泵站机组的振动在机组各个设备的组成部分中都很容易随机发生。若泵站机组出现非常剧烈的振动情况,将会严重影响泵站机组的安全稳定运行。泵站机组的检修一般采取事后维修或者定期维修,前者可能引起设备的二次损坏,甚至灾难性事故;后者会导致过剩维修,过剩维修则会导致维修费用增加,引起人为维修故障,而且意外停机也会引起泵站机组的损坏。
研究表明,泵站机组的振动特性可以体现绝大部分的机组故障。由于引起泵站机组振动的因素颇多,且泵站机组出现故障通常和自身的运行状态有关。泵站机组的运行状态监测是一个繁杂的过程,采用 传统的人工测试和分析方法,费时费力,劳动强度大,其监测效率和精度都较低。
由于泵站机组集成度高、分布范围广,目前新建泵站机组缺少有经验的运行管理人员,而日趋复杂的泵站机组结构也给机组状态监测及故障诊断的有效实施造成了一定的困难。因此实施对泵站机组运行状况的状态监测和故障诊断,提高泵站机组实时运行的稳定性和可靠性,设计基于计算机的泵站运行状态监测系统成为各水泵研制和生产单位的首选。
在泵站机组运行状态参数的存储及管理方面,由于普遍采用文件管理方式,即生成固定格式的测试报表,虽然能够实时记录泵的运行状态参数,但不能有效的管理长期实验数据参数,继而形成数据混杂、查询困难、安全不能得到保障,无法实现与其他监测平台的数据实时共享。良好的实验数据管理是水泵生产厂家要设计泵站运行监测系统的基本保障。
数据库作为大数据时代的新生产物,可以结构化存储和保存大量的数据信息,方便用户进行有效的检索和访问,并且能够提供快速的查询;可以有效地保持数据信息的一致性、完整性,降低数据冗余。更为重要的是,数据库能够通过数据挖掘智能化地分析历史数据,为用户提供重要的数据信息。
随着人工智能的出现,泵站机组的智能化运行状态监测不仅可以使管理员或用户实时监控设备的运行状态,在其发生不可逆的故障或停机之前得到准确的诊断、从而确定维护和保养时间、提高设备运行 可靠性并延长设备寿命,而且还可根据实际情况或需要,优化设备运行方式、提高运行效率、降低运营成本。

(2)本发明充分考虑到普通的实验室测试报表不能长期有效的管理实验数据参数,继而形成数据混杂、查询困难、安全不能得到保障,无法实现与其他监测平台的数据实时共享,故本发明通过LabVIEW编程执行SQL语句,对泵站机组运行的重要状态参数实时写入数据库,并将泵站机组的三维显示图提供给管理员或用户进行参考。数据库不但可以结构化存储和保存大量的泵站机组运行状态信息,方便用户进行有效的检索和访问;还可以有效地保持数据信息的一致性、完整性,降低数据冗余;
(3)本发明充分考虑到振动特性对泵站机组运行故障的影响,实时采集监测点上的振动时域图,再通过FFT变换得到振动频谱,进一步提取时域图中的峰峰值和频域图中主要频率,最后生成Excel文件、TXT文件、Word文件、图片以及HTML文件等多种文件类型的测量报表,提供给管理员或用户进行分析;
(4)本发明充分考虑到管理员或用户不能一直蹲守监测机组运行状态,而微信是当下信息传输的主流途径,用户可随时随地通过微信获取所需信息和数据。故本发明摒弃了传统的短信、邮件等通讯方式,通过LabVIEW编程调用Python语言,再通过Python语言调用企业微信的API接口,从而实现了通过企业微信实时向管理员或用户推送泵站机组的运行状态。

本实施例选取的检测点包括泵站机组叶轮壳体、导叶壳体、电机上机架和联轴器,其传感器参数配置包括叶轮壳体、导叶壳体、电机上机架和联轴器X、Y、Z方向上振动速度上限的设定,通过传感器对泵站机组运行状态进行检测,具体包括流量、叶轮安放角、扬程、叶轮壳体X方向振动速度、叶轮壳体Y方向振动速度、叶轮壳体Z方向振动速度、导叶壳体X方向振动速度、导叶壳体Y方向振动速度、导叶壳体Z方向振动速度、电机上机架X方向振动速度、电机上机架Y方向振动速度、电机上机架Z方向振动速度、联轴器X方向振动位移、联轴器Y方向振动位移、联轴器Z方向振动位移等。
数据采集卡采用NI USB-6211数据采集卡,采样频率高达250KS/s。该采集卡提供16路AI进行模拟信号的采集输入。
采集卡参数配置主要有物理通道的选择,采样率、采样数和间隔时间的设定。本实施例装置的设定采集卡的采样率为1000,采样数为4000,间隔时间为1800s;设定叶轮、导叶壳体和电机上机架X、Y、Z三个方向上的振动速度上限为100000,联轴器X、Y两个方向上的振动速度上限为100000。本发明提供所监测泵站机组的三维显示,实时监测运行工况下的流量、扬程和转速等,最后将机组的运行状态在前面板VI上实时显示,如“2020-11-2714:41:44 8号机组运行正常”。
上位机的泵站机运行状态参数时频域分析模块通过收集传感器对多个监测点收集的振动信号进行时频域分析获得峰峰值,进行频域分析获得主要频率特征。本发明将各个监测点处的振动时域图实时显示在前面板VI上,再采用FFT变换得到振动信号的频域图,进而生成三维频域瀑布图,并提取各个监测点频域图中的峰值大小,对其主要频率进行大小排序得到主频排序表。
