如图1至图6所示,咖啡机用锁紧机构,包括操作板10、压盖组件及安装于咖啡机91上的支撑座20,所述压盖组件包括压块30、转动锁盘40、导向件,其中,导向件为导向柱50,所述操作板10与所述压块30连接,在本实施例中,所述导向柱50设有两个且均纵向设置,所述压块30与所述导向柱50滑动配合,所述转动锁盘40上设有倾斜设置的导向连接位43,所述压块30通过所述导向连接位43带动所述转动锁盘40旋转,所述转动锁盘40上设有锁块41,所述支撑座20上设有与锁块41适配的锁槽21。通过将操作板10与压块30连接,使得移动操作板10能带动压块30运动;在纵向设置的导向柱50的导向作用下,压块30沿导向柱50上下运动,并且设置两个导向柱50对压块30实现进一步限制作用,防止压块30发生转动;压块30移动过程中会对转动锁盘40施力,在倾斜设置的导向连接位43的作用下,能实现带动转动锁盘40旋转一定角度,转动锁盘40上的锁块41与支撑座20上的锁槽21相互扣合或错位,从而实现锁定及解锁功能;在实现锁定时,转动锁盘40会受到压块30向下的压力,使得转动锁盘40在一定的压力条件下与支撑座20压紧,进而提高了锁紧机构的密封性能。该锁紧机构能有效实现锁紧及解锁功能,并且操作方便,无需频繁手动旋转,还具有良好的密封性能,能更好的满足消费者的使用需求。需要说明的是,一定的压力条件指的是转动锁盘40能压紧支撑座20, 但不影响转动锁盘40正常转动的压力。
所述压块30上设有与所述导向柱50适配的第一通孔31,所述压块30通过所述第一通孔31套设于导向柱50上,所述转动锁盘40上固定有连接板42,所述导向连接位43位于连接板42上并贯穿连接板42,其中,连接板42设有两个,且两个连接板42相对设置,所述压块30的侧壁上设有与所述导向连接位43适配的第一连接块32,所述第一连接块32与导向连接位43滑动配合。通过将压块30套在导向柱50上,实现压块30与导向柱50的滑动配合,同时实现导向柱50对压块30的导向及限制作用;通过设置连接板42,并将导向连接位43设置在连接板42上,压块30通过第一连接块32与导向连接位43滑动配合,实现压块30与转动锁盘40之间的安装连接,使得压块30带动转动锁盘40的旋转;两个连接板42相对设置,保证转动锁盘40受力均匀,利于转动锁盘40的正常转动。
所述压盖组件还包括上盖51及安装板60,所述压块30位于安装板60的上方,所述上盖51位于安装板60的下方,且所述转动锁盘40位于上盖51与安装板60之间,所述上盖51上设有连接柱52,所述上盖51通过所述连接柱52穿过转动锁盘40并与安装板60通过螺丝固定连接,所述导向柱50固定于所述上盖51靠近转动锁盘40的一侧上,且所述导向柱50依次穿过转动锁盘40、安装板60及压块30。将导向柱50固定在上盖51,且上盖51与安装板60固定连接,从而保证压块30能顺利沿导向柱50上下运动。
所述安装板60上设有与导向柱50适配的第二通孔61,所述第二通孔61与第一通孔31上下对应设置,所述转动锁盘40上设有与导向柱50适配的第一活动槽44以及与连接柱52适配的第二活动槽45,所述第一活动槽44及第二活动槽45均贯穿所述转动锁盘40,且所述第一活动槽44与第二活动槽45均沿转动锁盘40的周向方向延伸设置,在本实施例中,第一活动槽44与第二活动槽45与转动锁盘40的中心距离不相同。通过在安装板60上设置与第一通孔31上下对应的第二通孔61,以保证导向柱50能顺利穿过安装板60及压块30能顺利在导向柱50上运动;通过设置第一活动槽44及第二活动槽45,并且两个活动槽均沿转动锁盘40的周向方向延伸,保证导向柱50及连接柱52 穿过转动锁盘40后,不影响转动锁盘40的正常的转动。
