Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种球囊后方导管主体带有侧孔的球囊导管,包括导管主体,导管主体的前端设有球囊,导管主体的后端设有尾侧孔,导管主体的尾端处设有尾端孔,在球囊后的导管主体上设在球囊阻断血管后能够向球囊后方的血管管腔内注射药物的药物通道。该药物通道在球囊后方的球囊导管上另外设置有侧孔,通过侧孔可在阻断血管后向球囊后方近端的血管腔内注射溶栓等药物,满足某些特定情况需要阻断血管后向球囊近端的血管腔内注射药物的需要,其结构简单,作用效果明显。

本实用新型设计医用器材,具体涉及一种球囊后方导管主体带有侧孔的球囊导管。
背景技术
球囊导管是一种医疗介入器材,常规的医用球囊导管是一个头端预装一可扩张充盈的球囊的导管,可用于人体内管道和血管的扩张或者阻断。
常规球囊导管的作用是扩张管道或者阻断管道。血管介入常用的球囊还可以阻断血管后向阻断的远端注射溶栓等药物,用于特定的治疗。但是常规球囊导管的球囊后方导管上没有侧孔,阻断血管后无法向球囊的后方的血管管腔内注射药物。
发明内容
针对现有球囊导管所存在功能单一,不能提供阻断血管后向球囊后方的血管腔内注射药物的缺陷,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种在阻断血管后能够向球囊后方的血管管腔内注射药物的球囊导管,满足某些特定情况需要阻断血管后向球囊近端的血管腔内注射药物的使用。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型所采取的技术方案是:一种球囊后方导管主体带有侧孔的球囊导管,包括导管主体,导管主体的前端口,导管主体前端处的球囊,导管主体后端的尾侧孔,导管主体尾端处的尾端孔,在所述球囊后的导管主体上设在球囊阻断血管后能够向球囊后方的血管管腔内注射药物的药物通道。
所述在球囊后的导管主体上设在球囊阻断血管后能够向球囊后方的血管管腔内注射药物的药物通道是将导管主体的前端口进行封闭,在位于球囊后的导管主体上设球囊后侧孔,药物经尾侧孔、导管主体内腔、球囊后侧孔注射到球囊后方的血管管腔内。

