Abstract
The present invention relates to a process of a unique email ID for a registered user using their phone number after verifying the identity of a registrant, as well as using the registration information to notify the registrant of events that are either established by the registrant or the business through which the registrant has registered.

“SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ESTABLISHING PHONE NUMBER AS ELECTRONIC MAIL ID FOR COMMUNICATION”
PREAMBLE TO THE DESCRIPTION:
The following specification particularly describes the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed: FIELD OF THE INVENTION:
The present invention relates to a mobile terminal and, in particular, to an information provision method and apparatus of a mobile terminal for managing and providing information associated with a plurality of communication accounts of a user in an integrated manner.
BACKGROUND: With its widespread use, a mobile phone has become one of the indispensable tools in modern life. Recently, the mobile phones have evolved into multifunctional communication terminals capable of supporting various supplementary services as well as basic voice communication service. There are more than 1 billion Internet users worldwide, more than 3.5 billion mobile subscribers of which over 70% use their mobile phones for purposes other than voice, and all have at least once communicated personal data (whether email, name, date of birth, address, phone number, etc.) to companies (Service Providers, eCommerce sites, Banks, Mobile Operators,) and/or authorized, with or without their knowledge, the use of these data.
The services offered on Internet/mobile requiring authentication are becoming more and more numerous and varied (email, social networking sites, online shopping, auctions, banks, brands, etc.). Individuals often provide personal information without ever reading the usage contract associated with its use; receive email or SMS from those companies or other companies to which they have never communicated their personal data; are often in the middle, without their consent
or without being fully aware, of multiple cross databases concerning their personal data and/or behavior allowing a better targeting; and sometimes use several email addresses to prevent “pollution/spam” but also multiple passwords which gradually leads to confusion but does not necessarily adequately respond to the challenges of visibility and transparency.
Email is an easy way to exchange information and documents which is legally valid as well. However to get a unique email ID a person has to search with lots of combinations (for a Gmail or other email IDs) since majority of the names are already taken. Even if you get one, many times people forget their email ID because of the strange combinations they end up using to get an email ID. This is more difficult for rural uneducated people, however these people have smart phone and use applications like WhatsApp etc. If everyone in the world could have a unique email ID without any search for availability and with the ability to create one instantly, it could be a big breakthrough. SUMMARY:
In order to solve the problems of the prior arts, the present invention provides an information provision method and system capable of improving user convenience by managing and providing information on plural communication accounts via an integrated communication accounts menu screen. A mobile application is downloaded from the respective server and once the application is downloaded, an email will be generated with the phone number. This email ID will be unique for each user which is generated using the phone number.
The present invention resides in a process for generating phone number as a unique email ID for a registered user using their phone number after verifying the identity of a registrant, as well as using the registration information to notify the registrant of events that are either established by the registrant or the business through which the registrant has registered. Generally, the process comprises downloading the mobile application (From app store) or web application from the respective server and installing the application on the phone. At least one registration electronic contact is provided by the registrant. The registrant is then verified, such as by establishing a connection with the registrant vis a vis at least one registrant contact. A verification code is then communicated to the registrant. The verification code is then input by the registrant into an on- line form or a telephone verification system.
In a particularly preferred embodiment, the registration is done through the application download from respective web server/mobile application server. The registrant is informed via a communication device that an electronic message is being sent to the registrant via the electronic contact, which is typically a telephone number. The electronic message may comprise a short message service (SMS) message received by registrant's telephone, or a voice message. The electronic message includes either the verification code or one time password (OTP) or a verification system telephone number for the registrant to call to receive the verification code. Although the system typically establishes a telephonic connection with the registrant via the registrant's telephone number, the invention contemplates providing a system telephone number for the registrant to call to obtain this information. The verification code is then input by telephone using voice or keypad entry, or entered into a form on the web -site.
During the registration and verification process, the information provided by the registrant in the registration form may be compared to a database containing personally identifying information. For example, such personal identifying information can include registrant's names, telephone numbers, addresses, e-mail addresses, Aadhaar numbers, etc., to verify and authenticate that the registrant is who he or she represents themselves to be.

Claims
1. An email management server system for generating and using the phone number as email format to support multiple users of multiple client devices, the email management server system comprising: an alias data store operative to store a key email address for each of a plurality of different users, the alias data store operative to store one or more alias email addresses in association with each of the key email addresses, the alias data store operative to store a particular key email address associated with a particular user and to store a particular alias email address in association with the particular key email address, the particular alias email address being provided to a particular account associated with the particular user, the particular account being generated using the phone number of the particular user; an alias generation engine, coupled to the alias data store, operative to: generate each alias email address of the one or more phone numbers, including the particular phone number for the particular account associated with the particular user, each alias email address having a domain associated with the email management server system; store in the alias data store the particular phone number in association with the particular key email address; and provide the particular phone number as the alias email address to the aliased information provisioning engine to provide to the particular account; and an alias agent engine, coupled to the alias data store, operative to:
receive an email message from a third party, the email message having a message source associated with the third party and having a first message destination that includes the phone number as the alias email address.
2. The email management server system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the alias generation engine is located on the mobile application of a client.
3. The email management server system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the alias agent engine is located on a cloud-based server system.
4. The email management server system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the alias data store is located on a cloud-based server system.
5. The email management server system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the particular alias phone number used as email address is operable for a unlimited time period.
6. The email management server system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the email management server system is operative to send the email address using the phone number received during the registration process.
7. The email management server system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the alias generation engine is operative to send phone number as email address unique to each registered users.
8. The email management server system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the aliased information provisioning engine operative to send personal information with the particular alias email address to the particular account.
9. The email management server system as claimed in claim 8, comprising a personal information data store, coupled to the aliased information provisioning engine, operative to store the personal information.
10. A method on an email management server system for generating and using phone number as email format to support multiple users of multiple client devices, the method comprising: storing a key email address using phone number for each of a plurality of different users in an alias data store, the storing including storing a particular key email address associated with a phone number for a particular user of the plurality of different users; generating a particular alias email address using phone number for a particular account associated with the particular user, the particular alias email address having a domain associated with the email management server system, the particular account being one of the plurality of different accounts; storing in the alias data store the particular phone number as alias email address in association with the particular key email address; using the one or more application program interfaces to provide the particular phone number as alias email address to the particular account associated with the particular user; receiving an email message from a third party, the email message having a message source associated with the third party and having a first message destination that includes the particular phone number as alias email address.
11. The method as claimed in claim 10, wherein the generating the particular alias email address is performed by a mobile application of the client.
12. The method as claimed in claim 10, wherein the receiving the email message from the third party is performed by a cloud-based server system.
13. The method as claimed in claim 10, wherein the alias data store is located on a cloud- based server system.
14. The method as claimed in claim 10, wherein the particular phone number as alias email address is operable for an unlimited time period.
15. The method of claim 10, wherein the application program interfaces are operative to send personal information with the particular phone number as alias email address to the particular account.
16. The method of claim 15, comprising storing the personal information in a personal information data store.
17. An email management server system, comprising: an alias data store for storing a key phone number as email address for each of a plurality of different users, the alias data store storing a particular key phone number as email address associated with a particular user of the plurality of different users, the alias data store storing a particular phone number as alias email address in association with the particular key email address; means for generating the particular phone number alias email address for a particular account associated with the particular user, the particular phone number alias email address

having a domain associated with the email management server system, the particular account being one of the plurality of different accounts, the one or more application program interfaces operative to provide the particular alias email address to the particular account associated with the particular user; means for receiving an email message from a third party, the email message having a message source associated with the third party and having a first message destination that includes the particular phone number as alias email address.
