The applicant focused on reducing insect bites while wearing absorbent articles. On the other hand, Patent Document 1 aims at preventing insect pests from entering absorbent articles during distribution and storage processes. Therefore, the specific attachment position of the insect repellent microcapsules on the back sheet has not been disclosed, and the effect of suppressing insect bites while the absorbent article is worn is insufficient.
Absorbent articles such as diapers include tape-type absorbent articles and pants-type absorbent articles. The main wearers of tape-type absorbent articles are young infants and elderly people who often spend their time in a sleeping position. On the other hand, the main wearers of pants-type absorbent articles are aged infants who are active in crawling and walking, and elderly people who are not bedridden. The applicant of the present application has focused on the fact that the movement of the target wearer differs between the tape-type absorbent article and the pants-type absorbent article. It was found that the legs (especially the thighs and shins) of the subject wearing the pants-type absorbent article were more likely to be bitten by insects than the face.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and its purpose is to effectively prevent insect bites for the wearer of pants-type absorbent articles.

The diaper 1 becomes a pants type by forming a pair of joints 2 by welding (for example, thermal welding or ultrasonic welding) the right and left side portions of the diaper 30 .
In this embodiment, in the diaper 1, the region in the vertical direction where the joint portion 2 is located (that is, the region from the position of the upper end 2a of the joint portion 2 to the position of the lower end 2b) is defined as "a pair of waist portions 1F, 1B ”, and the area below the pair of waist portions 1F and 1B is called a “crotch portion 1C”. In addition, the front waist portion in the front-rear direction (area surrounded by points abcd in FIG. 2) is referred to as “front waist portion 1F”, and the rear waist portion (area surrounded by points efgh in FIG. 2) is referred to as “front waist portion 1F”. ) is referred to as the “rear waist portion 1B”.
In addition, the front waist portion 1F is divided vertically into two in the stretched state, the upper region 1FU (the region surrounded by points aicj) and the lower region 1FL (the region surrounded by points area). Similarly, the rear waist portion 1B is divided into two parts in the vertical direction in the stretched state, the upper region 1BU (the region surrounded by the point kflh) and the lower region 1BL (the point ekgl area).
The absorbent main body 10 includes a liquid-permeable top sheet 11, an absorbent core 12 that absorbs excrement, a liquid-impermeable back sheet 13, and an exterior sheet 14, which are adhered to each other with an adhesive or the like. there is As the absorbent core 12, a liquid absorbent fiber such as pulp fiber containing a superabsorbent polymer may be molded into a predetermined shape. This allows the diaper 1 to fit around the wearer's legs.
In addition, the absorbent main body 10 has leak-proof wall portions 16 that can be erected on the skin side on both side portions in the left-right direction. For example, the left and right side portions of the outer sheet 14 are folded back inward in the left and right direction so as to be positioned on the skin side surface of the top sheet 11, and the elastic member 161 for the leakage prevention wall extends and contracts in the longitudinal direction at the folded portion. The leak-proof wall portion 16 is formed by providing (for example, rubber thread).
As shown in FIG. 3, the front exterior member 20 and the rear exterior member 30 include skin- side sheets 21 and 31 and non-skin- side sheets 22 and 32 made of flexible nonwoven fabric or the like, and a plurality of trunks extending and contracting in the left-right direction. It has peripheral elastic members 23 and 33 (for example, thread rubber). A plurality of waist elastic members 23 and 33 are arranged side by side with a gap in the vertical direction in the waist portions 1F and 1B, and are fixed to the seat while being stretched in the horizontal direction. Therefore, the front exterior member 20 and the rear exterior member 30 are stretchable in the left-right direction and fit around the waist of the wearer.
In addition, the front exterior member 20 has a printed sheet 24 (for example, a resin film such as polyethylene or polypropylene) between the skin-side sheet 21 and the non-skin-side sheet 22 . Although not shown, the rear exterior member 30 may also include a printed sheet between the skin-side sheet 31 and the non-skin-side sheet 32 .
Also, as shown in FIG. 2, the front exterior member 20 has a rectangular shape. On the other hand, the rear exterior member 30 has an extending portion 34 extending downward from the rectangular rear waist portion 1B. The extending portion 34 has a substantially trapezoidal shape with a length in the left-right direction becoming shorter toward the lower side.

For example, the diaper 1 may be a two-piece diaper, and the front exterior member 20 and the rear exterior member 30 may be formed as one continuous member (see FIG. 8 described later), or the front exterior member 20 and the rear exterior member 30 may be formed as one continuous member. A crotch portion exterior member that connects the rear exterior member 30 may be provided.