采集数据实时写入数据库模块将传感器对多个监测点收集的振动信号实时写入数据库,进而生成Excel文件、TXT文件、Word文件以及HTML文件等多种文件类型的测量报表,管理员或用户还可对历史数据进行查询、修改、筛选和删除。泵站机组运行时,采集卡的ADC模块将机组状态参数模拟量转换为数字量后经USB接口传送至上位机的LabVIEW前面板实时显示,数据库管理软件Navicat通过参数设置配置好泵站机组运行所需的数据库并在数据库下创建测量报表,计算机通过配置ODBC数据源成功连接Navicat数据库,LabVIEW后面板调用LabSQL工具包并执行SQL语句,从而实现采集数据实时写入数据库、并能对历史采集数据进行查询和修改。
机组运行状态推送模块摒弃了传统的短信、邮件等通讯方式,通过LabVIEW调用Python语言的企业微信API接口进行通讯,可采用企业微信群机器人和企业微信应用实现振动监测数据的实时智能推送。
本发明通过振动信号判断泵站机组的运行状态,泵站机组常见的故障有转子部件不平衡、轴发生弯曲或变形、零部件松动或损坏、基 座松动等。故障预警模块针对目前大多监测系统只能判断机组产生故障,而不能准确判断是何种故障等问题,通过采集机组不同故障所对应的振动数据,并利用神经网络的学习功能进行测试训练后得出泵站机组不同故障所对应的振动信号区间。当上位机的泵站机组运行状态参数时频域分析模块监测到泵站机组的振动信号偏离其稳定运行时加速度传感器获得的振动区间范围,故障预警模块便将当前的振动信号自动匹配故障所属振动区间,从而将泵站机组的故障实时显示并发出急促的报警声提示管理员或用户。
以上所述的实施例仅是对本发明优选方式进行的描述,并非对本发明的范围进行限定,在不脱离本发明设计精神的前提下,本领域普通技术人员对本发明的技术方案做出的各种变形和改进,均应落入本发明权利要求书确定的保护范围内。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种泵站智能检测系统,其特征在于,包括:
    泵站机组、传感器、数据采集卡及上位机;
    所述泵站机组与所述传感器、所述数据采集卡及所述上位机连接;
    所述上位机与所述传感器及所述数据采集卡连接;
    其中,所述上位机包括依次连接的用户界面安全登录模块、并行选择泵站监测机组模块、泵站机组运行状态参数时频域分析模块、采集数据实时写入数据库模块、机组运行状态推送模块以及故障预警模块;
    所述并行选择泵站监测机组模块与所述泵站机组连接;
    所述泵站机组运行状态参数时频域分析模块、所述采集数据实时写入数据库模块、所述机组运行状态推送模块及所述故障预警模块与所述传感器及所述数据采集卡连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的泵站智能检测系统,其特征在于,所述传感器包括加速度传感器、速度振动传感器和位移振动传感器;
    所述传感器用于对泵站运行机组运行状态参数进行检测。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的泵站智能检测系统,其特征在于,所述泵站机组运行状态参数包括:
    流量、叶轮安放角、扬程、叶轮壳体X方向振动速度、叶轮壳体Y方向振动速度、叶轮壳体Z方向振动速度、导叶壳体X方向振动速度、导叶壳体Y方向振动速度、导叶壳体Z方向振动速度、电机上机 架X方向振动速度、电机上机架Y方向振动速度、电机上机架Z方向振动速度、联轴器X方向振动位移、联轴器Y方向振动位移、联轴器Z方向振动位移。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的泵站智能检测系统,其特征在于,所述数据采集卡采用NI USB-6211数据采集卡,采样频率为250KS/s;
    所述数据采集卡提供16路AI进行模拟信号的采集输入。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的泵站智能检测系统,其特征在于,所述泵站机运行状态参数时频域分析模块基于所述传感器对多个监测点收集的振动信号进行时频域分析获得峰峰值,进行频域分析获得主要频率特征。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的泵站智能检测系统,其特征在于,所述采集数据实时写入数据库模块将所述传感器对多个监测点收集的振动信号实时写入数据库,生成多种文件类型的测量报表。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的泵站智能检测系统,其特征在于,所述机组运行状态推送模块通过LabVIEW的企业微信API接口进行通讯,并采用企业微信群机器人和企业微信应用进行振动监测数据的实时智能推送。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的泵站智能检测系统,其特征在于,所述故障预警模块通过获取机组不同故障所对应的振动数据,并利用神经网络的学习功能进行测试训练后得出泵站机组不同故障所对应的振动信号区间,并将泵站机组的故障实时显示并进行提醒。
