Description
本发明涉及多功能影音互动装置,尤其是一种可飞行的多功能影音互动装置。
传统的广告看板或是宣传物,用于对特定的产品或是活动进行宣传,但是这些广告看板及宣传物往往是放置在固定的地点,或是通过车辆移动,其移动的位置受到限制,使得其广告及宣传效果相当有限,同时这些广告看板及宣传物只具有固定的形态以及固定的图案或文字,并无法随意变更,因此整体的显示效果也较为枯燥乏味。虽然目前也有应用大型显示看板播放广告的方式,但是此种显示看板具有相当的重量,搬运不易,且需要持续的供电,在使用上相当不方便。
目前的电子纸显示技术已经非常成熟,已经有电子纸可以形成各种不同的形态并且显示所需要的不同的影像内容,因此如果可以将电子纸与广告看板或是宣传物加以结合,则可以达到轻量化的效果,便于移动,达到更丰富的应用,可以具有更多样化的广告及宣传效果。
另外目前太阳能供电也已经相当成熟,若能够将广告看板或是宣传物使用太阳能供电,则无须应用有线方式供电或充电,在使用上更加便利。
本发明提出一种崭新的可飞行的多功能影音互动装置,以解决上述现有技术上的缺陷。
为达到上述目的本发明中提出一种可飞行的多功能影音互动装置,包括一外皮层,其内部形成中空空间用于充填气体,其中该气体的密度小于空气的密度,使得该外皮层能够产生浮力,使整个多功能影音互动装置可以上升而飘浮在空中;一电子显示层,贴附在该外皮层的外表面的至少一部分,该电子显示层包括至少一个电子纸,能够以数位方式显示特定的影像;该电子纸为可弯折的结构;该至少一个电子纸分布在该外皮层的外表面上;至少一个螺旋桨,位于该外皮层的外侧,该螺旋桨通过一驱动机构驱动而旋转,当该螺旋桨旋转时即产生气流而推动该外皮层,使得该多功能影音互动装置可以在空中往不同的方位移动;一控制机构连接该电子显示层及该驱动机构,该控制机构用于控制该驱动机构,以控制该螺旋桨的动作;该控制机构还控制电子显示层的显示影像;以及一电池,连接该电子显示层、该驱动机构及该控制机构,该电池用于提供该多功能影音互动装置运作所需的电力。

本发明的有益效果是:
本发明中提出一种可飞行的多功能影音互动装置,将一外皮层内部填充低密度气体,使得整个外皮层可以产生浮力飘浮在空中,该外皮层的表面配置电子显示层,其应用软质电子纸显示的方式可以随时变换显示各种不同的数位影像,因此本发明的装置可以作为广告看板或是宣传物,且由于可以飘浮在空中,因此其配置位置不会受到限制,可以在任何位置进行展示及宣传,而不会被传统地面的道路或建筑物所遮蔽,可被更多使用者观看到,而达到更大范围的广告及宣传效果。该外皮层外部也配置螺旋桨及方向控制翼,可以通过控制机构控制整个装置的移动方向,使用者可以应用远端控制器遥控该装置,在使用上相当方便。本发明也配置有太阳能板层用于对该装置充电,因此可以长时间飘浮在空中。因此本发明的装置可以随时飘浮到不同的位置,可以具有生动有趣的视觉效果,而不受限于广告看板或宣传物的固定图案,可以达到更广泛的应用。由下文的说明可更进一步了解本发明的特征及其优点,阅读时并请参考附图。

请参考图1至图4所示,本发明的可飞行的多功能影音互动装置1,包括下列元件:
一外皮层10,其内部形成中空空间15,该中空空间15用于充填气体11(如图2所示),其中该气体11的密度小于空气的密度,使得该外皮层10能够产生浮力,使整个多功能影音互动装置1可以上升而飘浮在空中。该气体11如氢气或氦气。另外该外皮层10可以具有各种不同的形态、外观、造型或色彩。
本发明中该外皮层10的形状可以是各种生动的卡通造型,如人物、动物、植物等等,如图1及图3所示。该外皮层10的形状也可以是规则的球形、多面体等等。
