Description

无背盖缓降垃圾桶 技术领域
本发明涉及一种垃圾桶,特别是指一种无背盖缓降垃圾桶。
背景技术
常见的脚踏式垃圾桶结构包括桶盖、桶身、底座、脚踏装置和开盖机构,为了实现开盖,通常都在垃圾桶的桶盖与桶身连接部的后侧设置有开盖机构,开盖机构朝外凸起,再利用塑料装饰盖盖住,这种凸起结构破坏了垃圾桶的整体外观,而且也给使用者带来阻碍、造成不便。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种结构紧凑、美观大方的无背盖缓降垃圾桶。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
无背盖缓降垃圾桶,包括桶盖、桶身、内桶、底座、缓降开盖装置,桶身上沿固定有圈环,桶盖与圈环通过铰轴连接;所述缓降开盖装置包括由脚踏牵引的胶带,胶带连接有缓冲气阀,胶带从桶身与内桶之间向上延伸布置,圈环在对应于胶带顶部处设置有支撑部,所述支撑部通过其左右支点铰接有胶带推杆,胶带推杆外端与胶带顶部连接,胶带推杆内端活动铰接有上推杆,上推杆顶部铰接于与铰轴位置对应的桶盖内侧处;开盖时胶带在脚踏带动下将胶带推杆外端向下拉,胶带推杆绕 支点转动,胶带推杆内端将上推杆顶起,从而将桶盖顶开。
本发明的进一步改进,所述内桶后侧在对应于胶带位置处设有内凹槽。
本发明的进一步改进,所述缓冲气阀竖向设置,缓冲气阀的气阀筒与底座整体成型并置于底座后侧,气阀筒的位置与内凹槽位置相适应,气阀筒开口朝上,缓冲气阀的活塞设置于气阀筒内,活塞杆末端与胶带卡接固定。
本发明的进一步改进,所述铰轴套设有扭转弹簧。
本发明的进一步改进,所述桶盖为圆盘状,包括边缘的凸边以及中间呈圆板状的平面。
本发明的进一步改进,所述桶盖为整体成型的塑胶件,桶盖中间平面设置有金属衬板。
本发明的进一步改进,所述圈环后侧铰接安装有塑胶提手。
本发明的有益效果是:本设计采用了独特的开盖杠杆结构,使开盖机构内置于桶身及桶盖内侧,产品的结构更加紧凑,大大提高了垃圾桶整体外观档次;为了减少底座的高度,缓冲气阀竖向设置于后侧,在不影响使用功能的前提下,最大限度保证了垃圾桶内桶的容量,进一步优化了结构的合理性。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图4所示,本发明的一个实施例的无背盖缓降垃圾桶,包括桶盖1、桶身21、内桶22、底座24、缓降开盖装置,桶身21上沿固定有圈环3,桶盖1与圈环3通过铰轴32连接;缓降开盖装置包括由脚踏牵引的胶带4,胶带4连接有缓冲气阀5,胶带4从桶身21与内桶22之间向上延伸布置,圈环3在对应于胶带4顶部处设置有支撑部31,支撑部31通过其左右支点铰接有胶带推杆6,胶带推杆6外端与胶带顶部连接,胶带推杆6内端活动铰接有上推杆7,上推杆7顶部铰接于与铰轴32位置对应的桶盖内侧处;开盖时胶带4在脚踏带动下将胶带推杆6外端向下拉,胶带推杆6绕支点转动,胶带推杆6内端将上推杆7顶起,从而将桶盖1顶开。
内桶22后侧在对应于胶带4位置处设有内凹槽23,该设计目的在于最大限度保证了垃圾桶内桶的容量。
缓冲气阀5竖向设置,缓冲气阀5的气阀筒51与底座24整体成型并置于底座后侧,气阀筒51整体设置于所述桶身21的侧壁和内桶22的侧壁之间并与内凹槽23位置相适应,气阀筒51开口朝上,缓冲气阀5的活塞52设置于气阀筒51内,活塞杆53末端与胶带4卡接固定,上述竖向设计有效减少了底座的高度,也就是提高了垃圾桶内桶的深度。
此外,铰轴32套设有扭转弹簧33,令开盖时更灵活,提高了力学结构合理性。
为了令产品外形更美观,桶盖1设计成圆盘状,其边缘为 突起的凸边,中间是呈圆板状的平面。
桶盖1为整体成型的塑胶件,桶盖中间平面设置有金属衬板11,提高了产品的档次。
为了令用户方便提拿垃圾桶,本设计在圈环3后侧铰接安装有塑胶提手8,如图5所示,当需要提拿垃圾桶时,只需将塑胶提手8拉开,当用完后将其往内按压使塑胶提手8紧贴垃圾桶桶身即可;优选的,桶盖、圈环和塑胶提手安装于同一铰轴上。
参照图6所示,本发明的另一个实施例的无背盖缓降垃圾桶,包括桶盖10、桶身210、内桶220、底座240、缓降开盖装置,桶身210上沿固定有圈环30,桶盖10与圈环30通过铰位钢针320连接;缓降开盖装置包括由脚踏牵引的金属线40,金属线40连接有缓冲气阀50,金属线40从桶身210与内桶220之间向上延伸布置,圈环30在对应于金属线40顶部处设置有支撑部310,支撑部310通过其左右支点铰接有胶带推杆60,胶带推杆60外端与金属线顶部连接,胶带推杆60内端活动铰接有上推杆70,上推杆70顶部铰接于与铰位钢针320位置对应的桶盖内侧处;开盖时金属线40在脚踏带动下将胶带推杆60外端向下拉,胶带推杆60绕支点转动,胶带推杆60内端将上推杆70顶起,从而将桶盖10顶开。由于金属线缺乏弹性,本实施例中使用金属线代替胶带,从而使垃圾桶盖的移动更平滑且更准确。
内桶220后侧在对应于金属线40位置处设有内凹槽230。
缓冲气阀50竖向设置,缓冲气阀50的气阀筒510与底座240整体成型并置于底座后侧,气阀筒510的位置与内凹槽230位置相适应,气阀筒510开口朝上,缓冲气阀50的活塞520设置于气阀筒510内,缓冲气阀50的活塞杆末端与金属线40卡接固定,上述竖向设计有效减少了底座的高度,也就是提高了垃圾桶内桶的深度。
此外,铰位钢针320套设有扭转弹簧330,令开盖时更灵活,提高了力学结构合理性。
桶盖10为整体成型的塑胶件,桶盖中间平面设置有金属衬板110,提高了产品的档次。根据情况,金属衬板110可以省略。
此外,踏板装置包括脚踏配件345,防滑矽胶塞343,脚踏拉板342,脚踏341以及脚踏金属片340。脚踏金属片340设置在脚踏341上,根据实际情况也可以省略脚踏金属片340。脚踏拉板342上端活动卡接于脚踏341底面,脚踏拉板342下端通过防滑矽胶塞343连接于脚踏配件345上。根据实际情况也可以省略防滑矽胶塞343。
组装后的踏板装置请参阅图1-图3。踏板装置被踏下的状态请参阅图4。
