如图1至7所示,一种插座结构,包括支架1,支架1设有容纳导电片组件200的腔体,支架1包括上支架11和下支架12,上支架11和/或下支架12的至少一侧设有第一插槽61。上支架11和下支架12设置有第一定位部21和第二定位部22,第一定位部21和第二定位部22围成夹紧孔2,导电线100穿过夹紧孔2并夹紧于第一定位部21和第二定位部22之间。。
在上支架11和下支架12之间形成夹紧孔2,当导电线100穿过夹紧孔2后,第一定位部21和第二定位部22将导电线100夹紧固定于支架1上(即支架1已经可将导电线100夹紧固定,无需再另外预留个位置通过线卡将导电线固定),从而缩小了插座1的体积(缩小了导电线100在插座壳体内的的固定安装空间), 同时通过将支架1内的导电片组件200直接或间接与充电PCB板组件81的连接配合,实现了在插座上设置充电的多功能产品组合,且安装方便,体积较小,同时通过可拆卸安装的软质尾卡5,有效保证了插座可以通过的导电线100的安全摇摆等安规测试。
在本实用新型第一实施例中,上支架11和下支架12分别设有第一定位部21和第二定位部22,第一定位部21和第二定位部围成夹紧孔2,导电线100夹紧于第一定位部21和第二定位部22之间,通过第一定位部21和第二定位部22将导电线100实现夹紧的作用。第一定位部21和第二定位部22设有至少一组,在本实用新型实施例中,第一定位部21和第二定位部22设有两组起到了更好的夹紧导电线100并防止其被拉扯的作用。
在本实用新型第二实施例中,例如图6所示,夹紧孔2设于上支架11相对的下支架12一侧或设于下支架12相对的上支架11一侧,当导电线100置于夹紧孔2时,通过上支架11与下支架12的挤压将导电线100的夹紧固定于支架1,然后上支架11和下支架12可通过多种现有方式固定方式进行固定即可。
其中夹紧孔2的直径小于导电线100的直径,夹紧孔2可以为梯形状、三角形状、圆形状等规则或者非规则形状均可;同时为了避免导电线100位移,优选实施例中,夹紧孔2周边可以设置一定的尖锐部201,从而尖锐部201部分卡入导电线100的保护层内。
在本实用新型实施例中,第一插槽61设于下支架12和/或上支架11上,其中第一插槽61可以设置多个,从而可以方便充电的同时可以供其他电子产品插接使用,本实用新型实施例中,如图7所示,第一插槽61设有两个且相对设置。
在本实用新型实施例中,还包括外壳3,外壳3一端具有开口31,所述开口31安装有盖体4,所述支架1通过开口31置于外壳3腔体内并通过盖体4固定,所述外壳3设有与第一插槽61适配的插槽过孔62,其开口31一般设置于外壳3的后端,当然开口31也可以设置在外壳3的侧端,即导电线100的位置改变。
进一步地,盖体4设有软质尾卡5(软质尾卡5一般为软质材料制成),软质尾卡5设有供导电线100穿过的通孔50,软质尾卡5与盖体4一体成型或可拆卸安装,其中软质尾卡5具有一定的形变度,有利于其与软性导电线100的过渡配合,减少导电线100在该位置的摩擦损害。根据不同的生产及使用需求,软质尾卡5与盖体4一体成型或可拆卸安装,由于盖体4本体和软质尾卡5一般为两种不同材料,可以通过注塑的方式将盖体4本体与软质尾卡5一体成型,也可以为了节约 生产成本通过注塑的方式分别生产盖体4本体和尾卡5后进行组装使用。
具体地,盖体4设有枢转孔41,软质尾卡5可枢转安装于枢转孔41,并卡接于盖体4的侧壁,即软质尾卡5枢转设置并卡接于盖体4,方便了安装且可以减少生产成本,其中可以在枢转孔41设置锁定结构实现软质尾卡5的枢转后锁定,也可以通过超声焊接固定将其锁定,或者通过胶水固定。
在本实用新型实施例中,软质尾卡5包括管体51、设于管体51的第一定位座52和第二定位座53,第一定位座52和第二定位座53之间形成与侧壁相适的定位槽54,第一定位座52可穿过枢转孔41,第二定位座53限位于盖体4侧壁,定位槽54可沿盖体4侧壁枢转,即第二定位座53的直径和面积大于枢转孔41从而将其限位(其中本实用新型的实施例中,第二定位座53为圆形状,第一定位座52和枢转孔41呈条形状),当然将第一定位座52、第二定位座53和枢转孔41设置为其他形状也可以实现软质尾卡5的枢转。
其中软质尾卡5与导电线100一般为间隙配合,从而可以保证导电线100穿过,且可以保证一定的防水性(也可以额外注胶保证防水)。
在本实用新型实施例中,支架1与盖体4相对的侧面设有与第一定位座52相配合的限位槽91,第一定位座52可卡于限位槽91内,通过限位槽91的设置可以将第一定位座52的卡接于限位槽91进行固定,防止软质尾卡51转动从而保证了拉扯测试的稳定,且安装固定方便。
在本实用新型实施例中,支架1向外延伸有至少一个限位凸块71,外壳3设有与限位凸块71相配合的台阶槽72,通过限位凸块71和台阶槽72的配合,方便了支架1的安装和固定,当盖体4固定于外壳3时,即对限位凸块71固定,有效保证了插座产品的紧固力。
在本实用新型实施例中,外壳3腔体与支架1之间还设有充电PCB板组件81,充电PCB板组件81设有接头82,外壳3设有与接头82相配合的第二插槽83,第二插槽83为例如USB\TYPE-C等通用移动电源接口。
具体地,支架1向后延伸有定位腔92,支架1设有接电孔93,所述充电PCB板81置于于定位腔92内,在实际使用中,充电PCB板组件81设有连接件(例如导电线或引脚),连接件穿过接电孔93后与插座的电性相连接方便组装。同时通过定位腔92的设置可以方便充电PCB板组件81周边注入冷却硅胶,保证了散热和导热,同时定位腔92可以使产品整体更稳定,且注入的冷却硅胶成型较为规整。
在本实用新型实施例中,外壳3内壁和支架1外壁之间间隙配合,外壳3设有凸型卡部101,所述盖体4设有与凸型卡部101相配合的凹型槽部102,台阶槽72设于凸型卡部101上,当盖体4和外壳3相契合时,盖体4可将限位凸块71固定与盖体4和外壳3之间。通过凸型卡部101和凹型槽部102的配合,方便支架的固定,同时支架1和外壳3间隙配合,可以保证插座非正常使用(如摔落或碰撞)的情况下,依旧可以保证其内部结构的稳定性。
在本实用新型实施例中,夹紧孔2呈梯形状或所述卡孔向内延伸有纵向设置和/或横向设置的卡条201。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种插座结构,其特征在于,包括壳体、支架和导电线,所述壳体具有容腔,支架置于该容腔内,所述支架设有容纳导电片组件的腔体,导电线依次穿过壳体和支架后,伸入所述腔体内并与导电片组件电连接,所述导电线夹紧固定于支架上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的插座结构,其特征在于:所述支架包括上支架和下支架,所述上支架和下支架设置有第一定位部和第二定位部,所述第一定位部和第二定位部围成夹紧孔,所述导电线穿过夹紧孔并夹紧于第一定位部和第二定位部之间。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的插座结构,其特征在于:所述夹紧孔的直径小于导电线的直径大小。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的插座结构,其特征在于:所述壳体包括外壳和盖体,所述外壳一端具有开口,所述盖体安装于开口处,所述支架通过开口置于外壳容腔内并通过盖体固定。

