Description
本发明涉及健康、消毒用品技术领域,尤其涉及一种健康防护用品。
每到流感或传染病流行的季节,传统消毒防护的方法一般包括:口服防流感药物,注射疫苗,在公共场所开启杀菌消毒净化器,或采用大面积杀菌消毒作业等。口服防流感药物和注射防流感疫苗行之有效,但是均属于药物治疗,对于多数人难以接受,且大多数都存在一定副作用。在公共场所开启杀菌消毒净化器实际起到的作用受到净化器性能影响,以及室内空气循环条件的影响,在一些死角区域的消毒净化效果往往不好,而且在所有的公共场所按照净化器也不现实。大面积杀菌消毒作业一般采用化学杀菌药剂或者紫外线等手段,可能对环境造成二次污染。
因此,亟需一种安全的健康防护用品来解决上述消毒防护方法不环保、材料复杂、价格昂贵、不方便携带的问题。
发明内容
因此,为克服现有技术中的至少部分缺陷和不足,本发明的实施例提供一种健康防护用品。
一方面,本发明实施例提供的一种健康防护用品,包括:盖体,设置有透气窗口,所述透气窗口的面积占所述盖体表面积的40%~70%,所述盖体包括第一连接部,所述第一连接部上设置有多个卡扣;透气垫,位于所述盖体内侧;壳体,在所述透气垫与所述壳体之间形成容纳空间,所述容纳空间包括第一容纳空间和第二容纳空间,所述第一容纳空间和所述第二容纳空间之间相互隔绝,所述壳体包括第二连接部,所述第二连接部上设置有与所述多个卡扣对应的多个卡扣凹槽,所述多个卡扣一一对应扣合在所述多个卡扣凹槽中,以连接所述盖体和所述壳体,所述壳体内还包括支撑件,所述支撑件的高度与所述壳体内壁的高度相等;香料,容置在所述第一容纳空间内;二氧化氯缓释剂,容置在所述第二容纳空间内,所述二氧化氯缓释剂在预定时间为8~12分钟、向预定空间为0.8~1.2立方米所释放出的二氧化氯的浓度为0.04~0.09ppm;以固定器,固定在所述壳体远离所述盖体的一侧。
本实施例通过设置盖体、透气垫、壳体、消毒缓释剂和固定器组成健康防护用品,所述消毒缓释剂设置在所述透气垫和所述壳体组成的容纳空间中,所述消毒缓释剂通过透气垫和盖体上的透气窗口释放出来,起到消毒防护的作用,通过固定器的设置可以将健康防护用品佩戴在使用者 身上或者身旁携带的物体上,使得健康防护用品舒适、安全、环保、材料简单且方便携带。此外,所述消毒缓释剂挥发后空气中二氧化氯的浓度大于0.025ppm,这样一来,可以确保挥发到空气中的二氧化氯有足够高的浓度以达到消毒防护的作用。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述二氧化氯缓释剂为二氧化氯缓释颗粒,所述二氧化氯缓释颗粒的大小大于所述透气垫的透气孔大小。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述香料包括以下原料中的一种或多种:薰衣草、茉莉花、柠檬香精、玫瑰、檀香。

具体地,参见图2,盖体100例如为圆形盖体,盖体100上设置有透气窗口110,透气窗口110可为如图2中所示的C形透气窗口,当然,透气窗口110也可以由多个子透气窗口组成,举例来说,透气窗口110例如包括多个均匀分布在盖体100上的子透气窗口,子透气窗口可为扇环形。透气窗口110的面积占盖体100的表面积的至少30%,优选的,透气窗口110的面积占盖体100表面积的40%~70%。在本实施例中,透气窗口110的面积为5.5~7.5平方厘米,盖体100的表面积为8.0~19.0平方厘米。当然,透气窗口110也可以为其他形状,本发明实施例并不以此为限。此外,本实施例中的消毒缓释剂的质量大于等于2g小于等于10g,优选的,所述消毒缓释剂的质量大于等于4g小于等于8g;这样一来,通过透气窗口110释放消毒缓释剂时,才能保证健康防护用品10的预定空间(例如约1立方米的空间)范围内的消毒缓释剂的浓度达到消毒防护的效果;更优选的,所述消毒缓释剂的质量大于等于5g小于等于7g。盖体100内还设置有第一定位件120,第一定位件120例如为圆柱形,第一定位件120可与盖体100一体成型,设置在盖体100内的中心位置。参见图1,透气垫200上设置有与第一定位件120对应的连接通孔210,连接通孔210与第一定位件120对应的设置在透气垫200的中心位置,与第一定位件120相匹配,连接通孔210可使第一定位件120穿过。参见图3,壳体300靠近盖体100的一侧设置有与第一定位件120对应的第二定位件310,第二定位件310可设置在壳体300内的中心位置,第一定位件120穿过连接通孔210固定在第二定位件310上,这样一来,可以便于盖体100与壳体300的盖合对准。