一电子显示层20,贴附在该外皮层10的外表面的至少一部分,该电子显示层20包括至少一个电子纸21,能够以数位方式显示特定的影像。该电子纸21为可弯折的结构。该至少一个电子纸21分布在该外皮层10的外表面上。当该至少一个电子纸21为多个电子纸21时,各电子纸21可具有不同的尺寸,并分布在该外皮层10的外表面的不同位置,使得该电子显示层20可以具有不同的尺寸及形态。如图1及图3所示,该电子显示层20可以覆盖全部或一部分的该外皮层10。

至少一个方向控制翼71,位于该外皮层10的外侧,该方向控制翼71为可旋转的结构,且由该驱动机构75驱动而旋转,当该方向控制翼71旋转到不同的角度时即使该多功能影音互动装置1在移动时可通过该方向控制翼71进行转向。
一控制机构40,连接该电子显示层20及该驱动机构75,该控制机构40用于控制该驱动机构75,以控制该螺旋桨70及该方向控制翼71的动作。并且,控制机构40还用于控制电子显示层20的显示影像。
一电池80,连接该电子显示层20、该驱动机构75及该控制机构40,该电池80用于提供该多功能影音互动装置1运作所需的电力。
一远端控制器90,无线连接该控制机构40,其中该控制机构40还包括一无线收发机43,该无线收发机43通过信号连接该远端控制器90。该远端控制器90用于接收使用者的输入指令,并发出对应的控制讯号到该控制机构40,以使该控制机构40对该驱动机构75进行所需要的控制。因此使用者可以通过该远端控制器90控制该多功能影音互动装置1的移动。
本发明还包括一太阳能板层60,贴附在该外皮层10的外表面的至少一部分,且连接该电池80。该太阳能板层60包括至少一个太阳能板61,用于将太阳光能转换为电能并储存到该电池80,以对该电池80充电。该太阳能板61为可弯折的结构。当该至少一个太阳能板61为多个太阳能板61时,各太阳能板61可具有不同的尺寸,并分布在该外皮层10的外表面的不同位置,使得该太阳能板层60具有不同的尺寸及形态。
使用时,该多功能影音互动装置1可以应用其浮力而飘浮在空中,而该多功能影音互动装置1的电子显示层20可以用于显示特定的影像,因此可以将该多功能影音互动装置1漂浮在户外的空中,而可以作为广告看板或宣传物。本发明中可以将整个造型设计成有趣而生动的卡通造型,而且赋予生动的颜色及外观,因此当飘浮在空中时可以显示有趣的效果,吸引使用者观看。同时本发明的多功能影音互动装置1可以通过该螺旋桨70或方向控制翼71飘浮到不同的位置,而不受限于地面,在使用上相当方便。本发明应用太阳能板层60对该电池80充电,所以该多功能影音互动装置1可以长时间飘浮在空中而不必经常降落充电,在使用上相当便利。
本发明还包括一硅胶层30,包覆在该外皮层10、该电子显示层20及该太阳能板层60外侧。该硅胶层30为透明或半透明的结构,使用者可以从外部通过该硅胶层30观看到内侧的该电子显示层20。该硅胶层30用于防止外部的水进入该外皮层10或该太阳能板层60内部,以达到防水的效果。
如图4所示,其中该控制机构40包括:
一处理器41,用于进行相关的讯号处理,并控制该电子显示层20的影像显示。
一存储器42连接该处理器41,用于储存该电子显示层20所需要的影像。本发明中该电子显示层20的显示影像可以储存在该存储器42中,由该存储器42提供给该电子显示层20,或是由外部输入该电子显示层20。
其中外部输入的方式可以应用有线或无线的方式连接到外部的讯号源,以接收该讯号源传送的影像讯号,所输入的影像也可以储存在该存储器42中。
其中该处理器41也用于控制该驱动机构75,以控制该螺旋桨70的旋转,以及控制该方向控制翼71的角度。
本发明中的控制机构40及相关的信号或电力处理元件,可以视需要安装在本发明的外皮层10的内部或外部。