    如权利要求4所述的插座结构,其特征在于:所述盖体设有软质尾卡,所述软质尾卡设有供导电线穿过的通孔,所述软质尾卡与盖体一体成型或可拆卸安装。

    如权利要求5所述的插座结构,其特征在于:所述盖体设有枢转孔,所述软质尾卡可枢转安装于枢转孔,并卡接于盖体的侧壁。

    如权利要求6所述的插座结构,其特征在于:所述软质尾卡包括管体、设于管体的第一定位座和第二定位座,所述第一定位座和第二定位座之间形成与侧壁相适的定位槽,所述第一定位座可穿过枢转孔,所述第二定位座限位于盖体侧壁,所述定位槽可沿侧壁枢转。
  8. 如权利要求2所述的插座结构,其特征在于:所述支架与盖体相对的侧面设有与第一定位座相配合的限位槽,所述第一定位座可卡接于限位槽内。

    如权利要求4所述的插座结构,其特征在于:所述支架向外延伸有至少一个限位凸块,所述外壳设有与限位凸块相配合的台阶槽。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的插座结构,其特征在于:所述支架向后延伸有定位腔,所述支架设有接电孔。

    如权利要求9所述的插座结构,其特征在于:所述外壳内壁和支架外壁之间间隙配合,所述外壳设有凸型卡部,所述盖体设有与凸型卡部相配合的凹型槽部,所述台阶槽设于凸型卡部上,当盖体和外壳相契合时,盖体可将限位凸块固定于盖体和外壳之间。
  12. 如权利要求2所述的插座结构,其特征在于:所述夹紧孔呈梯形状或所述夹紧孔向内延伸有纵向和/或横向设置的卡条。