进一步地,参见图2,盖体100还包括第一连接部130,第一连接部130为盖体100的侧边,第一连接部130上设置有多个卡扣131,多个卡扣131可均匀间隔分布设置在盖 体100侧边的内侧,卡扣131的数量可为五个,当然本发明实施例并不以此为限;第一连接部130还设置有限位凹槽132,限位凹槽132可设置在盖体100侧边的内侧。参见图3,壳体300包括第二连接部320,第二连接部320可为壳体300的侧边,第二连接部320上设置有与多个卡扣131对应的卡扣凹槽322,卡扣凹槽322设置在壳体300侧边的外侧,多个卡扣凹槽322的位置与多个卡扣131的位置相对应;第二连接部320还设置有与限位凹槽132对应的限位件321,限位件321可设置在壳体300侧边的外侧,限位件321的位置与限位凹槽132的位置相对应。这样一来,当盖体100和壳体300盖合时,通过限位件321卡合在限位凹槽132中,可以起到旋转防呆定位的作用,通过多个卡扣131和多个卡扣凹槽322的扣合,使得盖体100和壳体300可以紧密连接在一起。
参见图3,壳体300内还设置有多个支撑件330,多个支撑件330可设置在壳体300与透气窗口110相对应的扇形区域内,多个支撑件330在壳体300上均匀分布。当然,支撑件330也可以均匀设置在壳体300内的所有区域。支撑件330具有支撑作用,其可以避免透气垫200塌陷,影响产品的外观及使用。
在本实施例的一个具体实施方式中,参见图4,壳体300远离盖体100的一侧设置有第一波浪台阶350。参见图5,固定器400可具有一夹合板420,夹合板420的一端具有固定部410,夹合板420和固定部410可一体成型,夹合板420的相对另一端上设置有与第一波浪台阶350相对应的第二波浪台阶421,固定器400通过固定部410固定在壳体300上。举例来说,固定部410上可设置有紧固孔411,壳体300上可设置有固定通孔340,健康防护用品10还可包括紧固件,紧固件穿过固定通孔340紧固在紧固孔411上,以将固定器400固定在壳体300上。紧固件可为紧固螺钉,紧固孔411可为螺纹孔,紧固螺钉可穿过固定通孔340紧固在所述螺纹孔中,使得固定器400可以固定在壳体300远离盖体100的一侧。当然,紧固件可为其他紧固件,紧固孔411也可为其他紧固孔,本发明实施例仅为举例说明,并不以此为限。这样一来,可以通过固定器400将健康防护用品10佩戴在衣领、挎包等上,便于随身携带。
在本实施例的一个具体实施方式中,参见图6,壳体300远离盖体100的一侧设置有粘贴固定部360,固定器400包括粘贴件(图中未示出),所述粘贴件固定在粘贴固定部360上。粘贴固定部360可为凸字形,粘贴件可为双面胶,一侧粘贴在粘贴固定部360上,另一侧例如粘贴有粘贴纸,在使用时,使用者揭掉所述粘贴纸,通过双面胶的另一侧粘贴在使用者的衣服或者物体上。当然,粘贴件也可为魔术贴,粘贴件的形状也可为凸字形,当然也可以为其他粘贴物、其他形状,本发明实施例并不以此为限。
参见图7,健康防护用品10还可包括胶垫500,胶垫500设置在盖体100和透气垫200之间,胶垫500的形状可与盖体100的形状类似,胶垫500可为圆形,且包括与盖体 100的透气窗口110和透气垫200上的连接通孔210一致的镂空,胶垫500可为双面胶,将透气垫200粘贴在盖体100内。当然,透气垫200也可通过胶水将透气垫200粘贴在盖体100内,也可以用过其他方式将透气垫200固定在盖体100内,本发明实施例并不以此为限。
