Description
本专利涉及颈部固定器,具体涉及一种充气式颈部固定器。
现有的颈椎固定器,为了稳定保持颈椎的生物力学结构,通常会在颈椎固定器的内围配合设置垫片,对颈部提供支撑力和牵引力,后颈部分通常采用固定模型产品做的海绵垫,无法调节厚度或曲度来适配不同曲线的颈椎,无法改变牵引力度,影响牵引和固定效果,在佩戴时使用体验感较差,有待改进。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术不足,现提出一种可调节气囊大小的充气式颈部固定器。
本专利通过如下技术方案实现:
一种充气式颈部固定器,包括充气机构、前组件、后组件,前组件呈U形,从人体前颈处向颈部左右两侧延伸,后组件支撑于人体后颈,与前组件配合夹持人体颈部,后组件包括气囊,气囊抵挡于人体后颈处,气囊与充气机构连接,充气机构往气囊充入气体调节气囊大小。
进一步地,所述充气机构包括按压泵和气管,按压泵包括进气口、出气口,气管连接出气口和气囊,按压泵动作时将气体打入气囊内。
进一步地,所述充气机构包括排气阀,排气阀位于气管管道途径中或气囊上。
进一步地,所述排气阀为按压式排气钮。
进一步地,所述充气机构包括快接头,快接头位于气管与气囊之间。
进一步地,所述前组件、后组件之间可拆卸连接,使用卡扣结构或连接带粘合等可拆卸方式。
进一步地,所述后组件包括支撑件和调节钮,支撑件为弧形板件,位于气囊后方,支撑件上开设有若干竖向的升降槽,调节钮与气囊连接,调节钮于升降槽内上下滑动,带动气囊移动调节高度。

本专利相对于现有技术,具有以下有益效果:
1、设置了后颈部位的气囊及其配套的充气机构,可根据使用者所需调节气囊大小,使其适配与不同生理曲线的颈椎,让头部处于后仰位颈椎呈现自然曲度,气囊以后颈背部为支撑点,托住后脑勺向上顶,从而达到拉开椎间隙的效果;
2、设置了按压泵及按压钮式的排气阀,简约小巧,可根据需要快速充气及排气;
3、设置了下颚托片及其调节机构,用于调整下颚托片的高度和角度,以契合于各类下颚形状和不同颈长,下颚托片抵挡下颚,配合形成支撑力,提供更好的颈部固定支撑作用;
4、后颈处气囊高度可调节,用于调整后颈支撑点,提高舒适度。

如图1所示,本专利较佳实施例一种充气式颈部固定器,包括后组件1、前组件2和充气机构3,前组件2套设在人体脖颈前侧,后组件1支撑在人体脖颈后侧,前组件2与后组件1间可拆卸连接,后组件1两端设置有连接带12,通过连接带12扣连在前组件2两端的扣合区242,采用魔术贴、卡扣、回折扣等常用扣合方式。
如图3所示,后组件1包括支撑件11、连接带12、气囊13、调节钮14,支撑件11为弧形件,弧形件上开设有两道葫芦状的竖直向的升降槽111,气囊13背部相应位置设置有两个调节钮14,调节钮14在升降槽111内滑动,并卡持在葫芦状 升降槽111所需高度位置,实现气囊13高度调节功能。
请综合参阅图1~图3,前组件2包括下颚托片21、调节机构22、前壳体23、前连接件24、托片连接件25和限位钉29。前连接件24呈U型,且具有弧度,其左右两端均开设有抬升导槽241,抬升导槽241为具有高度位移差的导向槽。前连接件24的两端与托片连接件25的两端相连,托片连接件25两端均开设有调节导槽251,连个末端端使用定位铆钉连接在连接件24上;调节导槽251具有水平的位移差,且呈弧形。装配状态下,抬升导槽241和调节导槽251交叉并合,同时使用限位钉29贯穿进入抬升导槽241和调节导槽251这两个导槽内,限位钉29滑动时,托片连接件25以两个末端的定位铆钉为转轴,上下运动,从而带动下颚托片21调整高度。限位钉29的滑动使用调节机构22调节。调节机构22包括旋钮221、棘轮222、调节条223。调节条223呈弧形条片状,左右设置有两个,安装在前连接件24前侧,调节条223的后端连接限位钉29,前端设置有齿条224,齿条224与棘轮222啮合,棘轮222与旋钮221连接。当使用者旋转旋钮221时,棘轮222旋转,带动调节条223前后移动,进而带动限位钉29滑动,使托片连接件25上下翻动,实现下颚托片21的升降功能。为了美观,优选设置有前壳体23,前壳体23包覆在前连接件24前侧,将两个调节条223及充气机构3包覆在内,调节条223选用软质材料。
如图2所示,充气机构3包括按压泵31、气管32、排气阀33、快接头34,充气机构3隐藏于前组件2内部,只裸露出按压泵31以及排气阀33。
所述按压泵31为弹性软质的空腔囊体,位于人体前颈胸处,便于按压。按压泵31包括进气口311、出气口312,气管32连接出气口312和气囊13,按压泵31动作时将气体打入气囊13内。进气口311和出气口312处均安装有单向阀,两个单向阀反向,出气口312连接气管32,气管32连接排气阀33,排气阀33为按压式, 压下时排气,不施力时复位弹起。气管32末端安装有快接头34,可快速拆卸,便于拆开后组件1。本专利可根据使用者所需自主调节气囊13大小,使其适配与不同生理曲线的颈椎,让头部处于后仰位颈椎呈现自然曲度,气囊13以后颈背部为支撑点,托住后脑勺向上顶,从而达到拉开椎间隙的效果。

