本实施例中,充气单元2通过泄气充气改变人体与床垫之间的接触面积,保证人体的某些部位不至于长期受压而生长褥疮;充气单元2的上表面设置有若干喷气孔,喷气孔可缓慢释放气体以保证人体的干爽;气流孔通过三通分别和第一充气细管9以及第二充气细管10相连;充气单元2通过充气单元2固定带固定于基布层3的上表面;充气单元2之间的间距相同。
本实施例中,转移垫的上面料层和下面料层均为涂膜的梭织布;
本实施例,床垫套16由面料上层和面料下层连接制成;面料上层为防水防污布料;转移垫和床垫套16可拆卸连接,以实现不同的功能;泄气拉链用于实现泄气阀14的便捷使用;安全束带8用于将病患固定在床单17的上部,提升安全性能;拉链口19用于方便床垫套16的取出和套进。
本实施例的可拆卸多功能转移床垫的工作原理为:将充气单元固定在基布层的上表面,形成防褥疮垫;病人需要转移时,先释放防褥疮垫充气单元的气体,再将转移垫充气,实现过床;病人正常使用床垫时,依据充气单元的奇偶数位置间隔充气,最大限度地实现人体的舒适;床垫套套设在防褥疮垫和基布层上,使其为一体结构,床单固定于床垫套上,用于安置病患。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种可拆卸多功能转移床垫,其特征在于,所述可拆卸多功能转移床垫包括转移垫、基布层、床垫套、床单和防褥疮垫;所述转移垫包括上面料层和下面料层,所述上面料层和所述下面料层形成封闭的气悬浮室,所述下面料层上开设有若干排气孔,所述气悬浮室的侧部开设有若干充气孔;所述基布层的前端设置有头部延伸部件,所述基布层的末端设置有尾部延伸部件;所述防褥疮垫包括若干充气单元,所述充气单元为圆柱状充气腔室,所述充气单元横向固定于所述基布层的上表面,所述充气单元的一端开设有气流孔;自所述防褥疮垫的前端计,处于偶数位的充气单元依次连通有第一充气细管,处于奇数位的充气单元依次连通有第二充气细管;所述基布层的侧部设置有侧部延伸面料层,所述侧部延伸面料层上设置有母扣,所述充气单元的两端分别设置有连接面料层,所述连接面料层上设置有子扣,所述母扣和所述子扣相契合;所述第一充气细管和所述第二充气细管连接有泄气阀;所述床垫套套设于所述防褥疮垫和所述基布层的外部,所述床垫套的前端或者尾端至少一端设置有拉链口;所述床垫套的两个侧部分别设置有拉链母条,所述气悬浮室的两个侧部分别设置有拉链公条,所述拉链母条和所述拉链公条对应连接;所述转移垫的左右两侧设置有安全束带;所述床单的下面的四角分别设置有松紧带,所述床单通过所述松紧带固定于所述床垫套的四角;所述泄气阀所在的床垫套的位置开设有泄气拉链。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的可拆卸多功能转移床垫,其特征在于,所述转移垫的上面料层和下面料层的连接处设置有若干拉手,所述拉手均匀分布在转移垫的左右两侧。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的可拆卸多功能转移床垫,其特征在于,所述充气孔的个数为两个,所述充气孔分别设置于所述气悬浮室的两个侧边,所述充气孔上连接有魔术贴。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的可拆卸多功能转移床垫,其特征在于,所述充气单元的上表面设置有若干喷气孔。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的可拆卸多功能转移床垫,其特征在于,所述气流孔通过三通分别和所述第一充气细管以及第二充气细管相连。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的可拆卸多功能转移床垫,其特征在于,所述充气单元通过充气单元固定带固定于所述基布层的上表面。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的可拆卸多功能转移床垫,其特征在于,所述充气单元的个数为15~20个,所述充气单元之间的间距相同。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的可拆卸多功能转移床垫,其特征在于,所述转移垫的上面料层和下面料层为涂膜或复膜的布料。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的可拆卸多功能转移床垫,其特征在于,所述床垫套由面料上层和面料下层连接制成,所述面料上层为防水防污布料。
