Abstract

一种操作台(100)及操作台组件(200),操作台(100)包括用于供用户加工外部件(300)的操作部(10),操作部(10)设有容置槽(11),操作台(10)能够将夹具(210)的杆体(2110)可拆卸式固定在容置槽(11)内。通过上述设置,避免了待加工部件与杆体的摩擦,避免影响夹具的使用寿命,提高夹具的使用稳定性。

本申请涉及加工设备,特别是涉及一种操作台及操作台组件。
背景技术
操作台在使用时通常需要配合夹具来夹持并固定外部件,夹具包括杆体、固定夹体及移动夹体,固定夹体与杆体固定连接,移动夹体能够沿杆体运动。
传统的操作台在配合夹具使用时,通常在操作台的操作面上开设T型滑槽,将夹具的移动夹体固定在操作台的一侧,移动固定夹体和杆体能够在滑槽内滑动,从而夹持外部件。
但是这种配合方式不符合用户的使用习惯,并且在使用过程中,若杆体未进入滑槽的部分受到较大的力,夹具容易发生侧翻,杆体和固定夹体容易从滑槽中脱出,影响正常使用;并且夹具的杆体裸露在外,容易受到木材等待加工部件的摩擦,影响夹具的使用寿命。此外,杆体相对于操作台移动,会带来安全隐患。
申请内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种操作台及操作台组件。
本申请提供一种操作台,包括用于供用户加工外部件的操作部,所述操作部设有容置槽,所述操作台能够将夹具的杆体可拆卸式固定在所述容置槽内。
可选的,所述操作台包括第一定位部,所述第一定位部能够伸入所述容置槽内并阻止所述杆体在所述容置槽内运动。
可选的,所述操作台上开设有第一安装孔,所述第一安装孔贯穿所述容置槽;所述第一定位部包括定位销,所述定位销能够在所述第一安装孔内移动,且所述定位销能够伸入所述杆体的定位孔内。
可选的,所述第一定位部还包括第一弹性件,所述第一弹性件弹性作用于所述定位销,并使所述定位销伸入并保持在所述定位孔内。
可选的,所述第一定位部还包括挡片,所述挡片套设并固定连接于所述定位销,所述第一弹性件套设所述定位销,所述第一弹性件的两端分别抵接于所述挡片及所述操作部;及/或,
所述第一定位部还包括操作件,所述操作件可活动地连接于所述定位销远离所述容置槽的一端;所述操作台的侧部开设有第一凹槽,所述第一凹槽用于容纳所述操作件。
可选的,所述操作台上开设有第一安装孔,所述第一安装孔贯穿所述容置槽;所述第一定位部包括第一按压件、第二按压件及第三弹性件,所述第一按压件及所述第二按压件之间固定连接,且均容置于所述第一安装孔内;所述第三弹性件分别抵接于所述第一按压件及所述操作台;所述第二按压件上设有定位柱,所述定位柱与所述第一按压件之间形成安装间隙;
所述第一按压件带动所述第二按压件运动,使得所述安装间隙移动至所述容置槽处,以供所述杆体伸入;
所述定位柱在所述第三弹性件的弹性作用下伸入所述杆体的定位孔内,以将所述杆体可拆卸式固定在所述第一安装孔内。
可选的,所述第一按压件上设有连接块,所述第一按压件通过所述连接块与所述第二按压件固定连接;所述操作部内设有弧形槽,所述第一按压件转动并带动所述连接块在所述弧形槽内移动,以避让所述杆体。
可选的,所述操作部包括用于放置所述外部件的操作面,所述容置槽相对靠近所述操作面的一侧与所述操作面之间具有间距;及/或,
所述操作部的侧部设有第二凹槽,所述第二凹槽用于容置所述夹具的移动夹体。
可选的,所述操作台还包括固定件,所述固定件上设有第三夹持面,所述固定件安装于所述操作部,所述第三夹持面与所述夹具中移动夹体的第二夹持面相互配合以夹持外部件。
可选的,所述固定件上凸设有安装块,所述操作部上开设有第二安装孔,所述安装块能够插入所述第二安装孔内。
可选的,所述第二安装孔为多个,多个所述第二安装孔分为两组,两组所述第二安装孔分别位于所述容置槽的两侧;
两组所述第二安装孔以所述容置槽为中线分别两两对齐,且对齐的两个所述第二安装孔之间的连线正交于所述容置槽的轴线;及/或,每组所述第二安装孔沿所述容置槽的轴向均匀分布。
可选的,所述固定件上凸设有两个所述安装块,两个所述安装块分别插入所述容置槽两侧的两个所述第二安装孔内;及/或,
所述固定件上凸设有一个所述安装块,两个所述固定件分别插入两个所述第二安装孔内;及/或,
每组第二安装孔中,两个相邻的第二安装孔之间的距离小于或等于第二凹槽的槽深。
可选的,所述操作台包括第一定位部,所述第一定位部用于将所述杆体可拆卸式固定于所述第二安装孔,且所述操作台的操作面与所述杆体相互垂直;所述操作台的操作面与所述夹具的移动夹体相互配合以夹持所述外部件;及/或,
所述操作台还包括支撑部,所述支撑部用于支撑所述操作部;所述支撑部上开设有收纳孔,所述固定件通过所述安装块插入所述收纳孔。
可选的,所述操作部包括折叠部及固定部,所述折叠部转动连接于所述固定部。
可选的,所述折叠部包括第一折叠部及第二折叠部,所述第一折叠部与所述第二折叠部分别位于所述固定部两侧,并能够分别相对于所述固定部折叠。
可选的,所述操作台还包括支撑部,所述支撑部连接于所述固定部并支撑所述固定部;
所述操作台还包括两个支撑件,所述支撑件转动连接于所述支撑部,且两个所述支撑件分别支撑所述第一折叠部与所述第二折叠部。
可选的,所述操作部还包括卡锁件,所述卡锁件设置于所述第一折叠部及/或所述第二折叠部相对靠近所述支撑部的一侧,所述卡锁件用于将所述支撑件固定至所述第一折叠部或所述第二折叠部。
可选的,所述卡锁件包括安装部及第一锁定部,所述安装部固定安装于所述第一折叠部或所述第二折叠部,所述第一锁定部可活动地连接于所述安装部,且所述第一锁定部用于将所述支撑件锁闭于所述第一折叠部或所述第二折叠部与所述第一锁定部之间。