Also, the waist elastic members 23 and 33 and the leg elastic members 15 may be sheet-like elastic members (stretchable films or stretchable nonwoven fabrics) instead of rubber threads.
===First Embodiment: Repellent Arrangement Area 41===
4 and 5 are explanatory diagrams of the repellent disposing area 41, showing the front waist portion 1F in a stretched state.
"An insect repellent 40" is provided on the diaper 1. The insect repellent 40 is a repellent (insect repellent) against insect pests such as mosquitoes, silkworms, midges, and flies, and is a synthetic compound or natural plant extract containing an insect repellent component. For example, citronellal, 1,8-cineole, linalyl acetate, deet (N,N-diethyl-3-methylbenzamide), sesquiterpenes, ethyl butyl acetylaminopropionate, picaridin, pyrethroids, cinnamon, rosemary, lavender, peppermint. , eucalyptus, citronella, lemon eucalyptus, turmeric, etc. can be used. The repellent 40 can be selected according to target pests and wearers. In this embodiment, an isolated fragrance extracted from lemongrass is used. As a result, the diaper 1 is provided with a component (citronellal) having an insect repellent effect.
It should be noted that the repellent 40 is preferably an allergen-free substance. For example, in the EU (European Union) Cosmetics Directive (76/768/EEC), the 26 types of substances that are obligated to be labeled as allergen substances are not substantially included (the ratio in repellent 40 is 1% or less). Moreover, it is preferable that the repellent 40 does not interfere with the adhesive performance of the hot-melt adhesive used in the diaper 1 .
The repellent 40 of this embodiment is contained in a microcapsule (film material). A microcapsule is a capsule having a diameter of 1 to 1000 μm and a space containing a core material (repellent agent 40). Materials for the microcapsules include urethane resin, gelatin, gelatin/gum arabic, melamine resin, urea, formalin resin, sugars, and the like. In the present embodiment, microcapsules made of urethane resin that disintegrate upon physical impact are employed. However, in microcapsules, physical stimuli (e.g., pressure, shock, heat, vibration, light, etc.) or chemical stimuli (e.g., contact with liquid) cause the film material to collapse and contain the repellent There is no particular limitation as long as 40 is released.
Because the repellent 40 is contained in microcapsules, a large amount of the repellent 40 is retained in the diaper 1 until the diaper 1 is put on. When the diaper 1 is put on, the wearer rubs against the diaper 1, or the user rubs or grabs the area where the repellent 40 is provided, causing physical stimulation, which causes the microcapsules to form. It breaks and the repellent 40 is released to the outside of the diaper 1 . However, the repellent 40 may not be contained in microcapsules.
As a method of providing the repellent 40 on the diaper 1, there is a method of coating the diaper 1 with a liquid in which microcapsules containing the repellent 40 are dispersed. The liquid (dispersion medium) in which the microcapsules are dispersed preferably does not dissolve or swell the microcapsules and retains the function of the repellent 40 . Examples of the coating method include various known methods such as a spraying method, a roller coating method, and a brush coating method. Other methods of applying the repellent 40 to the diaper 1 include, for example, immersing the materials constituting the diaper 1 in a dispersion (solution) of the repellent 40, or applying the repellent to the fibers of the materials constituting the diaper 1. A method of kneading the repellent 40 or mixing the particulate repellent 40 with the fiber of the material constituting the diaper 1 can be mentioned.
As described above, the diaper 1 is a pants-type diaper in which the pair of waist portions 1F and 1B are joined to each other by a pair of joining portions 2 on both sides in the left-right direction. As a result of intensive research, the applicant has found that pants-type diapers are mainly worn by those who wear pants-type diapers (elderly infants who are active in crawling, walking, etc.) on their legs (especially thighs and shins) rather than their faces. found to be susceptible to insect bites.
Therefore, in the diaper 1, an insect repellent 40 is provided in the lower regions 1FL, 1BL of at least one of the pair of waist portions 1F, 1B. In the diaper 1 of the first embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, a repellent 40 is provided in the lower region 1FL of the front waist portion 1F. That is, the repellent 40 is provided on the portion of the front exterior member 20 and the portion of the absorbent main body 10 located in the lower region 1FL of the front waist portion 1F.
