现如今,随着人们对电子设备的大屏显示功能的要求越来越高,各类电子设备日益趋于大屏化。然而,当电子设备的显示屏设计的过大时,会引起例如操作不便、携带不便等问题。针对这一问题,现有技术中提出了一种柔性屏。当需要大屏显示时,可将柔性屏展开,以提升用户在诸如浏览网页、观看视频文件、打游戏等过程中的视觉体验感。当无需大屏显示时,可将柔性屏折叠起来,从而解决了上述问题。

下面结合图1至图5描述根据本申请实施例提供的电子设备。
本申请实施例提供的电子设备可以是但并不限于为智能手机,本申请实施例提供的电子设备还可以为平板电脑、笔记本电脑、电子书及智能可穿戴设备等具有柔性屏设计的电子类产品,本申请中对此不作限制。
本申请实施例提供的电子设备,参见图1至图5所示,其包括:柔性屏1,柔性后盖2,柔性铰链以及传动件5。所述柔性屏1盖设于所述柔性后盖2上,所述柔性屏1与所述柔性后盖2之间形成有容置空间。所述柔性铰链设置于所述容置空间内,所述柔性铰链包括多个依次铰接的链节3,每个所述链节3分别与所述柔性屏1、所述柔性后盖2连接。所述传动件5依次穿过各个所述链节3。其中,所述传动件5具有张紧状态和松弛状态;所述传动件5在所述张紧状态的情况下,所述柔性铰链上的各个链节3均 可转动至平直状态,用以带动所述柔性屏1伸展。所述传动件5在所述松弛状态的情况下,所述柔性铰链上位于两端的多个所述链节3可转动至弯曲状态,用以带动所述柔性屏1的两侧弯折。
也就是说,在本申请的实施例中,是通过所述柔性铰链上各个链节3的转动来控制所述柔性屏1的伸展与弯折/折叠的。当需要大屏显示时,通过控制所述柔性铰链上各个链节3的转动角度可使整个柔性铰链伸展开来,从而可将所述柔性屏1展开,以提升用户在诸如浏览网页、观看视频文件、打游戏等过程中的视觉体验感。而当无需大屏显示时,通过控制所述柔性铰链上各个链节3的转动角度,可使所述柔性铰链上位于两端的多个链节3产生一定的弯曲,从而可使所述柔性屏1的两侧部位产生向外的弯折,以实现所述柔性屏1的弯折/折叠。
在本申请的实施例中,为电子设备的柔性屏1配设了柔性铰链,该柔性铰链可以伸展,也可以弯曲,其可带动与之相连的柔性屏1自如的实现伸展或者折叠。与现有的使用转轴的柔性屏技术方案相比,本申请实施例中的柔性铰链设计可使柔性屏1弯折位置的弯折半径适当增大,以使柔性屏1表面的保护膜/保护层可不再仅限于聚酰亚胺薄膜(PI膜),即可增加柔性屏1表面保护膜可使用的种类,例如可采用柔性玻璃材料(或者称为超薄玻璃材料),这就克服了采用聚酰亚胺薄膜(PI膜)带来的弊端。此外,在柔性屏1的背后采用柔性铰链的设计,可使电子设备的上、下边框尺寸做到比较小,这有助于提高柔性屏1的屏占比,提高用户的使用体验感。
需要说明的是,现有的在柔性屏上采用聚酰亚胺薄膜(PI膜)容易带来的弊端例如包括有:聚酰亚胺薄膜强度不高,容易导致屏幕的弯折部位造成损伤,对屏幕的整体保护力度也不够。并且,屏幕在聚酰亚胺薄膜的保护下,屏幕表面的触摸质感不好,影响用户使用时的触摸体验感。
在本申请的实施例中,参见图3所示,所述柔性屏1包括柔性显示层11和盖设在所述柔性显示层11上的柔性玻璃层12,在所述柔性显示层11 的背面设置有柔性支撑层13。
在本申请的实施例中,通过采用所述柔性铰链来实现所述柔性屏1的伸展与弯折/折叠,可以适当增加所述柔性屏1弯折位置的弯折半径,在该结构设计下,在所述柔性屏1的表面可使用柔性玻璃(或者称超薄玻璃)作为保护层,其相比于聚酰亚胺薄膜(PI膜)具有更好的保护性和表面手感更好的特点。此外,所述柔性屏1的表面采用柔性玻璃进行保护,不仅可支持触控笔,而且触控笔的笔尖对屏幕的伤害较小。
在本申请的实施例中,参见图3所示,在所述柔性屏1的背面还设置了所述柔性支撑层13。所述柔性支撑层13可用以对所述柔性屏1的反复弯折起到良好的保护作用,可使所述柔性屏1在反复弯折过程中的抗疲劳性更高。
在本申请一个可选的例子中,所述柔性支撑层13的材质可为柔性金属材料。也就是说,在所述柔性显示层11的背面设置有柔性金属层。该柔性金属层可使所述柔性屏1在反复弯折过程中的抗疲劳性更高。
其中,所述柔性支撑层13例如可以贴设在所述柔性显示层11的背面。当然,所述柔性支撑层13也可以采用本领域技术人员熟知的其它方式设置在所述柔性显示层11的背面,本申请对此不作限制。
在本申请的实施例中,参见图1、图2及图5所示,所述柔性屏1的背面设置有柔性缓冲层14。