可选的,所述操作部具有相互背离的操作面及背面,所述背面开设有限位槽,所述支撑件为U形杆,且所述U形杆的两端分别铰接于所述支撑部,所述限位槽能够容纳并限位所述支撑件,且所述U形杆的中间段用于接触并支撑所述第一折叠部或所述第二折叠部。
可选的,所述支撑部包括第一架体及第二架体,所述第一架体与所述第二架体均转动连接于所述固定部;所述第一架体及所述第二架体上均固设有安装支架,所述支撑件可转动地安装于所述安装支架;所述第一折叠部及/或所述第二折叠部处于折叠状态时,所述第一折叠部及/或所述第二折叠部与所述安装支架之间具有间隙;及/或,
所述支撑部包括第一架体及第二架体,所述第一架体与所述第二架体均转动连接于所述固定部;所述第一架体及所述第二架体均包括连接杆及两个支撑杆,所述连接杆用于连接两个所述支撑杆,所述连接杆上设有勾部,所述勾部用于卡勾所述U形杆的中间段,以限制所述支撑件向远离所述连接杆的一侧转动。

所述第一折叠板及所述第二折叠板均包括外周板,所述外周板位于所述销轴板及所述轴套板的外周;所述第一折叠板的外周板与所述第二折叠板的外周板其中一者上设有止挡块,另一者上设有止挡槽,所述止挡槽用于容纳并止挡所述止挡块,以限制所述第一折叠板与所述第二折叠板之间的转动角度。
可选的,所述操作部上设有第三安装孔,所述操作台能够将所述杆体固定于所述第三安装孔,且所述操作台的操作面与所述杆体具有预设夹角;所述操作台的操作面与所述夹具的移动夹体相互配合以夹持所述外部件。
可选的,所述第三安装孔的形状与所述杆体的横截面形状相匹配,且所述杆体与所述操作面相互垂直。
可选的,所述操作台上开设有第一安装孔,所述操作台包括第一定位部,所述第一安装孔贯穿所述第三安装孔;所述第一定位部可活动地安装于所述第一安装孔,且所述第一定位部能够伸入所述第三安装孔内并阻止所述杆体运动。
可选的,所述容置槽、所述第三安装孔及所述第一安装孔相互连通,且所述容置槽的轴向、所述第三安装孔的轴向以及所述第一安装孔的轴向两两之间均相互垂直;所述第一定位部用于将所述杆体可拆卸式固定于所述容置槽或所述第三安装孔。
本申请还提供一种操作台组件,包括操作台及夹具,所述操作台为上述操作台,所述夹具包括杆体及移动夹体,所述杆体能够可拆卸式固定于所述操作台,所述移动夹体能够沿所述杆体移动。
可选的,所述夹具为F夹;及/或,所述操作台为木工操作台。
本申请提供的操作台能够将夹具的杆体可拆卸式固定在容置腔内,避免了待加工部件与杆体的摩擦,避免影响夹具的使用寿命;本申请提供的操作台提高了夹具的使用稳定性,夹具在使用过程中不会侧翻;并且杆体与操作台固定连接,能够减少杆体移动带来的安全隐患。此外,用户在夹持外部件时,只需操作夹具的移动夹体即可,符合用户使用夹具时的使用习惯。

需要说明的是,当组件被称为“连接于”另一个组件,它可以直接连接于另一个组件上或者也可以存在居中的组件。当一个组件被认为是“设置于”另一个组件,它可以是直接设置在另一个组件上或者可能同时存在居中组件。当一个组件被认为是“固定于”另一个组件,它可以是直接固定在另一个组件上或者可能同时存在居中组件。

请参阅图1及图2,本申请提供一种操作台组件200以及操作台100,操作台组件200包括操作台100及夹具210,用于固定外部件300,以便于外部件300的加工。本实施方式中,操作台组件200用于木工领域。可以理解,在其他实施方式中,操作台组件200还可以应用于家庭、工业等其他领域需要夹持物品的使用场合。
图1示出了本申请一个实施例中夹具210的结构示意图,夹具210包括杆体2110、固定夹体2120以及移动夹体2130。杆体2110上至少设有一个定位孔21101,固定夹体2120通过定位孔21101固定安 装于杆体2110,移动夹体2130套设杆体2110并在用户的操作下沿杆体2110移动。固定夹体2120具有第一夹持面21201,移动夹体2130具有第二夹持面21301,第一夹持面21201与第二夹持面21301相互配合以夹持外部件300。
可选的,杆体2110的两个端部均设有定位孔21101,以增加夹具210的使用灵活性。进一步的,固定夹体2120可拆卸安装于定位孔21101。
进一步的,移动夹体2130包括释放按压件(图未示)及施力按压件(图未示),当用户按压释放按压件时,移动夹体2130能够在杆体2110上往复移动;当用户按压施力按压件时,移动夹体2130能够向待夹持物品施加夹紧力;通过锁紧装置(图未示)使得夹具保持在夹紧状态;使用完成后,再通过按压释放按压件以释放夹紧力。可以理解,本申请中的夹具210也可以是其他常见类型的夹具210,在此不做赘述。
可选的,本申请中的夹具210为F夹。
传统的操作台在配合夹具使用时,通常在操作台的操作面上开设T型滑槽,将夹具的移动夹体固定在操作台的一侧,移动固定夹体和杆体能够在滑槽内滑动,从而夹持外部件,例如专利CN104249315B中的结构。但这种配合方式在夹具受力不均时,杆体容易以移动夹体为转动中心翻转,导致杆体脱离滑槽;并且夹具的杆体裸露在外,容易受到木材等待加工部件的摩擦,影响夹具的使用寿命;在使用过程中,杆体会相对于操作台移动,带来安全隐患,用户使用时要注意随时避让杆体,影响夹持效率。
请再次参阅图2,且一并参阅图8至图10,图2为本申请第一个实施例中操作台组件200的结构示意图,图8至图10为第一个实施例中操作台组件200在不同场景下的使用示意图。
