Description

一种LED珍珠灯、智能珍珠灯串、智能珍珠帘屏及智能珍珠网屏 技术领域
本发明属于照明装饰技术领域,更具体地说,是涉及一种LED珍珠灯、智能珍珠灯串、智能珍珠帘屏及智能珍珠网屏。
背景技术
LED作为一种新型光源越来越受重视。在一些装饰性照明场合,常常会使用到LED珍珠灯,传统的LED珍珠灯主要是将传统的LED灯珠利用两接脚接入相应的电线上形成一串。然而,现有这种LED珍珠灯是以两硬质的接脚直接裸露,通常采用防水胶带包裹或封胶处理,受环境因素影响,使用寿命均相对较低,防水性能差,存在漏电风险,带来安全性能隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种LED珍珠灯、智能珍珠灯串、智能珍珠帘屏及智能珍珠网屏,以解决现有技术中存在采用防水胶带包裹或封胶处理LED灯珠接线处,受环境因素影响,使用寿命均相对较低,防水性能差,存在漏电风险,带来安全性能隐患的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:提供一种LED珍珠灯,其包括与电源连接的导电结构和若干个发光的LED灯珠,各所述LED灯珠与所述导电结构电性连接且沿所述导电结构的长度方向间隔布置。所述LED珍珠灯还包括若干个透明灯壳,各所述透明灯壳分别包裹于一所述LED灯珠,所述导电结构穿过所述透明灯壳的穿孔伸至外界;所述透明灯壳将所述LED灯珠及其接线位置密封于内部。
优选地,各所述透明灯壳具有容纳腔,所述LED灯珠位于所述容纳腔内, 各所述透明灯壳的容纳腔腔壁和与其相对应的LED灯珠之间预留有间隙。
优选地,所述透明灯壳开设有注胶孔,于所述注胶孔向所述透明灯壳内注入透明液体胶,所述液体胶充满所述透明灯壳的容纳腔,所述液体胶常温静置或加热进行固化形成固态密封体。
优选地,各所述透明灯壳上的注胶孔与所述LED灯珠相背对设置。
优选地,各所述透明灯壳的容纳腔内壁经过磨砂处理或喷砂处理,以使内腔壁面形成凹凸不平的漫反射面。
可选地,各所述透明灯壳包括两半壳,两所述半壳扣接在一起且共同包裹所述LED灯珠。
本发明还提供一种智能珍珠灯串,包括驱动单元以及如上所述的LED珍珠灯,所述驱动单元包括驱动板和驱动外壳,所述驱动板固定于所述驱动外壳内,所述驱动外壳设有连接口,所述LED珍珠灯的端部穿过所述连接口并与所述驱动板驱动连接。
进一步地,所述驱动外壳包括具有容置腔的底壳和与所述底壳可拆卸连接的盖板,所述驱动板固定于所述容置腔,所述连接口设于所述底壳。
进一步地,所述驱动单元还包括连接卡块,所述连接卡块设有上下连通的固接孔,所述导电结构的端部穿过所述固接孔,并与所述固接孔紧密连接,所述连接卡块插卡于所述底壳的连接口。
本发明还提供一种智能珍珠帘屏,包括顶壳、驱动单元以及如上述的LED珍珠灯,所述LED珍珠灯具有若干个,所述驱动单元固定于所述顶壳内并与外界电源电性连接,所述顶壳于其底部开设有若干个且间隔设置的对接孔,各所述LED珍珠灯的端部分别通过一所述对接孔与所述驱动单元驱动连接,各所述LED珍珠灯均垂置于所述顶壳的下方。
优选地,所述智能珍珠帘屏还包括若干个接线结构,各所述接线结构包括第一连接件和第二连接件,各所述第一连接件分别与一所述LED珍珠灯的端部固定连接,各所述第二连接件分别固定于一所述对接孔处并与所述驱动单元连 接,各所述第一连接件分别与一所述第二连接件可拆卸连接,以使所述LED珍珠灯与所述驱动单元建立驱动连接。
进一步地,所述智能珍珠帘屏还包括至少两个固定结构,各所述固定结构包括具有U型槽的槽形件、由所述U型槽的两内侧壁凸伸形成的卡脚以及由所述槽形件的背面背离U型槽方向延伸成型的固定板,所述顶壳中位于顶部的两侧部设有卡槽,各所述卡脚分别插卡于一所述卡槽。
