본 발명은 텀블러 기기를 이용하여 광고를 제공하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 텀블러 기기의 외측에 적어도 하나 이상의 디스플레이부가 존재하고, 상기 텀블러 기기가 광고지원 서버와 연동된 상태에서, 상기 광고지원 서버가, 특정 광고 영상을 상기 텀블러 기기에 전송하여 상기 디스플레이부에 출력하는 단계; 및 상기 광고지원 서버는, 상기 특정 광고 영상이 상기 텀블러 기기에서 재생된 횟수, 상기 특정 광고 영상의 광고 비용, 상기 특정 광고 영상을 재생하는 텀블러 기기의 개수 중 적어도 하나를 기초로 하여 상기 광고 비용 중 일부 금액을 상기 텀블러 기기를 이용하는 사용자의 계좌에 입금하는 단계를 포함하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
현대인들은 일회용컵에 담긴 커피를 자주 마시고 있으며, 카페에서 이용되고 버려지는 일회용 컵은 환경오염을 불러일으키고 있다. 개인 텀블러 이용을 권장하고 있으나 쉽게 지켜지고 있지 않다. 이에 효과적으로 텀블러 이용을 권유할 필요가 있고, 텀블러를 이용할수록 경제적 이익이 발생하도록 하는 시스템을 구축할 필요가 있다.
이에 본 발명자는 텀블러 기기를 이용하여 광고를 제공하는 방법 및 그를 이용한 서버를 제안하고자 한다.
본 발명은 상술한 문제점을 모두 해결하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
본 발명은 광고 영상에 대한 광고비를 환경개선부담금으로서 사용자에게 송금하고 궁극적으로는 환경오염을 줄이는 것을 다른 목적으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명은 단순 음료를 담는 용도에서 벗어나 텀블러를 이용하여 배달이 가능하도록 하여 현대 사회인들에게 편의성 및 이익 발생을 제공하는 것을 또 다른 목적으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명은 텀블러를 이용하여 도보 배달을 지원함으로써, 오토바이 등 기타 이동수단의 이용을 줄여 에너지를 절감하고, 탄소 배출을 줄이며, 배달자의 건강을 보호하는 것을 또 다른 목적으로 한다.
상기한 바와 같은 본 발명의 목적을 달성하고, 후술하는 본 발명의 특징적인 효과를 실현하기 위한, 본 발명의 특징적인 구성은 하기와 같다.
본 발명의 일 태양에 따르면, 텀블러 기기를 이용하여 광고를 제공하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 텀블러 기기의 외측에 적어도 하나 이상의 디스플레이부가 존재하고, 상기 텀블러 기기가 광고지원 서버와 연동된 상태에서, 상기 광고지원 서버가, 특정 광고 영상을 상기 텀블러 기기에 전송하여 상기 디스플레이부에 출력하는 단계; 및 상기 광고지원 서버는, 상기 특정 광고 영상이 상기 텀블러 기기에서 재생된 횟수, 상기 특정 광고 영상의 광고 비용, 상기 특정 광고 영상을 재생하는 텀블러 기기의 개수 중 적어도 하나를 기초로 하여 상기 광고 비용 중 일부 금액을 상기 텀블러 기기를 이용하는 사용자의 계좌에 입금하는 단계를 포함하는 방법이 제공된다.
또한, 본 발명의 다른 태양에 따르면, 텀블러 기기를 이용하여 광고를 제공하는 서버에 있어서, 상기 텀블러 기기의 외측에 적어도 하나 이상의 디스플레이부가 존재하고, 상기 텀블러 기기가 광고지원 서버와 연동된 상태에서, 특정 광고 영상을 상기 텀블러 기기에 전송하여 상기 디스플레이부에 출력하도록 지원하는 통신부; 및 상기 특정 광고 영상이 상기 텀블러 기기에서 재생된 횟수, 상기 특정 광고 영상의 광고 비용, 상기 특정 광고 영상을 재생하는 텀블러 기기의 개수 중 적어도 하나를 기초로 하여 상기 광고 비용 중 일부 금액을 상기 텀블러 기기를 이용하는 사용자의 계좌에 입금하는 프로세서를 포함하는 서버가 제공된다.
본 발명에 의하면, 다음과 같은 효과가 있다.
본 발명은 광고 영상에 대한 광고비를 환경개선부담금으로서 사용자에게 송금하고 궁극적으로는 환경오염을 줄이는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 단순 음료를 담는 용도에서 벗어나 텀블러를 이용하여 배달이 가능하도록 하여 현대 사회인들에게 편의성 및 이익 발생을 제공하는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 텀블러를 이용하여 도보 배달을 지원함으로써, 오토바이 등 기타 이동수단의 이용을 줄여 에너지를 절감하고, 탄소 배출을 줄이며, 배달자의 건강을 보호하는 효과가 있다.