所述在球囊后的导管主体上设在球囊阻断血管后能够向球囊后方的血管管腔内注射药物的药物通道是在球囊后的导管主体内部增设一内置管,内置管前端开口临近于球囊后方的导管主体上,够成球囊后方前测孔,内置导管的尾端开口远离于球囊后方的导管主体上,与球囊导管主体尾侧构成球囊后方后测孔,药物经球囊后方后测孔、内置管管腔、球囊后方前测孔注射到球囊后方的血管管腔内。
所述球囊后方后测孔设计为可与注射器相连的标准连接头。
所述尾侧孔和尾端孔均设计为可与注射器相连的标准连接头。
本实用新型采用上述技术方案所设计的球囊后方导管主体带有侧孔的球囊导管,通过对常规球囊导管的结构加以改进,在球囊后的导管主体上设在球囊阻断血管后能够向球囊后方的血管管腔内注射药物的药物通道,该药物通道在球囊后方的球囊导管上另外设置有侧孔,通过侧孔可在阻断血管后向球囊后方近端的血管腔内注射溶栓等药物,满足某些特定情况需要阻断血管后向球囊近端的血管腔内注射药物的需要,以达到治疗疾病的目的。本实用新型结构简单,作用效果明显,其是对传统球囊导管的一种技术创新改进。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型球囊后方导管主体带有侧孔的球囊导管作具体说明。
传统的常规球囊导管,参见图1,包括导管主体3,导管主体3的前端口设有头端孔1,在导管主体3的前端设有球囊2,在导管主体3的后端设尾侧孔4,尾侧孔4用于注射液体充盈球囊,在导管主体3的尾端处设有尾端孔5,头端孔1与尾端孔5相通2。但是,常规球囊导管的球囊2后方导管上没有侧孔,阻断血管后无法向球囊2后方的管腔内注射药物,无法满足某些特定情况需要阻断血管后向球囊近端的血管腔内注射药物的使用。
本实用新型球囊后方导管主体带有侧孔的球囊导管实施例1,参见图2,包括导管主体3,导管主体3前端的头端孔进行封闭,即前端口为封闭状,在导管主体3的前端设有球囊2,在导管主体3的后端设尾侧孔4,在导管主体3的尾端处设有尾端孔5,尾侧孔4和尾端孔5均设计为可与注射器相连的标准连接头。在位于球囊2后的导管主体3上设球囊后侧孔6,球囊后侧孔6与尾侧孔4相连通。
本实施例让原来与尾端孔5直接呈同轴开口在头端的头端孔1改造成开口在球囊2的后方,即形成球囊后侧孔6,成为一款球囊后方带有侧孔的球囊导管,利用在阻断血管后通过尾侧孔4、球囊后侧孔6向球囊2近端的血管腔内注射溶栓等药物,满足某些特定情况需要阻断血管后向球囊近端的血管腔内注射药物的使用。
本实用新型球囊后方导管主体带有侧孔的球囊导管实施例2,参见图3,包括导管主体3,导管主体3前端设有头端孔1,在导管主体3的前端设有球囊2,在导管主体3的后端设尾侧孔4,在导管主体3的尾端处设有尾端孔5,尾侧孔4和尾端孔5均设计为可与 注射器相连的标准连接头。在球囊2后的导管主体3内部增设一内置管8,内置管8前端开口临近于球囊2后方的导管主体3上,够成球囊后方前测孔9,内置导管8的尾端开口远离于球囊2后方的导管主体3上,与球囊导管主体尾侧构成球囊后方后测孔7。球囊后方后测孔7设计为可与注射器相连的标准连接头。
本实施例在充盈球囊2阻断血管后,可以通过球囊后方后测孔7向内置管8内注射药物,药物通过球囊后方前测孔9进入球囊2阻断的后方血管官腔内,达到治疗目的。

  1. 一种球囊后方导管主体带有侧孔的球囊导管,包括导管主体,导管主体的前端口,导管主体前端处的球囊,导管主体后端的尾侧孔,导管主体尾端处的尾端孔,其特征是在所述球囊后的导管主体上设在球囊阻断血管后能够向球囊后方的血管管腔内注射药物的药物通道。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的球囊后方导管主体带有侧孔的球囊导管,其特征是所述在球囊后的导管主体上设在球囊阻断血管后能够向球囊后方的血管管腔内注射药物的药物通道是将导管主体的前端口进行封闭,在位于球囊后的导管主体上设球囊后侧孔,药物经尾侧孔、导管主体内腔、球囊后侧孔注射到球囊后方的血管管腔内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的球囊后方导管主体带有侧孔的球囊导管,其特征是所述球囊后侧孔与尾侧孔相连通。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的球囊后方导管主体带有侧孔的球囊导管,其特征是所述在球囊后的导管主体上设在球囊阻断血管后能够向球囊后方的血管管腔内注射药物的药物通道是在球囊后的导管主体内部增设一内置管,内置管前端开口临近于球囊后方的导管主体上,够成球囊后方前测孔,内置导管的尾端开口远离于球囊后方的导管主体上,与球囊导管主体尾侧构成球囊后方后测孔,药物经球囊后方后测孔、内置管管腔、球囊后方前测孔注射到球囊后方的血管管腔内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的球囊后方导管主体带有侧孔的球囊导管,其特征是所述球囊后方后测孔设计为可与注射器相连的标准连接头。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的球囊后方导管主体带有侧孔的球囊导管,其特征是所述尾侧孔和尾端孔均设计为可与注射器相连的标准连接头。
