Description

Ear hook member for mask, and mask
The present invention relates to an ear hook member for a mask and a mask.
A mask worn on the face includes a mask body that at least partially covers the wearer's face, and a pair of ear hook members respectively coupled to the mask body, i.e., to hold the mask body in its wearing position. It is well known to have a pair of members that can be worn over the ear.
The ear hooks of the above masks are often string-shaped, but sheet-like ear hooks (ear hooks) are also used in order to reduce the burden on the ears while wearing the mask and provide a comfortable fit. being considered. For example, Patent Literature 1 describes a mask provided with a single sheet-like ear hooking sheet extending on the same plane with both ear hooking portions connected to each other at a connecting portion. In addition, Patent Document 1 mentions stretchable or extensible nonwoven fabrics, stretchable hot-melt adhesive nonwoven fabrics, and the like as materials for ear hook members.
Japanese Patent No. 5762803
In recent years, masks have been used by various users of all ages. Therefore, there is a need to manufacture various masks according to the size and size of the user's face and the desired wearing comfort. However, in the case of the ear hook member made of a stretchable nonwoven fabric or the like as described in Patent Document 1, the stretchability of the ear hook member cannot be adjusted in a wide range, and various demands of users cannot be met. sometimes not. Therefore, there is a demand for a mask ear hook member whose stretchability can be adjusted more easily.
In view of the above, an object of one aspect of the present invention is to provide an ear hook member for a mask that is easier to adjust for stretchability.
One aspect of the present invention is an annular sheet-shaped ear hook member for a mask, which in plan view has a first direction corresponding to the vertical direction of the mask and a second direction orthogonal to the first direction. , a first surface, a second surface disposed opposite the first surface, and spaced apart in the first direction between the first surface and the second surface, and respectively and a plurality of stretchable cords extending along the second direction, the stretchable cords being adhered to the first surface member and the second surface member respectively in a stretched state.
According to one aspect of the present invention, it is possible to provide an ear hook member for a mask that is easier to adjust the stretchability.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In addition, in each drawing, unless there is a particular description, the same reference numerals may be attached to the same or corresponding configurations, and the description thereof may be omitted.
(Basic configuration of mask)
The mask in this form may be a mask capable of covering the wearer's face, more specifically at least the nose and mouth of the wearer. The mask according to this embodiment can have the function of preventing foreign substances from reaching the face and preventing droplets generated from the wearer from scattering, and is also called a sanitary mask or a surgical mask. . This form is preferably used as a disposable mask, but may be used as a mask that can be used repeatedly by washing or the like.
A plan view of the mask 1 is shown in FIG. FIG. 1 is a view of the mask 1 viewed from the outside, that is, the side exposed to the outside without facing the face when worn. Further, FIG. 2 shows a plan view of the mask viewed from the inside (face side). FIG. 3 shows a sectional view taken along line II of FIG.
As shown in FIG. 1, a mask 1 according to the present embodiment includes a mask body 10 that is placed in front of the wearer's face when worn and that can mainly cover the wearer's nose and mouth, and a mask body 10 that is connected to the mask body 10. A pair of ear hook members 20a, 20a is provided. The mask body 10 has a vertical direction (first direction) D1 corresponding to the vertical direction of the wearer's face when worn, and a direction perpendicular to the vertical direction (first direction) D1. and a lateral direction (second direction) D2, which is a direction corresponding to the direction. In the embodiment of FIG. 1, the mask body 10 has a rectangular plan view shape having long sides in the horizontal direction D2, but the plan view shape of the mask body 10 is not limited to that illustrated.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the mask body 10 has a pleat structure 15 formed by a plurality of folds (pleats) arranged side by side in the longitudinal direction D1. The folds of the pleated structure 15 can be formed by folding the sheet forming the mask body 10 multiple times along the folding lines along the lateral direction D2. The plurality of folds are fixed at the side portions (horizontal direction D2 end portions) of the mask body 10 . Therefore, when the mask 1 is used, the center portion of the pleat structure 15 in the horizontal direction D2 can be expanded in the vertical direction D1 so that the center of the mask body 10 in the horizontal direction D2 protrudes toward the outer surface of the mask 1. It can be curved and deformed into a shape that conforms to the three-dimensional shape of the face. A specific configuration of the pleat structure 15 is not particularly limited, and may be a known configuration formed on the mask body.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the pair of ear hook members 20a, 20a are arranged on the outer surface of the mask body 10. As shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 1, each of the ear hook members 20a may be annular (or closed strip-shaped) in plan view. When worn, the ear hook member 20a can be hung on the ear such that the ear of the wearer enters the inside of the ring of the ear hook member 20a, that is, the opening 29 in the center of the ear hook member 20a. Although the shape of the ring is not particularly limited, it is preferably a quadrangular ring as described later. However, the shape of the ring may be circular, elliptical, triangular, or other polygonal ring.