本申请提供的操作台100包括用于供用户加工外部件300的操作部10,操作部10设有容置槽11用于供夹具210的杆体2110伸入,操作台100能够将杆体2110可拆卸式固定在容置槽11内。操作台100能够与夹具210的移动夹体2130相互配合以夹持外部件300,或者两个夹具210的两个移动夹体2130相互配合以夹持外部件300。如此设置,操作台100能够将夹具210的杆体2110可拆卸式装配在容置槽11内,提高了夹具210的使用稳定性,夹具210在使用过程中不会翻转;并且杆体2110与操作台100固定连接,能够减少杆体2110移动带来的安全隐患;用户在夹持外部件300时,只需操作夹具210的移动夹体2130即可,符合用户使用夹具210时的使用习惯。
本申请中的操作台100可选为木工工作台,或者锯马等。
可选的,操作部10的侧部设有用于容置移动夹体2130的第二凹槽1011,不仅能够避免在操作台组件200使用过程中夹具210凸出于操作台100过多而影响用户操作,而且第二凹槽1011的槽壁能够限位移动夹体2130,避免移动夹体2130晃动。可以理解,在未示出的实施例中,若不考虑移动夹体2130凸出于操作部10带来的影响,操作部10上也可以不设置第二凹槽1011,移动夹体2130也可以在安装完成后凸出于操作部10。
操作部10包括用于放置外部件300的操作面104,容置槽11相对靠近操作面104的一侧与操作面104之间具有间距,也即容置槽11位于操作部10内部,容置槽11的周壁能够保护杆体2110不外露,避免外部件300与杆体2110接触并损坏杆体2110。
可选的,请一并参阅图3及图4,操作部10包括折叠部(未标号)及固定部103,折叠部转动连接于固定部103,且折叠部能够相对于固定部103折叠并收纳;固定部103连接于支撑部20,支撑部20通过固定部103支撑操作部10。当用户需要使用较大面积的操作部10时,可以将折叠部转动至伸展状态;当需要将操作台100收纳时,可以将折叠部相对于固定部103转动至折叠状态,以减小操作台100占用的储存空间。
进一步的,折叠部包括第一折叠部101及第二折叠部102,第一折叠部101与第二折叠部102分别位于固定部103的两侧,并能够分别相对于固定部103折叠。第一折叠部101与第二折叠部102的设置使得操作部10的使用更加灵活,展开状态下操作部10的面积更大,并且折叠状态下占用的储存空间更小。
更进一步的,在第一个实施例中,容置槽11为两个,两个容置槽11分别设置在第一折叠部101与第二折叠部102内,且容置槽11贯穿第一折叠部101或第二折叠部102相对背离的两侧,使得夹具210能够从操作部10的不同位置伸入容置槽11内,从而提高操作台组件200的使用灵活性。当然,第一折叠部101及/或第二折叠部102上也可以设置多个容置槽11,在此不做限制。
需要说明的是,容置槽11既可以是封闭的通槽,如图28至图30所示;也可以是敞口槽,如图31至图33所示。从槽型的角度来说,容置槽11的形状应当能够允许杆体2110伸入并固定,容置槽11的截面可以是长条形(如图28)、工字形(如图29至图31)、梯形(如图32)。可以理解,上述容置槽11均能够增加杆体2110在容置槽11内的稳固性,杆体2110不易从容置槽11内脱出。当然,为了便于使用者将杆体2110放入容置槽11内,容置槽11还可以是U字形(如图32)或其他便于杆体2110放置的形状,本申请在此不做限定。
可以理解,操作台100可以同时与多个夹具210配合,并且多个夹具210之间也可以相互配合,以增加操作台组件200的使用灵活性以及增加夹持外部件300的强度,如图5所示。此外,在其他的实施例中,例如在第二个实施例中,如图19至图21所示,容置槽11也可以设置在固定部103上,操作台100也可以不设置折叠部。
请一并参阅图6至图7,操作台100包括第一定位部12,第一定位部12能够伸入容置槽11内并阻止杆体2110在容置槽11内运动。
可以理解,在其他实施方式中,也可以利用杆体2110上的销(图未示)来定位和防止杆体2110 在容置槽11内移动,只要能够将杆体2110可拆卸地固定在容置槽11内即可。
可选的,操作台100上开设有第一安装孔13,第一安装孔13贯穿于容置槽11,第一定位部12包括定位销121,定位销121能够在第一安装孔13内移动,且定位销121能够伸入杆体2110的定位孔21101内,以将杆体2110可拆卸式固定在容置槽11中。通过定位销121将杆体2110可拆卸式装配在容置槽11中,不仅简单易操作,而且通过夹具210中的定位孔21101固定安装,使得操作台100能够与传统的夹具配合使用,操作台100的适配性能较好。可以理解,第一定位部12也可以通过安装槽等其他结构安装在操作台100上,本申请在此不做限定。
进一步的,第一定位部12还包括第一弹性件122,第一弹性件122能够弹性作用于定位销121,使得定位销121伸入并保持在杆体2110的定位孔21101内,避免杆体2110在容置槽11内移动。
为了便于第一弹性件122弹性作用于定位销121,第一定位部12还包括挡片123,挡片123套设并固定连接于定位销121,第一弹性件122套设定位销121,第一弹性件122的两端分别抵接于挡片123及操作部10,使得第一弹性件122能够通过挡片123弹性作用于定位销121。
为了便于加工,在本实施例中,挡片123与定位销121一体成型。可以理解,挡片123与定位销121也可以分体成型后固定连接。
可选的,操作部10的背面105设置成网状加强筋结构,第一弹性件122能够抵接在操作部10背面105的网板结构上,如图7所示。如此设置,既能够减轻操作台100的重量,防止其加工中的变形,还能提高其强度,同时便于在操作部10上安装各零件,还便于第一弹性件122的安装和检修。可以理解,若为了便于第一弹性件122抵接,也可以在操作部10上另设其他结构,例如另设挡板结构,而并非一定要将操作部10背面105设置成网板结构。