也就是说,在所述柔性显示层11的背面设置有柔性支撑层13,并且还在所述柔性支撑层13的背面设置有所述柔性缓冲层14。通过所述柔性支撑层13和所述柔性缓冲层14的共同作用,可以很好的缓冲和分散所述柔性铰链3对所述柔性屏1的作用力,更好的保护所述柔性屏1。
在本申请一个可选的例子中,所述柔性缓冲层14可为软衬垫。所述柔性铰链上的各个链节3实际是与所述柔性屏1背面设置的软衬垫固定连接在一起的,而并非是直接与所述柔性显示层11连接的,这样可以对所述柔性显示层11起到良好的保护。
其中,所述柔性缓冲层14例如可以通过贴设的方式在所述柔性屏1的背面。当然,所述柔性缓冲层14也可以采用本领域技术人员熟知的其它方式设置在所述柔性屏1的背面,本申请对此不作限制。
在本申请的实施例中,参见图1和图5所示,所述柔性铰链在所述容置空间内沿平行于所述柔性屏1的第一方向设置。
其中,所述第一方向例如为所述柔性屏1的宽度方向。当然,所述第一方向也可以是所述柔性屏1的长度方向。
在本申请的实施例中,所述柔性铰链包括多个依次铰接的链节3,其中,参见图1和图2所示,每个所述链节3的一端设置有止挡结构31,所述止挡结构31可用于对与该链节3相铰接的另一个所述链节3可转动的角度范围进行限制。在该结构设计下,可控制所述柔性屏1可弯折的幅度和方向。当无需大屏显示时,可使所述柔性铰链上位于两端位置的多个链节3分别产生一定方向和弧度的弯曲,从而可使所述柔性屏1的两侧部位产生向外的弯折,以实现所述柔性屏1的折叠。
在本申请一个可选的例子中,参见图2所示,所述止挡结构31例如可以呈弧形。
在本申请的实施例中,参见图1、图2及图5所示,每个所述链节3上设置有可供所述传动件5穿过的凹槽32。该设计便于通过所述传动件5将各个所述链节3顺次连接,这样,通过拉紧或者放松所述传动件5即可控制各个链节3可转动的角度范围。
例如,在所述传动件5处于张紧(或绷紧)的状态下,所述传动件5可拉动所述柔性铰链上的各个链节3处于平直状态,这样就可以带动所述柔性屏1自如的实现伸展。而在所述传动件5处于松弛的状态下,所述传动件5可拉动所述柔性铰链上的部分链节3处于转动至某一角度的状态,这样就可以带动所述柔性屏1自如的实现弯折/折叠。
在本申请一个可选的例子中,参见图2所示,所述链节3包括第一连接件33和第二连接件34,所述第一连接件33的一端形成有弧形的止挡结 构31,所述第一连接件33的另一端与所述第二连接件34通过转轴35转动连接,即形成转轴铰链结构。其中,所述第一连接件33与所述柔性屏1背面贴设的软衬垫连接,所述第二连接件34固定在所述柔性后盖2上。
在本申请一个可选的例子中,所述传动件5例如可以为金属材质的线缆。也即,所述传动件5为金属线缆。
需要说明的是,所述传动件5并不限于上述的金属线缆,还可以为传动带等,本申请对此不作限制。
例如,在所述传动件5为金属线缆的情况下,所述链节3上的凹槽32为过线槽。
本申请实施例的电子设备,参见图1和图5所示,其还可以包括驱动器4;所述驱动器4靠近所述柔性铰链的一端(所述柔性铰链具有两端,例如该端为第一端)设置,所述驱动器4与所述传动件5的一端连接,所述驱动器4用于通过所述传动件5控制各个所述链节3可转动的角度。
在本申请的实施例中,通过设置所述驱动器4,可实现对所述传动件5张紧状态和松弛状态的自动化控制。这样,只需通过控制所述驱动器4的运转,即可实现所述柔性铰链的伸直与弯折,进而实现电子设备的柔性屏的伸展与弯折。
当然,在本申请一个可选的例子中,所述柔性铰链的伸直与弯折也可以依靠用户手动操作来实现,在此基础上,可以省去设置所述驱动器4。也就是说,当需要大屏显示时,通过手动操作控制所述柔性铰链上各个链节3的转动角度可使整个柔性铰链伸展开来,从而可将所述柔性屏1展开。而当无需大屏显示时,再通过手动操作控制所述柔性铰链上各个链节3的转动角度,可使所述柔性铰链上位于两端的多个链节3产生一定的弯曲,从而可使所述柔性屏1的两侧部位产生向外的弯折。
本申请实施例的电子设备,参见图1和图5所示,其还包括有收容装置6,所述驱动器4设置于所述收容装置6内。所述收容装置6可用于对所述驱动器4起到收纳和保护的作用,避免所述驱动器4直接外露。
在本申请一个可选的例子中,所述驱动器4可为电机。
在本申请一个可选的例子中,参见图1和图5所示,所述收容装置6通过转动件7与所述柔性铰链的一端(如前述,所述柔性铰链具有两端,例如该端为第一端)转动连接。在该结构设计下,所述收容装置6可沿着所述转动件7在所述柔性铰链的一端(例如,所述柔性铰链的第一端)产生转动。在所述柔性屏1处于不同的状态下(即展开/弯折),所述收容装置6所处的位置会产生一定的变化,以发挥其不同的功能性。
