Abstract
La présente invention concerne un récepteur de lymphocyte T (TCR) capable de se lier de manière spécifique à un peptide court KWVESIFLIF dérivé d'un antigène AFP. Le peptide court d'antigène KWVESIFLIF peut former un complexe avec HLA A2402 et être présenté conjointement avec celui-ci sur une surface cellulaire. La présente invention concerne en outre une molécule d'acide nucléique codant pour le TCR et un vecteur comprenant la molécule d'acide nucléique. De plus, la présente invention concerne également une cellule pour la transduction du TCR selon la présente invention.