이하, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 본 발명을 용이하게 실시할 수 있도록 하기 위하여, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예들에 관하여 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명하기로 한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라 광고 지원 서버의 개략적인 구성을 나타내는 도면이다.
도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 광고 지원 서버(100)는 통신부(110), 프로세서(120) 및 데이터베이스(130)를 포함할 수 있다.
우선, 광고 지원 서버(100)의 통신부(110)는 다양한 통신 기술로 구현될 수 있다. 즉, 와이파이(WIFI), WCDMA(Wideband CDMA), HSDPA(High Speed Downlink Packet Access), HSUPA(High Speed Uplink Packet Access), HSPA(High Speed Packet Access), 모바일 와이맥스(Mobile WiMAX), 와이브로(WiBro), LTE(Long Term Evolution), 5G, 블루투스(bluetooth), 적외선 통신(IrDA, infrared data association), NFC(Near Field Commun ication), 지그비(Zigbee), 무선랜 기술 등이 적용될 수 있다. 또한, 인터넷과 연결되어 서비스를 제공하는 경우 인터넷에서 정보전송을 위한 표준 프로토콜인 TCP/IP를 따를 수 있다.
상기 통신부(110)를 통해 텀블러 기기(200), 사용자 단말(300) 등과 정보를 송수신 가능하다. 상기 텀블러 기기(200) 또는 사용자 단말(300) 역시 와이파이, 블루투스 등 다양한 통신 방식에 의해 정보를 주고받을 수 있을 것이다.
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라 텀블러 기기를 나타내는 도면이다.
본 발명의 텀블러 기기(200)는 외측에 적어도 하나 이상의 디스플레이부(210, 211)를 포함하며, 코드(ex 바코드, QR 코드 등)를 포함할 수도 있다. 또한, 상기 디스플레이부(210, 211) 등과 광고지원 서버(100)와 정보를 송수신가능한 통신부, 이들을 제어하는 제어부 등이 상기 텀블러 기기(200)에 포함될 수도 있으며, 상기 디스플레이부(210, 211)에서는 터치감지 기능을 포함할 수도 있다. 본 발명의 텀블러 기기(200)의 외형은 한국적 감성을 위해 첨성대 형태를 가질 수 있고, 디스플레이부(210, 211)는 상기 첨성대를 이루는 벽돌 구조로 외측에 부착될 수 있다. 상기 텀블러 기기(200)의 외형은 한정된 것은 아니고 경우에 따라 다양한 형태를 이룰 수 있다.
참고로, 상기 디스플레이부(210, 211)는 메인 디스플레이부(210), 서브 디스플레이부(211) 등으로 구분될 수 있으며, 이에 대해서는 뒤에서 자세히 살펴보기로 한다.
또한, 본 발명의 광고지원 서버(100)는 사용자 단말(300)과 정보를 주고받을 수 있으며, 데스크탑 컴퓨터, 노트북 컴퓨터, 워크스테이션, PDA, 웹 패드, 이동 전화기, 스마트 리모컨, 각종 IOT 메인기기 등과 같이 통신을 수행하면서 메모리 수단을 구비하고 마이크로 프로세서를 탑재하여 연산 능력을 갖춘 디지털 기기라면 얼마든지 본 발명에 따른 사용자 단말(300)에 해당할 수 있다. 뒤에서 서술하겠지만, 사용자 단말(300)은 설치된 앱(앱의 이름은 텀블러친구의 줄임말인 '텀친')을 통해 상기 텀블러 기기(200)의 디스플레이부(210)에 출력되는 영상 등을 선택할 수 있다. 참고로, 상기 사용자 단말(300)은 광고지원 서버(100)를 통해 텀블러 기기(200)를 제어할 수도 있지만, 경우에 따라서는 사용자 단말(300)과 텀블러 기기(200)가 직접 연동되어, 사용자 단말(300)이 텀블러 기기(200)를 직접 제어할 수도 있다. 또한, 복수의 사용자들은 상기 앱('텀친')을 통해 각 매장에 대한 정보, 각 광고 영상으로부터 얻게 되는 경제적 이익 정보 등을 서로 공유하여 친밀감을 유지할 수 있을 것이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라 광고 비용 중 일부 금액을 사용자의 계좌에 입금하기까지의 과정을 순서적으로 나타낸 도면이다.