其中,所述转动件7例如可以为转轴。
所述传动件5在所述张紧状态的情况下,参见图1所示,所述收容装置6可转动至所述柔性后盖2的背面。也就是说,当需要大屏显示时,所述柔性屏1可处于展开的状态,此时,所述收容装置6可转动至所述柔性后盖2的背面且位于整机的下侧,这使得用户在使用电子设备时,所述收容装置6不会影响到用户使用电子设备,且所述收容装置6所处的位置可使整个电子设备的重心会落在整机的下方,用户在单手握持电子设备时可具有手感较佳,操作舒适性好的优点。
所述传动件5在所述松弛状态的情况下,参见图5所示,所述收容装置6可转动至设定位置,所述收容装置6的至少一壁面可以抵靠在所述柔性后盖2背面的中部区域,用以使该位置所对应的多个所述链节3均处于平直状态。也就是说,当无需大屏显示时,可将所述柔性屏1进行弯折,以使其处于折叠状态;此时,所述收容装置6可通过所述转动件7转动至设定位置可恰好抵住/支撑住所述柔性后盖2背面的中部区域,以使该位置对应的多个链节3处于绷直的状态,这样在折叠所述柔性屏1时可使所述柔性屏1的两侧产生向外的弯折,而所述柔性屏1的中部区域保持平直的状态。
在本申请一个可选的例子中,参见图1和图5所示,在所述柔性铰链的另一端(所述柔性铰链具有两端,例如该端为第二端)设置有第一连接部8;在所述收容装置6上设置有与所述第一连接部8相匹配的第二连接 部61;在所述柔性屏1处于弯折状态的情况下,所述第一连接部8可用于与所述第二连接部61形成连接。这样,可使得所述柔性屏1稳定的处于弯折状态,不会因外力解除而导致所述柔性屏1重新伸展而无法维持在弯折状态。
其中,所述第一连接部8与所述第二连接部61之间例如可以为可拆卸连接。
具体地,所述第一连接部8与所述第二连接部61之间例如可以为卡接。
在本申请一个可选的例子中,所述第一连接部8和所述第二连接部61其中的一个为凸起结构,所述第一连接部8和所述第二连接部61其中的另一个为凹陷结构。这样,在所述柔性屏1处于弯折状态的情况下,所述柔性铰链3第二端上设置的第一连接部8可与所述收容装置6上的第二连接部61卡接。
其中,参见图5所示,所述收容装置6上的第二连接部61可经过一个按键62进行释放。
具体地,所述按键62可通过控制机构与所述第二连接部61连接,当所述第一连接部8与所述第二连接部61连接时,通过所述按键62可用以控制所述第二连接部61释放所述第一连接部8。也就是说,通过按动所述按键62即可解除所述第一连接部8与所述第二连接部61之间的连接关系。
在本申请的实施例中,所述收容装置6内设置有电路板和与所述电路板连接的供电模块;所述驱动器4分别与所述供电模块、所述电路板连接,所述供电模块用以为所述驱动器4的工作提供电能。
其中,所述电路板可以为硬质电路板,也可以为柔性电路板,本申请对此不作限制。
当然,所述收容装置6内还设置有电子设备内的其它电子元器件,在此不再详细论述。
根据本申请实施例的电子的其他构成,以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。
本申请实施例中的电子设备可以是终端,也可以为除终端之外的其他设备。示例性的,电子设备可以为手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、掌上电脑、车载电子设备、移动上网装置(Mobile Internet Device,MID)、增强现实(augmented reality,AR)/虚拟现实(virtual reality,VR)设备、机器人、可穿戴设备、超级移动个人计算机(ultra-mobile personal computer,UMPC)、上网本或者个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)等,还可以为服务器、网络附属存储器(Network Attached Storage,NAS)、个人计算机(personal computer,PC)、电视机(television,TV)、柜员机或者自助机等,本申请实施例不作具体限定。