在本发明的另一实施例中,请参见图8A-8E,容纳空间370可包括第一容纳空间371和第二容纳空间372,健康防护用品10还可包括香料,所述香料容置在第一容纳空间371,所述消毒缓释剂容置在第二容纳空间372。具体地,所述香料可以通过挥发释放香味,以达到清新空气或改变气味的目的,所述消毒缓释剂可为二氧化氯缓释剂,所述二氧化氯缓释剂用于释放二氧化氯气体,以达到消毒防护的效果,所述香料和所述二氧化氯缓释剂一起挥发,可以达到消毒防护效果的同时挥发香味,使得健康防护用品10具有消毒效果的同时也有宜人的味道,进一步提升用户体验度。所述香料可包括以下原料中的一种或多种:薰衣草、茉莉花、柠檬香精、玫瑰、檀香,当然也可以包括其他香料,本发明实施例并不以此为限。第一容纳空间371和第二容纳空间372之间可相互隔绝,具体可通过支撑件330相互隔绝,当然也可通过设置隔离板进行隔绝,本发明实施例并不以此为限。第一容纳空间371和第二容纳空间372之间相互隔绝,可以使得所述香料和所述二氧化氯缓释剂之间相互隔绝,防止所述香料和所述二氧化氯缓释剂混合影响消毒防护效果。
进一步地,透气窗口110可包括第一透气窗口111和第二透气窗口112,第一透气窗口111与第一容纳空间371对应,第二透气窗口112与第二容纳空间372对应。第一容纳空间371和第二容纳空间372的形状可相同或不同,第一透气窗口111和第二透气窗口112的形状可相同或不同,第一透气窗口111与第一容纳空间371的形状可相同或不同,第二透气窗口112与第二容纳空间372的形状可相同或不同。
具体地,在本实施例的一个具体实施方式中,参见图8A,第一容纳空间371可为壳体300中心的圆形容纳空间,第二容纳空间372可为圆形容纳空间周边的圆环容纳空间,第一容纳空间371和第二容纳空间372之间通过圆形支撑件隔开。第一透气窗口111可为盖体100中间的花瓣形透气窗口,第二透气窗口112可为以所述花瓣形透气窗口为中心的C形透气窗口,当然,第一透气窗口111的形状也可与第一容纳空间371的形状相同,例如为圆形,第二透气窗口112的形状也可与第二容纳空间372相同,例如为圆环形。当然,上述仅为举例说明,本发明实施例并不以此为限。
在本实施例的一个具体实施方式中,参见图8B,第一容纳空间371可包括多个第一子容纳空间,第二容纳空间372可包括多个第二子容纳空间,所述多个第一子容纳空间和所述多个第二子容纳空间依次间隔设置,所述第一子容纳空间和所述第二子容纳空间形状大小例如相同,具体可为扇环形。对应的,第一透气窗口111可包括多个第一子透 气窗口,第二透气窗口112可包括多个第二子透气窗口,所述多个第一子透气窗口与多个所述第二子透气窗口依次间隔设置,所述第一子透气窗口与所述第二子透气窗口的形状大小可相同。当然,上述仅为举例说明,本发明实施例并不以此为限。
在本实施例的一个具体实施方式中,参见图8C,第一容纳空间371的形状可为近似圆形的形状,其位于壳体300的中部位置;第二容纳空间372可为C形容纳空间,其围绕在所述第一容纳空间371外。第一透气窗口111可与第一容纳空间371的形状相同,第二透气窗口112可与第二容纳空间372的形状相同。当然,上述仅为举例说明,本发明实施例并不以此为限。
在本实施例的一个具体实施方式中,参见图8D,第一容纳空间371可为壳体300内一半的半圆形容纳空间,第二容纳空间372可为壳体300内的另一半圆环容纳空间,第一容纳空间371和第二容纳空间372之间通过沿圆形壳体300的直径设置的支撑件隔开。第一透气窗口111的形状可近似半圆的形状,第二透气窗口112的形状可为近似半圆形状,其与所述第一透气窗口111对称。当然,上述仅为举例说明,本发明实施例并不以此为限。
在本实施例的一个具体实施方式中,参见图8E,第一容纳空间371与第二容纳空间372可组合成类似八卦图的形状,第一容纳空间371和第二容纳空间372之间通过沿圆形壳体300的中心弯曲设置的支撑件隔开。第一透气窗口111和第二透气窗口112可为类似水滴的形状。当然,上述仅为举例说明,本发明实施例并不以此为限。