为了便于用户使用,第一定位部12还包括操作件124,操作件124可活动地连接于定位销121远离容置槽11的一端,操作件124用于供用户拉动定位销121。可选的,操作件124为圆环状,不易划伤用户。此外,操作件124能够在用户未使用操作台100时自然垂落在操作部10的一侧,便于操作台100收纳和使用。
进一步的,为了保护操作件124,以及便于收纳操作件124,操作台100的侧部开设有第一凹槽106,第一凹槽106用于容纳操作件124,如图15及图16所示。
请再次参阅图2至图4以及图8至图10,操作台100还包括支撑部20,支撑部20用于支撑操作部10。可以理解,在一个未示出的实施例中,操作台100也可以不设置支撑部20,将操作部10放置在台面上使用或者采用其他常见的结构定位,本申请在此不做限定。
具体而言,支撑部20包括第一架体21及第二架体22,第一架体21与第二架体22均转动连接于操作部10,第一架体21能够转动并远离第二架体22,第二架体22能够转动并远离第一架体21,此时第一架体21与第二架体22形成支撑状态,在支撑状态下的第一架体21及第二架体22能够使得操作台100自立于地面。第一架体21能够转动并靠近第二架体22,第二架体22能够转动并靠近第一架体21,此时第一架体21与第二架体22形成收纳状态,以减小支撑部20所占用的空间。
可选的,第一架体21及第二架体22均包括两个支撑杆212以及用于连接两个支撑杆212的连接杆213,以增加第一架体21及第二架体22的机械强度,防止第一架体21及第二架体22在使用过程中产生形变。可以理解,在未示出的实施例中,第一架体21及/或第二架体22也可以不设置连接杆213,同样能够起到支撑效果。
在本实施例中,如图14所示,支撑件30可选为U形杆,U形杆的两端分别铰接于第一架体21的两个支撑杆212或第二架体22的两个支撑杆212,U形杆的中间段31用于接触并支撑第一折叠部101或第二折叠部102,以使第一折叠部101或第二折叠部102处于展开状态。U形杆的中间段31用于支撑第一折叠部101或第二折叠部102,支撑效果较好。当然,支撑件30也可以是其他形状,还可以是多个支撑件30设置在第一架体21或第二架体22上,例如两个T形杆分别转动连接于第一架体21/第二架体22的两个支撑杆212,T字形杆的横杆用来支撑第一折叠部101/第二折叠部102。
在本实施例中,连接杆213上设有勾部214,勾部214能够卡勾U形杆的中间段31,以限制支撑件30向远离连接杆213的一侧转动。如此设置,能够避免操作台100在储运过程中支撑件30来回转动,便于操作台100存放。可以理解,在其他实施例中,勾部214也可以设置在支撑杆212上,只要能够起到卡勾支撑件30的作用即可;还可以根据支撑件30的不同形状将勾部214设置在不同位置。
勾部214与连接杆213可以一体成型,也可以分体成型后固定连接;还可以是可拆卸连接,以便于将勾部214设置在连接杆213的不同位置。
可选的,操作台100还包括两个支撑件30,支撑件30转动连接于支撑部20,两个支撑件30能够分别支撑第一折叠部101与第二折叠部102,以使第一折叠部101、第二折叠部102及固定部103形成用于供用户使用的操作面104。如此设置,支撑件30能够提高第一折叠部101与第二折叠部102的承力能力,使得操作台100能够承载重量更大的待夹持结构。可以理解,第一折叠部101/第二折叠部102还可以通过其他常见的方式折叠或展开,例如在第一折叠部101/第二折叠部102与固定部103连接的位置设置止挡结构,通过止挡结构来止挡第一折叠部101/第二折叠部102相对于固定部103转动,从而使得第一折叠部101/第二折叠部102与固定部103形成操作面104。
进一步的,第一架体21及/或第二架体22上固设有安装支架211,支撑件30可转动地安装于安装支架211。
可选的,第一折叠部101及/或第二折叠部102处于折叠状态时,第一折叠部101及/或第二折叠部102与安装支架211之间具有间隙。如此设置,安装支架211的设置不会影响第一折叠部101及/或第二 折叠部102折叠,也即安装支架211不会与第一折叠部101及/或第二折叠部102产生位置冲突。
为了提高支撑件30在支撑第一折叠部101/第二折叠部102时的稳定性,第一折叠部101/第二折叠部102的背面105开设有限位槽1051,限位槽1051能够容纳并限位支撑件30,限位槽1051的槽壁能够防止支撑件30在支撑时脱出限位槽1051。具体地说,限位槽1051用于容置支撑件30接触并支撑第一折叠部101/第二折叠部102的部分。
可选的,如图14至图16所示,为了进一步提高支撑件30在支撑第一折叠部101/第二折叠部102时的稳定性,操作部10还包括卡锁件40,卡锁件40设置于第一折叠部101及/或第二折叠部102相对靠近支撑部20的一侧,也即第一折叠部101及/或第二折叠部102的背面105,卡锁件40用于将支撑件30固定至第一折叠部101或第二折叠部102。
在本实施例中,卡锁件40包括安装部41及第一锁定部42,安装部41固定安装于第一折叠部101或第二折叠部102,第一锁定部42可活动地连接于安装部41,且第一锁定部42能够将支撑件30锁闭于第一折叠部101或第二折叠部102与第一锁定部42之间。可以理解,在未示出的实施例中,卡锁件40也可以采用其他常见的结构,例如卡扣结构,只要能够实现防止支撑件30脱离第一折叠部101或第二折叠部102的目的即可。