By doing so, the repellent agent 40 is provided on the parts of the diaper 1 close to the legs of the wearer, compared to the case where the repellent agent 40 is provided only on the upper regions 1FU and 1BU of the waist portions 1F and 1B, for example. Therefore, the repellent agent 40 is released around the wearer's legs to prevent insect bites on the wearer's legs. In other words, it is possible to effectively prevent insect bites of the wearer of the pants-type diaper 1 whose legs are likely to be stung. Also, infants often wear shorts in hot weather when they are more likely to be bitten by insects. Therefore, by providing the repellent agent 40 in the lower regions 1FL, 1BL of the waist portions 1F, 1B, the repellent agent 40 can be easily released from the leg openings of the clothes to the outside, and the insect repellent effect can be enhanced. In addition, infants may wear clothes such as rompers that are connected at the top and bottom. In this case as well, by providing the repellent 40 in the lower regions 1FL, 1BL of the waist sections 1F, 1B, the repellent 40 is less likely to remain inside the garment and is more likely to be released to the outside from the leg openings of the garment.
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 3, a repellent 40 is provided on the non-skin side surface of the non-skin side sheet 22, which is the portion of the front exterior member 20 located in the lower region 1FL of the front waist portion 1F. (coated). Since the repellent 40 is provided on the non-skin-side portion of the diaper 1 in this way, the repellent 40 is easily released to the outside of the diaper 1, and the insect repellent effect can be enhanced.
However, it is not limited to the above, and the repellent 40 may be provided in another part located in the lower region 1FL of the front waist part 1F. For example, the repellent 40 may be provided on the skin side of the non-skin side sheet 22 of the front exterior member 20, the skin side sheet 21, or the print sheet 24. FIG. Further, the absorbent core 12 , the back sheet 13 and the exterior sheet 14 of the absorbent main body 10 may be provided with the repellent 40 . Further, the number of materials provided with the repellent 40 is not limited to one, and a plurality of materials may be provided.
At least part of the repellent 40 may be provided in the lower regions 1FL and 1BL of the waist sections 1F and 1B, and the repellent 40 may be provided in the upper regions 1FU and 1BU. However, in the waist portion where the repellent 40 is provided (here, the front waist portion 1F), the basis weight (g/m 2 ) of the repellent 40 in the upper region (1FU) is lower than that in the lower region (1FL). It is preferable that the basis weight (g/m 2 ) of the repellent 40 in is higher. That is, the value obtained by dividing the total weight (g) of the repellent 40 provided in the upper region (1FU) by the area (m 2 ) of the upper region (1FU) in a stretched state is the lower region (1FL) is preferably greater than the total weight (g) of the repellent 40 provided in the space divided by the area (m 2 ) of the stretched lower region (1FL).
By doing so, more of the repellent 40 is provided on the portion of the diaper 1 close to the wearer's legs, so that the repellent 40 is more likely to be released around the wearer's legs. Therefore, it is possible to more effectively prevent insect bites of the wearer of the pants-type diaper 1 whose legs are likely to be stung.
A well-known method can be used to confirm that the repellent 40 is provided in the lower regions 1FL and 1BL of the waist sections 1F and 1B. First, the waist portions 1F and 1B (absorbent main body 10 + exterior members 20 and 30) to be measured are cut out from the diaper 1, and the cut waist portions 1F and 1B are further divided into upper and lower halves to obtain lower regions 1FL and 1BL. form a sample of By analyzing the components of the sample, for example, using a gas chromatography device (Agilent 7890B or an equivalent device), the sample of the lower regions 1FL and 1BL is a component with an insect repellent effect (repellent 40). You can check whether it contains In addition, when the repellent 40 is contained in microcapsules, the presence or absence of the microcapsules (repellent 40) can be confirmed by observing the samples of the lower regions 1FL and 1BL with an electron microscope.
Further, the basis weight (g/m 2 ) of the repellent 40 in the upper regions 1FU and 1BU and the basis weight (g/m 2 ) of the repellent 40 in the lower regions 1FL and 1BU were also compared using the gas chromatography apparatus. can be performed using
(1) First, the waist portions 1F, 1B (absorbent main body 10 + exterior members 20, 30) to be measured are cut out from the diaper 1 and separated into lower regions 1FL, 1BL and upper regions 1FU, 1BU. The separated lower regions 1FL, 1BL and upper regions 1FU, 1BU are further cut into fine samples of a predetermined size (for example, vertical direction×horizontal direction=20 mm×40 mm).
