Abstract

本開示は、水を住民に供給することのできる電柱を提供することを目的とする。 本開示は、一端が解放され、他端が閉鎖されている筒状構造で、他端の側の側面に筒状構造の内部の水を排出する排水機構を備える電柱である。

Description

電柱
 本発明は、通信ケーブルや電力ケーブルを添架する電柱に関する。
 電柱には、主にコンクリート柱・鉄柱・木柱の3種類が存在する。現在、主に使用されるものはコンクリート柱であるが、場所等により鉄柱や木柱も一定数存在している(例えば、非特許文献1参照)。最も一般的に利用されているコンクリート柱はコンクリートと鉄筋から構成されている。現在、使用されている電柱の写真を図1-1に示す。図1-1に示すように、電柱50の一端はキャップ51で保護されている。電柱の断面図を図1-2に示す。図1-2に示すように、電柱50は、筒状構造を備え、筒状構造はコンクリート52を主体とし、鉄筋53で補強されている。
 電柱を建柱する際、全長に対して、15m以下の場合は全長の1/6以上、全長が15mを超える場合は、2.5m以上根入れ深さを確保する(例えば、非特許文献2参照)。建柱した電柱を図2に示す。地面より突き出した電柱の先端に電力ケーブルや通信ケーブルが多数添架されている。これらのケーブルは電柱に直接添架されることはなく、電力ケーブル用金物や通信ケーブル用金物と呼ばれる金属部材を介して添架されている。このような電柱は、全国に3000万本以上設置されている(例えば、非特許文献3参照)。

 近年は、大型の台風や、地震が多発している。一度、自然災害が発生して、その地域で通信サービスや電力サービスが停止すると、これらの社会インフラが復旧するまで多くの時間を要する。
 人間が生活するうえで、最も重要とされているのが水である。自然災害に合うと、十分な水が得られないことは、今までの自然災害の経験からすれば明らかである。さらには、都市部などの人口が多いエリアでは、水道が止まると、水を求めて人々は近くのスーパー、コンビニに買い出しに行くが、すぐに売り切れてしまう。図3は災害時の状況を説明する写真である。災害時には、図3に示すように品物を求める行列ができてしまう。給水車の到着が遅れると、非常時には十分な水を供給できない課題がある。
 そこで、本開示は、雨水を住民に供給することのできる電柱を提供することを目的とする。
 本開示の電柱では、筒状構造の内部に貯水機能を持たせ、貯水した水の排水機構を備える。
 具体的には、本開示の電柱は、
 一端が解放され、他端が閉鎖されている筒状構造で、
 前記他端の側の側面に前記筒状構造の内部の水を排出する排水機構を備える。
 具体的には、本開示の電柱は、
 前記筒状構造の少なくとも一部が透明であることを特徴とする。
 具体的には、本開示の電柱は、
 前記一端に、前記筒状構造の一端よりも広い開放端を有する筒状のテーパ機構を備えることを特徴とする。
 具体的には、本開示の電柱は、
 前記一端に、固形物の通過を阻止する濾過フィルタを備えることを特徴とする。
 具体的には、本開示の電柱は、
 前記筒状構造の内部空間に発熱体を備えることを特徴とする。
 具体的には、本開示の電柱は、
 前記排水機構は、排出する水を浄化する浄化装置を備えることを特徴とする。
 本開示によれば、雨水を住民に供給することのできる電柱を提供することができる。