The pair of ear hook members 20a, 20a may be configured as one sheet-like ear hook member (ear hook member sheet) 20 separably coupled to each other at the center in the lateral direction D2. As used herein, the term "sheet-like" or "sheet" refers to a shape whose length and width are greater than its thickness and which extends or can extend in one plane. Therefore, the pair of ear hook members 20a, 20a in this embodiment is different from string-like or thread-like ear hook members. Since the pair of ear hook members 20a, 20a are configured as the ear hook member sheet 20, the ear hook member 20a can come into surface contact with the back surface of the earlobe when the ear hook member 20a is hung on the ear when wearing the mask. , the burden on the ear and the peripheral part of the ear can be reduced, discomfort and pain can be reduced, and a comfortable feeling of wearing can be obtained.
Although there is no particular limitation on the type of connection of the detachable connection portion 28 of the pair of ear hook members 20a, 20a, it is preferable that the connection be separable by the user's normal pulling force. For example, as shown in FIG. 1, discontinuous cuts (cut portions) may be formed as perforations. In addition, the connecting portion 28 can also be formed by reducing the thickness of the sheet or by other means, instead of perforations, weakening the boundary between the pair of ear hook members 20a, 20a and making it easier to apply stress. can be formed. As shown in FIG. 1, the pair of ear hook members 20a, 20a may be symmetrical with respect to a line passing through the coupling portion 28 along the vertical direction D1.
The mask body 10 may have a multi-layer structure in which a plurality of layers are laminated. For example, it may have a structure including at least three layers in which an intermediate layer having an enhanced function to trap foreign substances (dust, pollen, bacteria, viruses, etc.) is sandwiched between an outer layer and an inner layer. Each layer constituting the mask body 10 preferably includes a fiber-containing layer such as a nonwoven fabric, a woven fabric, or a knitted fabric, and more preferably includes a nonwoven fabric. Examples of nonwoven fabrics include spunbond nonwoven fabrics, spunlace nonwoven fabrics, meltblown nonwoven fabrics, air-through nonwoven fabrics, point-bond nonwoven fabrics, and the like. In addition, it is preferable to use a meltblown nonwoven fabric that can contain fine fibers for the intermediate layer. Moreover, the fibers constituting the fiber-containing layer are preferably resin fibers, and examples of resin types for the resin fibers include polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, and nylon. The basis weight of the outer and inner layers may be 15-50 g/m 2 . The basis weight of the intermediate layer having high foreign matter trapping properties is preferably 10 to 100 g/m 2 , more preferably 15 to 50 g/m 2 .
The pair of ear hook members 20a, 20a are coupled to both side portions (both end portions in the lateral direction D2) of the outer surface of the mask body 10, respectively. The ear hook members 20a, 20a have elasticity. As used herein, the term “stretchable” means that the length in the direction of pulling can be increased by pulling (applying tensile force), and stopping pulling (releasing tensile force) ) refers to having the property of being reversible or nearly reversible in length. Furthermore, the term "elasticity" refers to the property of how much a material stretches when stretched with a given force, and/or how much tensile stress a material experiences when stretched to a given length. refers to characteristics.
