Abstract
The present invention relates to a process of a unique email ID for a registered user using their phone number after verifying the identity of a registrant, as well as using the registration information to notify the registrant of events that are either established by the registrant or the business through which the registrant has registered.

The present invention is capable of various modifications and various embodiments, and specific embodiments are illustrated in the drawings and described in detail in the detailed description. It is to be understood, however, that the invention is not to be limited to the specific embodiments, but includes all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and scope of the invention.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The tenns first, second, etc. may be used to describe various components, hut the components should not be limited by the tenns. The terms are used only for the purpose of distinguishing one component from another.
The terminology used hi this application is used only to describe a specific embodiment and is not intended to limit the invention. The singular expressions include plural expressions unless the context clearly dictates otherwise. In the present application, the tenns "comprises" or "having” and the like are used to specify that there is a feature, a number, a step, an operation, an element, a component or a combination thereof described in the specification. But do not preclude the presence or addition of one or more other features, integers, steps, operations, elements, components, or combi nations thereof.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a email generator using phone number 100 according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. in the fol lowing description, And redundant, explanations thereof will be omitted.
Fig. I shows a configuration and architecture diagram of t he email generator 100 according to the present invention. The email generator includes the communication system, app store ( I ), server (2), mobile tower connection (3) which is used for sending SMS tor OTP verification, mobile/wcb application (4), mail menu (5), inbox (5a), sent item (5b), trash (5c), search option (6), list of contacts (7), registered application user (7a), invite (8), sharing application link (9), composing new email (1 1), non - application users (12), web scanning option (13), desktop browser ( 14) to enable web usage of the mobile application which is similar to WhatsApp web.
Settings ( 15), baekup/storage plan ( 15a), notification (15b), user profile (15e) and Digital Signature ( 15d).
In the present invention, using the email generator the user has to visit the App Store { I ) to download and install this email application from play store /app store. During the initial launch of the application by the user, details like phone number, country code and IMEI number is identified and sentto the server for creating the user profile and email' id.
As the next step, the Server (2) will check the mobile number and the IME1 number and an account will be created automatically by using 'their mobile number as their email id along with the domain. The new nomenclature for email IDs globally will be: mobile phone n umbe rfajdoma i nna me

As the next step for the verification purpose, an SMS with One 'Time Password (OTP) is sent to the registered user's mobile number SMS OPT. Once the account is created, an OTP is sent to the registered mobile number for verification, After the OTP verification, the mobile application (4) in the handheld communication device of the registered user will download the user profile details from the server and the user can start using the email application.
The users can view and use the menu bar (S) which has options but not limited io Inbox (5a) wherein the user can view their incoming'emails list with read and unread option and they can also open the emails for further actions like read / delete / forward / reply. Sent item (5b) wherein the registered user can view their sent emails and Trash (5c) wherein the registered user can check on the deleted emails will be labelled and stored in Trash folder. There is a feature Search (6) for the users to search emails with keywords, email ids, etc. It also has Contacts (7) whereby the registered users can view their contact list to identify people who are using/not using the mobile application through the sync option. The next feature is Invite (8) wherein the registered user can send an invite requesting the non-users to download and use the email application. It also has art option to Share Application Link (9) wherein once the user send the invitation; a dynamic link will be created in the server and the same will be sent to the invited contact through SMS. The next step is the SMS with store link ( 10? thereby the invited contact will receive the SMS with foe link and when he clicks the. link, it will redirect to the store to
download the email application. As a very next step. New Compose (U) option provides the users to compose and send emails. Claims
1. An email management server system for generating and using the phone number as email format to support multiple users of multiple client devices, the email management server system comprising: an alias data store operative to store a key email address for each of a plurality of different users, the alias data store operative to store one or more alias email addresses in association with each of the key email addresses, the alias data store operative to store a particular key email address associated with a particular user and to store a particular alias email address in association with the particular key email address, the particular alias email address being provided to a particular account associated with the particular user, the particular account being generated using the phone number of the particular user; an alias generation engine, coupled to the alias data store, operative to: generate each alias email address of the one or more phone numbers, including the particular phone number for the particular account associated with the particular user, each alias email address having a domain associated with the email management server system; store in the alias data store the particular phone number in association with the particular key email address; and provide the particular phone number as the alias email address to the aliased information provisioning engine to provide to the particular account; and an alias agent engine, coupled to the alias data store, operative to:
receive an email message from a third party, the email message having a message source associated with the third party and having a first message destination that includes the phone number as the alias email address.
2. The email management server system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the alias generation engine is located on the mobile application of a client.
3. The email management server system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the alias agent engine is located on a cloud-based server system.
4. The email management server system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the alias data store is located on a cloud-based server system.
5. The email management server system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the particular alias phone number used as email address is operable for a unlimited time period.
6. The email management server system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the email management server system is operative to send the email address using the phone number received during the registration process.
7. The email management server system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the alias generation engine is operative to send phone number as email address unique to each registered users.
8. The email management server system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the aliased information provisioning engine operative to send personal information with the particular alias email address to the particular account.
9. The email management server system as claimed in claim 8, comprising a personal information data store, coupled to the aliased information provisioning engine, operative to store the personal information.
10. A method on an email management server system for generating and using phone number as email format to support multiple users of multiple client devices, the method comprising: storing a key email address using phone number for each of a plurality of different users in an alias data store, the storing including storing a particular key email address associated with a phone number for a particular user of the plurality of different users; generating a particular alias email address using phone number for a particular account associated with the particular user, the particular alias email address having a domain associated with the email management server system, the particular account being one of the plurality of different accounts; storing in the alias data store the particular phone number as alias email address in association with the particular key email address; using the one or more application program interfaces to provide the particular phone number as alias email address to the particular account associated with the particular user; receiving an email message from a third party, the email message having a message source associated with the third party and having a first message destination that includes the particular phone number as alias email address.
11. The method as claimed in claim 10, wherein the generating the particular alias email address is performed by a mobile application of the client.
12. The method as claimed in claim 10, wherein the receiving the email message from the third party is performed by a cloud-based server system.
13. The method as claimed in claim 10, wherein the alias data store is located on a cloudbased server system.
14. The method as claimed in claim 10, wherein the particular phone number as alias email address is operable for an unlimited time period.
15. The method of claim 10, wherein the application program interfaces are operative to send personal information with the particular phone number as alias email address to the particular account.
16. The method of claim 15, comprising storing the personal information in a personal information data store.
17. An email management server system, comprising: an alias data store for storing a key phone number as email address for each of a plurality of different users, the alias data store storing a particular key phone number as email address associated with a particular user of the plurality of different users, the alias data store storing a particular phone number as alias email address in association with the particular key email address; means for generating the particular phone number alias email address for a particular account associated with the particular user, the particular phone number alias email address
having a domain associated with the email management server system, the particular account being one of the plurality of different accounts, the one or more application program interfaces operative to provide the particular alias email address to the particular account associated with the particular user; means for receiving an email message from a third party, the email message having a message source associated with the third party and having a first message destination that includes the particular phone number as alias email address.