- 一种充气式颈部固定器,其特征在于:包括充气机构(3)、前组件(2)、后组件(1),前组件(2)呈U形,从人体前颈处向颈部左右两侧延伸,后组件(1)支撑于人体后颈,与前组件(2)配合夹持人体颈部,后组件(1)包括气囊(13),气囊(13)抵挡于人体后颈处,气囊(13)与充气机构(3)连接,充气机构(3)往气囊(13)充入气体调节气囊(13)大小。
- 根据权利要求1所述的充气式颈部固定器,其特征在于:所述充气机构(3)包括按压泵(31)和气管(32),按压泵(31)包括进气口(311)、出气口(312),气管(32)连接出气口(312)和气囊(13),按压泵(31)动作时将气体打入气囊(13)内。
- 根据权利要求2所述的充气式颈部固定器,其特征在于:所述充气机构(3)包括排气阀(33),排气阀(33)位于气管(32)管道途径中或气囊(31)上。
- 根据权利要求3所述的充气式颈部固定器,其特征在于:所述排气阀(33)为按压式排气钮。
- 根据权利要求2所述的充气式颈部固定器,其特征在于:所述充气机构(3)包括快接头(34),快接头(34)位于气管(32)与气囊(13)之间。
- 根据权利要求5所述的充气式颈部固定器,其特征在于:所述前组件(2)、后组件(1)之间可拆卸连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的充气式颈部固定器,其特征在于:所述后组件(1)包括支撑件(11)和调节钮(14),支撑件(11)为弧形板件,位于气囊(13)后方,支撑件(11)上开设有若干竖向的升降槽(111),调节钮(14)与气囊(13)连接,调节钮(14)于升降槽(111)内上下滑动,带动气囊(13)移动调节高度。
- 根据权利要求1~7任一所述的充气式颈部固定器,其特征在于:所述按压泵(31)为弹性软质的空腔囊体,进气口(311)和出气口(312)处均安装有单向阀。
- 根据权利要求1~7任一所述的充气式颈部固定器,其特征在于:所述前组件(2)包括下颚托片(21)和调节机构(22),调节机构(22)调节下颚托片(21)高度。
- 根据权利要求9所述的充气式颈部固定器,其特征在于:所述调节机构(22)包括棘轮(222)、调节条(223)和限位钉(29),限位钉(29)联动下颚托片(21),调节条(223)上设置有齿条(224),齿条(224)与棘轮(222)啮合,调节条(223)末端连接限位钉(29),棘轮(222)旋转使调节条(223)移动,使限位钉(29)滑动。
