  • Each leg of the at least four legs (3) of the device will extend downwards on its own due to gravitational force once the at least one lock pin (4) from each leg of the at least four legs (3) of the device has been removed.
  • the device is then locked into the position using the at least one lock pin (4) when the at least four legs (3) have been fully extended downwards.
  • the lift mechanism is lowered down and the movable vehicle disconnects / separates from the device via the at least one shaft hook (6) which is adjusted (removed or locked in) manually by the operator of the device of the present invention.

This height is preferred for easy operations by the operator and this height is sufficient for the unloading of fertilisers to the fertiliser application apparatuses for fertiliser application to the oil palm trees. Once the device is locked into position, fertiliser application apparatuses can drive and park itself under the device to be filled up with fertilisers for application purposes.
  • a fertiliser application apparatus for application or spreading fertiliser to the oil palm trees has a capacity to carry fertilisers in a range of between 300 kg to 600 kg.
  • the container (1) of the device can store fertilisers in a range of between 4 MT to 5 MT, up to a maximum of 5 MT. This would be the preferred maximum capacity of the device as machine with a bigger capacity than that could have issues being driven out to the oil palm estates as the pathway for driving is only accessible or limited to specific types of vehicle. Hence, it is not preferable to have a device with a capacity of more than 5 MT.
  • the device contains at least one discharge door (5) of the container (1) to allow flow / discharge of the fertiliser via gravitational force from the device to the fertiliser application apparatuses for fertiliser spreading / application to the oil palm trees.
  • the at least one discharge door (5) is at the bottom of the at least two compartments of the container (1) of the device of the present invention. The operator of the device will manually open and close the at least one discharge door (5) to allow the flow of the fertilisers to the fertiliser application apparatuses.
  • the dimension of the discharge door is in a range of between (400mm -500mm) X (600mm- 700mm). 11
  • the movable vehicle drives under the device of the present invention and hooks to the device of the present invention with the at least one shaft hook (6).
  • the hook lift mechanism is then extended or raised up to the height of the device to support the weight of the device.
  • the operator will then proceed to pull out the at least one lock pin (4) one by one from each leg of the at least four legs (3) of the device.
  • the extended and adjustable legs will then be pushed back into its original position and the operator will secure the at least one lock pin (4) at each leg of the device to lock at least four legs (3) to secure the position of the device of the present invention.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif pour fertilisant destiné à contenir et à distribuer des fertilisants, relié amovible à un véhicule mobile, le dispositif comprenant un contenant (1) destiné à contenir les fertilisants, un cadre à compartiments (2) destiné à supporter le contenant (1) qui contient les fertilisants, au moins quatre pieds (3) destinés à supporter le poids du contenant (1) lorsque le dispositif est élevé en position haute, au moins une broche de verrouillage (4) située sur chaque pied desdits quatre pieds (3) destinée à maintenir ou de verrouiller le dispositif dans une position, au moins une porte de distribution (5) située au fond du contenant (1) de façon à distribuer des fertilisants par le biais de l'ouverture et de la fermeture de ladite porte de distribution et au moins un crochet à axe (6) destiné à accoupler le dispositif au véhicule mobile et à le désaccoupler de ce dernier à des fins de déplacement d'un endroit à un autre.