우선, 광고지원 서버(100)는 특정 광고 영상을 텀블러 기기(200)에 전송하여 디스플레이부(210, 211)에 출력(S310)할 수 있다. 상기 특정 광고 영상을 획득하는 방법은 다음과 같다.
일 실시예에 따라 광고지원 서버(100)의 프로세서(120)는 사용자의 단말(300)에 설치된 앱에 서로 다른 복수의 광고 영상을 전달하고, 복수의 광고 영상 중 사용자에 의해 선택된 특정 광고 영상을 텀블러 기기(200)에 전송하여 디스플레이부(210, 211)에 출력할 수 있다. 상기 텀블러 기기(200)는 포함된 메모리에 상기 특정 광고 영상을 다운받아 저장할 수도 있고, 상기 특정 광고 영상을 실시간으로 디스플레이할 수도 있다.
즉, 프로세서(120)는 사용자로 하여금 복수의 광고 영상 중 어느 하나의 광고 영상을 선택하도록 하는 것이다. 참고로, 상기 복수의 광고 영상 각각은 광고 비용이 서로 상이할 수 있고, 이에 따라 추후 사용자의 계좌에 입금되는 비용 역시 상이할 수 있다.
구체적으로, 상기 복수의 광고 영상 각각은 광고의 길이, 광고의 내용 등이 서로 상이하고, 이에 기초하여 광고 비용 역시 상이할 수 있다. 물론, 텀블러 기기(200)의 디스플레이부(210, 211)에서 재생되는 광고의 길이가 길수록 광고 비용 역시 상승할 것이다. 서로 다른 복수의 광고 중 사용자는 어느 하나의 특정 광고 영상을 앱을 통해서 선택할 수 있고, 해당 특정 광고 영상이 궁극적으로 텀블러 기기(200)의 디스플레이부(210, 211)에 디스플레이될 수 있는 것이다.
또한, 일 실시예에 따라 복수의 매장(ex 커피숍 등)마다 각각 대응하는 광고 영상이 존재할 수 있고, 광고지원 서버(100)의 프로세서(120)는 매장에 대응하는 광고 영상을 디스플레이부(210, 211)에 디스플레이할 수 있다.
우선, 복수 개의 매장이 존재할 수 있고, 해당 매장마다 별개의 광고 영상이 매칭될 수 있다. 예를 들어, A라는 커피숍에서는 a1이라는 신발 광고 영상, a2라는 자동차 광고 영상이 매칭될 수 있고, B라는 옷가게에서는 b1이라는 속옷 광고 영상, b2라는 쥬얼리 광고 영상 등이 매칭될 수 있는 것이다. 위와 같이 제품에 대한 광고 영상도 존재하지만, 중소기업, 대기업, 스타트업, 공익광고 등에 대한 광고 영상 역시 존재할 수 있다. 추가적으로는 날씨, 미세먼지 정보, 연예인 팬덤 광고 등도 디스플레이부(210, 211)에 디스플레이될 수 있다.
또한, 경우에 따라서는 텀블러 기기(200)를 이용하는 사용자의 활동 범위(GPS를 기준으로 판단가능)에 대응하는 광고 영상이 상기 디스플레이부(210, 211)에 디스플레이될 수 있다. 참고로, 상기 활동 범위에 대응하는 광고 영상으로는 지방자치단체 또는 해당 지역 내 업체의 광고, 홍보, 이벤트 등이 포함될 수 있다.
사용자의 단말(300)에 설치된 앱에서 사용자가 복수의 매장 중 특정 매장을 선택하는 경우 또는 사용자의 단말(300)이 복수의 매장 중 특정 매장에 위치하는 경우, 광고지원 서버(100)의 프로세서(120)는 특정 매장에 대응하는 특정 광고 영상을 텀블러 기기(200)에 전송하여 디스플레이부(210, 211)에 출력할 수 있다.
즉, 사용자가 특정 매장을 선택할 수도 있고, 사용자의 단말(300)의 위치(GPS 이용)에 대응하는 특정 매장이 선택될 수도 있는 것이다. 다음으로, 선택된 특정 매장에 대응하는 특정 광고 영상이 텀블러 기기(200)에 자동적으로 전송되어 디스플레이될 수 있다.
따라서, 사용자의 단말(300)에서의 선택이든, GPS에 근거한 선택이든 선택된 특정 매장에 대응하는 여러 개의 특정 광고 영상이 디스플레이부(210, 211)에서 디스플레이될 수 있고, 상기 여러 개의 특정 광고 영상들은 순차적으로 디스플레이되거나 상기 여러 개의 특정 광고 영상 중에서 사용자의 단말(300)에 의해 선택된 영상만이 디스플레이될 수도 있다.