由上可知,本发明上述技术特征可以具有如下一个或多个有益效果:本实施例通过设置盖体、透气垫、壳体、消毒缓释剂和固定器组成健康防护用品,所述消毒缓释剂设置在所述透气垫和所述壳体组成的容纳空间中,所述消毒缓释剂通过透气垫和盖体上的透气窗口释放出来,起到消毒防护的作用,通过固定器的设置可以将健康防护用品佩戴在使用者身上或者旁边的物体上,使得健康防护用品舒适、安全、环保、材料简单且方便携带。另外,所述透气窗口的面积占所述盖体表面积的至少30%的设置,可以保障有足够的透气空间,以确保挥发到空气中的消毒气体有足够高的浓度以达到消毒防护的作用,同时透气窗口面积的设置具有美观效果,进一步提高了用户体验度。其次,通过在盖体内的第一定位件穿过透气垫的连接通孔固定在壳体的第二定位件上,便于盖体和壳体的盖合。此外,通过盖体上的多个卡扣和壳体上的多个卡扣凹槽的设置,使得所述盖体与所述壳体连接时所述多个卡扣一一对应扣合在所述多个卡扣凹槽中,进一步加强了所述盖体和所述壳体的连接。再者,通过在所述壳体内设置多个支撑件,其具有支撑作用,可以避免透气垫塌陷,影响产品的外观及使用。
此外,可以理解的是,前述各个实施例仅为本发明的示例性说明,在技术特征不冲突、结构不矛盾、不违背本发明的发明目的前提下,各个实施例的技术方案可以任意组合、搭配 使用。

- 一种健康防护用品(10),其特征在于,包括:盖体(100),设置有透气窗口(110),所述透气窗口(110)的面积占所述盖体(100)表面积的40%~70%,所述盖体(100)包括第一连接部(130),所述第一连接部(130)上设置有多个卡扣(131);透气垫(200),位于所述盖体(100)内侧;壳体(300),在所述透气垫(200)与所述壳体(300)之间形成容纳空间(370),所述容纳空间(370)包括第一容纳空间(371)和第二容纳空间(372),所述第一容纳空间(371)和所述第二容纳空间(372)之间相互隔绝,所述壳体(300)包括第二连接部(320),所述第二连接部(320)上设置有与所述多个卡扣(131)对应的多个卡扣凹槽(322),所述多个卡扣(131)一一对应扣合在所述多个卡扣凹槽(322)中,以连接所述盖体(100)和所述壳体(300),所述壳体(300)内还包括支撑件(330),所述支撑件(330)的高度与所述壳体(300)内壁的高度相等;香料,容置在所述第一容纳空间(371)内;二氧化氯缓释剂,容置在所述第二容纳空间(372)内,所述二氧化氯缓释剂在预定时间为8~12分钟、向预定空间为0.8~1.2立方米所释放出的二氧化氯的浓度为0.04~0.09ppm;以及固定器(400),固定在所述壳体(300)远离所述盖体(100)的一侧。
- 如权利要求1所述的健康防护用品(10),其特征在于,所述二氧化氯缓释剂为二氧化氯缓释颗粒,所述二氧化氯缓释颗粒的大小大于所述透气垫(200)的透气孔大小。
- 如权利要求2所述的健康防护用品(10),其特征在于,所述香料包括以下原料中的一种或多种:薰衣草、茉莉花、柠檬香精、玫瑰、檀香。
- 如权利要求1所述的健康防护用品(10),其特征在于,所述透气窗口(110)包括第一透气窗口(111)和第二透气窗口(112),所述第一透气窗口(111)与所述第一容纳空间(371)对应,所述第二透气窗口(112)与所述第二容纳空间(372)对应。
- 如权利要求4所述的健康防护用品(10),其特征在于,所述第一透气窗口(111)与所述第一容纳空间(371)的形状不同,所述第二透气窗口(112)与所述第二容纳空间(372)的形状不同。
- 如权利要求4所述的健康防护用品(10),其特征在于,所述第一容纳空间(371)和所述第二容纳空间(372)的形状不同,所述第一透气窗口(111)和所述第二透气窗口(112)的形状不同。
- 如权利要求4所述的健康防护用品(10),其特征在于,所述第一容纳空间(371)包括多 个第一子容纳空间,所述第二容纳空间(372)包括多个第二子容纳空间,所述多个第一子容纳空间和所述多个第二子容纳空间依次间隔设置。
- 一种健康防护用品(10),其特征在于,包括:盖体(100),设置有透气窗口(110);透气垫(200),位于所述盖体(100)内侧;壳体(300),与所述盖体(100)连接,且在所述透气垫(200)与所述壳体(300)之间形成容纳空间(370);消毒缓释剂,容置在所述容纳空间(370)内,所述消毒缓释剂在预定时间内、向预定空间所释放出的二氧化氯的浓度大于0.025ppm;以及固定器(400),固定在所述壳体(300)远离所述盖体(100)的一侧。