可以理解,当第一折叠部101或第二折叠部102的背面105设置有卡锁件40时,即使没有限位槽1051,也可以实现固定支撑件30的作用。也即,限位槽1051与卡锁件40可以同时设置在操作台100上,也可以择一设置。
可选的,支撑杆212为伸缩杆,便于调节操作部10的高度,以使操作台100的使用更加灵活。
具体的,请再次参阅图3,且一并参阅图25及图27,支撑杆212包括外杆2121及内杆2122,内杆2122能够在外杆2121内滑动;连接杆213上设有锁定件215,锁定件215用于将内杆2122锁定在外杆2121的预定位置。
进一步细说,锁定件215包括固定连接的第二锁定部2151及推动部2152,内杆2122上开设有锁止孔21221,连接杆213上设有滑槽2132,用户能够控制推动部2152在滑槽2132内滑动,使得第二锁定部2151插入或脱出锁止孔21221,以使内杆2122和外杆2121之间相互锁定或解锁。
可选的,支撑部20还包括第二弹性件216,第二弹性件216弹性作用于第二锁定部2151,当内杆2122在外杆2121中滑动到预定位置时,第二锁定部2151能够在第二弹性件216的作用下自动伸入锁止孔21221内,并将内杆2122锁定在外杆2121的预定位置。
为了使得操作台100的高度更加多样化,内杆2122上开设有多个锁止孔21221,多个锁止孔21221沿内杆2122的轴向排列设置,使得内杆2122与外杆2121之间的相对位置关系更加灵活。
为了提高第二弹性件216的使用稳定性,请再次参阅图27,第二锁定部2151相对靠近第二弹性件216的一端设有凸起(未标号),连接杆213上设有凹槽(未标号),第二弹性件216的一端套设凸起,另一端位于凹槽内。
可选的,如图6所示,内杆2122相对远离操作部10的一端设有脚垫21222,内杆2122通过脚垫21222与地面接触,脚垫21222可以选择橡胶件等防滑部件,以避免操作台100在使用过程中支撑不稳,并且还能减小对地面的损害。
更进一步的,请再次参阅图2,支撑部20还包括第一折叠板23及第二折叠板24,第一折叠板23相对远离第二折叠板24的一侧转动连接于第一架体21的连接杆213,第二折叠板24相对远离第一折叠板23的一侧转动连接于第二架体22的连接杆213,且第一折叠板23转动连接于第二折叠板24。如此设置,第一折叠板23与第二折叠板24能够在第一架体21与第二架体22处于收纳状态时相互靠拢,以减小操作台100占用的空间;并且第一折叠板23与第二折叠板24能够在第一架体21与第二架体22处于支撑状态时展开,用以盛放待用工具或待用零件。
在本实施例中,请参阅图4及图12,第一折叠板23及第二折叠板24均包括交错设置的销轴板231及轴套板232,销轴板231上设有销轴2311,轴套板232上设有与销轴2311相匹配的轴套2321;第一折叠板23的销轴2311能够安装至第二折叠板24的轴套2321中,且第二折叠板24的销轴2311能够安装至第一折叠板23的轴套2321中,以使第一折叠板23与第二折叠板24之间转动连接。可以理解,第一折叠板23与第二折叠板24也可以采用其他结构,只要第一折叠板23与第二折叠板24之间能够折叠收纳以及展开形成承载面即可。
可选的,第一折叠板23的轴套板232与第一折叠板23的销轴板231在相对靠近第二折叠板24的一侧呈凹凸设置,同样的,第二折叠板24的轴套板232与第二折叠板24的销轴板231在相对靠近第一折叠板23的一侧呈凹凸设置,第一折叠板23与第二折叠板24之间通过凹凸设置的轴套板232及销轴板231相互止挡,以实现第一折叠板23与第二折叠板24在展开状态下形成稳定的承载面。
为了提高第一折叠板23与第二折叠板24处于展开状态时的稳定性,可选的,销轴板231上凸设有限位块2312,轴套板232上设有限位孔2322,限位块2312能够卡合在限位孔2322内。可以理解,限位孔2322可以是通孔,也可以是盲孔,只要限位块2312能够插入并卡合在限位孔2322内即可。
第一折叠板23及第二折叠板24均包括外周板233,外周板233位于销轴板231及轴套板232的外周,外周板233能够销轴板231及轴套板232。
进一步的,请参阅图10及图13,第一折叠板23的外周板233与第二折叠板24的外周板233其中一者上设有止挡块2331,另一者上设有止挡槽2332,止挡槽2332能够容纳并止挡止挡块2331,以限制第一折叠板23与第二折叠板24之间的转动角度。
可以理解,第一折叠板23与第二折叠板24之间可以仅通过凹凸设置的轴套板232及销轴板231 相互止挡,也可以仅通过止挡块2331与止挡槽2332的配合实现止挡,还可以两种止挡结构均设置,本申请不做限定。
请再次参阅图8及图10,为了进一步提高操作台100在夹持外部件300时的使用灵活性,可选的,操作台100还包括固定件50,固定件50上设有第三夹持面51,固定件50能够安装于操作部10,第三夹持面51与移动夹体2130的第二夹持面21301相互配合以夹持外部件300。
多个第二安装孔之间的距离和第二凹槽1011的槽深之间相匹配,以使移动夹体2130的第二夹持面21301和固定件50的第三夹持面51配合后,第二夹持面21301能够越过第三夹持面51,使得任意小尺寸的外部件300都可以被夹持住,适用范围更广。
请一并参阅图17及图18,具体而言,固定件50上凸设有安装块52,操作部10上开设有第二安装孔14,安装块52能够插入第二安装孔14内,以使固定件50安装于操作部10。