具体地,所述槽形件包括第一侧板、第二侧板、连接板和活动板,所述第一侧板与所述第二侧板分别与所述连接板的相对两侧边连接,并与所述连接板共同围成所述U型槽,所述第一侧板高于所述第二侧板,一所述卡脚位于所述第一侧板中与所述第二侧板相面对的板面,另一所述卡脚位于所述活动板的板面,所述活动板与所述第二侧板可拆卸连接,两所述卡脚相对。
优选地,所述顶壳包括侧盖板和侧部具有开口的主壳体,所述驱动单元固定于所述主壳体内,所述侧盖板扣于所述开口处并与所述主壳体可拆卸连接。
本发明还提供一种智能珍珠网屏,包括条形连接件以及如上述的智能珍珠帘屏,所述智能珍珠帘屏包括若干个所述LED珍珠灯,各所述条形连接件横向可拆卸连接任意相邻的两LED珍珠灯,且由上至下间隔布置。
本发明提供的一种LED珍珠灯、智能珍珠灯串、智能珍珠帘屏及智能珍珠网屏的有益效果在于:LED珍珠灯包括与电源连接的导电结构以及若干个发光的LED灯珠和具有透明特性的若干个透明灯壳,各LED灯珠与导电结构电性连接,并且沿着导电结构的长度方向间隔布置,而透明灯壳与LED灯珠一一对应且包裹于LED灯珠外部;透明灯壳具有供导电结构伸出的穿孔。利用透明灯壳将LED灯珠以及LED灯珠与导电结构之间的接线位置密封起来,相对于直接使用防水胶带或封胶,密封效果更好,延长使用寿命,而且外形更加美观。

实施例一:
请同时参阅图1至图3,本发明实施例一提供一种LED珍珠灯1,其包括与电源连接的导电结构100和若干个发光的LED灯珠200,各LED灯珠200与导电结构100电性连接且沿导电结构100的长度方向间隔布置。LED珍珠灯1还包括若干个透明灯壳300,各透明灯壳300分别包裹于一LED灯珠200,导电结构100穿过透明灯壳300的穿孔301伸至外界;透明灯壳300将LED灯珠200及其接线位置密封于内部。
在本实施例中,LED珍珠灯1包括与电源连接的导电结构100以及若干个发光的LED灯珠200和具有透明特性的若干个透明灯壳300,各LED灯珠200与导电结构100电性连接,并且沿着导电结构100的长度方向间隔布置,而透明灯壳300与LED灯珠200一一对应且包裹于LED灯珠200外部;透明灯壳300具有供导电结构100伸出的穿孔301。利用透明灯壳300将LED灯珠200以及LED灯珠200与导电结构100之间的接线位置密封起来,相对于直接使用防水胶带或封胶,密封效果更好,延长使用寿命,而且外形更加美观。
在本实施例中,导电结构100包括三根导线,分别为零线、火线和接地线,三根导电线固定在一起,且延伸方向相同。各LED灯珠200与三根导线电性连接。
请同时参阅图2和图3,优选地,各透明灯壳300具有容纳腔302,LED灯珠200位于容纳腔302内,各透明灯壳300的容纳腔302腔壁和与其相对应的LED灯珠200之间预留有间隙。这样,一方面避免安装时与LED灯珠200发生位置干涉,另一方面为注入液体胶做准备。
请同时参阅图2和图3,进一步地,透明灯壳300开设有注胶孔303,于注胶孔303向透明灯壳300内注入透明液体胶,液体胶充满透明灯壳300的容纳腔302,液体胶常温静置或加热进行固化形成固态密封体。这样,达到LED灯珠200以及LED灯珠200与导电结构100连接位置的防水性能,延长使用寿命,达到更好的防水效果,防水等级达到IP65,可应用于户外草坪或公园等场合进行安装使用,提升其使用环境的适应性。
请同时参阅图2和图3,优选地,各透明灯壳300上的注胶孔303与LED灯珠200相背对设置。这样,可确保透明灯壳300具有更好的出光效果。