또한, 일 실시예에 따라 광고지원 서버(100)의 프로세서(120)는 매장(ex 카페 등)의 상품을 사용자가 구매한 경우, 해당 매장에 대한 광고 영상을 별도의 비용없이 텀블러 기기(200) 또는 사용자의 단말(300)에 디스플레이할 수도 있다. 구체적으로, 사용자가 구매한 상품의 결제 금액에 기초하여 상기 디스플레이되는 광고 영상의 횟수 내지 길이가 달라질 수도 있다. 참고로, 상기 해당 매장에 대한 광고 영상은 상품을 구매한 사용자의 텀블러 기기(200) 내지 단말(300)뿐 아니라 다른 사용자의 텀블러 기기 내지 단말에도 디스플레이될 수 있다. 위 실시 예는 텀블러 기기(200)를 이용한 사업 모델에 대해 많은 매장들의 참여를 유도하기 위함이다.
광고지원 서버(100)와 대응하는 복수 개의 회사가 존재한다고 가정할 수 있다. 또한, 텀블러 기기(200)의 디스플레이부(210, 211)는 도 2와 같이 1개의 메인 디스플레이부(210), 복수 개의 서브 디스플레이부(211)로 이루어질 수 있다.
이때, 광고지원 서버(100)의 프로세서(120)는 특정 광고 영상을 메인 디스플레이부(210)에 디스플레이하고, 복수 개의 회사의 회사명 각각을 상기 복수 개의 서브 디스플레이부(211)에 디스플레이할 수 있다.
즉, 상기 복수 개의 회사 중 어느 하나의 회사 관련 광고 영상을 메인 디스플레이부(210)에서 디스플레이하고, 상기 복수 개의 회사의 회사 명 각각을 복수 개의 서브 디스플레이부(211)에 디스플레이할 수 있는 것이다.
경우에 따라서는, 상기 디스플레이부(210, 211)에서 광고 영상 내지 회사 브랜드명이 디스플레이되면서, 텀블러 기기(200)의 다른 디스플레이부에서 공익 광고, 캠페인 등이 디스플레이될 수도 있다.
또한, 경우에 따라서는 사용자 중 일부는 텀블러 기기(200)에 광고가 디스플레이되는 것을 원하지 않을 수도 있다. 이를 고려하여, 광고지원 서버(100)의 프로세서(120)는 사용자로 하여금 직접 텀블러 기기(200)를 조작하도록 하거나 단말(300)을 이용하여 조작하도록 하여 디스플레이부(210, 211)에 광고 영상이 디스플레이되지 않도록 할 수 있다.
즉, 사용자는 각 디스플레이부(210, 211)에서 광고 영상의 디스플레이 여부를 결정할 수 있고, 시간(ex 오전/오후 등), 날짜(ex 4월 3째주 등), 텀블러 기기(200)의 위치(ex 텀블러 기기가 서울역 주변에 위치하는 경우 등) 등에 기초하여 자유로이 광고 영상의 디스플레이 여부를 결정할 수 있다. 또한, 디스플레이부(210, 211)에 광고 영상이 아닌 그림, 사진, 다른 디자인이 디스플레이되도록 할 수도 있다.
위와 같이, 특정 광고 영상이 텀블러 기기(200)의 디스플레이부(210, 211)에서 디스플레이될 수 있고, 광고지원 서버(100)의 프로세서(120)는 특정 광고 영상이 텀블러 기기(200)에서 재생된 횟수, 특정 광고 영상의 광고 비용, 특정 광고 영상을 재생하는 텀블러 기기(200)의 개수 중 적어도 하나를 기초로 하여 광고 비용 중 일부 금액을 텀블러 기기(200)를 이용하는 사용자의 계좌에 입금(S320)할 수 있다. 또한, 상기 특정 광고 영상뿐 아니라 상기 회사 명에 대한 광고 비용 중 일부 금액 역시 사용자의 계좌에 입금될 수 있다.
전술한 바와 같이, 광고 길이, 광고 내용 등에 따라 광고 영상의 전체 광고 비용 역시 달라질 수 있다. 프로세서(120)는 상기 전체 광고 비용 중 일부 금액을 텀블러 기기(200)를 이용하는 사용자에게 환경개선부담금으로서 전달할 수 있다. 이때, 상기 일부 금액은 특정 광고 영상이 텀블러 기기(200)에서 재생된 횟수, 특정 광고 영상의 전체 광고 비용, 특정 광고 영상을 재생하는 텀블러 기기(200)의 개수 등에 의해 결정될 수 있다.
