Abstract

L'invention concerne un agencement de remplissage à piston rotatif, qui comprend au moins un piston actionné de manière électronique conçu pour remplir des produits dans des contenants. Les pistons sont actionnés individuellement et sont conçus pour un produit spécifique. L'agencement est adapté pour permettre à de l'air d'être purgé des pistons et sans refouler un quelconque produit, ce qui réduit considérablement les déchets de produit et de contenant. Comme les pistons ne sont pas liés par came, le chargement des pistons avec du produit est effectué à une vitesse supérieure à la vitesse de remplissage, ce qui augmente la vitesse de sortie de la machine.
