Claims (5)
- 내부에 수납공간이 형성된 몸체(100)와,상기 몸체(100) 내부에 수용되어 외부 단말 장치(200)로부터 수신되는 제어신호를 입력받는 통신부(110)와,상기 몸체(100)의 눕혀진 방향에 따라 전면과 후면을 감지하는 감지부(120)와,상기 통신부(110)로 입력되는 제어신호를 기반으로 상기 몸체(100)의 외면으로 노출되도록 위치하는 표시부(140)의 색상, 점멸 방법 및 상태 등이 상기 감지부(120)에서 감시된 전면 방향으로 표시되도록 제어하는 제어부(130)와,상기 몸체(100) 내부에 수용되어 상기 표시부(140) 및 통신부(110)와 전기적으로 연결되어 상기 표시부(140) 및 통신부(110)에 전원을 공급하는 배터리부(150)를 포함하는 발광장치를 구비한 안전 캐리어.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제어부(130)는 상기 표시부(140)의 점등 및 점멸되는 주기, 조명의 조도 및 조명의 색상이 변경될 수 있도록 제어하며, 상기 감지부(120)에서 감시된 전면 방향에 구비되어 있는 표시부(140)만을 점등 및 점멸될 수 있도록 제어하는 발광장치를 구비한 안전 캐리어.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 표시부(140)는몸체부(101)의 표면보다 일정한 깊이로 매립되도록 구비되고, 적어도 하나 이상의 색상을 동시에 또는 순차적으로 발광 가능한 적어도 하나 이상의 표시램프(141)와,상기 표시램프(141)로부터 발광되는 광원을 외부로 투과시키는 투명판으로 구비되고, 상기 표시램프(141)의 점등 방향 상부에 위치되어 외부와 밀봉시켜 외부 충격 및 습기로부터 상기 표시램프(141)를 보호하는 밀봉부(142)를 포함하는 발광장치를 구비한 안전 캐리어.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 표시부(140)는몸체(100)의 뒷쪽면에 구성되어, 보행자 뒷쪽에서 다가오는 차량으로부터 보행자를 보호하는 교통 안전등 기능,몸체(100)의 앞쪽면에 구성되어, 보행중인 보행자의 발밑을 밝혀주는 안전등 기능 및몸체(100)의 외면에 구성되어, 사용자 각자의 개성에 맞춰 발광되는 빛을 서로 다른 색상 및 모양, 그리고 점멸 중 적어도 하나를 이용하여 디자인하는 꾸미기 기능 중 적어도 하나의 기능을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광장치를 구비한 안전 캐리어.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 안전 캐리어는몸체(100)의 슬라이드식 손잡이(103)의 일측에 구성되어, 스위칭 시에 싸이렌, 비프음(삐~) 또는 메모리에 미리 저장되어 있는 음향 중 어느 하나의 비상경고음과, 상기 표시부(140) 전체의 점멸 중 적어도 하나가 발생되도록 하는 스위치(105)를 더 포함하는 발광장치를 구비한 안전 캐리어.