可选的,第二安装孔14为多个,多个第二安装孔14分为两组,两组第二安装孔14分别位于容置槽11的两侧,如图8所示。
进一步的,固定件50上凸设有两个安装块52,两个安装块52分别插入容置槽11两侧的两个第二安装孔14内。
当然,固定件50上也可以仅凸设有一个安装块52,两个固定件50分别插入两个第二安装孔14内,如图10所示,两个固定件50的两个第三夹持面51与移动夹体2130的第二夹持面21301相互配合夹持外部件300。如此设置,便于非方形结构的夹持,例如便于外周壁为圆环形的结构的夹持。
可选的,两组第二安装孔14以容置槽11为中线分别两两对齐,且对齐的两个第二安装孔14之间的连线正交于容置槽11的轴线,且每组第二安装孔14沿容置槽11的轴向均匀分布。可以理解,第二安装孔14的分布可以采用其他常见的分布形式,本申请在此不做限定。
进一步的,每组第二安装孔14中,两个相邻的第二安装孔14之间的距离小于或等于第二凹槽1011的槽深(第二凹槽1011的槽深即第二凹槽1011沿杆体2110插入容置槽11时沿插入方向的深度)。可选的,每组第二安装孔14中,两个相邻的第二安装孔14之间的距离略小于第二凹槽1011的槽深。如此设置,相邻第二安装孔14之间的间距经过设计后,移动夹体2130的第二夹持面21301与固定件50的第三夹持面51相互配合能够具有连续的夹持范围,以夹持任意尺寸的外部件300,并且可以覆盖最小尺寸的外部件300。
可选的,第二安装孔14能够供夹具210的杆体2110伸入,杆体2110能够通过第一定位部12可拆卸式固定于第二安装孔14,且杆体2110与操作台100的操作面104相互垂直;操作台100的操作面104能够与夹具210的移动夹体2130相互配合以夹持外部件300,如图9所示。如此设置,第一定位部12既能够将杆体2110可拆卸式固定在容置槽11内,也能够将杆体2110可拆卸式固定在第二安装孔14内;并且第二安装孔14既能够与固定件50配合,也能够与杆体2110配合;大大提高了操作台100的使用灵活性。可以理解,杆体2110与操作台100的操作面104之间也可以呈其他角度,并不限定于相互垂直;操作部10上也可以另设其他安装孔,以使杆体2110能够安装后与操作台100的操作面104之间具有夹角。
可以理解,夹具210与操作台100在配合使用时,可以通过两个夹具210的两个第二夹持面21301相互配合以夹持外部件300(图未示),也可以通过夹具210的第二夹持面21301与固定件50的第三夹持面51相互配合以夹持外部件300,如图8及图10所示,还可以通过夹具210的第二夹持面21301与操作台100的操作面104配合以夹持外部件300,如图9所示。
为了便于固定件50的收纳,可选的,连接杆213上开设有收纳孔2131,固定件50能够通过安装块52插入收纳孔2131,如图11及图19所示。可以理解,收纳孔2131也可以设置在支撑部20的其他部位,只要能够实现收纳固定件50的作用即可,本申请不做限定。
如图19至图27所示,本申请还提供了第二个实施例,第二个实施例与第一个实施例大致相同,其区别在于以下三点:区别点一、第二个实施例未设置第一折叠部101及第二折叠部102,区别点二、第二个实施例的容置槽11设置在固定部103上;区别点三、第二个实施例中的第一定位部12与第一个实施例中的第一定位部12结构不同。
其中,区别点一及区别点二在介绍第一个实施例时已作相关介绍,在此不一一赘述,下面详细描述区别点三。
如图19、图21、图22所示,在第二个实施例中,操作部10还上设有第三安装孔15,第三安装孔15能够供夹具210的杆体2110伸入,杆体2110能够可拆卸式固定于第三安装孔15,且杆体2110与操作台100的操作面104具有预设夹角;操作台100的操作面104能够与夹具210的移动夹体2130相互配合以夹持外部件300。
可选的,第三安装孔15的形状与杆体2110的横截面形状相匹配,以提高杆体2110的使用稳定性。
可选的,杆体2110与操作面104相互垂直,可以理解,杆体2110与操作台100的操作面104之间也可以呈其他角度,并不限定于相互垂直。
为了便于杆体2110的固定,如图19、图23及图24所示,操作台100包括第一定位部12,操作台100上开设有第一安装孔13,第一安装孔13贯穿第三安装孔15;杆体2110通过第一定位部12可拆卸式固定于第一安装孔13,第一定位部12能够伸入第三安装孔15内并阻止杆体2110运动。可以理解,第二个实施例中的第一定位部12与第一个定位部中的第一定位部12可以择一使用,均能够起到固定杆体2110的作用。
具体而言,在第二个实施例中,第一定位部12包括第一按压件171、第二按压件172及第三弹性 件173,第一按压件171及第二按压件172之间固定连接,且均容置于第三安装孔15内;第三弹性件173分别抵接于第一按压件171及操作台100;第二按压件172上设有定位柱1721,定位柱1721与第一按压件171之间形成安装间隙174;第一按压件171能够带动第二按压件172运动,使得安装间隙174移动至第三安装孔15处,以供杆体2110伸入;定位柱1721能够在第三弹性件173的弹性作用下伸入杆体2110的定位孔21101内,以将杆体2110可拆卸式固定在第三安装孔15内。
可选的,容置槽11、第三安装孔15及第一安装孔13相互连通,第一定位部12能够将杆体2110锁定至容置槽11或第三安装孔15。进一步的,容置槽11的轴向、第三安装孔15的轴向以及第一安装孔13的轴向两两之间均相互垂直。