In the example shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the pair of ear hook members 20a, 20a are connected to both sides of the mask body 10 via auxiliary members 30, 30, respectively. The auxiliary members 30 , 30 may be sheet-like members extending along the longitudinal direction D<b>1 of the mask 1 . The auxiliary members 30, 30 are joined to both ends of the mask body 10 in the horizontal direction D2 at outer joining portions 50, 50, respectively. Further, the auxiliary members 30, 30 are joined to both end portions of the ear hook member sheet 20 in the lateral direction D2 at the inner joining portions 60, 60, respectively. Both the outer joints 50, 50 and the inner joints 60, 60 may be joined together by joining means such as heat sealing, ultrasonic sealing, adhesives, or the like. However, in this embodiment, it is possible to select the optimum joint form for the outer joint 50 between the auxiliary material 30 and the mask body 10 and for the inner joint 60 between the auxiliary material 30 and the ear hook member sheet 20. A stronger mask 1 can be obtained than when the ear hook member sheet 20 and the mask body 10 are directly joined. The auxiliary material 30 may have elasticity, but it is preferable that the elasticity is smaller than that of the ear hook member sheet 20 .
(How to use the mask)
A method of using the mask 1 of this embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 will be described below. When starting to use the mask 1 according to the present embodiment, the user releases the separable connecting portion 28 between the pair of ear hook members 20a, 20a before wearing the mask 1, and the ear hook member 20a , 20a from each other. More specifically, the user can pinch or grip the pair of ear hook members 20a, 20a with each hand and pull them in opposite directions. Thereby, first, the coupling of the separable coupling portion 28 can be released. After that, the portions of the ear hook members 20a, 20a that are not joined to the mask main body 10 are expanded in the lateral direction D2. At this time, the user can open the pair of ear hook members 20a, 20a outward (laterally) in the lateral direction D2 while holding the pair of ear hook members 20a, 20a.
FIG. 4 shows a view after the pair of ear hook members 20a, 20a of the mask 1 of FIG. 1 are laterally unfolded. 5 shows a cross-sectional view taken along the line II-II of FIG. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, when the pair of ear hook members 20a, 20a is opened, the ear hook members 20a, 20a are turned inside out, and the surface facing the mask body 10 until then is exposed. Almost the entire outer surface of the mask body 10 is also exposed.
The pair of ear hook members 20a, 20a may be arranged on the outer surface side or the inner surface side of the mask body 10, but they are arranged on the outer surface side of the mask 1 as shown in FIGS. preferably. When the pair of ear hook members 20a, 20a are arranged on the outer surface side of the mask body 10, when the pair of ear hook members 20a, 20a are released from each other and opened outward in the lateral direction D2, the mask body 10 It is possible to reduce or eliminate the possibility of touching the inner surface of the body, which is preferable from a hygienic point of view.
The mask 1 according to this embodiment can actually be used as follows. For example, in a state in which the mask 1 is placed with the outer surface of the mask body 10 facing up, the user holds the pair of ear hook members 20a, 20a by hand and opens them outward in the lateral direction D2. The mask 1 can be moved to the face of another person (wearer) while holding the ear hook members 20a, 20a. After arranging the mask body 10 at a desired position on the other person's face, the pair of ear hook members 20a, 20a can be hung on the other person's ears without changing the way of holding the mask. Therefore, the mask 1 according to the present embodiment can be suitably used when a person, such as a child or a sick person, who has difficulty in wearing a mask by himself/herself is made to wear the mask.
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 1, the pair of ear hook members 20a, 20a can be pinched by the user when the pair of ear hook members 20a, 20a are separated from each other and opened outward in the lateral direction D2. Knobs 25, 25 may be formed. The knobs 25, 25 preferably protrude from the edge of the mask body 10, preferably from the lower end of the mask 1 (or the lower end of the mask body 10) in plan view. Since the knobs 25, 25 protrude from the edge of the mask body 10, the user can use both hands without or almost without touching the mask body 10 itself, i.e., neither the outer surface nor the inner surface of the mask body 10. The knobs 25, 25 can also be pinched with. Then, the user can separate and deploy the pair of ear hook members 20a, 20a without touching the mask body 10 or almost without touching it. Therefore, even in a situation where the user cannot give sufficient consideration to hand hygiene, the user can wear the mask 1 in good hygiene on himself or others. When the knob portion 25 protrudes from the edge of the mask body 10, the maximum length of the protruding portion in the vertical direction D1 is preferably 5 to 20 mm, more preferably 8 to 15 mm.