(2) Next, the finely cut sample is immersed in water to dissolve the microcapsules, and a mixture of repellent 40 (ingredient with insect repellent effect) and other ingredients (solvent, etc.) is obtained from the sample. to extract
(3) The mixture extracted for each sample is subjected to component analysis using a gas chromatograph. Then, for each sample, the peak value of the repellent 40 (component with insect repellent effect) and the peak value of other components (solvent, etc.) are obtained, and the peak values of the repellent with respect to the peak values of the other components are obtained. (Peak value of repellent/Peak value of other components) is calculated. Assume that percentage corresponds to the amount of repellent 40 that was applied to the sample.
(4) Finally, the average value of the repellent ratios of a plurality of samples constituting the upper regions 1FU and 1BU (peak value of repellent / peak value of other components ≒ amount of repellent 40) is calculated, It corresponds to the basis weight of the repellent 40 in the upper regions 1FU and 1BU. In addition, the average value of the proportions of the repellent in a plurality of samples constituting the lower regions 1FL and 1BL (the peak value of the repellent/the peak value of other components≈the amount of the repellent 40) is calculated, and the lower regions 1FL and Comparison is made as equivalent to the basis weight of repellent 40 in 1BL.
Also, the basis weight of the repellent 40 in the front waist portion 1F and the basis weight of the repellent 40 in the rear waist portion 1B, which will be described later, can be similarly compared.
Here, in the diaper 1, the area where the repellent 40 is provided is also referred to as "repellent placement area 41". Specification of the repellent agent arrangement|positioning area|region 41 in the diaper 1 can also be performed by the method similar to the above. In other words, the repellent-arranged region 41 may be specified by cutting the diaper 1 into fine samples, analyzing the components of each sample using a gas chromatography device, and confirming whether or not the repellent 40 is present. Further, the presence or absence of microcapsules (repellent 40) may be confirmed by observing a finely cut sample with an electron microscope, and the repellent disposition region 41 may be specified.
In the diaper 1 of the first embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, the repellent disposing region is longer in the horizontal direction than in the vertical direction of the diaper 1 and continuously extends in the horizontal direction from the left end to the right end of the front waist portion 1F. 41 are provided side by side with three intervals in the vertical direction.
Therefore, in the diaper 1, at least part of the repellent 40 is provided in the region where the absorbent core 12 is located in the waist portions 1F, 1B (here, the front waist portion 1F) provided with the repellent 40. It is That is, in the unfolded state of the diaper 1 , at least parts of the absorbent core 12 and the repellent-arranged region 41 overlap each other in the thickness direction of the diaper 1 .
In this case, the repellent 40 provided at a position overlapping the absorbent core 12 (especially the repellent 40 provided on the non-skin side of the absorbent core 12) passes through the absorbent core 12 having a high density and thickness. hard to do Therefore, the repellent 40 is more likely to be released to the outside of the diaper 1 than to be released to the skin. Therefore, the insect repellent effect of the diaper 1 is enhanced.
In addition, the front side exterior member 20 and the rear side exterior member 30 have waist elastic members 23 and 33 at the waist portions 1F and 1B. Each of the waist portions 1F and 1B has a non-stretchable region NS in which the waist elastic members 23 and 33 are not stretchable in the region where the absorbent main body 10 is located. By doing so, it is possible to prevent the absorbent main body 10 (absorbent core 12) from shrinking due to the elastic members 23, 33 around the waist and creating a gap between the diaper 1 and the wearer. Although the drawings show only the stretchable portions of the waist elastic members 23 and 33, there are portions of the waist elastic members 23 and 33 that do not exhibit stretchability in the non-stretchable region NS. may
At least part of the repellent 40 is preferably provided in the non-stretchable regions NS of the waist portions 1F, 1B (here, the front waist portion 1F) where the repellent 40 is provided. By doing so, it is possible to prevent the repellent agent 40 from being covered by wrinkles generated in the waist portions 20 and 30 by the waist elastic members 23 and 33 , and the repellent agent 40 is easily discharged to the outside of the diaper 1 . Therefore, the insect repellent effect of the diaper 1 is enhanced. However, it is not limited to this, and the repellent 40 may not be provided in the non-stretchable region NS.
Further, when the repellent 40 is encapsulated in a plurality of microcapsules, as shown in FIGS. may have a marking portion 50 indicating the area where the repellent 40 is provided. By doing so, the user can easily and correctly recognize the area where the repellent 40 is provided.