请再次参阅图24,且一并参阅图26,第一按压件171上设有连接块1711,第一按压件171通过连接块1711与第二按压件172固定连接;操作部10内设有弧形槽18,第一按压件171转动并带动连接块1711在弧形槽18内移动,以避让杆体2110。当杆体2110可拆卸式固定在容置槽11内时,用户可以转动第一按压件171以使连接块1711离开容置槽11,避免连接块1711与杆体2110之间产生位置冲突;当杆体2110可拆卸式固定在第三安装孔15内时,用户可以转动第一按压件171以使连接块1711离开第三安装孔15,避免连接块1711与杆体2110之间产生位置冲突。
本申请提供的操作台100在与夹具210配合使用时,能够将夹具210的杆体2110可拆卸式固定在容置槽11内,避免了外部件300与杆体2110的摩擦,避免影响夹具210的使用寿命;本申请提供的操作台100提高了夹具210的使用稳定性,夹具210在使用过程中不会侧翻;并且杆体2110与操作台100固定连接,能够减少杆体2110移动带来的安全隐患。此外,用户在夹持外部件300时,只需操作夹具210的移动夹体2130即可,符合用户使用夹具210时的使用习惯。
以上所述实施方式的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施方式中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

Claims (30)

  1. 一种操作台,包括用于供用户加工外部件的操作部,其特征在于,所述操作部设有容置槽,所述操作台能够将夹具的杆体可拆卸式固定在所述容置槽内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的操作台,其中,所述操作台包括第一定位部,所述第一定位部能够伸入所述容置槽内并阻止所述杆体在所述容置槽内运动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的操作台,其中,所述操作台上开设有第一安装孔,所述第一安装孔贯穿所述容置槽;所述第一定位部包括定位销,所述定位销能够在所述第一安装孔内移动,且所述定位销能够伸入所述杆体的定位孔内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的操作台,其中,所述第一定位部还包括第一弹性件,所述第一弹性件弹性作用于所述定位销,并使所述定位销伸入并保持在所述定位孔内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的操作台,其中,所述第一定位部还包括挡片,所述挡片套设并固定连接于所述定位销,所述第一弹性件套设所述定位销,所述第一弹性件的两端分别抵接于所述挡片及所述操作部;及/或,
    所述第一定位部还包括操作件,所述操作件可活动地连接于所述定位销远离所述容置槽的一端;所述操作台的侧部开设有第一凹槽,所述第一凹槽用于容纳所述操作件。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的操作台,其中,所述操作台上开设有第一安装孔,所述第一安装孔贯穿所述容置槽;所述第一定位部包括第一按压件、第二按压件及第三弹性件,所述第一按压件及所述第二按压件之间固定连接,且均容置于所述第一安装孔内;所述第三弹性件分别抵接于所述第一按压件及所述操作台;所述第二按压件上设有定位柱,所述定位柱与所述第一按压件之间形成安装间隙;
    所述第一按压件带动所述第二按压件运动,使得所述安装间隙移动至所述容置槽处,以供所述杆体伸入;
    所述定位柱在所述第三弹性件的弹性作用下伸入所述杆体的定位孔内,以将所述杆体可拆卸式固定在所述第一安装孔内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的操作台,其中,所述第一按压件上设有连接块,所述第一按压件通过所述连接块与所述第二按压件固定连接;所述操作部内设有弧形槽,所述第一按压件转动并带动所述连接块在所述弧形槽内移动,以避让所述杆体。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的操作台,其中,所述操作部包括用于放置所述外部件的操作面,所述容置槽相对靠近所述操作面的一侧与所述操作面之间具有间距;及/或,
    所述操作部的侧部设有第二凹槽,所述第二凹槽用于容置所述夹具的移动夹体。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的操作台,其中,所述操作台还包括固定件,所述固定件上设有第三夹持面,所述固定件安装于所述操作部,所述第三夹持面与所述夹具中移动夹体的第二夹持面相互配合以夹持外部件。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的操作台,其中,所述固定件上凸设有安装块,所述操作部上开设有第二安装孔,所述安装块能够插入所述第二安装孔内。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的操作台,其中,所述第二安装孔为多个,多个所述第二安装孔分为两组,两组所述第二安装孔分别位于所述容置槽的两侧;
    两组所述第二安装孔以所述容置槽为中线分别两两对齐,且对齐的两个所述第二安装孔之间的连线正交于所述容置槽的轴线;及/或,每组所述第二安装孔沿所述容置槽的轴向均匀分布。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的操作台,其中,所述固定件上凸设有两个所述安装块,两个所述安装块分别插入所述容置槽两侧的两个所述第二安装孔内;及/或,
