本发明的工作原理:将可更换瓶盖20-1与现有的瓶体或专用瓶体或通用瓶体,或直接替换现有的瓶盖上进行安装,安装时通过盖锁扣21-1进行位置固定,通过防漏垫22-1进行防水、防漏保护,吸液管27-1的取液端伸入至液体瓶身(洗手液、沐浴露、洗发水、清洁液、凝胶等)内,实际过程中使用时,手伸至出液口2的下方区域,此时出液口2侧边处的红外传感器1可识别感应到人手,红外传感器1感应的信号通过电子线路板18-1传输至电机 12-1,使其运转动作通过吸液管27-1的取液端开始从液体瓶身内进行吸液,吸取的液体流经泡沫发生器10-1形成液体流泡沫,液体流泡沫流至出液口2上流至用户手上,完成自动取液过程,当液体瓶身内的液体使用完后,直接购买同类的袋装液体倒入即可,不需要更换瓶身,大大降低了用户的使用成本,通过设置有隐藏式进气口20-2,保障液体顺畅流出,通过设置有泡沫发生器10-1与液体流量调节阀10-2,更合理的控制了泡沫和空气的比例,出来的泡沫更细化,可以堆积,实现节省资源的目的,通过单向阀25-1的设置,当出液头与瓶身正放时空气可以流入,此时通过红外传感器1可正常出液;如果出液头与瓶身倒立时,此时瓶内的空气和液体就压住了这个单向阀25-1,此时单向阀25-1就紧闭了,可以实现很好的密封效果,通过倒立安放就不会漏出瓶内液体了,通过卡扣槽28-1能够卡住任意可更换瓶盖20-1,也可以设置多个卡扣槽,通过卡扣槽28-1上的胶圈,这样达到更密封的效果,通过上磁环26-1与下磁环26-2使得连接过程更加紧密,通过盖锁扣21-1与防漏垫22-1弹性设计,在安装时可适合大部分高度的瓶子,实用性更强。

采用上述技术方案后,本发明有益效果为:通过红外感应器的设置,可广泛应用在所有的医疗机构或公共场所环境中设立的沐浴液,洗发水,洗手液等液体产品上,替换传统的手压式瓶盖头,能有效对液体量进行固定量化,出液量一致性好,避免在人工使用过程中的多压浪费少压不够的情况,瓶盖可以随时进行更换安装在不同尺寸的液体瓶上使用,或制作通用瓶体进行配合使用,其操作简单,清洁卫生,不需接触,使用效果极佳,有效的避免交叉感染以及细菌传播,同时提高了防疫效果,该瓶盖和主机结合部巧妙利用单向阀来保证瓶体的密封性,同时又能正常出液,只需将液体注入瓶中即可重复使用,整体实用性强,操作方便,使用效果佳,具有较大的市场推广价 值。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种可更换瓶盖的红外感应自动出液头,其特征在于:它包含红外传感器(1)、出液口(2)、出液部(3)、主机电池盖(1-1)、电池仓门(2-1)、7号电池(3-1)、电池仓密封胶圈(4-1)、第一电池仓门锁扣(5-1)、第二电池仓门锁扣(6-1)、主机上壳(7-1)、指示灯镜(8-1)、泡沫发生器上盖(9-1)、泡沫发生器(10-1)、泡沫发生器下盖(11-1)、电机(12-1)、密封胶垫(13-1)、按钮帽(14-1)、红外灯帽(15-1)、密封圈(16-1)、红外透明镜(17-1)、电子线路板(18-1)、主机下壳(19-1)、可更换瓶盖(20-1)、盖锁扣(21-1)、防漏垫(22-1)、第一通液口(23-1)、第二通液口(24-1)、单向阀(25-1)、上磁环(26-1)、下磁环(26-2)、吸液管(27-1),主机上壳(7-1)的下部设置有主机下壳(19-1),主机下壳(19-1)的下部设置有可更换瓶盖(20-1),主机上壳(7-1)顶部一侧延伸形成有出液部(3),出液部(3)由主机上壳(7-1)顶部一体延伸形成尖锥状,主机上壳(7-1)内设有7号电池(3-1),7号电池(3-1)通过电池仓门(2-1)卡装在主机上壳(7-1)内,电池仓门(2-1)与主机上壳(7-1)之间设有电池仓密封胶圈(4-1),电池仓门(2-1)通过第一电池仓门锁扣(5-1)与第二电池仓门锁扣(6-1)与主机上壳(7-1)连接,主机上壳(7-1)内顶部扣装有主机电池盖(1-1),可更换瓶盖(20-1)内设有吸液管(27-1),吸液管(27-1)一端位于出液部(3)内,另一端延伸形成取液端,远离可更换瓶盖(20-1)的出液部(3)外端设有出液口(2),出液口(2)位于出液部(3)端部或底部,吸液管(27-1)出口与出液口(2)相连接,出液部(3)的端部设有指示灯镜(8-1),主机下壳(19-1)一侧上设有红外感应器(1),主机下壳(19-1)另一侧安装有电机(12-1),电机(12-1)上方的主机下壳(19-1)内安装有泡沫发生器(10-1)与液体流量调节阀(10-2),泡沫发生器(10-1)的两端通过泡沫发生器上盖(9-1)与泡沫发生器下盖(11-1)安装在主机下壳(19-1)内,泡沫发生器上盖(9-1)上设置有第一通液口(23-1),泡沫发生器下盖(11-1)上设置有第二通液口(24-1),液体流量调 节阀(10-2)的一端与吸液管(27-1)相连接,另一端接入第二通液口(24-1)与泡沫发生器(10-1)相连接,第一通液口(23-1)外接吸液管(27-1),泡沫发生器(10-1)通过吸液管(27-1)与出液口(2)相连通,泡沫发生器(10-1)设置有两个,红外感应器(1)底部通过密封胶垫(13-1)、密封圈(16-1)安装有电子线路板(18-1),电子线路板(18-1)底部设有按钮帽(14-1)与红外灯帽(15-1),并通过红外透明镜(17-1)扣合,可更换瓶盖(20-1)底部设有盖锁扣(21-1),盖锁扣(21-1)底部设有防漏垫(22-1),盖锁扣(21-1)与防漏垫(22-1)为弹性设计,主机下壳(19-1)的底部设置有四个卡扣槽(28-1),卡扣槽(28-1)上活动安装有单向阀(25-1),卡扣槽(28-1)位于单向阀(25-1)的外周,卡扣槽(28-1)上设有胶圈(28-2),主机下壳(19-1)与可更换瓶盖(20-1)之间设置有上磁环(26-1)与下磁环(26-2),上磁环(26-1)设置在下磁环(26-2)的上部,上磁环(26-1)与主机下壳(19-1)的底部相连接,下磁环(26-2)与可更换瓶盖(20-1)相连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可更换瓶盖的红外感应自动出液头,其特征在于:所述的主机下壳(19-1)与可更换瓶盖(20-1)的连接处设有隐藏式进气口(20-2)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可更换瓶盖的红外感应自动出液头,其特征在于:所述的可更换瓶盖(20-1)主体呈圆筒形,可更换瓶盖(20-1)内设有啮合螺纹,可更换瓶盖(20-1)表面设有第一防滑纹(20-3),可更换瓶盖(20-1)采用可更换式结构,通过卡装或旋钮或啮合在现有瓶体上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可更换瓶盖的红外感应自动出液头,其特征在于:所述的主机电池盖(1-1)上设置有第二防滑纹(1-2)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可更换瓶盖的红外感应自动出液头,其特征在于:所述的7号电池((3-1)设置有两节。