The mark portion 50 of the present embodiment is formed by printing in a color (eg, green, yellow, etc.) different from the surrounding color (eg, white). Specifically, the mark portion 50 printed on the print sheet 24 is visible from the outside of the diaper 1 through the non-skin side sheet 22 . In addition, the mark portion 50 shown in FIG. 4 has the characters "AntiMos" indicating that the diaper 1 has an insect (mosquito) repelling effect and the characters "Rub here" indicating the operation for breaking the microcapsules. Therefore, the user who visually recognizes the mark portion 50 can break the microcapsules at desired timing when wearing the diaper 1 or during wearing, and release more of the repellent 40 .
However, the mark portion 50 is not limited to the example shown in FIG. Further, the material for printing the mark portion 50 is not limited to the print sheet 24, and printing may be performed on other materials (non-woven fabric, etc.) constituting the diaper 1. FIG. Further, the mark portion 50 may be formed by a compressed portion (unevenness) obtained by compressing the diaper 1 in the thickness direction, the elastic members 23 and 33 around the waist may be colored, or the microcapsules (the repellent 40 itself) may be colored. Alternatively, the marking portion 50 may be formed in a color different from that of the surrounding area.
On the same side in the front-rear direction, the non-stretchable regions NS of the waist sections 1F, 1B and the mark portion 50 overlap in the front-rear direction, and at least part of the repellent 40 is provided in the overlapping region. is preferred. That is, in the unfolded state of the diaper 1 , at least parts of the non-stretchable regions NS, the marking portions 50 , and the repellent-arranged regions 41 should overlap each other in the thickness direction of the diaper 1 .
By doing so, since the mark 50 is located in the non-stretchable region NS where the waist elastic members 23 and 33 have few wrinkles, the visibility of the mark 50 is enhanced. In addition, since the absorbent main body 10 (non-stretchable region NS) and the repellent-placed region 41 overlap each other, the highly rigid absorbent core 12 serves as a pedestal, making it easier for the user to rub the repellent-placed region 41 . Therefore, the microcapsules are efficiently cracked, and the repellent 40 is easily released to the outside of the diaper 1 . However, it is not limited to this, and the non-stretchable region NS may not be provided with the mark portion 50 or the repellent 40 .
In addition, as shown in FIG. 5, a plurality of repellent placement regions 41 are arranged side by side at intervals in the vertical direction of the diaper 1 in the front waist portion 1F. In this case, since the repellent 40 is not concentrated on a part of the diaper 1, the repellent 40 can be provided over a wide range in the vertical direction of the diaper 1 while suppressing the amount of the repellent 40 provided on the diaper 1. . Therefore, the insect repellent effect is produced over a wide range in the vertical direction of the diaper 1 . However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the repellent arrangement areas 41 may be provided without any space in the vertical direction.
In this embodiment, the width (length in the vertical direction) of one repellent arrangement area 41 is set to about 5 mm, and the vertical interval between the repellent arrangement areas 41 is set to 2.5 mm. Therefore, the repellent 40 is provided in a region having a vertical length of about 20 mm. That is, since the repellent agent 40 is provided in a region approximately the length of the user's fingertip, the user can easily rub the repellent agent placement region 41 with the pad of the user's finger.
In addition, by arranging a plurality of repellent placement regions 41 at intervals, it becomes easier to adjust the number of microcapsules that break, that is, the release amount of repellent 40, according to the size of the region rubbed by the user. In the marking portion 50 (FIG. 1) of the present embodiment, the areas between the repellent-arranged areas 41 are also colored similarly to the repellent-arranged areas 41 . However, the mark portion 50 may also have colored regions spaced apart in the vertical direction in accordance with the repellent placement region 41 . By doing so, the user can rub the three colored regions (repellent arrangement region 41) if he wants to enhance the insect repellent effect, and can rub one colored region if he wants to obtain a moderate insect repellent effect. (Repellent arrangement area 41) can be rubbed, and the release amount of repellent 40 can be easily adjusted.
In addition, the repellent disposing region 41 of the first embodiment is located in the lower region 1FL of the front waist portion 1F from a position where it overlaps the left joint 2 in the front-rear direction (thickness direction). It is provided continuously in the left-right direction up to a position where it overlaps with the direction. Therefore, the repellent agent 40 is provided on the portion of the diaper 1 close to each of the pair of leg openings LH, and the repellant agent 40 is easily discharged near both legs of the wearer. Also, the repellent placement area 41 can overlap the absorbent main body 10 and the absorbent core 12 . In addition, since the repellent 40 is provided in the pair of joints 2, the repellent 40 is provided near the apex of the leg opening LH of the diaper 1, that is, the part where the leg is exposed the longest. , which can more effectively prevent insect bites on the wearer's legs.
