Description

一种在线化学仪表智慧校验维护系统及方法 技术领域
本发明属于发电厂在线化学仪表日常维护领域,涉及一种在线化学仪表智慧校验维护系统及方法。
背景技术
水汽是发电厂各类热力设备运行的重要工质,必须依靠在线化学仪表对其进行连续准确的监测,将其控制在标准要求的范围内,以达到防止热力设备腐蚀、结垢和积盐的目的,否则将发生锅炉爆管、汽轮机积盐及腐蚀等安全事故,因此对在线化学仪表进行日常校验维护是运行人员一项重要的工作。目前在线化学仪表日常校验主要依赖人工,费时费力、校验程序繁琐、自动化程度低,而且准确性难以保证,存在的主要问题如下:
1)把在线化学仪表测量传感器从测量回路中取出,采用标准溶液离线检验在线化学仪表测量准确性,不仅费时费力,还因为脱离了纯水因素及在线因素的影响,因此用标准溶液人工离线校验准确的在线化学仪表并不能保证在线测量时准确。另外校验时在线化学仪表需停用,在检验期间不能对水质进行监测,存在水质监督盲区,一旦水质超标将会严重影响设备运行安全。
2)在线化学仪表的测量误差需要人工计算得出,当计算出误差超标时还需要人工判断误差来源,进行消缺处理后才能配制标准溶液,采用人工方式对在线化学仪表进行校准,自动化程度较低,严重影响了仪表 维护人员的工作效率。
目前国内外尚无能够实现无需人工干预,能够实现自动检验、误差计算分析、误差来源查定及自动校准的在线化学仪表智慧校验维护系统及方法,该问题亟待解决。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的缺点,提供了一种在线化学仪表智慧校验维护系统及方法,该系统及方法自动完成在线化学仪表的校验维护。
为达到上述目的,本发明所述的在线化学仪表智慧校验维护系统包括标准仪表、待校验维护化学仪表、数据采集系统、控制系统、标准溶液源系统及若干水样管道,其中,各水样管道均与标准仪表及待校验维护化学仪表相连通,标准溶液源系统与标准仪表及待校验维护化学仪表相连通,标准仪表的输出端及待校验维护化学仪表的输出端与数据采集系统的输入端相连接,数据采集系统的输出端与控制系统的输入端相连接,控制系统的输出端与待校验维护化学仪表的控制端相连接。
还包括多通道切换进样系统,其中,各水样管道分别与多通道切换进样系统的入口相连通,多通道切换进样系统的出口与标准仪表的入口相连通,所述多通道切换进样系统的控制端与控制系统的输出端相连接。
多通道切换进样系统的出口与标准仪表的入口通过连通管道相连通。
标准溶液源系统包括标准溶液源及标准溶液加入泵,其中,标准溶液源经标准溶液加入泵与标准仪表的入口相连通。

同一水样管道中的水样分别送入标准仪表及待校验维护化学仪表中进行检测,标准仪表检测的数据及待校验维护化学仪表检测的数据经数据采集系统送入控制系统中,当标准仪表检测的数据与待校验维护化学仪表检测的数据之差大于等于预设值时,则对待校验维护化学仪表进行诊断及消缺;当标准仪表检测的数据与待校验维护化学仪表检测的数据之差小于预设值时,则控制标准溶液源系统输出标准溶液,并送入标准仪表及待校验维护化学仪表中,标准仪表检测的数据及待校验维护化学仪表检测的数据经数据采集系统送入控制系统中,控制系统根据标准仪表检测得到的数据对待校验维护化学仪表进行自动校准。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明所述的在线化学仪表智慧校验维护系统及方法在具体操作时,先将同一水样分别送入标准仪表及待校验维护化学仪表中,当标准仪表检测的数据与待校验维护化学仪表检测的数据之差大于等于预设值时,则对待校验维护化学仪表进行诊断及消缺,在检验时,将相同的标 准溶液分别送入标准仪表及待校验维护化学仪表中,根据标准仪表检测得到的数据对待校验维护化学仪表进行自动校准,以解决在线化学仪表校验及维护存在的现有问题,避免人为篡改仪表测量误差的可能性,实现在线化学仪表的运维,提高在线化学仪表的测量准确,保证水质监督准确有效,提高发电机组运行安全性,可广泛应用于化工行业、制药行业、食品行业及市政行业中。