本发明的优点在于将一外皮层内部填充低密度气体,使得整个外皮层可以产生浮力飘浮在空中,该外皮层的表面配置电子显示层,其应用软质电子纸显示的方式可以随时变换显示各种不同的数位影像,因此本发明的装置可以作为广告看板或是宣传物,且由于可以飘浮在空中,因此其配置位置不会受到限制,可以在任何位置进行展示及宣传,而不会被传统地面的道路或建筑物所遮蔽,可被更多使用者观看到,而达到更大范围的广告及宣传效果。该外皮层外部也配置螺旋桨及方向控制翼,可以通过控制机构控制整个装置的移动方向,使用者可以应用远端控制器遥控该装置,在使用上相当方便。本发明也配置有太阳能板层用于对该装置充电,因此可以长时间飘浮在空中。因此本发明的装置可以随时飘浮到不同的位置,可以具有生动有趣的视觉效果,而不受限于广告看板或宣传物的固定图案,可以达到更广泛的应用。
上述详细说明是针对本发明的一可行实施例的具体说明,但该实施例并不用以限制本发明的专利范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所为的等效实施或变更,均应包含于本发明的专利范围中。
Claims (9)
- 一种可飞行的多功能影音互动装置,其特征在于,包括:一外皮层,其内部形成用于充填气体的中空空间,其中该气体的密度小于空气的密度;一电子显示层,贴附在该外皮层的外表面的至少一部分,该电子显示层包括至少一个能够以数位方式显示特定的影像的电子纸;该电子纸为可弯折的结构;该至少一个电子纸分布在该外皮层的外表面上;至少一个螺旋桨,位于该外皮层的外侧,该螺旋桨通过一驱动机构驱动旋转以推动该外皮层及该多功能影音互动装置在空中往不同的方位移动;一控制机构,连接该电子显示层及该驱动机构,该控制机构通过该驱动机构控制该螺旋桨的动作;以及一用于提供该可飞行的多功能影音互动装置运作所需的电力的电池,连接该电子显示层、该驱动机构及该控制机构。
- 如权利要求1所述的可飞行的多功能影音互动装置,其特征在于,还包括至少一个方向控制翼,位于该外皮层的外侧,该方向控制翼为可旋转的结构,该控制机构通过该驱动机构控制该方向控制翼旋转并带动该多功能影音互动装置在移动时进行转向。
- 如权利要求1所述的可飞行的多功能影音互动装置,其特征在于,其中该气体为氢气或氦气。
- 如权利要求1所述的可飞行的多功能影音互动装置,其特征在于,还包括一远端控制器,无线连接该控制机构,其中该控制机构还包括一用于信号连接该远端控制器的无线收发机。
- 如权利要求1所述的可飞行的多功能影音互动装置,其特征在于,还包括一太阳能板层,贴附在该外皮层的外表面的至少一部分,且连接该电池;该太阳能板层包括至少一个用于将太阳光能转换为电能并储存到该电池并对该电池充电的太阳能板;该太阳能板为可弯折的结构。
- 如权利要求5所述的可飞行的多功能影音互动装置,其特征在于,还包括一用于防止外部的水进入该外皮层内部的硅胶层,包覆在该外皮层、该电子显示层及该太阳能板层外侧;该硅胶层为透明或半透明的结构。
- 如权利要求2所述的可飞行的多功能影音互动装置,其特征在于,其中该控制机构包括:一用于进行相关的讯号处理的处理器,该处理器与该电子显示层相连;该处理器还连接该驱动机构,控制该外皮层呈现所需要的动作;以及一用于储存该电子显示层所需要的影像的存储器,连接该处理器;该电子显示层与该存储器相连接;其中该处理器通过控制该驱动机构控制该螺旋桨的旋转,以及控制该方向控制翼的角度。
- 如权利要求1所述的可飞行的多功能影音互动装置,其特征在于,其中该外皮层的形状选自球形、多面体、卡通造型、人物、动物、植物。
- 如权利要求1所述的可飞行的多功能影音互动装置,其特征在于,其中该至少一个电子纸为多个电子纸,各电子纸具有不同的尺寸,并分布在该外皮层的外表面的不同位置,该电子显示层具有不同的尺寸及形态。
