技术领域
本申请涉及照明灯具技术领域,特别涉及一种智能夜灯。
背景技术
目前,市面上的夜灯已经越来越多样化和智能化,由于夜灯多用于起夜活动,此时用户一般是睡意朦胧、双眼模糊的状态下,市面上虽然有带时间显示的夜灯,但大都通过数码管或者LCD屏来显示时间,容易对用户造成刺眼的效果,影响了用户的使用体验。
技术问题
本申请的主要目的是提供一种智能夜灯,旨在提高智能夜灯的实用性。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本申请提出的智能夜灯,该智能夜灯包括:
灯罩,所述灯罩内设置有安装腔;
主体,所述主体收容于所述安装腔内并与所述灯罩可拆卸地固定,所述主体包括投影单元和时钟单元,所述投影单元包括第一光源组和第二光源组,所述第一光源组用于发出背离支撑面的光线以供照明,所述第二光源组用于发出朝向所述时钟单元的光线以于支撑面形成时钟投影;以及
安装支架,与所述灯罩可拆卸地固定,并能将所述智能夜灯安装于支撑面。
在一实施例中,所述投影单元还包括顶壳,以及与所述顶壳固定连接的下壳,所述顶壳固定安装有主控板,所述第一光源组安装于所述主控板背离所述下壳的一侧,所述第二光源组包括刻度光源和针表光源,所述刻度光源安装于所述主控板面向所述下壳的一侧,所述针表光源安装于所述下壳。
在一实施例中,所述顶壳设有导光槽,以使所述第一光源组发出的部分光线能由所述导光槽直接射出。
在一实施例中,所述下壳设有对应时钟大刻度的通孔,所述刻度光源发出的光线能穿过所述通孔以于支撑面形成时钟大刻度的投影。
在一实施例中,所述下壳设有底部连通的第二安装槽和第三安装槽,所述第二安装槽位于所述下壳背离所述顶壳的一侧,所述第二安装槽用于固定安装镶嵌有透镜的导光板;
所述第三安装槽位于所述下壳面向所述顶壳的一侧,所述第三安装槽用于安装灯板,所述针表光源安装于所述灯板,以使所述针表光源发出的光线能穿过所述透镜和所述导光板并经过所述时钟单元作用后于支撑面形成指针投影和表盘投影。
在一实施例中,所述时钟单元包括时钟底座和钟表组件,所述钟表组件包括时钟机芯、表盘部、指针部,所述时钟机芯安装在所述时钟底座,所述表盘部可拆卸固定于所述时钟底座,所述指针部与所述时钟机芯连接。
在一实施例中,所述表盘部包括表盘投影壳以及安装于所述表盘投影壳上的表盘投影片,所述表盘投影片用于使所述针表光源通过并投射于支撑面形成表盘投影。
在一实施例中,所述指针部包括指针和投影片,所述指针一端连接所述时钟机芯的机芯轴,所述指针的另一端安装所述投影片,所述投影片上设置有指针投影图案,以使所述针表光源能通过所述指针投影图案于支撑面形成指针投影。
在一实施例中,所述主体还包括智能感应单元,所述智能感应单元包括菲涅尔透镜组件、传感器组件,所述菲涅尔透镜组件安装于所述灯罩,所述传感器组件收容于所述安装腔,以使所述传感器组件接收外界信号并传输至微控制单元,使得所述微控制单元控制所述投影单元。
在一实施例中,所述菲涅尔透镜组件与所述灯罩之间夹持有第一密封圈,所述安装支架与所述灯罩之间夹持有第二密封圈;
所述微控制单元设有USB接口,所述灯罩设有与所述USB接口相通的密封口,所述密封口处设有对应的密封塞。
有益效果
本申请技术方案通过将主体可拆卸地固定于灯罩的安装腔内,即将投影单元和时钟单元分别固定安装于安装腔内,再将灯罩与安装支架进行可拆卸地固定,并将安装支架安装于支撑面,通过投影单元的第一光源组发出光线以供照明,通过第二光源组发出的光线在支撑面上形成时钟投影,以呈现有较好的时钟显示效果,便于读取时间信息;灯罩可拆卸地固定安装在安装支架上,使得灯罩能随时进行拆装,方便携带,进一步使得智能夜灯的照明投影功能应用于各种场景,提高了智能夜灯的实用性。

本申请提出一种智能夜灯。
参照图1至图4,在本申请实施例中,该智能夜灯包括灯罩10、主体A、安装支架70。灯罩10内设置有安装腔;主体A收容于安装腔内并与灯罩10可拆卸地固定,主体A包括投影单元B和时钟单元C,投影单元B包括第一光源组和第二光源组,第一光源组用于发出背离支撑面的光线以供照明,第二光源组用于发出朝向时钟单元C的光线以于支撑面形成时钟投影;以及安装支架70与灯罩10可拆卸地固定,并能将智能夜灯安装于支撑面。
