背景技术
储存罐是日常生活中常用的一种储存容器,现在为了防止内部的物品受潮或者变质,密封储存罐使用的十分广泛,现在的密封储存罐一般都是利用盖子上的密封圈与罐体进行密封,这种密封方式在使用过程中有几个问题,密封圈与罐体的压紧力如果比较大,可以保证密封性,但是罐体与盖子之间的摩擦力就比较大,打开盖子和盖上盖子的时候都十分费力,可能还需要用到工具,使用不方便,而如果密封圈与罐体的压紧力不大,打开盖子是比较省力,但是密封罐的密封性就无法满足要求,失去了密封储存罐的使用初衷,所以需要对现有的密封储存罐进行改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供了一种密封储存罐,结构简单,设置有可以上下活动的下盖,密封效果好,而且盖子可以轻松拆装。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种密封储存罐,包括:
罐身,用于储存物品;
上壳,用于置于罐身上端与罐身的上沿相嵌配,上壳形成了储存罐的盖子,其下部有一部分可以嵌入到罐身上端;
一下盖,置于上壳下侧,并通过弹性件与上壳相连,下盖为可活动结构;
一推杆开关,置于上壳顶部,且可沿着上壳顶部进行水平移动,所述的下盖上设置有延伸至上壳顶部的升降推杆,所述的升降推杆上设置有与推杆开关相配合的滑槽,使推杆开关水平滑动时驱动升降推杆和下盖进行升降;
一密封圈,设置在下盖的外侧,下盖下降时与罐身的内侧壁压紧,当下盖在弹性件的作用下复位时,密封圈就与罐身的内侧壁脱离,上壳就可以轻松地从罐身上取下。
作为优选,所述的上壳的顶部居中设置有下凹槽,所述的推杆开关嵌入到下凹槽中进行横向滑动,所述的下盖中部设置有延伸至下凹槽内的升降推杆,这样使上壳的外形美观,更加容易操作。
作为优选,所述的升降推杆的上部两侧设置有滑槽,所述的推杆开关上设置有嵌入到对应的滑槽中的滑柱,所述的滑槽包括斜滑槽和设置在斜滑槽两端的下平滑槽和上平滑槽,通过斜滑槽与滑柱的配合使升降推杆可以升降,下平滑槽和上平滑槽可以进行导向和限位。
作为优选,所述的滑槽的一端位于上平滑槽的上侧设置有限位凸台,限位凸台在储存罐处于开启状态下对滑柱进行限位。
作为优选,所述的弹性件为并排设置的一对弹簧,弹簧对称并排设置,比较稳定,弹簧受预压力用来平衡下盖上下移动的稳定性、一致性,可以实现快速平稳复位功能。
作为优选,所述的下凹槽的两端设置有限位端板,所述的推杆开关的下侧设置有形状与下凹槽相配的导向底座,所述的导向底座的长度小于推杆开关的长度,限位端板与导向底座相抵可以对推杆开关的平移进行限位,防止推杆开关从下凹槽脱出,导向底座的长度可以根据推杆开关的行程需要进行调整。
作为优选,所述的罐身的内侧壁为倾斜面,使罐身的上端开口面积大于罐身的底面面积,倾斜面与密封圈相接触挤压可以提高密封储存罐的密封性。
作为优选,所述的推杆开关的上端面设置有一防滑部,所述的防滑部上设置有若干防滑凸起,方便使用手指驱动推杆开关进行滑动。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
结构简单,通过设置可以上下活动的下盖来使密封圈与罐身的内侧壁压紧和脱离,其中压紧状态下可以保证密封储存罐的密封性,在脱离状态下使密封罐可以快速轻易地打开,方便了使用,具有很好的推广效果。

如图1-5所示,本实用新型提供为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种密封储存罐,包括:
罐身1,用于储存物品,罐身1的形状可以根据需要进行选择,一般为圆柱形或者方柱形;
上壳2,用于置于罐身1上端与罐身1的上沿相嵌配,上壳2形成了储存罐的盖子,其下部有一部分可以嵌入到罐身1上端;
一下盖4,置于上壳2下侧,并通过弹性件6与上壳2相连,下盖4为可活动结构,可以进行短距离的上下升降;
一推杆开关3,置于上壳2顶部,且可沿着上壳2顶部进行水平移动,所述的下盖4上设置有延伸至上壳2顶部的升降推杆51,所述的升降推杆51上设置有与推杆开关3相配合的滑槽52,使推杆开关3水平滑动时驱动升降推杆51和下盖4进行升降;
一密封圈5,设置在下盖4的外侧,下盖4下降时与罐身1的内侧壁压紧, 当下盖4在弹性件6的作用下复位时,密封圈5就与罐身1的内侧壁脱离,上壳2就可以轻松地从罐身1上取下。
作为上壳2的一种具体实施例,如图3所示,所述的上壳2的顶部居中设置有下凹槽21,所述的推杆开关3嵌入到下凹槽21中进行横向滑动,所述的下盖4中部设置有延伸至下凹槽21内的升降推杆51,这样使上壳2的外形美观,更加容易操作。
作为升降推杆与推杆开关相配合的一种具体实施例,如图4所示,所述的升降推杆51的上部两侧设置有滑槽52,所述的推杆开关3上设置有嵌入到对应的滑槽52中的滑柱31,所述的滑槽52包括斜滑槽56和设置在斜滑槽56两端的下平滑槽53和上平滑槽54,通过斜滑槽56与滑柱31的配合使升降推杆51可以升降,下平滑槽53和上平滑槽54可以进行导向和限位。
另外,如图4所示,所述的滑槽52的一端位于上平滑槽54的上侧设置有限位凸台55,限位凸台55在储存罐处于开启状态下对滑柱31进行限位。
作为优选的实施例,所述的弹性件6为并排设置的一对弹簧,弹簧对称并排设置,比较稳定,弹簧受预压力用来平衡下盖上下移动的稳定性、一致性,可以实现快速平稳复位功能。
其中,如图3所示,所述的下凹槽21的两端设置有限位端板22,所述的推杆开关3的下侧设置有形状与下凹槽21相配的导向底座32,所述的导向底座32的长度小于推杆开关3的长度,限位端板22与导向底座32相抵可以对推杆开关3的平移进行限位,防止推杆开关3从下凹槽21脱出,导向底座32的长度可以根据推杆开关3的行程需要进行调整。
为了提高密封储存罐的密封性,所述的罐身1的内侧壁为倾斜面11,使罐身1的上端开口面积大于罐身1的底面面积,倾斜面11与密封圈5相接触挤压可以提高密封储存罐的密封性。
为了方便准确地推动推杆开关3进行操作,所述的推杆开关3的上端面 设置有一防滑部33,所述的防滑部33上设置有若干防滑凸起,方便使用手指驱动推杆开关3进行滑动。

    一密封圈(5),设置在下盖(4)的外侧,下盖(4)下降时与罐身(1)的内侧壁压紧。
