- the process of formulating the emulsifiable concentrate of the synergistic composition is as follows: In laboratory mixer (DISPERMAT-R30 supplied by VMA-GETZMANN GMBH), the required quantity of Solvent/Diluent is weighed and added and mixed with continuous stirring; organic extract of Thymus Vulgaris is added in the mixer and stirred well until it dissolves, and while continuous stirring, the organic extract of Annona Squamosa is added and mixed until it forms clear solution. If required, the said mixture is heated to 40 to 45 degree Celsius.
- the ethoxylated derivatives of castor oil (Emulsogen EL-40 from Clariant, Agnique CSO 36 from BASF, Alkamuls 40 - Solvey) is added and mixed until it forms a clear solution.
- the desired amount of Calcium alkyl benzene sulfonate (Agnique ABS-60-CE-H BASF, Ninate 70 B-Stepan Chemical Co, Rhodacal 60BR-Solvey) is weighed and added to the mixture, mixing it continuously by stirringuntil it is completely dissolved.

- the product is then analysed for active matter and then proceeded for further addition of Soybean oil, followed by calcium alkyl benzene sulfonate(Rhodacal 65-BR-Solvey), and castor oil ethoxylate (Agnique CSO-36-BASF) and stir well until it completely dissolves. Then slowly add aqueous phase in to organic phase with stirring at high speed of 1500 to 2000 rpm to form white milky suspension of particle size less than 5 microns. To this suspension, add Xanthan gum 2% solution (Agropol-23 -Solvey) to modify viscosity.

Keeping the constant stirring, add Gerenol Odessy 5 supplied by solver and stir well to form homogeneous mix.

Weigh and add propylene glycol and Agnique DFM-111 -S-Supplied by BASF with constant stirring to form a solution. Increase the speed to 2000 rpm and slowly add kaolin clay to form a suspension.

Abstract
La présente invention concerne une composition synergique naturelle d'extraits végétaux qui agit comme une composition antifongique, antibactérienne et insecticide. Ladite composition synergique comprend des extraits végétaux, les diverses formes de ladite composition comprenant un extrait organique ou aqueux de Thymus vulgaris en tant que composant antifongique, un extrait organique ou aqueux d'Annona Squamosa en tant que composant insecticide, du 5-chloro-2-(4-chlorophénoxy) phénol en tant que composé anti-bactérien.