예를 들어, A라는 특정 광고 영상의 전체 광고 비용이 1천만원이고 분배할 금액이 500만원이라고 할 때, 특정 광고 영상을 재생하는 텀블러 기기(200)의 개수가 500대인 경우 한대당 1만원의 금액이 계좌에 입금되고, 특정 광고 영상을 재생하는 텀블러 기기(200)의 개수가 1000대인 경우 한대당 5천원의 금액이 계좌에 입금될 수 있는 것이다.
또한, 텀블러 기기(200)에서 재생된 횟수가 2번인 경우, 1번 재생된 경우보다 입금되는 금액이 클 것이며, 전체 광고 비용이 클수록 텀블러 기기(200)를 이용하는 사용자 각각에 분배되는 금액 역시 커질 것이다.
또한, 경우에 따라서는 특정 광고 영상의 길이가 길수록 사용자에 입금되는 금액이 커질 수도 있을 것이다.
상기 텀블러 기기(200)는 내측에 센서부(미도시)를 포함할 수 있고, 텀블러 기기(200)의 내측에 음료가 존재하는 것을 감지하는 경우, 디스플레이부(210, 211)에 상기 특정 광고 영상을 디스플레이할 수도 있다. 즉, 음료가 존재할 때에만, 상기 디스플레이부(210, 211)에서 광고 영상 내지 회사 명들이 디스플레이될 수 있는 것이다.
물론, 경우에 따라서 텀블러 기기(200)의 내측에 음료가 소정 부피(ex 1/3) 이상 존재하는 경우 디스플레이될 수도 있고, 음료의 존재 유무와 관계없이 광고 비용이 책정되지 않은 공익 광고, 캠페인 등은 상기 텀블러 기기(200)에 포함된 디스플레이부에서 자유로이 디스플레이될 수도 있을 것이다.
텀블러 기기(200)에서는 상기 디스플레이된 영상들의 정보, 재생 시간, 횟수 등에 대한 데이터를 광고지원 서버(100) 내지 사용자의 단말(300)에 전달할 수 있고, 광고지원 서버(100)에서는 이를 기초로 전체 광고 비용 중 일부 금액을 사용자에게 전달할 수 있다.
또한, 도 2에서 볼 수 있듯이, 텀블러 기기의 외측에는 코드가 부착될 수 있고, 상기 코드는 QR 코드, 바코드 등을 포함할 수 있다. 상기 코드는 텀블러 기기(200)를 이용하는 사용자의 계좌와 연동되며, 매장(ex 커피숍, 옷가게 등)에 존재하는 리더기로 상기 코드를 인식하는 경우 제품(ex 음료, 옷 등)에 대한 비용이 지불될 수 있다.
예를 들어, 사용자는 연동 계좌에 비용을 충전할 수 있고, 상기 리더기가 코드를 인식하는 경우, 연동 계좌에 포함된 제품 비용이 자동적으로 지불될 수 있는 것이다. 추가적으로는 사용자는 상기 코드를 리더기에 인식시키고 일정 금액을 연동 계좌에 충전할 수도 있다.
한편, 본 발명의 텀블러 기기(200)의 뚜껑에는 손잡이가 존재하고, 상기 손잡이 부분은 힘이 가해지면 90도 각도로 세워질 수 있다. 또한, 상기 손잡이 부분은 라디오 안테나와 같은 구조를 가져 텀블러 기기(200)는 연결된 별도의 스피커 또는 내장된 스피커를 통해 라디오 역할을 수행할 수도 있다.
또한, 텀블러 기기(200)의 아래쪽에는 충전 패드가 존재하여 디스플레이부(210, 211) 내지 다른 기능들이 작동가능하도록 충전이 이루어질 수 있다.
한편, 본 발명의 텀블러 기기(200)는 물품 배달에도 이용될 수 있다. 구체적으로, 광고지원 서버(100)는 특정 고객의 단말에 설치된 앱으로부터 특정 매장에서 판매하는 상품(ex 음료, 옷 등)에 대한 배달 주문 메시지를 전달받을 수 있다.