In addition, since the ear hook member 20a has the knobs 25, 25, the user can hold the knobs 25, 25 to open the ear hook when or after putting the ear hook member 20a on the wearer's ear. Adjustments can also be made easily. That is, by holding the knobs 25, 25, the position of the ear hook member 20a can be adjusted by shifting the ear hook member 20a relative to the ear in the circumferential direction of the ear hook member 20a, or by moving the ear hook member 20a toward the rear side. It is possible to adjust the tension of the ear hook member 20a by pulling or loosening it.
Furthermore, since the pair of ear hook members 20a, 20a are connected to both sides of the outer surface of the mask body 10 instead of the inner surface (face-side surface) of the mask body 10, when the mask 1 is worn, that is, the ear hook members 20a, 20a When the mask 20a is opened to the sides and hung on the ear (FIGS. 4 and 5), both sides of the mask body 10 are pressed toward the face from the outside by the ear hooking members 20a. As a result, the gap between the mask body 10 and the face can be reduced on both sides of the mask body 10, and the functions of the mask, such as the function of blocking foreign matter and the function of preventing droplets emitted by the wearer from scattering, can be improved. . In addition, since the ear hook members 20a are not arranged on the inner surface side (face side) of both sides of the main body, the ear hook members 20a on both sides of the mask body 10 do not come into direct contact with the wearer's face during wearing. Therefore, discomfort is also reduced.
Note that the mask body 10 may be formed with a mark 18 that enables distinction between the outer surface and the inner surface of the mask body 10 by embossing, printing, sewing, or the like. The form of the mark 18 is not limited as long as it can be visually recognized by the user. The marks 18 may be letters, numbers, symbols, graphics, logos, etc., as shown in FIG.
(Ear hook member)
FIG. 6 shows only a pair of ear hook members 20a, 20a (ear hook member sheet 20) of the mask 1 of FIG. As described above, the ear hook member 20a (or the ear hook member sheet 20) has elasticity. It is obtained by a plurality of elastic cord members 9, 9, . . . spaced apart in the longitudinal direction D1 throughout. Each of the plurality of stretchable string members 9, 9, . . . extends along the lateral direction D2, whereby the stretchability of the ear hook member 20a in the lateral direction D2 can be obtained. The extending directions of the elastic cord members 9, 9, . . . are preferably parallel to the lateral direction D2. Preferably, the direction may be inclined by about ±5°. In addition, the arrangement interval L (pitch) of the elastic cord members 9, 9, . . . in the longitudinal direction D1 may be about 1 to 10 mm.
The stretchable string material 9 may be, for example, a string-like or thread-like elastic material (rubber thread, etc.). The thickness of the elastic string material 9 may preferably be 200 to 1,500 dtex, more preferably 400 to 1,000 dtex. In addition, the cross-sectional shape of the stretchable string material 9 may be circular, but may be elliptical, square, quadrangular such as rectangular, or other polygonal. In addition, as the stretchable cord material 9, a material having a maximum elongation rate measured by an elongation tensile tester of 150% to 1,000% of the natural length can be used.
7 shows a partially enlarged view of the III-III line cross section of FIG. 6, and FIG. 8 shows a partially enlarged view of the IV-IV line cross section of FIG. . FIG. 8(a) shows a state in which the elastic cord material 9 is pulled outward in the lateral direction D2 by external forces T, T, and FIG. 8(b) shows a state in which no external force is applied (natural state). show. FIG. 8A also shows a state in which the stretchable string member 9 is adhered to the first surface member 2 and the second surface member 3 in a stretched state in the manufacturing process of the ear hook member 20a. FIG. 8(b) also shows the state after the stretching of the elastic cord member 9 is released (pulling of the elastic cord member 9 is stopped) from the state shown in FIG. 8(a) in the manufacturing process.
More specifically, the production of the ear hook member 20a (the ear hook member sheet 20) will be described. The first surface material 2 is arranged on one side, and the second surface material 3 is arranged on the other side. , . . . intermittently (FIG. 8(a)). Here, the predetermined elongation rate (length Le in the elongated state with respect to the length Ln in the natural state, that is, Le/Ln×100 (%)) is preferably 100 to 400%, more preferably 150 to 300%. you can The adhesion between the stretchable string material 9 and the surface materials 2 and 3 can be formed by an adhesive, stitching, or the like. In addition, the first surface material 2 and the second surface material 3 may be directly joined in the portion where the stretchable cord material 9 is not arranged.