本申请灯罩10的材质为透明材质,且将投影单元B和时钟单元C设置在灯罩10内部,有利于保护投影单元B和时钟单元C,增加智能夜灯的使用寿命,也方便投影单元B发出的光线穿透出灯罩10起到照明和投影功能。投影单元B可拆卸地固定于灯罩10的安装腔内,可以是例如粘接、卡接等的连接方式,即投影单元B直接粘接在灯罩10的安装腔内,或者灯罩10通过例如卡扣等的第一连接件106与投影单元B固定安装;投影单元B的第一光源组发出的光线背离支撑面,发出的光线柔和不刺眼,不影响睡眠质量,既起到照明作用,同时提高了用户的使用效果。时钟单元C可拆卸地固定于灯罩10的安装腔内,并位于投影单元B下方,有利于第二光源组经过时钟单元C作用于支撑面形成时钟投影,方便用户读取时间信息;时钟单元C可以通过例如卡接、螺纹连接等方式与灯罩10可拆卸固定,即通过设置卡扣或螺纹等连接方式进行固定安装,进而使得主体A与灯罩10固定安装成一体结构,具体地,请参照图6,本申请灯罩10设有旋扣槽101,旋扣槽101包括第一定位筋102,时钟单元C设有第一旋扣601,第一旋扣601设有与第一定位筋102进行卡接的凹槽,使得第一旋扣601能旋转进旋扣槽101并通过凹槽与第一定位筋102进行卡接固定,进而使得时钟单元C与灯罩10固定,方便用户对智能夜灯的组合拆装,也有利于对智能夜灯的部件进行替换和维修,提高智能夜灯的实用性。
本申请主体A与灯罩10的结合体可以通过例如卡接、螺纹连接等连接方式与安装支架70固定安装,具体地,请参照图6,旋扣槽101还包括第二定位筋103,安装支架70设有第二旋扣701,第二旋扣701设有与第二定位筋103进行卡接的凹槽,使得第二旋扣701能旋转进旋扣槽101并通过凹槽与第二定位筋103进行卡接固定,进而使得主体A与灯罩10的结合体与安装支架70固定,方便用户根据需求将主体A与灯罩10的结合体快速地从安装支架70上拆装下来,有利于用户直接手持主体A与灯罩10的结合体在不同应用场景下使用,且方便携带,也有利于对主体A与灯罩10的结合体的充电,例如放置于桌面对其进行充电,提高了智能夜灯的实用性。
安装支架70能将智能夜灯安装于支撑面,该支撑面可以为墙壁、书柜的柜壁等任何可供安装的位置,安装支架70通过例如背胶704等的连接方式安装于支撑面,也可以通过螺纹连接固定于支撑面。
本申请技术方案通过将主体A可拆卸地固定于灯罩10的安装腔内,即将投影单元B和时钟单元C分别固定安装于安装腔内,再将灯罩10与安装支架70进行可拆卸地固定,并将安装支架70安装于支撑面,通过投影单元B的第一光源组发出光线以供照明,通过第二光源组发出的光线在支撑面上形成时钟投影,以呈现有较好的时钟显示效果,便于读取时间信息;灯罩10可拆卸地固定安装在安装支架70上,使得灯罩10能随时进行拆装,方便携带,进一步使得智能夜灯的照明投影功能应用于各种场景,提高了智能夜灯的实用性。
请结合参照图1至图2、图7至图9,在一实施例中,主体A还包括智能感应单元,智能感应单元包括菲涅尔透镜组件40、传感器组件50,菲涅尔透镜组件40安装于灯罩10,传感器组件50收容于安装腔,以使传感器组件50接收外界信号并传输至微控制单元,使得微控制单元控制投影单元B。
具体地,请参照图7,菲涅尔透镜组件40与灯罩10之间夹持有第一密封圈405,安装支架70与灯罩10之间夹持有第二密封圈703;微控制单元设有USB接口,灯罩10设有与USB接口相通的密封口104,密封口104处设有对应的密封塞105。
本申请智能感应单元包括菲涅尔透镜组件40、传感器组件50,智能夜灯通过智能感应单元能对投影单元B进行智能化控制,为用户提供多样化的使用体验。菲涅尔透镜组件40包括菲涅尔透镜401和与菲涅尔透镜401连接的外壳402,传感器组件50包括人体感应传感器501和光线传感器502,菲涅尔透镜401用于将人体红外线汇聚至人体感应传感器501,人体感应传感器501将接收到的感应信号传输至微控制单元,微控制单元能根据分析感应信号来对智能夜灯进行人体感应控制;光线传感器502用于将周围环境的光线强度转化成信号并传输至微控制单元,微控制单元能根据分析信号来对智能夜灯进行光源控制,进而智能夜灯能根据用户需求进行照明或投影的效果选择。
