第一端设置有与所述凹槽匹配的凸头,所述凸头的至少部分位于对应的所述凹槽内,将所述导向杆固定在对应的所述凹槽内。
  15. 一种检测设备,包括如权利要求1~14中任一项所述的插线治具,还包括:定位治具,视觉对位模块和控制装置;
    所述定位治具上承载有目标背光源,所述目标背光源具有插线端口;
    所述视觉对位模块和所述插线治具均位于所述控制装置上,所述控制装置用于控制所述视觉对位模块和所述插线治具移动;所述视觉对位模块具有拍照对位功能。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的检测设备,其中,所述目标背光源上设置有 编码;所述检测设备还包括设置于所述控制装置上的扫码枪;所述控制装置用于控制所述扫码枪移动,对所述目标背光源进行扫码识别。