After the elastic cord member 9 and the surface members 2 and 3 are adhered to each other, the elastic cord member 9 is unstretched to restore the elastic cord member 9 to its natural state, whereby the first surface member 2 and the second surface member 3 Since a highly flexible material is used for , the portions of the first surface material 2 and the second surface material 3 other than the bonded portions 6 , 6 , . . . A plurality of small wrinkles extending in the longitudinal direction D1 are formed in the lateral direction D2 on the ear hook member 20a (FIG. 8(b)). Such a stretchable sheet-like body having a plurality of wrinkles (gathers) can be formed in the same manner as known stretchable gathers. In the actual manufacture of the ear hook member 20a, after a joined body is formed by sandwiching a plurality of elastic cord members 9, 9, . . . The hanging members 20a, 20a can be punched out.
Since many wrinkles are formed on the surface of the ear hook member 20a as described above, when the surface of the ear hook member 20a contacts the skin, the material of the ear hook member 20a may contact the entire surface of the skin. Since a space is formed between the ear hook member 20a and the skin, it is possible to reduce the feeling of sticking to the skin and improve the wearing comfort.
The first surface material 2 and the second surface material 3 may be materials having flexibility, and may be the same or different. Moreover, the 1st surface material 2 and the 2nd surface material 3 are preferable in it being a fiber structure. Examples of the fiber structure include nonwoven fabrics, woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, etc. Among these, nonwoven fabrics are preferable because they have good touch and breathability and contribute to improvement of wearing comfort. Nonwoven fabrics include air-through nonwoven fabrics, spunbond nonwoven fabrics, spunlace nonwoven fabrics, needle-punched nonwoven fabrics, chemical-bonded nonwoven fabrics, and the like. Among these, spunbonded nonwoven fabrics having no fluff and high strength, air-through nonwoven fabrics having softness, and the like are preferable. Also, the fibers contained in the nonwoven fabric may be resin fibers, and examples of resin types for the resin fibers include polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, and nylon. When the first surface material 2 or the second surface material 3 is a nonwoven fabric, the nonwoven fabric preferably has a basis weight of 5 to 50 g/m 2 , more preferably 8 to 25 g/m 2 .
Thus, the ear hook member 20a according to this embodiment is a stretchable member configured using a plurality of stretchable string members 9, 9, . Therefore, the stretchability of the elastic cord material 9, that is, how much the cord material stretches when it is pulled with a predetermined force, or how much tensile stress is generated in the cord material when it is stretched to a predetermined length is determined. By changing the thickness and material of the elastic string material 9, it can be easily and extensively adjusted. Therefore, adjustment of the stretchability of the ear hook member 20a according to this embodiment is easier than adjustment of the stretchability of the ear hook member 20a or the ear hook member sheet 20 compared to an ear hook member configured using a stretchable nonwoven fabric or the like. is. Therefore, when it is desired to have an ear hook member 20a that is short in the state before use (natural state) but long enough when wearing the mask 1, for example, when the elastic cord members 9, 9, By increasing the elongation rate (the length of the stretchable cord material relative to the natural length when adhered to the surface material), it is possible to obtain the ear hook member 20a that can be stretched long when pulled. In addition, when the mask body 10 is desired to be in closer contact with the face, for example, by using elastic cord members 9, 9, . A large tensile stress can be generated, and the function of the ear hook members 20a, 20a to hold the mask body 10 in place can be improved. In addition, when the stretchable string 9 is made of an elastic material such as rubber, a remarkable stretchability can be realized as compared with a stretchable nonwoven fabric or the like.
Furthermore, the configuration of the plurality of elastic cord members 9, 9, ... in the ear hook members 20a, 20a (ear hook member sheet 20) is the same throughout the ear hook members 20a, 20a (ear hook member sheet 20). Alternatively, the regions of the ear hook members 20a, 20a (ear hook member sheet 20) may be partially different (described later). In that case, for example, when viewed in the vertical direction D1, the thickness of the elastic cord members 9, 9, . . . .