请同时参阅图2和图3,优选地,各透明灯壳300与导电结构100紧密连接。这样,一方面可有效防止注入液体胶时漏出,另一方面防止安装后,安装位置固定。
请参阅图2,优选地,于注胶孔303注入液体胶时,导电结构100将注胶孔303的孔口划分成两个对胶口304,两对胶口304中之一与注胶装置的注胶端口相对。可以理解地,于注胶孔303注入液体胶时,需要保持倾斜注入。避免由两个对胶口304同时注胶,导致液体胶内产生气泡,不易排出,影响出光均匀性。
优选地,各透明灯壳300的容纳腔302内壁面为漫反射面。这样,可实现透明灯壳300整体360°均有光线射出,提高照明和观赏效果。
可选地,各透明灯壳300的容纳腔302内壁经过磨砂处理,以使内腔壁面形成凹凸不平的漫反射面。
可选地,各透明灯壳300的容纳腔302内壁经过喷砂,以使内腔壁面形成凹凸不平的漫反射面。在本实施例中,喷砂处理还具有将透明灯壳300模糊化,在LED灯珠200不发光时,由外界看不出透明灯壳300内部的部件,更好地提高观赏性。
可选地,各透明灯壳300的容纳腔302内壁涂覆有透明的漫反射涂层(图中未示出)。在本实施例中,该漫反射涂层可以是由高透明光学涂料涂覆而成,具有防水、耐酸、耐碱、耐盐、耐高温以及耐低温等功能,能有效地减少光的损失。
可选地,各透明灯壳300的几何形状为圆形或椭圆形。在本实施例中,各透明灯壳300的几何形状为椭圆形,曲面状的透明灯壳可形成丰富的视觉表现效果。当然,也可以为任意几何形状,此处不做限制。
可选地,各透明灯壳300为用亚克力材料制作而成。
请参阅图3,进一步地,各透明灯壳300包括两半壳310,两半壳310扣接在一起且共同包裹LED灯珠200。这样,提高组装的便利性。在本实施例中,注胶孔303设于一半壳310上。
实施例二:
请同时参阅图4以及实施例一中图1至图3,本发明实施例二提供一种智能珍珠灯串2,包括驱动单元400以及如实施例一所述的LED珍珠灯1,驱动单元400包括驱动板410和驱动外壳420,驱动板410固定于驱动外壳420内,驱动外壳420设有连接口401,导电结构100的端部穿过连接口401并与驱动板410驱动连接。驱动板410上布设有多个IC点,各IC点分别与一LED灯珠200控制连接,达到单点控制效果。
请参阅图4,优选地,驱动外壳420包括具有容置腔402的底壳421和与底壳421可拆卸连接的盖板422,驱动板410固定于容置腔402,连接口401设于底壳421。
在本实施例中,底壳421与盖板422之间通过卡扣结构连接在一起,这样,便于快速组装与拆卸,便于后续的维修、维护或更换零部件。
请参阅图4,优选地,驱动单元400还包括连接卡块430,连接卡块430设有上下连通的固接孔4301,导电结构100的端部穿过固接孔4301,并与固接孔4301紧密连接,连接卡块430插卡于底壳421的连接口401。
在本实施例中,导电结构100的端部与驱动板410电性连接,由于使用环境因素、导电结构100本身自重以及若干个LED灯珠200和透明灯壳300的重量,该电性连接并不稳固,通过连接卡块430固定导电结构100的端部,连接卡块430再插卡于底壳421的连接口401处,可间接固定导电结构100的端部,提高电性连接的可靠性与稳定性。
请参阅图4,优选地,连接卡块430于其周侧设有卡槽4302,底壳421中位于连接口401的边缘插于卡槽4302,且与卡槽4302相适配。这样,可对连接卡块430进行限位,防止其发生窜动,更好地提高其稳定性,更好地达到导 电结构100与驱动板410之间连接可靠性,延长LED珍珠灯1的使用寿命。