本申请菲涅尔透镜401可以通过例如粘接、卡接等连接方式固定安装于外壳402,灯罩10开设有安装孔107,外壳402穿过安装孔107并通过例如卡扣等的第二连接件403安装固定于灯罩10,进一步地,灯罩10与外壳402之间夹持有第一密封圈405,外壳402设有第一密封槽404,与灯罩10安装固定后形成第一密封腔,第一密封圈405设置在第一密封腔内,使得灯罩10和菲涅尔透镜组件40之间的密封性提高,进而提升灯罩10的密封性,从而使得智能夜灯的防尘防潮能力提升,提高智能夜灯的使用寿命。本申请灯罩10与安装支架70之间夹持有第二密封圈703,安装支架70设有第二密封槽702,与灯罩10安装固定后形成第二密封腔,第二密封圈703设置在第二密封腔内,使得灯罩10和安装支架70之间的密封性提高,进而提升智能夜灯的密封性,提高智能夜灯的使用寿命。
本申请微控制单元设有USB接口,灯罩10设有与USB接口相通的密封口104,使得智能夜灯能通过USB接口进行充电,在智能夜灯不需要充电时,在密封口104处设有对应的密封塞105用以密封,有利于进一步提高智能夜灯整体的密封性,提高智能夜灯的使用寿命。
请结合参照图8至图12,在一实施例中,投影单元B还包括顶壳20,以及与顶壳20固定连接的下壳30,顶壳20固定安装有主控板206,第一光源组安装于主控板206背离下壳30的一侧,第二光源组包括刻度光源和针表光源,刻度光源安装于主控板206面向下壳30的一侧,针表光源安装于下壳30。进一步地,顶壳20设有导光槽,以使第一光源组发出的部分光线能由导光槽直接射出。
本申请顶壳20的材质为半透光材质,有利于发出柔和的光源以供照明,且不影响用户的使用体验。顶壳20和下壳30通过卡扣连接固定,当然也可以为其他连接固定方式,例如螺纹连接、榫卯结构连接等;传感器组件50收容于安装腔内,可以将传感器组件50安装于顶壳20,通过插件与主控板206电连接,或者是直接将传感器组件50安装于主控板206上,顶壳20开设有对应安装孔107的第一通孔204,以使传感器组件50能更为精确的接收到信号,进行正常工作;顶壳20开设有对应USB接口的第二通孔205,USB接口穿过第二通孔205至密封口104处,使得智能夜灯能通过USB接口进行充电;主控板206面向下壳30的一侧通过泡棉210粘接有电池211,也能为投影单元B的第一光源组和第二光源组进行供电,进一步使得智能夜灯有较强的续航能力。
顶壳20设有安装部203,本申请安装部203位于通孔301a周围,安装部203用于连接固定灯罩10、菲涅尔透镜组件40以及主控板206,以加强整体的稳定性;安装部203设有第一卡槽203a、第二卡槽203b以及安装块203c,灯罩10设有第一连接件106,第一连接件106与第一卡槽203a进行卡接,菲涅尔透镜组件40的外壳402设有第二连接件403,第二连接件403与第二卡槽203b进行卡接,使得顶壳20与灯罩10以及菲涅尔透镜组件40相互固定,进一步使得智能夜灯的整体结构更加稳固,不易分离;安装块203c抵接主控板206,使主控板206与顶壳20顶部留有间隔以便第一光源组透过顶壳20的光线强度不刺眼,也使主控板206能更加稳固安装于顶壳20,主控板206与安装块203c可以通过螺纹连接固定,也可以通过粘接等其他连接方式固定。