The ear hook member 20a according to this embodiment is annular, preferably square annular as shown in FIG. 6, preferably rectangular annular. A quadrangular ring is a shape that can be recognized at four positions where the direction changes greatly when viewed along the circumferential direction of the ring. As shown in FIG. 6, one square ring-shaped ear hook member 20a may have an upper side portion 23 corresponding to the upper side of the square ring and a lower side portion 26 corresponding to the lower side of the square ring. The upper side portion 23 and the lower side portion 26 are portions that are mainly extended in the lateral direction D2 from the mask main body 10 to the ears when worn. Furthermore, the ear hook member 20a may have a behind-the-ear placement portion 24 that is arranged in contact with the back of the wearer's ear when worn, and a base portion 22, most of which is joined to the mask body 10. As shown in FIG. The ear rear portion 24 is a portion extending along the vertical direction D1 between the upper side portion 23 and the lower side portion 26 on the center side of the ear hook member sheet 20 in the horizontal direction D2. It is a portion extending along the vertical direction D1 between the upper side portion 23 and the lower side portion 26 on the end side of the hanging member sheet 20 in the horizontal direction D2.
As shown in FIG. 6, the ear hook member 20a has an upper end region E1 corresponding to the upper side portion 23, a lower end region E2 corresponding to the lower side portion 26, and an upper end region E1 when viewed in the vertical direction D1. and the bottom region E2. In the case of the shape of the ear hook member 20a as shown in FIG. 6, more specifically, four points (p1, p2, p1', p2') where the radius of curvature is minimal on the inner peripheral edge of the square ring. Therefore, when straight lines are drawn in parallel with the horizontal direction D2 passing through two points (p1, p2) near the center of them, the area between the straight lines can be defined as the central area M. That is, a straight line parallel to the horizontal direction D2 passing through the upper first point p1 is defined as the boundary between the upper end region E1 and the central region M, and a straight line parallel to the horizontal direction D2 passing through the lower second point p2 is defined as , a boundary line between the lower end region E2 and the central region M. FIG.
 図9に、変形例による耳掛け部材20aA、20aA(耳掛け部材シート20A)を示す。
(Modified example of ear hanging member)
FIG. 9 shows ear hooking members 20aA, 20aA (ear hooking member sheet 20A) according to a modified example. The basic configuration of the ear hook member 20aA shown in FIG. 9 is the same as the ear hook member 20a described with reference to FIGS. The thickness of the elastic cord members 9t, 9t, . . . used in E2 is larger than the thickness of the elastic cord members 9, 9, . For example, the thickness D M (dtex) of the elastic cord members 9, 9, . . . The ratio value of E (dtex) (D E /D M ) can be preferably 1.1-3. Further, the thickness D M of the elastic cord members 9, 9, ... in the central region M is 200 to 900 dtex, and the thickness D of the elastic cord members 9t, 9t, ... in the upper end region E1 and/or the lower end region E2. E can be from 220 to 1,200 dtex.
When the ear hook member 20aA shown in FIG. 9 is pulled in the lateral direction D2, a greater tensile stress is generated in the lateral direction D2 than in the central region M in the upper end region E1 and the lower end region E2. Here, the upper end region E1 and the lower end region E2 respectively correspond to the upper side portion 23 and the lower side portion 26 that are largely pulled in the lateral direction D2 during mounting. If the tensile stress in the upper side portion 23 and the lower side portion 26 is large, the upper side portion 23 and the lower side portion 26 can pull the mask body 10 with a greater force, so that the mask body can be held down more strongly in the direction of the face. The body can be brought into closer contact with the face. On the other hand, in the central region M, it is preferable that there is some degree of elasticity in the lateral direction D2, but the thickness of the elastic cord members 9, 9, . . . It is possible to reduce discomfort when the behind-the-ear placement part 24 touches the skin behind the ear. Therefore, according to the example shown in FIG. 9, it is possible to provide an ear hook member and a mask that are suitable for a wearer who seeks fit of the mask and comfort around the ears.
FIG. 10 shows ear hooking members 20aB, 20aB (ear hooking member sheet 20B) according to another modification. The basic configuration of the ear hook member 20aB shown in FIG. 10 is similar to the ear hook member 20a described with reference to FIGS. The stretch rate of the stretchable cord members 9s, 9s, . . . For example, the elongation rate R of the elastic cords 9s, 9s, ... in the upper end region E1 and/or the lower end region E2 with respect to the elongation rate R M (%) of the elastic cords 9, 9, ... in the central region M The E (%) ratio value (R E /R M ) can preferably be 1.1-2. Further, the elongation rate RM of the elastic cord members 9, 9, ... in the central region M is 100 to 300%, and the elongation rate of the elastic cord members 9s, 9s, ... in the upper end region E1 and/or the lower end region E2. RE may be 110-400 %.