이때, 사용자가 텀블러 기기(200)와 함께 특정 매장 내부 또는 근처에 위치하는 경우, 광고지원 서버(100)의 프로세서(120)는 상기 텀블러 기기(200)의 디스플레이부(210, 211)에 배달주문 메시지를 디스플레이할 수 있다. 상기 배달주문 메시지는 배달주문 날짜/시각, 배달주문 장소, 배달주문 제품 등에 대한 정보를 포함할 수 있다. 경우에 따라서는 배달주문 메시지가 상기 디스플레이부(210, 211)가 아닌 사용자 단말(300)에 디스플레이될 수도 있다.
참고로, 상기 배달주문 장소 등을 포함한 배달 관련 정보는 범죄 예방 및 보안을 위해 상기 사용자의 안전 등급이 낮은 경우에는 디스플레이되지 않을 수도 있다. 사용자가 많은 배달을 안정적으로 수행 완료할수록 상기 안전 등급은 높아질 수 있다. 또한, 특정 고객이 많은 배달 주문을 안정적으로 요청할수록 상기 안전 등급은 높아질 수 있다. 배달을 수행하는 사용자가 다른 상황에서는 고객이 되어 주문을 요청할 수도 있으므로, 상기 안전 등급은 배달 수행 완료 횟수, 배달 주문 요청 횟수 등에 기초하여 결정될 수 있다.
또한, 광고지원 서버(100)의 프로세서(120)는 불필요한 접촉을 피하고자 사용자 단말(300) 또는 텀블러 기기(200)의 디스플레이부(210, 211)에 특정 고객의 안심 번호(개인 전화번호는 제공 안함)를 제공할 수 있다. 마찬가지로, 사용자(배달자)의 안심 번호가 상기 특정 고객의 단말에 전달될 수 있을 것이다. 또한 상기 사용자에 의한 배달이 완료된 경우, 프로세서(120)는 특정 고객의 단말에 도착 알림 메시지를 제공할 수 있다. 경우에 따라서, 프로세서(120)는 상기 사용자가 배달 완료한 후 배달주문지로부터 일정 범위 벗어났을 때, 특정 고객의 단말에 배달 완료 메시지를 제공하여 비대면으로 배달이 수행되도록 할 수 있다.
또한, 일 실시예에 의할 때, 사용자는 미리 배달가능한 날짜/시각(ex 금요일 저녁 6시 이후), 배달주문 장소(ex 서울역 주변 100m~1km 이내) 등을 설정할 수 있다. 위와 같이, 날짜/시간/장소 등이 미리 설정된 경우, 광고지원 서버(100)의 프로세서(120)는 미리 설정된 조건에 맞는 배달주문 메시지(ex 금요일 저녁 6시 이후, 서울역 주변 100m~1km 이내)를 상기 텀블러 기기(200)의 디스플레이부(210, 211)에 디스플레이할 수 있다.
다음으로, 사용자로부터 배달주문 메시지에 동의하는 입력(ex 디스플레이부(210, 211)에 직접 터치 내지 사용자 단말(300)에 의한 입력)을 받은 경우, 프로세서(120)는 상기 텀블러 기기(200)의 디스플레이부(210, 211)에 특정 고객의 배달이 사용자에게 체결되었음을 알리는 메시지를 나타낼 수 있다.
일 실시예에 의할 때, 사용자로부터 배달주문 메시지에 동의하는 입력을 받은 후, 광고지원 서버(100)의 프로세서(120)는 상기 동의 의사 및 사용자의 정보(ex 안전등급, 배달 이력 등)를 상기 특정 고객의 단말에 전달할 수 있다.
상기 사용자의 배달에 동의하는 입력을 특정 고객의 단말로부터 받은 경우, 광고지원 서버(100)의 프로세서(120)는 텀블러 기기(200)의 디스플레이부(210, 211)에 특정 고객의 배달이 사용자에게 체결되었음을 알리는 메시지를 전달할 수 있다.
참고로, 특정 고객은 배달 요청과 함께 배달 금액을 광고지원 서버(100)에 결제를 우선적으로 하고, 상기 광고지원 서버(100)는 상기 배달 금액 중 일부 금액(중개 수수료)을 제외한 나머지 금액을 배달료로 책정할 수 있다.
특정 고객의 배달이 사용자에게 체결된 후, 광고지원 서버(100)의 프로세서(120)는 책정된 배달료 중 일부 금액을 상기 사용자의 계좌에 전송할 수 있고, 상기 사용자에 의해 특정 고객으로의 배달이 완료된 후(ex 특정 고객이 배달 완료 버튼을 입력 등) 상기 배달료 중 나머지 금액을 상기 사용자의 계좌에 전송할 수 있다.