Also, in the manufacturing process of the diaper 1, the pair of joints 2 can be formed after the repellent 40 is applied to the front waist portion 1F. In this case, when the joint 2 is formed by welding or the like, the microcapsules positioned at the joint 2 formation location can be destroyed. Therefore, the diaper 1 can be enclosed in a package (packaging bag) in a state in which some of the microcapsules provided in the diaper 1 are destroyed. Therefore, the package is filled with the repellent 40 , and the effect of the repellent 40 is easily applied to the entire diaper 1 . Moreover, the user who has opened the package can feel the repellent 40 and recognize that the diaper 1 has an insect repellent effect. It should be noted that whether or not the microcapsules located at the joints 2 were destroyed during the manufacturing process can be confirmed by using an electron microscope to check the diaper 1 immediately after it is taken out of the package. That is, it can be confirmed by confirming that the number of destroyed microcapsules located at the junction 2 is greater than the number of destroyed microcapsules located at a site other than the junction 2 .
Further, in the diaper 1 of the first embodiment, the repellent agent 40 is provided in the front waist portion 1F, and the repellent agent 40 is not provided in the rear waist portion 1B. Further, the infant diaper 1 is often enclosed in a package without being folded. Therefore, it is preferable that a plurality of diapers 1 be arranged in the thickness direction and enclosed in a package so that the front waist portion 1F of one diaper 1 and the rear waist portion 1B of another diaper 1 are in contact with each other. By doing so, the effect of the repellent 40 provided on the front waist portion 1F of one diaper 1 is likely to be imparted to the back waist portion 1B of another diaper 1 . Therefore, the rear waist portion 1B of the diaper 1 is also likely to have an insect repellent effect.
In addition, in the lower regions 1FL, 1BL of the waist portions 1F, 1B, the region where the repellent 40 is provided is located higher than the lower end (1Fa) of the waist portions 1F, 1B (here, the front waist portion 1F). It is preferably spaced apart on the upper side. By doing so, even when the lower ends of the waist sections 1F and 1B are turned up due to the movement of the wearer's legs when wearing the diaper 1, the repellent disposition area 41 is less likely to be covered by the turned up portions. Therefore, the repellent 40 is more reliably released to the outside, and an insect repellent effect is produced. However, not limited to this, the repellent 40 may be provided up to the lower ends of the waist portions 1F and 1B.
In addition, the waist portions 1F and 1B have stretchable regions (regions other than the non-stretchable regions NS) that can be stretched by the waist elastic members 23 and 33. In the waist portions 1F and 1B (here, the front waist portion 1F) provided with the repellent 40, the stretchable regions in the lower regions 1FL and 1BL are higher and lower than the stretchable regions in the upper regions 1FU and 1BU. It is preferable that the force for extending a predetermined length in the left-right direction is high.
In other words, it is desirable that the lower regions 1FL and 1BL where the repellent 40 is provided have a high tensile stress and that the waist elastic members 23 and 33 easily cause wrinkles in the lower regions 1FL and 1BL. By doing so, in the natural state in which the waist elastic members 23 and 33 are not stretched, that is, in the unused state of the diaper 1, the wrinkles generated in the waist portions 1F and 1B easily cover the repellent agent placement region 41. . Therefore, the repellent 40 is less likely to be released before the diaper 1 is used, and the repellent 40 is likely to be retained in the diaper 1 until the diaper 1 is put on.
However, contrary to the above, the stretchable regions in the lower regions 1FL and 1BL stretch a predetermined length in the horizontal direction in a unit length region in the vertical direction compared to the stretchable regions in the upper regions 1FU and 1BU. The force (stretching stress) for causing the deformation may be low. In other words, the lower regions 1FL and 1BL where the repellent 40 is provided may be made difficult to wrinkle. By doing so, the repellent agent placement region 41 is less likely to be covered with wrinkles while the diaper 1 is being worn and is exposed to the outside, so that the repellent agent 40 is easily released to the outside.
One of the pair of waist portions 1F and 1B has a stretchable region of a unit length in the vertical direction that is larger than the stretchable region of the other waist portion. Assume that the force (extension stress) for extending the length of is high. In that case, the basis weight of the repellent 40 in one waist portion (here, the front waist portion 1F) is greater than the basis weight of the repellent 40 in the other waist portion (here, the rear waist portion 1B). Make it higher.