请参阅图4,进一步地,智能珍珠灯串2还包括公接头500和母接头600,公接头500与母接头600均通过导电线700与驱动板410电性连接。这样,可利用公接头500与母接头600进行延展对接,即设有多个LED珍珠灯1,任意相邻两LED珍珠灯1之间的公接头500与母接头600对接,实现帘屏效果和LED珍珠灯1的可延展特性。

请同时参阅图5至图7,本发明实施例三提供一种智能珍珠帘屏3,包括顶壳10、驱动单元(图中未示出)以及如实施例一所述的LED珍珠灯1,LED珍珠灯1具有若干个,驱动单元固定于顶壳10内并与外界电源电性连接,顶壳10于其底部开设有若干个且间隔设置的对接孔1001,各LED珍珠灯1的端部分别通过一对接孔1001与驱动单元驱动连接,各LED珍珠灯1均垂置于顶壳10的下方。
在本实施例中,请同时参阅实施例一种的图1至图3,各LED珍珠灯1等间距排列,整体形成帘幕式阵列。每个LED珍珠灯1均包括导电结构100以及若干个LED灯珠200和透明灯壳300,各LED灯珠200电连接于导电结构100且等间隔布置,各透明灯壳300分别包裹一LED灯珠200.从而形成帘幕状灯珠帘屏,增大了装饰面积,提升了灯珠帘屏的可扩展性。
请参阅图5以及实施例一中的图1,可选地,智能珍珠帘屏3还包括若干个配重件20,各配重件20分别绝缘连接于一LED珍珠灯1的底部。具体地,配重件20连接于导电结构100的一端部且绝缘连接,导电结构100的另一端部与电源连接。这样,在使用材质上,可以选用金属配重件20,确保LED灯串整体的垂直度。
在本实施例中,通过加设配重件20,使带有LED灯珠200的导电结构100形成垂坠状,从而便于智能珍珠帘屏3整体的安装,提升智能珍珠帘屏3整体的装饰效果。
请同时参阅图5至图7,进一步地,智能珍珠帘屏3还包括若干个接线结构30,各接线结构30包括第一连接件31和第二连接件32,各第一连接件31分别与一LED珍珠灯1的端部固定连接,各第二连接件32分别固定于一对接孔1001处并与驱动单元连接,各第一连接件31分别与一第二连接件32可拆卸连接,以使LED珍珠灯1与驱动单元建立驱动连接,有效防止各LED珍珠灯1与驱动单元连接不稳定,延长智能珍珠帘屏3整体的使用寿命。
在本实施例中,第一连接件31包括对接部3101、卡环部3102和锁紧部3103,卡环部3102位于对接部3101与锁紧部3103之间。具体地,对接部3101与锁紧部3103均设有外螺纹。对接部3101内设有与驱动单元连接的插针。锁紧部3103插入对接孔1001,卡环部3102抵于顶壳10的底部,锁紧部3103伸入顶壳10内的端部通过螺母3104进行锁紧,实现第一连接件固定于顶壳10上。
在本实施例中,第二连接件32中位于插接端部外侧设有套管3201,套管3201设有内螺纹,当第一连接件31的对接部3101与第二连接件32对接时,套管3201与对接部3101螺纹锁紧固定,插针与第二连接件32的插孔插接配合,实现驱动电路连通。通过第一连接件31与第二连接件32对接,实现LED珍珠灯1与驱动单元驱动连接。
请同时参阅图5至图7,进一步地,智能珍珠帘屏3还包括至少两个固定 结构40,各固定结构40包括具有U型槽4001的槽形件41、由U型槽4001的两内侧壁凸伸形成的卡脚42以及由槽形件41的背面背离U型槽4001方向延伸成型的固定板43,顶壳10中位于顶部的两侧部设有卡槽1002,各卡脚42分别插卡于一卡槽2002,固定板43可固定于任意物体上,实现智能珍珠帘屏3整体固定,达到更好的装饰效果。