참고로, 특정 고객 및 사용자는 배달 이력, 주문 이력 등에 기초하여 안전 등급 평가를 받을 수 있고, 프로세서(120)는 상기 안전 등급 평가의 점수를 특정 고객 내지 사용자에게 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 특정 고객은 사용자의 안전 등급을 확인하고 배달자(사용자) 교체를 요구할 수 있고, 사용자는 특정 고객의 안전 등급을 확인하고 배달 거부를 요구할 수 있다.
본 발명의 앱을 설치한 단말을 보유하고 있는 경우, 누구나 상기 특정 고객 및 사용자가 될 수 있다. 경우에 따라서 상기 사용자에게는 상기 텀블러 기기(200)가 더 요구될 수도 있다.
한편, 복수 개의 텀블러 기기(200)를 한 명의 제1 사용자가 구매 및 소유하고, 다른 제2 사용자들에게 무상 또는 유상으로 제공하는 상태에서, 상기 제2 사용자가 상기 텀블러 기기(200)를 이용하여 매장에서 상품을 구매하고 광고 영상이 디스플레이부(210, 211)에서 디스플레이될수록 광고 비용 중 일부 금액은 상기 제1 사용자의 계좌로 입금될 수 있다.
또한, 일 실시예에 의할 때, 매장(ex 카페 등)에서 복수의 텀블러 기기(200)를 보유하면서, 일부 보증금을 받고 사용자에게 텀블러 기기(200)를 대여해 줄 수도 있다. 이때, 프로세서(120)는 상기 매장에 대한 광고 영상을 상기 대여되는 텀블러 기기(200)의 디스플레이부(210. 211)에 별도의 비용없이 디스플레이할 수 있다.
본 발명은 환경 오염을 줄이고 사용자에 경제적 이익을 제공한다는 측면에서, 정부, 지방단체, 매장(업체), 광고주, 소비자(사용자) 모두에 이익을 발생시키는 이익 공유제를 실천할 수 있을 것이다. 이때, 핵심이 되는 텀블러 기기(200)는 사용자에게 꾸준하게 이익을 제공하므로, 주식, 금, 부동산과 같이 재테크의 수단으로 인식될 수도 있을 것이다.
이상 설명된 본 발명에 따른 실시예들은 다양한 컴퓨터 구성요소를 통하여 수행될 수 있는 프로그램 명령어의 형태로 구현되어 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체에 기록될 수 있다. 상기 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체는 프로그램 명령어, 데이터 파일, 데이터 구조 등을 단독으로 또는 조합하여 포함할 수 있다. 상기 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체에 기록되는 프로그램 명령어는 본 발명을 위하여 특별히 설계되고 구성된 것들이거나 컴퓨터 소프트웨어 분야의 당업자에게 공지되어 사용 가능한 것일 수도 있다. 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체의 예에는, 하드 디스크와 같은 자기 매체, CD-ROM, DVD와 같은 광기록 매체 및 ROM, RAM, 플래시 메모리 등과 같은 프로그램 명령어를 저장하고 수행하도록 특별히 구성된 하드웨어 장치가 포함된다. 프로그램 명령어의 예에는, 컴파일러에 의해 만들어지는 것과 같은 기계어 코드뿐만 아니라 인터프리터 등을 사용해서 컴퓨터에 의해서 실행될 수 있는 고급 언어 코드도 포함된다. 상기 하드웨어 장치는 본 발명에 따른 처리를 수행하기 위해 하나 이상의 소프트웨어 모듈로서 작동하도록 구성될 수 있으며, 그 역도 마찬가지이다.
이상에서 본 발명이 구체적인 구성요소 등과 같은 특정 사항들과 한정된 실시예 및 도면에 의해 설명되었으나, 이는 본 발명의 보다 전반적인 이해를 돕기 위해서 제공된 것일 뿐, 본 발명이 상기 실시예들에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상적인 지식을 가진 자라면 이러한 기재로부터 다양한 수정 및 변형을 꾀할 수 있다.