所述安装板60上设有与转动锁盘40上的连接板42适配的第三活动槽62,所述第三活动槽62贯穿所述安装板60,且所述第三活动槽62沿转动锁盘40的转动方向延伸设置,所述连接板42从活动槽中伸出。通过以上设置,转动锁盘40在转动时,连接板42可沿第三活动槽62转动,保证转动锁盘40的正常转动。
还包括咖啡容器70,所述支撑座20与上盖51之间形成有与所述咖啡容器70适配的放置位23,其中,上盖51的边缘与咖啡容器70的边缘对应设置,所述安装板60上设有第一连接部63,所述支撑座20上设有第二连接部24,所述第一连接部63与第二连接部24之间转动连接。将咖啡容器70放在放置位23中,压块30下压,转动锁盘40压紧支撑座20,此时,上盖51的边缘与咖啡容器70的边缘压紧,上盖51与咖啡容器70之间形成密封的腔体,提高密封性能,避免冲水时咖啡从上盖51与咖啡容器70之间的缝隙中渗漏;由于安装板60与支撑座20之间转动连接,上提操作板10时,压块30向上移动至导向连接位43极限位置,带动转动锁盘40向上移动,进而带动安装板60转动,便于取放咖啡容器70,也更方便更换咖啡粉包。
所述上盖51与所述咖啡容器70之间设有密封圈80,所述密封圈80与咖啡容器70的边缘对应设置。通过设置密封圈80,进一步提高上盖51与咖啡容器70之间的密封性;另外,由于密封圈80具有一定的柔性,设置密封圈80还能防止上盖51将咖啡容器70压弯变形。
所述锁块41设有多个,多个所述锁块41固定于转动锁盘40的侧壁上并沿转动锁盘40的周向方向均匀设置,所述锁槽21设有多个,多个锁槽21与多个锁块41一一对应,相邻的锁槽21之间凹陷形成解锁位22。通过设置多个锁块41及锁槽21,转动锁盘40转动时,多个锁块41与多个锁槽21一一对应相互扣合,提高转动锁盘40与支撑座20之间锁定时的稳定性;当转动锁盘40转动至解锁位22时,与支撑座20松开,并且可以从支撑座20中取出。
如图3及图6所示,还包括外壳90,所述压盖组件位于外壳90内,所述 操作板10的其中一端为连接端12,另一端为操作端13,所述操作板10的连接端12与外壳90之间通过轴孔配合实现转动连接,所述操作板10的中部设有连接耳11,所述压块30上设有第二连接块33,所述连接耳11与第二连接块33之间亦通过轴孔配合实现转动连接。将外壳90安装于支撑座20上,通过上提或下压操作板10的操作端13即可实现锁紧机构的锁定及解锁功能,无需移动整个操作板10,而且更节省力气,操作更加方便;另外,外壳90将内部零件遮挡,有利于保护内部零件的同时,提高了咖啡机91的美观程度。
咖啡机用锁紧机构的工作方法,包括以下步骤:
锁紧功能:按压操作板10的操作端13,操作板10带动压块30沿两个纵向设置的导向柱50向下运动;
在倾斜设置的导向连接位43及导向柱50的作用下,压块30保持向下运动,并对转动锁盘40施力,实现带动转动锁盘40旋转;
当压块30向下运动至导向连接位43的极限位置,压块30保持向下运动的趋势,转动锁盘40受到压块30向下的压力,转动锁盘40与支撑座20压紧;
转动锁盘40转动一定角度后,转动锁盘40上的锁块41与支撑座20上的锁槽21相互扣合,实现锁紧功能。
解锁功能:上提操作板10的操作端13,操作板10带动压块30沿两个纵向设置的导向柱50向上运动;
在倾斜设置的导向连接位43及导向柱50的作用下,压块30保持向上运动并带动转动锁盘40反向旋转;
转动锁盘40反向转动一定角度后,转动锁盘40上的锁块41移动至解锁位22,与支撑座20松开,实现解锁功能。
以上咖啡机用锁紧机构的工作方法,能有效实现锁紧及解锁功能,并且操作非常简单,能有效提高更换咖啡包的工作效率;同时还能提高机构的密封性能。