    所述固定件上凸设有一个所述安装块,两个所述固定件分别插入两个所述第二安装孔内;及/或,每组第二安装孔中,两个相邻的第二安装孔之间的距离小于或等于第二凹槽的槽深。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的操作台,其中,所述操作台包括第一定位部,所述第一定位部用于将所述杆体可拆卸式固定于所述第二安装孔,且所述操作台的操作面与所述杆体相互垂直;所述操作台的操作面与所述夹具的移动夹体相互配合以夹持所述外部件;及/或,
    所述操作台还包括支撑部,所述支撑部用于支撑所述操作部;所述支撑部上开设有收纳孔,所述固定件通过所述安装块插入所述收纳孔。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的操作台,其中,所述操作部包括折叠部及固定部,所述折叠部转动连接于所述固定部。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的操作台,其中,所述折叠部包括第一折叠部及第二折叠部,所述第一折叠部与所述第二折叠部分别位于所述固定部两侧,并能够分别相对于所述固定部折叠。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的操作台,其中,所述操作台还包括支撑部,所述支撑部连接于所述固定部并支撑所述固定部;
    所述操作台还包括两个支撑件,所述支撑件转动连接于所述支撑部,且两个所述支撑件分别支撑所述第一折叠部与所述第二折叠部。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的操作台,其中,所述操作部还包括卡锁件,所述卡锁件设置于所述第一折叠部及/或所述第二折叠部相对靠近所述支撑部的一侧,所述卡锁件用于将所述支撑件固定至所述第一折叠部或所述第二折叠部。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的操作台,其中,所述卡锁件包括安装部及第一锁定部,所述安装部固定安装于所述第一折叠部或所述第二折叠部,所述第一锁定部可活动地连接于所述安装部,且所述第一锁 定部用于将所述支撑件锁闭于所述第一折叠部或所述第二折叠部与所述第一锁定部之间。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的操作台,其中,所述操作部具有相互背离的操作面及背面,所述背面开设有限位槽,所述支撑件为U形杆,且所述U形杆的两端分别铰接于所述支撑部,所述限位槽能够容纳并限位所述支撑件,且所述U形杆的中间段用于接触并支撑所述第一折叠部或所述第二折叠部。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的操作台,其中,所述支撑部包括第一架体及第二架体,所述第一架体与所述第二架体均转动连接于所述固定部;所述第一架体及所述第二架体上均固设有安装支架,所述支撑件可转动地安装于所述安装支架;所述第一折叠部及/或所述第二折叠部处于折叠状态时,所述第一折叠部及/或所述第二折叠部与所述安装支架之间具有间隙;及/或,
    所述支撑部包括第一架体及第二架体,所述第一架体与所述第二架体均转动连接于所述固定部;所述第一架体及所述第二架体均包括连接杆及两个支撑杆,所述连接杆用于连接两个所述支撑杆,所述连接杆上设有勾部,所述勾部用于卡勾所述U形杆的中间段,以限制所述支撑件向远离所述连接杆的一侧转动。

    所述第一折叠板及所述第二折叠板均包括外周板,所述外周板位于所述销轴板及所述轴套板的外周;所述第一折叠板的外周板与所述第二折叠板的外周板其中一者上设有止挡块,另一者上设有止挡槽,所述止挡槽用于容纳并止挡所述止挡块,以限制所述第一折叠板与所述第二折叠板之间的转动角度。
  25. 根据权利要求1所述的操作台,其中,所述操作部上设有第三安装孔,所述操作台能够将所述杆体固定于所述第三安装孔,且所述操作台的操作面与所述杆体具有预设夹角;所述操作台的操作面与所述夹具的移动夹体相互配合以夹持所述外部件。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的操作台,其中,所述第三安装孔的形状与所述杆体的横截面形状相匹配,且所述杆体与所述操作面相互垂直。
  27. 根据权利要求26所述的操作台,其中,所述操作台上开设有第一安装孔,所述操作台包括第一定位部,所述第一安装孔贯穿所述第三安装孔;所述第一定位部可活动地安装于所述第一安装孔,且所述第一定位部能够伸入所述第三安装孔内并阻止所述杆体运动。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的操作台,其中,所述容置槽、所述第三安装孔及所述第一安装孔相互连通,且所述容置槽的轴向、所述第三安装孔的轴向以及所述第一安装孔的轴向两两之间均相互垂直;所述第一定位部用于将所述杆体可拆卸式固定于所述容置槽或所述第三安装孔。
  29. 一种操作台组件,其特征在于,包括操作台及夹具,所述操作台为权利要求1~28中任意一项所述的操作台,所述夹具包括杆体及移动夹体,所述杆体可拆卸式固定于所述操作台,所述移动夹体能够沿所述杆体移动。
  30. 根据权利要求29所述的操作台组件,其中,所述夹具为F夹;及/或,所述操作台为木工操作台。