따라서, 본 발명의 사상은 상기 설명된 실시예에 국한되어 정해져서는 아니 되며, 후술하는 특허청구범위뿐만 아니라 이 특허청구범위와 균등하게 또는 등가적으로 변형된 모든 것들은 본 발명의 사상의 범주에 속한다고 할 것이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 텀블러 기기를 이용하여 광고를 제공하는 방법에 있어서,
    상기 텀블러 기기의 외측에 적어도 하나 이상의 디스플레이부가 존재하고, 상기 텀블러 기기가 광고지원 서버와 연동된 상태에서,
    (a) 상기 광고지원 서버가, 특정 광고 영상을 상기 텀블러 기기에 전송하여 상기 디스플레이부에 출력하는 단계; 및
    (b) 상기 광고지원 서버는, 상기 특정 광고 영상이 상기 텀블러 기기에서 재생된 횟수, 상기 특정 광고 영상의 광고 비용, 상기 특정 광고 영상을 재생하는 텀블러 기기의 개수 중 적어도 하나를 기초로 하여 상기 광고 비용 중 일부 금액을 상기 텀블러 기기를 이용하는 사용자의 계좌에 입금하는 단계;를 포함하고,
    상기 텀블러 기기가 특정 매장에 위치하는 상태에서,
    특정 고객으로부터 상기 특정 매장에서 판매하는 상품에 대한 배달주문 메시지를 전달받은 경우,
    상기 광고지원 서버는, 상기 텀블러 기기의 상기 디스플레이부에 상기 배달주문 메시지를 디스플레이하고, 상기 사용자로부터 상기 배달주문 메시지에 동의하는 입력을 받은 경우 상기 텀블러 기기의 상기 디스플레이부에 상기 특정 고객의 배달이 상기 사용자에게 체결되었음을 알리는 메시지를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 (a) 단계에서,
    상기 광고지원 서버는, 상기 사용자의 단말에 설치된 앱에 서로 다른 복수의 광고 영상을 전달하고, 상기 복수의 광고 영상 중 상기 사용자에 의해 선택된 상기 특정 광고 영상을 상기 텀블러 기기에 전송하여 상기 디스플레이부에 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 (a) 단계에서,
    복수의 매장이 존재하는 상태에서,
    i) 상기 사용자의 단말에 설치된 앱에서 상기 사용자가 상기 복수의 매장 중 특정 매장을 선택한 경우 또는 ii) 상기 사용자의 단말이 상기 복수의 매장 중 상기 특정 매장에 위치하는 경우,
    상기 광고지원 서버는, 상기 특정 매장에 대응하는 상기 특정 광고 영상을 상기 텀블러 기기에 전송하여 상기 디스플레이부에 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 광고지원 서버와 대응하는 복수 개의 회사가 존재하는 상태에서,
    상기 텀블러 기기의 상기 디스플레이부가 1개의 메인 디스플레이부, 복수 개의 서브 디스플레이부를 포함하고, 상기 메인 디스플레이부에서 상기 특정 광고 영상을 디스플레이하며, 상기 복수 개의 서브 디스플레이부 각각은 상기 복수 개의 회사의 회사명을 하나씩 디스플레이하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 텀블러 기기의 내측에 음료가 존재하는 경우, 상기 텀블러 기기의 상기 디스플레이부에서 상기 특정 광고 영상을 디스플레이하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 텀블러 기기의 내측에 음료가 존재하는 경우, 상기 텀블러 기기의 상기 디스플레이부에서 상기 특정 광고 영상을 디스플레이하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 텀블러 기기의 외측에 코드가 부착되고, 상기 코드는 상기 사용자의 계좌와 연동되며, 상기 사용자는 상기 코드를 이용하여 음료에 대한 비용을 지불가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 텀블러 기기를 이용하여 광고를 제공하는 서버에 있어서,
    상기 텀블러 기기의 외측에 적어도 하나 이상의 디스플레이부가 존재하고, 상기 텀블러 기기가 광고지원 서버와 연동된 상태에서,
    특정 광고 영상을 상기 텀블러 기기에 전송하여 상기 디스플레이부에 출력하도록 지원하는 통신부; 및
    상기 특정 광고 영상이 상기 텀블러 기기에서 재생된 횟수, 상기 특정 광고 영상의 광고 비용, 상기 특정 광고 영상을 재생하는 텀블러 기기의 개수 중 적어도 하나를 기초로 하여 상기 광고 비용 중 일부 금액을 상기 텀블러 기기를 이용하는 사용자의 계좌에 입금하는 프로세서;를 포함하고,
    상기 텀블러 기기가 특정 매장에 위치하는 상태에서, 특정 고객으로부터 상기 특정 매장에서 판매하는 상품에 대한 배달주문 메시지를 전달받은 경우,
    상기 광고지원 서버는, 상기 텀블러 기기의 상기 디스플레이부에 상기 배달주문 메시지를 디스플레이하고, 상기 사용자로부터 상기 배달주문 메시지에 동의하는 입력을 받은 경우 상기 텀블러 기기의 상기 디스플레이부에 상기 특정 고객의 배달이 상기 사용자에게 체결되었음을 알리는 메시지를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 서버.