- 如权利要求8所述的健康防护用品(10),其特征在于,所述消毒缓释剂在预定时间内、向预定空间所释放出的二氧化氯的浓度为0.04~0.09ppm。
- 如权利要求8所述的健康防护用品(10),其特征在于,所述预定时间为大于等于5分钟、所述预定空间为大于等于0.5立方米。
- 如权利要求8所述的健康防护用品(10),其特征在于,所述预定时间为8~12分钟、所述预定空间为0.8~1.2立方米。
- 如权利要求8所述的健康防护用品(10),其特征在于,所述消毒缓释剂的质量大于等于2g小于等于10g。
- 如权利要求12所述的健康防护用品(10),其特征在于,所述消毒缓释剂的质量大于等于4g小于等于8g。
- 如权利要求8所述的健康防护用品(10),其特征在于,所述盖体(100)内设置有第一定位件(120),所述透气垫(200)上设置有与所述第一定位件(120)对应的连接通孔(210),所述壳体(300)靠近所述盖体(100)的一侧设置有与所述第一定位件(120)对应的第二定位件(310),所述第一定位件(120)穿过所述连接通孔(210)固定在所述第二定位件(310)上,以将所述盖体(100)定位在所述壳体(300)上。
- 如权利要求14所述的健康防护用品(10),其特征在于,所述盖体(100)包括第一连接部(130),所述第一连接部(130)上设置有多个卡扣(131),所述壳体(300)包括第二连接部(320),所述第二连接部(320)上设置有与所述多个卡扣(131)对应的多个卡扣凹槽(322),所述盖体(100)与所述壳体(300)连接时所述多个卡扣(131)一一对应扣合在所述多个卡扣凹槽(322)中。
- 如权利要求15所述的健康防护用品(10),其特征在于,所述第一连接部(130)还设置有限位凹槽(132),所述第二连接部(320)还设置有与所述限位凹槽(132)对应的限位件(321)。
- 如权利要求14所述的健康防护用品(10),其特征在于,所述壳体(300)内还包括多个支撑件(330),所述多个支撑件(330)围绕所述第二定位件(310)间隔固定在所述壳体(300)内,所述支撑件(330)的高度与所述壳体(300)内壁的高度相等。
- 如权利要求8所述的健康防护用品(10),其特征在于,所述壳体(300)远离所述盖体(100)的一侧设置有第一波浪台阶(350);所述固定器(400)具有一夹合板(420),所述夹合板(420)的一端具有固定部(410),相对的另一端上设有与所述第一波浪台阶(350)相对应的第二波浪台阶(421),所述固定器(400)通过所述固定部(410)固定在所述壳体(300)上。
- 如权利要求8所述的健康防护用品(10),其特征在于,所述壳体(300)远离所述盖体(100)的一侧设置有粘贴固定部(360);所述固定器(400)包括:粘贴件,所述粘贴件固定在所述粘贴固定部(360)上。
- 如权利要求8所述的健康防护用品(10),其特征在于,所述透气窗口(110)的面积占所述盖体(100)表面积的至少30%。
- 如权利要求20所述的健康防护用品(10),其特征在于,所述透气窗口(110)的面积占所述盖体(100)表面积的40%~70%。

- 如权利要求27所述的健康防护用品(10),其特征在于,所述消毒缓释剂挥发后空气中二氧化氯的预定浓度为0.04~0.09ppm;所述预定时间为8~12分钟、所述预定空间为0.8~1.2立方米。
- 如权利要求27所述的健康防护用品(10),其特征在于,所述盖体(100)包括第一连接部(130),所述第一连接部(130)上设置有多个卡扣(131),所述壳体(300)包括第二连接部(320),所述第二连接部(320)上设置有与所述多个卡扣(131)对应的多个卡扣凹槽(322),所述盖体(100)与所述壳体(300)连接时所述多个卡扣(131)一一对应扣合在所述多个卡扣凹槽(322)中。