在本说明书的描述中,参考术语“一个实施例”、“一些实施例”、“示意性实施例”、“示例”、“具体示例”、或“一些示例”等的描述意指结合该实施例或示例描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点包含于本申请的至少一个实施例或示例中。在本说明书中,对上述术语的示意性表述不一定指的是相同的实施例或示例。而且,描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点可以在任何的一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。
尽管已经示出和描述了本申请的实施例,本领域的普通技术人员可以理解:在不脱离本申请的原理和宗旨的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本申请的范围由权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种电子设备,包括:
    柔性屏;
    柔性后盖,所述柔性屏盖设于所述柔性后盖上,所述柔性屏与所述柔性后盖之间形成有容置空间;
    柔性铰链,所述柔性铰链设置于所述容置空间内,所述柔性铰链包括多个依次铰接的链节,每个所述链节分别与所述柔性屏、所述柔性后盖连接;以及,
    传动件,所述传动件依次穿过各个所述链节;
    所述传动件具有张紧状态和松弛状态;在所述张紧状态的情况下,所述柔性铰链上的各个链节均转动至平直状态,用以带动所述柔性屏伸展;在所述松弛状态的情况下,所述柔性铰链上位于两端的多个所述链节转动至弯曲状态,用以带动所述柔性屏的两侧弯折。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述柔性屏包括柔性显示层和盖设在所述柔性显示层上的柔性玻璃层;
    在所述柔性显示层的背面设置有柔性支撑层。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述柔性屏的背面设置有柔性缓冲层。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述柔性铰链在所述容置空间内沿平行于所述柔性屏的第一方向设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述链节的一端设置有止挡结构,所述止挡结构用于对与该链节相铰接的另一个所述链节可转动的角 度范围进行限制。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述链节上设置有可供所述传动件穿过的凹槽。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述传动件为金属材质的线缆。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任意一项所述的电子设备,其中,还包括驱动器;
    所述驱动器靠近所述柔性铰链的一端设置,所述驱动器与所述传动件的一端连接,所述驱动器用于通过所述传动件控制各个所述链节可转动的角度。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子设备,其中,还包括收容装置,所述驱动器设置于所述收容装置内。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子设备,其中,所述收容装置通过转动件与所述柔性铰链的一端转动连接;
    所述传动件在所述张紧状态的情况下,所述收容装置可转动至所述柔性后盖的背面;
    所述传动件在所述松弛状态的情况下,所述收容装置可转动至设定位置,所述收容装置的至少一壁面抵靠在所述柔性后盖背面的中部区域,用以使该位置对应的多个所述链节均处于平直状态。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子设备,其中,所述柔性铰链的另一端设置有第一连接部;
    所述收容装置上设置有与所述第一连接部相匹配的第二连接部;
    在所述柔性屏处于弯折状态的情况下,所述第一连接部用于与所述第二连接部连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子设备,其中,所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部其中的一个为凸起结构,所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部其中的另一个为凹陷结构。