The high elongation rate of the elastic cord members 9, 9, ... in the upper end region E1 and the lower end region E2 means that the maximum length when these regions are pulled is long. Therefore, the upper side portion 23 and the lower side portion 26 corresponding to the upper end region E1 and the lower end region E2, respectively, can be greatly stretched. To obtain an ear hook member which is long and can be used even when the distance from the mask body to the ear is long. On the other hand, it is preferable that the ear rear portion 24 corresponding to the central region M also has a certain degree of elasticity so that it can be naturally deformed. Since the wrinkles of the surface material are not formed too densely or thickly, the feeling when hitting the ear is improved. Therefore, the elastic cord members 9, 9, . In addition, FIG. 10 schematically illustrates an example of wrinkles extending in the longitudinal direction D1 of the first surface material 2 . As shown in FIG. 10, in the upper end region E1 and the lower end region E2, the pitch of the wrinkles of the surface material in the lateral direction D2 is small, and the wrinkles are densely formed. The pitch of the wrinkles in the lateral direction D2 is larger, and the wrinkles are sparsely formed. Therefore, in the example shown in FIG. 10, it is possible to provide a suitable mask for a wearer who requires a long length from the end of the mask main body in the lateral direction D2 to the ear and who desires comfort around the ear.
FIG. 11 shows ear hooking members 20aC, 20aC (ear hooking member sheet 20C) according to still another modification. The basic configuration of the ear hook member 20aC shown in FIG. 11 is similar to the ear hook member 20a described with reference to FIGS. A plurality of elastic cord members 9, 9, ... extending D2 are provided. In the ear hook member 20aC, the elastic cord members 9, 9, ... The interval (pitch) is smaller than the arrangement interval in the central region M. For example, the ratio of the arrangement interval LE of the elastic cord members 9, 9, . . . The value of (L E /L M ) can preferably be 1.1-2. Further, the arrangement interval L M of the elastic cord members 9, 9, ... in the central region M is 1.1 to 10 mm, and the arrangement of the elastic cord members 9, 9, ... in the upper end region E1 and/or the lower end region E2. The spacing L E may be 1-5 mm.
When the arrangement intervals of the elastic cord members 9, 9, ... are small in the end region E1 and the lower end region E2, the number of the elastic cord members 9, 9, ... is denser. Therefore, the tensile stress generated when these regions and the upper side portion 23 and the lower side portion 26 corresponding to these regions are pulled in the lateral direction D2 is greater than the tensile stress generated in the central region M. On the other hand, it is preferable that the central region M has a certain degree of elasticity in the lateral direction D2. It is possible to reduce discomfort around the ear when wearing. Therefore, according to the example shown in FIG. 11, it is possible to provide an ear hook member and a mask suitable for a wearer who seeks fit of the mask and comfort around the ears.
Furthermore, FIG. 12 shows a modified example of the elastic string material. 12 do not extend linearly along the horizontal direction D2, but have a wave shape with amplitude in the vertical direction D1. FIG. 12(a) shows a plan view of a state in which no tensile force is applied, and FIG. 12(b) shows a plan view of a state in which it is pulled from both sides in the lateral direction D2. When the wavy stretchable cord members 9w, 9w, . It becomes smaller and approaches a straight line (Fig. 12(b)). That is, when the material in which the wavy elastic cord members 9w, 9w, . . . The length in direction D1 is shortened, and the corresponding amount of material contributes to the elongation in lateral direction D2. Therefore, the ear hook member including the wavy stretchable cord members 9w, 9w, . . . ), it can be stretched longer in the lateral direction D2 (high stretchability). In other words, in the case of the ear hook member including the wavy stretchable cord members 9w, 9w, . Therefore, by using the ear hook members including the elastic cord members 9w, 9 w, . . . shown in FIG. It is possible to provide a suitable mask for a person.
