TECHNICAL PROBLEM
The technical problem solved by the present invention consists in the following: how to constructively solve the therapeutic chair for physical therapy that allows you to take the correct body position when performing exercises that help treat diseases or incapacities of the spine caused by injuries or deformities, which facilitates diagnosis of fractures syndromes, degenerative or rheumatic diseases, etc., and that such a chair is stable, adjustable in seat height, can be used as an integral part of furniture for offices and rooms of smaller dimensions, and that its maintenance is simple, easy for handling and can be used by patients of all ages.
BACKGROUND ART
Physical therapy is represented as a medical discipline that studies the biological effects of various forms of physical energy (light, heat, mechanical energy, magnetism, etc.) in order to increase the ability of individuals to alleviate certain problems in cases of injuries, fractures, pain, degenerative or rheumatic diseases, etc. The most important effects of physical therapy are analgesic action (against pain), antiflammatory (against inflammation), reduction of spasm or muscle spasm, reparative (healing after injuries), improvement of extensibility, ie. tissue flexibility.
As aids that allow the physiotherapist to more successfully relax the muscles around the spine that are contracted or shortened, various devices are used, usually made in the form of modified beds or specially adapted chairs so as to enable the therapist to determine the
exact cause of health problems as well as to select adequate methods that should be applied in order to improve health. These devices usually have specifically made accessories that are used to place the body in the most favorable position, which makes it easier for both therapist and patient to conduct therapy. It is necessary to perform a sufficient number of procedures so that the therapy should give the desired results. It is generally accepted that the longer the pain lasts, the longer it takes and the longer the treatment takes before the positive effect of the treatment is seen. When the spine is in question, physical exercises strengthen the muscles that guard the spine, so it is important both to conduct the therapy and to educate patients about the need for proper posture, along with the development of knowledge about the usefulness of daily exercise that has multiple positive effects on the body.
Today, a large number of medical therapeutic beds, tables and chairs are in use, made in a stable and mobile version, and designed to increase patient comfort while facilitating the work of therapists.
A careful review of the professional literature and propaganda materials of well-known manufacturers of medical therapeutic equipment and available patent documentation in the subject area found the following:
Chinese application CN 111514006 A, published on 11.08.2020, shows a multi-purpose infusion massage chair consisting of a base, first joint shaft and second joint shaft, upper end of the base firmly connected to the support foot, rear side backrest seat plate, support plate legs, which are designed to allow the therapist to adjust the position that is suitable for infusion massage. This chair is designed so that the mechanism by which the patient's position is adjusted is complicated, massive and prevents easy access to the patient. The displacement system is made hydraulically so that it is prone to failures and requires more frequent servicing.
Chinese application CN106136645 A, published on 23.11.2016, shows an adjustable chair that effectively replaces the therapeutic table, bodybuilding table, and which can also be used as an office table, designed to relieve the lumbar disc and prevent other nealth problems caused by compression of the vertebrae such as dizziness, sitting pain and the like. The chair has seven segments that allow the body to be placed in a position from a low position to a vertical position. The analysis of this application shows that the device is still intended for sports exercise and is not specially adapted for effective therapeutic action on the spine.
The useful Chinese model CN20101930 Y, published on 23.11.2016, shows a medical chair designed so that it can be used as part of office furniture, or as a deck chair and is intended to eliminate lumbar problems and to perform certain sports exercises for the abdominal muscles. The chair according to the invention has a detachable backrest plate and a lumbar traction support bar. Rollers and backrest cushions have been placed over the seat back support. The chair is made so that it can be easily moved, using supports made on both sides of the seat back support. This chair is comfortable, but a big problem is the rollers, which are more difficult to adjust to the patient's weight.
Published application WO 2020/125912 Al, published on 25.06.2020, shows a standing and sitting device for children with cerebral palsy consisting of a base consisting of a metal housing made as a frame construction of the sides of the cube, the upper edge of which is movably closed by the seat-back plate, where the seat part at the free end has the extensions ending in parallel ring supports for the feet. This device is simple and is movable with the help of wheels placed on the extensions of the top of the lower base of the structure, and it should be noted that it is functionally determined by the purpose for which it was constructed.

The star base 1 and the mechanism 11 for raising and lowering the seat 3 are standard and they are well known in the state of the art, so they are presented in the draft of the invention only as proof of the feasibility and applicability of the invention. Therefore, they have not been explained in more detail, which has given the description of the invention clarity and comprehensibility.