本发明提供的咖啡机用锁紧机构,通过移动操作板10能带动压块30运动,在纵向设置的导向柱50的导向作用下,压块30沿导向柱50上下运动;压块30移动过程中会对转动锁盘40施力,在倾斜设置的导向连接位43的作用下,能实现带动转动锁盘40旋转一定角度,转动锁盘40上的锁块41与支撑座20上的锁槽21相互扣合或错位,从而实现锁定及解锁功能;在实现锁定时,转动锁盘40会受到压块30向下的压力,使得转动锁盘40在一定的压力条件下与支撑座20压紧,进而提高了锁紧机构的密封性能。因此,该锁紧机构能有效实现锁紧及解锁功能,并且操作非常方便,无需频繁手动旋转,便于提高工作效率,其还具有良好的密封性能,能更好的满足消费者的使用需求。

Claims (10)

  1. 咖啡机用锁紧机构,其特征在于,包括操作板、压盖组件及支撑座,所述压盖组件包括压块、转动锁盘、导向件,所述操作板与所述压块连接,所述导向件纵向设置,所述压块与所述导向件滑动配合,所述转动锁盘上设有倾斜设置的导向连接位,所述压块通过所述导向连接位带动所述转动锁盘旋转,所述转动锁盘上设有锁块,所述支撑座上设有与锁块适配的锁槽。
  2. 如权利要求1所述咖啡机用锁紧机构,其特征在于,所述压块上设有与所述导向件适配的第一通孔,所述压块通过所述第一通孔套设于导向件上,所述转动锁盘上固定有连接板,所述导向连接位位于连接板上,所述压块的侧壁上设有与所述导向连接位适配的第一连接块,所述第一连接块与导向连接位滑动配合。
  3. 如权利要求2所述咖啡机用锁紧机构,其特征在于,所述压盖组件还包括上盖及安装板,所述压块位于安装板的上方,所述上盖位于安装板的下方,且所述转动锁盘位于上盖与安装板之间,所述上盖上设有连接柱,所述上盖通过所述连接柱穿过转动锁盘并与安装板连接,所述导向件为固定于所述上盖靠近转动锁盘的一侧上的导向柱,且所述导向柱依次穿过转动锁盘、安装板及压块。
  4. 如权利要求3所述咖啡机用锁紧机构,其特征在于,所述安装板上设有与导向柱适配的第二通孔,所述第二通孔与第一通孔上下对应设置,所述转动锁盘上设有与导向柱适配的第一活动槽以及与连接柱适配的第二活动槽,所述第一活动槽及第二活动槽均贯穿所述转动锁盘,且所述第一活动槽与第二活动槽均沿转动锁盘的周向方向延伸设置。
  5. 如权利要求4所述咖啡机用锁紧机构,其特征在于,所述安装板上设有与转动锁盘上的连接板适配的第三活动槽,所述第三活动槽贯穿所述安装板,且所述第三活动槽沿转动锁盘的转动方向延伸设置,所述连接板从活动槽中伸出。
  6. 如权利要求5所述咖啡机用锁紧机构,其特征在于,还包括咖啡容器,所述支撑座与上盖之间形成有与所述咖啡容器适配的放置位,所述安装板上设 有第一连接部,所述支撑座上设有第二连接部,所述第一连接部与第二连接部之间转动连接。
  7. 如权利要求6所述咖啡机用锁紧机构,其特征在于,所述上盖与所述咖啡容器之间设有密封圈,所述密封圈与咖啡容器的边缘对应设置。
  8. 如权利要求1至7任一项所述咖啡机用锁紧机构,其特征在于,所述锁块设有多个,多个所述锁块固定于转动锁盘的侧壁上并沿转动锁盘的周向方向均匀设置,所述锁槽设有多个,多个锁槽与多个锁块一一对应,相邻的锁槽之间凹陷形成解锁位。
  9. 如权利要求1至7任一项所述咖啡机用锁紧机构,其特征在于,还包括外壳,所述压盖组件位于外壳内,所述操作板的其中一端为连接端,另一端为操作端,所述操作板的连接端与外壳之间转动连接,所述操作板的中部设有连接耳,所述压块上设有第二连接块,所述连接耳与第二连接块之间转动连接。
  10. 咖啡机用锁紧机构的工作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    下压操作板,带动压块沿纵向设置的导向件向下运动;
    在倾斜设置的导向连接位及导向件的作用下,压块保持向下运动,并对转动锁盘施力,带动转动锁盘旋转;
    压块在向下运动过程中,转动锁盘受到压块向下的压力,将转动锁盘压在支撑座上;
    转动锁盘转动后,转动锁盘上的锁块与支撑座上的锁槽相互扣合,锁紧咖啡机。