如图3、图8和图9所示,本申请第一光源组包括第一灯珠207a和第二灯珠208a,导光槽包括第一导光槽201和第二导光槽202,第一导光槽201设置有多个,多个第一导光槽201以对应时钟小刻度进行分布,第一灯珠207a设置有多个,多个第一灯珠207a环形分布于主控板206,确保第一灯珠207a发出的部分光源能由第一导光槽201直接射出,使得第一导光槽201所在位置的发光亮度会比顶壳20的其他区域发光亮度要高,进而出现第一刻度光斑207b,以便用户能直观地看清时钟刻度;第二导光槽202设置有两个,第二灯珠208a设置有两个,以确保发出的部分光源能由第二导光槽202直接射出,进而出现第一按键光斑208b和第二按键光斑208c,以便用户能直观地看清按键位置,并进行相关操作。第一按键光斑208b照射出第一按键的位置,第一按键用于切换第一光源组和第二光源组的工作情况,以满足用户的不同需求,提供多样化的使用功能和使用体验,第二按键光斑208c照射出第二按键的位置,第二按键用于开关智能夜灯。
请结合参照图11至图12,在一实施例中,下壳30设有对应时钟大刻度的通孔301a,刻度光源发出的光线能穿过通孔301a以于支撑面形成时钟大刻度的投影。
本申请下壳30设有第一安装槽301,第一安装槽301位于下壳30背离顶壳20的一侧且设有对应时钟大刻度的通孔301a,第一安装槽301用于安装固定第一投影片302,第一投影片302可以通过粘接固定于第一安装槽301,也可以通过卡接等其他方式进行连接,第一投影片302设有对应通孔301a的投影孔302a,以使刻度光源发出的光线能穿过通孔301a且通过投影孔302a形成第二刻度光斑209b;本申请可以通过更换第一投影片302来改变第二刻度光斑209b,根据投影孔302a的形状不同,于支撑面形成的时钟大刻度的投影也不同,使得用户能根据需求改变第二刻度光斑209b,进而使得智能夜灯能提供多样化的投影效果,使其充满趣味性和观赏性,提高了用户的使用体验。刻度光源由多个第三灯珠209a组成,第三灯珠209a安装于主控板206面向下壳30的一侧,确保第三灯珠209a发出的光线能穿过通孔301a于支撑面形成第二刻度光斑209b,为了能使更多的光线穿过通孔301a,本申请下壳30面向顶壳20的一侧设有聚光部303,聚光部303以环绕的结构设置于通孔301a处,起到聚集光线于通孔301a的作用,进一步提高了第二刻度光斑209b的亮度,以便用户能更直观地看清时钟刻度,提高了时间信息的准确性。
请再参照图11至图12,在一实施例中,下壳30设有底部连通的第二安装槽304和第三安装槽307,第二安装槽304位于下壳30背离顶壳20的一侧,第二安装槽304用于固定安装镶嵌有透镜305的导光板306;第三安装槽307位于下壳30面向顶壳20的一侧,第三安装槽307用于安装灯板308,针表光源安装于灯板308,以使针表光源发出的光线能穿过透镜305和导光板306并经过时钟单元C作用后于支撑面形成指针投影608和表盘投影611a。
本申请灯板308通过例如螺纹连接的方式固定在第三安装槽307,当然也可以选择其他连接方式,例如设置卡槽进行固定。针表光源包括第四灯珠308a和第五灯珠308b,第四灯珠308a作为针表光源的主光源,第五灯珠308b环绕第四灯珠308a分布,其中,由于第二安装槽304和第三安装槽307相互连通,且镶嵌有透镜305的导光板306通过粘接或者其他连接方式固定安装在第二安装槽304,使得第四灯珠308a正对透镜305,以使第四灯珠308a发出的光线能被透镜305折射并经过时钟单元C作用后于支撑面形成指针投影608和表盘投影611a,同时第五灯珠308b发出的光线通过导光板306均匀散射于支撑面,有效避免局部亮点、夜晚使用刺眼,提供更好的使用体验。为了使得智能夜灯投射到支撑面的投影具有多样性和观赏性,本申请通过更换透镜305,使得第四灯珠308a发出的光线能在支撑面投射出多种光效,如幻彩、水纹、锤纹等,为用户提供不同的氛围效果以满足用户的需求,使得智能夜灯的投影效果充满个性化,同时也能使得投射于支撑面的投影相比较周边更能被看清,方便用户辨识并读取时间。在另一实施例中,透镜305与第四灯珠308a可以为一体结构,由于透镜305与第四灯珠308a为一体结构,使得第四灯珠308a发出的光线能更为直接地穿过透镜305,并于支撑面形成更为清晰的投影,提高智能夜灯的投影效果;透镜305与第四灯珠308a为一体结构简化了透镜305与第四灯珠308a的安装过程,即减少透镜305与第四灯珠308a的对准过程,确保了第四灯珠308a发出的光线能更为精准的穿过透镜305并投射于支撑面,提高了透镜305与第四灯珠308的对准精度。