In other words, it is better to place more repellents 40 on the waist area where the tensile stress is higher. By doing so, in the state before use of the diaper 1, the area where more repellant 40 is provided is likely to be covered with wrinkles, and the repellent 40 is less likely to be released. Therefore, a larger amount of the repellent 40 is likely to be retained in the diaper 1 until the diaper 1 is put on.
However, contrary to the above, the basis weight of the repellent agent 40 in one of the pair of waist portions 1F and 1B having a higher tensile stress (here, the rear waist portion 1B) is the same as that of the other waist portion. It may be lower than the basis weight of the repellent 40 in the portion (here, the front waist portion 1F). By doing so, the area provided with more repellent 40 is less likely to be covered with wrinkles while the diaper 1 is being worn, and is exposed to the outside, so that more repellent 40 is more likely to be released.
In addition, in order to adjust the stretching stress of the waist portions 1F and 1B, the number of waist elastic members 23 and 33, the thickness of the thread-like waist elastic members 23 and 33, and the thickness of the waist elastic members 23 and 33 are set to the sheets. It is better to adjust the expansion ratio when fixing to.
Further, the tensile stress of the upper regions 1FU, 1BU and the tensile stress of the lower regions 1FL, 1BL can be compared by the following method using a tensile tester.
(1) First, the absorbent main body 10 and the exterior members 20, 30 are separated using a cold spray or the like, and the waist portions 1F, 1B to be measured are taken out from the exterior members 20, 30. FIG. The taken-out waist portions 1F and 1B (armoring members 20 and 30) are vertically divided into two to prepare samples of upper regions 1FU and 1BU and samples of lower regions 1FL and 1BL.
In addition, when the waist portion 1F, 1B has a non-stretchable region NS, the sample is divided into a plurality of rectangular samples by removing the non-stretchable region NS. For example, in the case of FIG. 5, the samples of the upper region 1FU are separated into three samples, a region above the non-stretchable region NS and regions to the left and right of the non-stretchable region NS. Also, the samples of the lower region 1BU are separated into two samples, the left region and the right region of the non-stretchable region NS.
(2) Next, for each sample, both ends of the sample corresponding to the lateral direction of the diaper 1 are gripped by chucks of a tensile tester. The chuck distance is adjusted so that the sample is not slack and stretched. Then, the distance between the chucks is widened at a predetermined speed using a tensile tester, and the load when the sample is stretched in the left-right direction by a predetermined length is obtained.
(3) Next, the vertical length of each sample is measured. Then, the load (N) obtained in (2) is converted to a value (N / mm) per unit width (mm) in the vertical direction, and the tensile stress of the upper regions 1FU and 1BU and the lower regions 1FL and 1BL is the tensile stress of
In addition, when the samples of the upper regions 1FU and 1BU and the samples of the lower regions 1FL and 1BL are separated in order to exclude the non-stretchable region NS, the tensile stress (N/mm) for each separated sample is calculated and the average value be the tensile stress of the upper regions 1FU and 1BU and the tensile stress of the lower regions 1FL and 1BL.
Also, the extension stress of the front waist portion 1F and the extension stress of the rear waist portion 1B can be compared by the above method using a tensile tester. It is preferable to prepare a sample without dividing the waist portions 1F and 1B (exterior members 20 and 30) taken out of the diaper 1 into upper and lower parts.
===Modified example of the first embodiment===
FIGS. 6A and 6B are explanatory diagrams of the repellent disposing region 41 of the modified example of the first embodiment. For example, as shown in FIG. 6A, both the lower region 1FL of the front waistline portion 1F and the lower region 1BL of the rear waistline portion 1B may be provided with the repellent 40. , the area (coating pattern) where the repellent 40 is provided may be different. Further, as shown in FIG. 6B, the repellent agent 40 is provided in the lower region 1BL of the rear waist portion 1B, and the repellent agent 40 is applied to the lower region 1FL of the front waist portion 1F and the entire front waist portion 1F. It does not have to be provided. Further, although not shown, if the lower regions 1FL and 1BL of at least one of the pair of waist portions 1B and 1F are provided with the repellent 40, the upper regions 1FU and 1BU of the other waist portion are provided with the repellent. 40 may be provided. Also, although not shown, the repellent placement regions 41 of the lower regions 1FL and 1BL of the waist sections 1F and 1B may extend continuously in the vertical direction to the upper regions 1FU and 1BU and the downward extending portion 34. .
Further, in the diaper 1 illustrated in FIGS. 4 and 5, the repellent-arranged regions 41 are continuously provided in the left-right direction, but the pattern (coating pattern) of the repellent-arranged regions 41 is not limited to this.