请同时参阅图5至图7,进一步地,槽形件41包括第一侧板4101、第二侧板4102、连接板4103和活动板4104,第一侧板4101与第二侧板4102分别与连接板4103的相对两侧边连接,并与连接板4103共同围成U型槽4001,第一侧板4101高于第二侧板4102,一卡脚42位于第一侧板4101中与第二侧板4102相面对的板面,另一卡脚42位于活动板4104的板面,活动板4104与第二侧板4102可拆卸连接,两卡脚42相对。这样,一方面便于组装拆卸,另一方面使用更加灵活,可调性相对较高。
在本实施例中,活动板4104通过至少一个螺栓4105与第二侧板4102固定连接在一起。当顶壳10相对较款时,可以选择在活动板4104与第二侧板4102之间加设垫片,达到卡脚与顶壳10的卡槽1002卡接。
请同时参阅图5至图7,优选地,顶壳10包括侧盖板11和侧部具有开口(图中未示出)的主壳体12,驱动单元固定于主壳体12内,侧盖板11扣于开口处并与主壳体12可拆卸连接。这样,一方面,提高组装与拆卸的便利性,减少螺钉的使用,提高组装与拆卸的效率;另一方面,便于对顶壳10内部的元器件进行维修、维护及更换。
在本实施例中,侧盖板11与主壳体12之间通过卡扣结构达到可拆卸连接。
实施例四:
请同时参阅图8、图9以及实施例三中的图5,,本发明实施例三提供一种智能珍珠网屏4,包括条形连接件50以及如实施例三中任意一项所述的智能珍珠帘屏3包括若干个LED珍珠灯1,各条形连接件50横向可拆卸连接任意相邻的两LED珍珠灯1,且由上至下间隔布置。
在本实施例中,通过设置成网格状的发光智能珍珠网屏4,提升了LED灯珠使用的定位稳定性,防止因户外风力等外力发生移位,避免影响LED灯珠的正常装饰使用。网屏状的布局,提升对草坪、公园或建筑物表面的装饰美化,极大地提升了观赏性,而且具备良好的防水效果。
请参阅图9,进一步地,各透明灯壳300于其外壁凸设有透明卡凸320,透明卡凸320具有缩颈321;各条形连接件50设有与LED珍珠灯1数量相等的卡接孔5001,各卡接孔5001卡套于卡凸320的缩颈321上。具体地,各条形连接件50为透明胶件,可弹性伸缩。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种LED珍珠灯,其包括与电源连接的导电结构和若干个发光的LED灯珠,各所述LED灯珠与所述导电结构电性连接且沿所述导电结构的长度方向间隔布置,其特征在于,所述LED珍珠灯还包括若干个透明灯壳,各所述透明灯壳分别包裹于一所述LED灯珠,所述导电结构穿过所述透明灯壳的穿孔伸至外界;所述透明灯壳将所述LED灯珠及其接线位置密封于内部。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的LED珍珠灯,其特征在于,各所述透明灯壳具有容纳腔,所述LED灯珠位于所述容纳腔内,各所述透明灯壳的容纳腔腔壁和与其相对应的LED灯珠之间预留有间隙。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的LED珍珠灯,其特征在于,所述透明灯壳开设有注胶孔,于所述注胶孔向所述透明灯壳内注入透明液体胶,所述液体胶充满所述透明灯壳的容纳腔,所述液体胶常温静置或加热进行固化形成固态密封体。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的LED珍珠灯,其特征在于,各所述透明灯壳上的注胶孔与所述LED灯珠相背对设置。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的LED珍珠灯,其特征在于,各所述透明灯壳的容纳腔内壁经过磨砂处理或喷砂处理,以使内腔壁面形成凹凸不平的漫反射面。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的LED珍珠灯,其特征在于,各所述透明灯壳包括两半壳,两所述半壳扣接在一起且共同包裹所述LED灯珠。