In the above description, the mask main body and the pair of ear hook members are joined via the auxiliary material, but the mask can also be configured without the auxiliary material. FIG. 13 shows a mask 101 constructed without auxiliary materials. In the mask 101, a pair of ear hook members 120a, 120a are directly joined to ends of the mask main body 10 in the lateral direction D2 at joining portions 70, 70, respectively. The joints 70, 70 can be formed by the same joint means as the outer joints 50, 50 and the inner joints 60, 60 in the mask 1 (FIGS. 1-5). A pair of ear hook members 120 a and 120 a form one ear hook member sheet 120 .
The features of the above examples and forms described with reference to the drawings can be included in the configuration independently, or two or more of the features can be included in the configuration in combination. For example, it is possible to configure an ear hook member in which the thickness and elongation rate of the elastic cord material are changed in the upper end region E1 and the lower end region E2.
Specific embodiments of the present invention are described below.
(Appendix 1)
An aspect according to appendix 1 is an annular sheet-shaped ear hook member for a mask, which has a first direction corresponding to the vertical direction of the mask and a second direction perpendicular to the first direction in plan view. , a first surface, a second surface disposed opposite the first surface, and spaced apart in the first direction between the first surface and the second surface, and respectively and a plurality of stretchable cords extending along the second direction, the stretchable cords being adhered to the first surface member and the second surface member respectively in a stretched state.
In the aspect of Supplementary Note 1 above, the stretchability of the ear hook member is obtained by using a plurality of stretchable string members. Therefore, by appropriately selecting the material and thickness of the elastic string (for example, rubber thread) and/or by appropriately selecting the arrangement and elongation rate of the elastic string, the ear hook member can be arbitrarily stretched. can give gender. Therefore, it is possible to relatively easily manufacture various mask ear hook members that meet the needs of users.
In addition, the stretchable cord member is provided over the entire ear hook member, and is also provided in the behind-the-ear placement portion of the ear hook member, which is placed behind the wearer's ear when the ear hook member is worn. As a result, not only the upper and lower side portions of the ear hook member extending from the mask main body toward the ear when worn, but also the portion arranged behind the ear can have a certain degree of elasticity in the lateral direction D2, thereby providing comfortable wearing. can heighten your senses.
(Appendix 2)
In the aspect according to Supplementary Note 2, the first surface material and the second surface material are made of nonwoven fabric.
According to the aspect according to the second note, a non-woven fabric is used as the surface material of the ear hook member, so it is possible to obtain an ear hook member that feels good on the skin.
(Appendix 3)
In the aspect according to Supplementary Note 3, the elastic cord member extends in a wavy shape having amplitude in the first direction.
According to the aspect of Appendix 3 above, the stretchable cord material arranged in a wavy pattern has higher stretchability, that is, when compared with the same tensile force, it is possible to increase the stretched length with respect to the natural state.
(Appendix 4)
In the aspect according to Supplementary Note 4, it has a quadrangular ring shape, has an upper side portion and a lower side portion respectively corresponding to the upper side and the lower side of the quadrangular ring, and the extension range of the upper side portion when viewed in the first direction , a lower end region corresponding to the extension range of the lower side portion, and a central region between the upper end region and the lower end region, and the plurality of elastic cord materials At least one of the thickness, the elongation rate, and the arrangement interval is different between at least one of the upper end region and the lower end region and the central region.
According to the aspect of Supplementary Note 4, when viewed in the vertical direction, the expansion and contraction behavior can be varied depending on the region of the ear hook member. For example, by increasing the thickness of the elastic cords arranged in the upper end region and the lower end region and by making the thickness of the elastic cords arranged in the central region thinner, the ear hook member can be worn when worn. The tensile stress that occurs in the upper and lower end regions when pulled can be greater than the tensile stress that occurs in the central region. The upper end region and the lower end region respectively correspond to the upper side portion and the lower side portion of the ear hook member that are largely pulled in the lateral direction D2 when worn. When the tensile stress in the upper and lower sides is large, the mask body is pulled more strongly toward the ears, so that the mask body can be brought into closer contact with the face. On the other hand, it is preferable that the behind-the-ear portion corresponding to the central region of the ear hook member also has elasticity in the lateral direction D2 so that the portion can deform along the curve of the ear.