请结合参照图13至图14,在一实施例中,时钟单元C包括时钟底座60和钟表组件,钟表组件包括时钟机芯602、表盘部609、指针部603,时钟机芯602安装在时钟底座60,表盘部609可拆卸固定于时钟底座60,指针部603与时钟机芯602连接。表盘部609包括表盘投影壳610以及安装于表盘投影壳610上的表盘投影片611,表盘投影片611用于使针表光源通过并投射于支撑面形成表盘投影611a。指针部603包括指针604和投影片607,指针604一端连接时钟机芯602的机芯轴602a,指针604的另一端安装投影片607,投影片607上设置有指针投影图案607a,以使针表光源能通过指针投影图案607a于支撑面形成指针投影608。
本申请时钟机芯602可通过螺纹连接、卡接等连接方式固定安装于时钟底座60内,时钟底座60开设有供机芯轴602a穿出时钟底座60的通孔,机芯轴602a与指针部603连接,并驱动指针部603转动,以实现时钟功能。指针部603包括指针604和投影片607,指针604设有本体部605和投影部606,本体部605一端连接机芯轴602a,本体部605的另一端连接投影部606,投影片607可拆卸地安装于投影部606,可以是粘接,也可以是通过卡扣连接等其他连接方式,以便用户根据需求进行更换;指针604包括时针604a、分针604b和秒针604c,当然在一些应用场景中指针604也可以仅限包括时针604a和分针604b。为了投影和区分时针604a、分针604b、秒针604c,投影片607上设置有指针投影图案607a,设置不同形状和颜色的指针投影图案607a,形成的指针投影608分别为时针投影608a、分针投影608b、秒针投影608c;指针部603的正上方有针表光源,针表光源通过透镜305的折射将发出的光线通过指针投影图案607a于支撑面形成指针投影608,由于投影片607的可更换性,使得指针投影608的形成可以根据用户的需求进行更换,提高了智能夜灯的个性化以及趣味性;用户使用时只需通过辨识3个指针投影608在支撑面的位置,便能读出时间信息,这样的设置既满足用户获得具体时间信息,同时也给用户提供了不同的使用体验,例如为用户提供不同的指针投影608,进而营造不同的灯光氛围,增加了智能夜灯的趣味性和实用性;而指针投影608可以将第一刻度光斑207b以及第二刻度光斑209b作为参考,来进一步使得用户能更为方便且清晰地读出时间信息,提高了对智能夜灯读取信息的准确性。
表盘部609可拆卸固定于时钟底座60,本申请通过在时钟底座60上设置第四安装槽612,第四安装槽612由时钟底座60部分区域向下凹陷形成,表盘投影壳610通过粘接固定安装于第四安装槽612,当然也可以通过螺纹连接固定、卡接等连接方式,表盘投影壳610上安装有表盘投影片611,表盘投影片611上设有纹理,例如波纹、幻彩、锤纹等,针表光源发出的光线通过表盘投影片611并投射于支撑面形成表盘投影611a,表盘投影611a与第二刻度光斑209b形成对比,既能使用户根据需求更换表盘投影壳610以使投射出不同表盘投影611a,进而提供不同的灯光投影氛围效果,增加趣味性和观赏性,也能进一步使得用户更加方便地读出时间信息,提高智能夜灯的实用性。本申请在时钟底座60上设置标识,例如对应时钟大刻度的凹槽或凸起,使得用户在调节指针部603时能有参照物进行时间信息的校准,提高时间的准确性。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种智能夜灯,其中,包括
    灯罩,所述灯罩内设置有安装腔;
    主体,所述主体收容于所述安装腔内并与所述灯罩可拆卸地固定,所述主体包括投影单元和时钟单元,所述投影单元包括第一光源组和第二光源组,所述第一光源组用于发出背离支撑面的光线以供照明,所述第二光源组用于发出朝向所述时钟单元的光线以于支撑面形成时钟投影;以及
