在本公开的一些实施例中,参考图3所示,在底座10的内部可以设置有第一通孔101,双簧管哨片可以穿设于该第一通孔101。通过设置第一通孔101以穿设双簧管哨片,一方面,可以给双簧管哨片提供上下振动的幅度空间,另一方面,演奏者在使用本公开实施例提供的双簧管哨片稳定器时,可以根据需求调节底座10与双簧管管体的连接深度,以调节双簧管哨片从第一通孔101穿出的长度,从而提高个性化使用体验。举例来说,底座10连接至双簧管管体中的深度越深,相应地,双簧管哨片从第一通孔101穿出的长度则越长,演奏者便可以用嘴唇包裹住双簧管哨片的更多部分,演奏者根据自己的使用习惯调整双簧管哨片的伸出长度,可以提高吹奏时的舒适度,同时,通过调整双簧管哨片的伸出长度,也可以对双簧管哨片的振动幅度起到微调作用,进而调节音准。
进一步地,第一通孔101的两侧可以设置有哨片槽1011,以便于双簧管哨片顺利穿过第一通孔101,避免双簧管哨片的两侧与第一通孔101的内壁触碰导致双簧管哨片损坏。
在本公开的一些实施例中,气流引导部30与底座10的连接处可以尽量减少用料,使底座10的上方留出足够的空间,以避免双簧管哨片发生刮触等现象,进而避免双簧管哨片受损。
在本公开的一些实施例中,参考图2和图3所示,可以在底座10和/或气流引导部30设置用于改变音色的第二通孔500,以改善音色,提高演奏者的使用体验。
在本公开的一些实施例中,底座10及垫唇片20的材质均为环氧树脂材料。环氧树脂材料为环保材料,利用环氧树脂材料制成底座10,可以提高底座10与双簧管管体相连后的整体振动效果;利用环氧树脂材料制成垫唇片20,可以使演奏者使用起来更舒适,避免硌唇。
在本公开的一些实施例中,底座10、垫唇片20、以及气流引导部30可以为一体式结构,举例来说,可以根据人的口唇特点、以及双簧管哨片和双簧管管体的结构特点,将底座10、垫唇片20、以及气流引导部30整体设计为不规则的一体成型结构,以提高结构整体的合理性,便于批量生产。
进一步地,可以利用环氧树脂材料将底座10、垫唇片20、以及气流引导部30制成一体成型结构,以增强环保性、提高演奏者的使用舒适度。

Claims (8)
- 一种双簧管哨片稳定器,其特征在于,包括:底座,所述底座为上下贯穿的空心圆柱体,所述底座配置为容纳双簧管哨片且与双簧管管体连接;垫唇片,所述垫唇片用于固定演奏者的唇形;气流引导部,所述气流引导部设置在所述垫唇片与所述底座之间,所述气流引导部用于聚集演奏者的气流并将所述气流引导至所述双簧管哨片。
- 根据权利要求1所述的双簧管哨片稳定器,其特征在于,所述垫唇片为呈弧形的片状结构。
- 根据权利要求2所述的双簧管哨片稳定器,其特征在于,在所述呈弧形的片状结构的两端设置有面垫。
- 根据权利要求1所述的双簧管哨片稳定器,其特征在于,在所述底座的内部设置有第一通孔,所述双簧管哨片穿设于所述第一通孔。
- 根据权利要求4所述的双簧管哨片稳定器,其特征在于,所述第一通孔的两侧设置有哨片槽。
- 根据权利要求1所述的双簧管哨片稳定器,其特征在于,所述底座和/或所述气流引导部设置有用于改变音色的第二通孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的双簧管哨片稳定器,其特征在于,所述底座及所述垫唇片的材质均为环氧树脂材料。
- 根据权利要求1所述的双簧管哨片稳定器,其特征在于,所述底座、所述垫唇片、以及所述气流引导部为一体式结构。