 以下、本開示の実施形態について、図面を参照しながら詳細に説明する。なお、本開示は、以下に示す実施形態に限定されるものではない。これらの実施の例は例示に過ぎず、本開示は当業者の知識に基づいて種々の変更、改良を施した形態で実施することができる。なお、本明細書及び図面において符号が同じ構成要素は、相互に同一のものを示すものとする。
(実施形態1)
 電柱は、全国に3000万本以上設置され、電柱と電柱の間隔がおよそ30mである。この電柱に貯水できるシステムを付与する。貯水機能のある電柱の構造を図4に示す。図4において、10は電柱、12は排水機構、62は雨水である。
 通常の電柱の上部は、キャップでカバーされている。このキャップを取り付けないで、筒状構造の電柱10の一端を開放し、電柱10の上部から雨水62を導水できるようにする。地面の側となる電柱10の他端を閉鎖している。この構造により、雨が降ると電柱10の内部に雨水62が入っていき、電柱10の内部に貯水することができる。雨水62は雨を直接、電柱10の内部に導水してもよいし、いずれかに貯水したものを、電柱10の内部に導水してもよい。
 電柱10の他端の側の側面に排水機構12を備える。排水機構12は電柱10の内部に貯水した水を排出する。排水機構12としては水道の蛇口が例示できる。水が必要になると、蛇口をひねることで、電柱10の内部の水を取り出すことができる。
 以上説明した構造の電柱とすれば、非常時に、雨水を住民に提供することができる。
(実施形態2)
 電柱10の内部に効率的に貯水できる構造を図5に示す。図5において、10は電柱、13はテーパ機構、62は雨水である。
 電柱10の一端は先細りになっているため、雨が入りにくい。そこで、電柱10の一端に、筒状のテーパ機構13を備えてもよい。テーパ機構13の一端を開放端とし、電柱10の一端よりも広くすれば、つまり、逆テーパ状にすれば、効率的に雨を集めることができる。
 以上説明した構造の電柱とすれば、効率的に電柱10の内部に貯水することができる。
(実施形態3)
 電柱10の内部に衛生的に貯水でき、衛生的に給水できる構造を図6に示す。図6において、10は電柱、12は排水機構、13はテーパ機構、14は濾過フィルタ、15は電熱線、16は浄化装置である。
 電柱10は屋外に設置されているため、給水に当たっては、衛生面での措置が必要である。図6に示すように、電柱10の一端に固形物の通過を阻止する濾過フィルタ14を備えてもよい。テーパ機構13に固形物の通過を阻止する濾過フィルタ14を備えてもよい。濾過フィルタ14は、動物や虫が電柱内部に入ることを防止する。
 電柱10の内部空間には発熱体を備えてもよい。図6に示すように、発熱体にはニクロム線等の電熱線15が例示できる。発熱体は貯水した水を加熱することができればよく、発熱するものであれば形態は問わない。外部から電流を流して、水を加熱すれば、貯水した水を消毒することができる。
 図6に示すように、排水機構12には、排出する水を浄化する浄化装置16を備えてもよい。浄化装置16を備えることで、清潔な水を排出することができる。
 以上説明した構造の電柱とすれば、衛生的に電柱10の内部に貯水し、排出することができる。
(実施形態4)
 電柱10は、内部の貯水量を確認することができる構造を備えてもよい。電柱10の内部の貯水量を確認することができる構造を図7に示す。図7において、10は電柱である。一般的な電柱は外側から内部を見ることができない。そのため、貯水量を確認することが難しい。そこで、電柱10の少なくとも一部を透明とする。少なくとも一部を透明とするために、一部をアクリルやガラスなどで構成する。透明な部分を通して、内部の貯水量を目視することができる。電柱10の全体を透明としてもよい。
 透明とする部分は、窓状のものとしてもよいし、複数の窓状としてもよい。所定の高さに透明な窓を設置すれば、所定の高さまで貯水しているかどうかを目視することができる。
 以上説明したように、本開示の電柱であれば、非常時に、水を住民に提供することができる。

Claims (6)

  1.  一端が解放され、他端が閉鎖されている筒状構造で、
     前記他端の側の側面に前記筒状構造の内部の水を排出する排水機構を備える電柱。
  2.  前記筒状構造の少なくとも一部が透明であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電柱。
  3.  前記一端に、前記筒状構造の一端よりも広い開放端を有する筒状のテーパ機構を備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電柱。
  4.  前記一端に、固形物の通過を阻止する濾過フィルタを備えることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の電柱。
  5.  前記筒状構造の内部空間に発熱体を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の電柱。
  6.  前記排水機構は、排出する水を浄化する浄化装置を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の電柱。