    安装支架,与所述灯罩可拆卸地固定,并能将所述智能夜灯安装于支撑面。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的智能夜灯,其中,所述投影单元还包括顶壳,以及与所述顶壳固定连接的下壳,所述顶壳固定安装有主控板,所述第一光源组安装于所述主控板背离所述下壳的一侧,所述第二光源组包括刻度光源和针表光源,所述刻度光源安装于所述主控板面向所述下壳的一侧,所述针表光源安装于所述下壳。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的智能夜灯,其中,所述顶壳设有导光槽,以使所述第一光源组发出的部分光线能由所述导光槽直接射出。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的智能夜灯,其中,所述下壳设有对应时钟大刻度的通孔,所述刻度光源发出的光线能穿过所述通孔以于支撑面形成时钟大刻度的投影。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的智能夜灯,其中,所述下壳设有底部连通的第二安装槽和第三安装槽,所述第二安装槽用于固定安装导光板,所述第三安装槽用于安装灯板,所述针表光源安装于所述灯板,所述针表光源发出的光线经过所述导光板并经过所述时钟单元作用后于支撑面形成指针投影和表盘投影。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的智能夜灯,其中,所述第二安装槽位于所述下壳背离所述顶壳的一侧,所述导光板镶嵌有透镜,所述第三安装槽位于所述下壳面向所述顶壳的一侧,所述针表光源发出的光线穿过所述透镜到达所述导光板。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的智能夜灯,其中,所述时钟单元包括时钟底座和钟表组件,所述钟表组件包括时钟机芯、表盘部、指针部,所述时钟机芯安装在所述时钟底座,所述表盘部可拆卸固定于所述时钟底座,所述指针部与所述时钟机芯连接。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的智能夜灯,其中,所述表盘部包括表盘投影壳以及安装于所述表盘投影壳上的表盘投影片,所述表盘投影片用于使所述针表光源通过并投射于支撑面形成表盘投影。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的智能夜灯,其中,所述指针部包括指针和投影片,所述投影片上设置有指针投影图案,所述针表光源通过所述指针投影图案于支撑面形成指针投影。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的智能夜灯,其中,所述指针一端连接所述时钟机芯的机芯轴,所述指针的另一端安装所述投影片。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的智能夜灯,其中,所述主体还包括智能感应单元,用于接收外界信号并传输至微控制单元,以使所述微控制单元控制所述投影单元。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的智能夜灯,其中,所述智能感应单元包括菲涅尔透镜组件、传感器组件,所述菲涅尔透镜组件安装于所述灯罩,所述传感器组件收容于所述安装腔,以使所述传感器组件接收外界信号并传输至微控制单元,使得所述微控制单元控制所述投影单元。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的智能夜灯,其中,所述菲涅尔透镜组件与所述灯罩之间夹持有第一密封圈,所述安装支架与所述灯罩之间夹持有第二密封圈。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的智能夜灯,其中,所述微控制单元设有USB接口,所述灯罩设有与所述USB接口相通的密封口,所述密封口处设有对应的密封塞。