The seat 3 is made in the shape of a rectangular frame and is made of steel boxes of square
cross-section in which a rectangular plate 13 made of wood, plywood, hardboard, consistent plastic or some similar material is inserted and fastened with diagonally positioned screws. A connecting segment 14 of the seat height adjustment mechanism 11 is fixed to the underside of the plate 13. Two rectangular openings 15 are oppositely positioned on the sea: 3, in the extensions of which holders 16 with circular openings 17 are administratively made from the lower side of the seat 3; by inserting the outlet 34 into the holders 16 sets and by pulling the lock 18 through openings 17, 38 assembly of the back support corrector 7 is installed and fixed at a height suitable for the patient. On the side of the seat 3, the handles 4 are fixed opposite, which serve the person on whom the therapy is performed to achieve additional stability when performing exercises for the correction of the cervical spine.
The extension 6 for extending the seat 3 is also made of a rectangular frame and is made of the same materials and in the same way as the seat 3, except that in the rear part in the extension of the shorter sides there are outlets 41 by means of which by inserting into rectangular holes 50, performed on the front side of the seat 3, the extension 6 is movably fastened to the seat 3. By extending the seat 3 by means of the extension 6, it is possible to occupy an adequate lying position of the patient regardless of the height.
The backrest 5 is made in the form of a rectangular plate of the same width as the width of the seat 3 and is also made of the same materials and in the same way as the seat 3 and is connected to it by hinges 19 that allow it to rotate and adjust the angle according to the therapy. Diagonal reinforcements 20 are positioned on the backrest and the free and is reinforced with a transverse reinforcement 21 to which the upright bearing 22 of rectangular cross-section is fixed in the central part by welding, which during treatment is fixed to the assembly 8 of the neck corrector by pulling supporting bracket 23.
Figure 11 shows a neck corrector assembly 8 that allows the neck to be positioned in a position that allows the therapist to perform therapies to correct problems related to the cervical spine. This assembly consists of: a neck support bracket 23 and a neck holder 24 which are movably connected to each other so as to allow easy adjustment of the height of the holder 24 according to the patient's height. The neck holder 24 is made in the shape of a crescent with an arched indentation and symmetrically spaced ends 25 which, after taking the position for therapy, provide the patient with a stable position of the cervical spine. For the lower side of the holder 24 is fixed a bearing 26 which consists of parallel "L" plates 27 with laterally made circular holes 28. The bracket 23 is made of a metal box of square cross section and on the bent upper quarter of the tapered end 37 has a circular hole 49. Movable joint of holder 24 and the bracket 23 is realized by inserting a tapered end 37 of the bracket 23 into the bearing 26, whereby a shaft 39 is passed through the holes 28, 49. The circular holes 36 are evenly distributed on the bracket 23 which are used to adjust the desired height of assembly 8 of the neck corrector by inserting the fuse 29.
Figures 13, 14, 15 and 16 show the trapezoidal corrector 43 consisting of a holder 45 made as a hollow tube of rectangular section with an opening 46 on which a thread is incised by means of which the corrector 43 is detachably fastened to the bracket 23 by screwing 47.
Laterally bent arms 48 with balls 44 positioned at the ends are made on the holder 45.
The working angle of the backrest 5 for performing therapy of the cervical spine is determined by positioners 30 pivotally connected to the side edges of the backrest 5 made so that they are pivotally connected to the sides of the backrest 5 with a shorter bent end, and at the other free ends there are symmetrically spaced circular openings 31 which, by pulling the fuse 32 and inserting it into the side opening 40 on the seat 3, strengthens the corresponding position of the backrest 5.
When placing the backrest 5 in the lowermost position, as shown in Figure 3, the fuses 32 are removed and the positioners 30 are released so that the backrest 5 is turned downwards perpendicular to the seat 3.
The back corrector assembly 7, Figures 7, 8 and 9, consists of a convex upward, modifying rectangular metal plate 35 to which a rectangular metal plate 33 with integrally made administrative hollow outlets 34 of square cross-section with longitudinally formed circular openings 38 is attached at the bottom, at which, after inserting the outlet 34 into the holders 16 by pulling the lock 18 through the openings 38, 17, the back corrector assembly 7 is detachably fixed in the working position, the back corrector being oriented so that the patient's spine and back muscles are supported by the metal plate 35, in the optimal position, which enables the physiotherapist to perform effective extension or correction of the elasticity of the spine.