  7. 一种智能珍珠灯串,其特征在于,包括驱动单元以及如权利要求1所述的LED珍珠灯,所述驱动单元包括驱动板和驱动外壳,所述驱动板固定于所述驱动外壳内,所述驱动外壳设有连接口,所述LED珍珠灯的端部穿过所述连接口并与所述驱动板驱动连接。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的智能珍珠灯串,其特征在于,所述驱动外壳包括具有容置腔的底壳和与所述底壳可拆卸连接的盖板,所述驱动板固定于所述容置腔,所述连接口设于所述底壳。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的智能珍珠灯串,其特征在于,所述驱动单元还包括 连接卡块,所述连接卡块设有上下连通的固接孔,所述导电结构的端部穿过所述固接孔,并与所述固接孔紧密连接,所述连接卡块插卡于所述底壳的连接口。
  10. 一种智能珍珠帘屏,其特征在于,包括顶壳、驱动单元以及如权利要求1所述的LED珍珠灯,所述LED珍珠灯具有若干个,所述驱动单元固定于所述顶壳内并与外界电源电性连接,所述顶壳于其底部开设有若干个且间隔设置的对接孔,各所述LED珍珠灯的端部分别通过一所述对接孔与所述驱动单元驱动连接,各所述LED珍珠灯均垂置于所述顶壳的下方。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的智能珍珠帘屏,其特征在于,所述智能珍珠帘屏还包括若干个接线结构,各所述接线结构包括第一连接件和第二连接件,各所述第一连接件分别与一所述LED珍珠灯的端部固定连接,各所述第二连接件分别固定于一所述对接孔处并与所述驱动单元连接,各所述第一连接件分别与一所述第二连接件可拆卸连接,以使所述LED珍珠灯与所述驱动单元建立驱动连接。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的智能珍珠帘屏,其特征在于,所述智能珍珠帘屏还包括至少两个固定结构,各所述固定结构包括具有U型槽的槽形件、由所述U型槽的两内侧壁凸伸形成的卡脚以及由所述槽形件的背面背离U型槽方向延伸成型的固定板,所述顶壳中位于顶部的两侧部设有卡槽,各所述卡脚分别插卡于一所述卡槽。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的智能珍珠帘屏,其特征在于,所述槽形件包括第一侧板、第二侧板、连接板和活动板,所述第一侧板与所述第二侧板分别与所述连接板的相对两侧边连接,并与所述连接板共同围成所述U型槽,所述第一侧板高于所述第二侧板,一所述卡脚位于所述第一侧板中与所述第二侧板相面对的板面,另一所述卡脚位于所述活动板的板面,所述活动板与所述第二侧板可拆卸连接,两所述卡脚相对。
  14. 如权利要求10所述的智能珍珠帘屏,其特征在于,所述顶壳包括侧盖板和侧部具有开口的主壳体,所述驱动单元固定于所述主壳体内,所述侧盖板 扣于所述开口处并与所述主壳体可拆卸连接。
  15. 一种智能珍珠网屏,其特征在于,包括条形连接件以及如权利要求10所述的智能珍珠帘屏,所述智能珍珠帘屏包括若干个所述LED珍珠灯,各所述条形连接件横向可拆卸连接任意相邻的两LED珍珠灯,且由上至下间隔布置。