For example, as shown in FIG. 6A, a plurality of regions provided with the repellent 40 may be arranged side by side at intervals in the left-right direction. In this case, the repellent 40 can be provided in a wide range in the left-right direction of the diaper 1 while suppressing the amount of the repellent 40 provided on the diaper 1 . Therefore, the insect repellent effect is produced over a wide range in the lateral direction of the diaper 1 .
Also, as shown in the front side of FIG. 6A, when the repellent placement regions 41 are separated in the left-right direction, it becomes easier to adjust the release point of the repellent 40 . For example, if one of the wearer's left and right legs wishes to be more effective against insects, the user can rub the repellent placement area 41 near the one leg. Further, as shown in the rear side of FIG. 6A, when a plurality of repellent arrangement areas 41 are arranged in the left-right direction at narrow intervals, the width of the area rubbed by the user (the number of repellent arrangement areas 41) can be easily adjusted, and the release amount of the repellent 40 can be easily adjusted.
Further, as shown in FIG. 6A, the repellent agent 40 may be provided in the region where the absorbent core 12 is not located among the waist portions 1F and 1B where the repellent agent 40 is provided. That is, in the unfolded state of the diaper 1, the absorbent core 12 and the repellent-arranged region 41 may not overlap in the thickness direction of the diaper 1. By doing so, it is possible to prevent the odor of the excrement absorbed by the absorbent core 12 from being mixed with the repellent 40, reducing the effect of the repellent 40, and generating an unpleasant odor.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 6A, the left end 40a of the region where the repellent 40 is provided is positioned to the right (inside) of the right end 2a of the left joint 2, and the repellent 40 is provided. The right end 40b of the area where the joint 2 is located may be located on the left side (inside) of the left end 2b of the joint portion 2 on the right side. In other words, the repellent 40 may not be provided on the joint 2 . By doing so, since the joint portion 2 has high rigidity and tends to protrude while the diaper 1 is being worn, the repellent agent 40 provided in the joint portion 2 comes into strong contact with the wearer's clothes, and the repellent agent 40 adheres to the wearer's clothes. You can prevent it from happening.
Further, as shown in FIG. 6B, when the rear exterior member 30 has an extension portion 34 extending downward from the rear waist portion 1B, the extension portion 34 is also provided with the repellent 40. good too. By doing so, since the repellent 40 is further provided on the portion of the diaper 1 close to the legs of the wearer, it is possible to effectively prevent the legs of the wearer from being bitten by insects. Although not shown, the front exterior member 20 may have an extending portion extending downward from the front waist portion 1F, and the repellent 40 may be provided on the extending portion.
=== Second Embodiment ===
7A, 7B, and 8 are explanatory diagrams of the repellent placement area 41 of the second embodiment. In the diaper 1 of the second embodiment, a repellent 40 is provided on at least a part of the peripheral portion along the leg openings 1L. By doing so, the repellent agent 40 is provided on the portion of the diaper 1 close to the legs of the wearer. Therefore, the repellent 40 is released around the legs of the wearer, and the wearer of the pants-type diaper 1, whose legs are likely to be stung, can be effectively prevented from being bitten by insects.
The diaper 1 illustrated in FIGS. 4 and 5 (a three-piece type diaper in which a repellent 40 is provided in the lower region 1FU of the front waist portion 1F having no extending portion) also has leg openings 1L. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 7A, at least one lower region 1FL, 1BL of the pair of waist portions 1F, 1B (here, the lower region 1FL of the front waist portion 1F) and the side portion of the absorbent main body 10 Furthermore, the diaper 1 may be provided with a repellent 40 . That is, in the diaper 1 of the first embodiment, the repellent 40 may be provided on the side portion of the absorbent main body 10 . In this case, since the repellent 40 is provided in a wider range of the periphery along the leg openings 1L, the wearer's legs can be more effectively prevented from being bitten by insects.
Further, as shown in FIG. 7B, the repellent 40 may be provided on the side portion of the absorbent main body 10 instead of being provided on the lower regions 1FL and 1BL of the waist portions 1F and 1B. . Also in this case, the repellent agent 40 is provided on a part of the periphery along the leg opening 1L.
Further, as shown in FIG. 8, in the two-piece diaper 1 formed by one exterior member continuous from the front waist portion 1F to the rear waist portion 1B, a repellent is attached to the side end portion of the exterior member 60. An agent 40 may be provided. Also in this case, the repellent agent 40 is provided on a part of the periphery along the leg opening 1L.
