一种脚踏式垃圾桶 技术领域
本发明涉及垃圾桶，特别是指一种脚踏式垃圾桶。
背景技术
常见的脚踏式垃圾桶结构包括桶盖、桶身、底座、脚踏装置和开盖机构，为了实现开盖，通常都在底部设置杠杆机构，利用较长的脚踏伸到底座内部，当踩下脚踏时，脚踏沿支点转动，脚踏另一端的延长杆则拨动推杆，推杆再通过传动机构将桶盖顶开，由于该动作的行程较大，因此，设于垃圾桶底座内部的杠杆机构所占空间较多，相对减少了垃圾桶内桶的容量，同时这种垃圾桶看起来也较为笨重。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本发明提供一种外型美观、空间布置合理、结构紧凑的脚踏式垃圾桶。
本发明所采用的技术方案是：
一种脚踏式垃圾桶，包括桶盖、桶身、开盖机构、底座、底座设有脚踏装置，所述脚踏装置包括设于底座前侧的脚踏、脚踏拉板以及底板，底板顶面设置有导向槽，脚踏拉板的上端活动卡接于脚踏底面，脚踏拉板下端与导向槽接触，脚踏拉板下部还固定有胶带，胶带穿过底座并沿桶身向上与桶盖的开盖机构连接；当踩下脚踏时，脚踏拉板受压并以其上端的卡接位为轴心转动，脚踏拉板的下端沿导向槽向前滑动并拉动胶带前 移，令胶带牵引开盖机构开盖。
本发明的进一步改进，所述导向槽为向前并向下倾斜布置。
本发明的进一步改进，所述底板铰接安装于底座上，脚踏的后支点卡接安装于底板上。
本发明的进一步改进，所述底座的下底面设置有与底板形状相适应的嵌位。
本发明的进一步改进，脚踏拉板下部设置有横杆，胶带套设于该横杆上。
本发明的进一步改进，所述脚踏顶部设置有金属衬板。
本发明的有益效果是：脚踏装置设于底座前侧，底座内只穿过一条胶带，因而大大减小了底座所占空间，使垃圾桶的空间结构更合理、产品紧凑美观，垃圾桶内桶的有效空间更大；此外，导向槽为向前并向下倾斜布置提升了导向的稳定性；底板铰接安装于底座上，脚踏的后支点卡接安装于底板上，当产品需要包装或运输时，可将脚踏装置绕底板铰接安装轴向下转动到底座的下方，节省了运输及包装空间，当使用时只需复位即可。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图5，一种脚踏式垃圾桶，包括桶盖1、桶身2、开盖机构3、底座4、底座4设有脚踏装置，脚踏装置包括设于底座前侧的脚踏5、脚踏拉板6以及底板7，底板7顶面设置有导向槽71，脚踏拉板6的上端活动卡接于脚踏5底面，脚踏拉板6下端与导向槽71接触，脚踏拉板6下部还固定有胶带8，胶带8穿过底座4并沿桶身2向上与桶盖1的开盖机构3连接；当踩下脚踏5时，脚踏拉板6受压并以其上端的卡接位为轴心转动，脚踏拉板6的下端沿导向槽71向前滑动并拉动胶带8前移，令胶带8牵引开盖机构3开盖。
导向槽71为向前并向下倾斜布置，当踩下脚踏5时脚踏拉板6的下端沿导向槽71向前滑动更加稳定可靠，并且由于斜向下滑动，其行程也更合理。
进一步，底板7铰接安装于底座4上，脚踏5的后支点卡接安装于底板7上，如图5所示，当产品需要包装或运输时，可将脚踏装置绕底板铰接安装轴向下转动到底座的下方，节省了运输及包装空间，当使用时只需复位即可。进一步，为了容纳及定位向下折叠的底板，底座4的下底面设置有与底板7形状相适应的嵌位41。
本设计的胶带与脚踏拉板既可直接连接固定，更优选的，脚踏拉板6下部设置有横杆61，胶带8套设于该横杆61上。
进一步，脚踏5顶部设置有金属衬板51，不仅提高了垃圾桶的档次，而且由于设置金属衬板，也更加耐用。
以上所述只是本发明优选的实施方式，其并不构成对本发明保护范围的限制，只要是以基本相同的手段实现本发明的目的都应属于本发明的保护范围。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种脚踏式垃圾桶，其特征在于：所述导向槽(71)为向前并向下倾斜布置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种脚踏式垃圾桶，其特征在于：所述底板(7)铰接安装于底座(4)上，脚踏(5)的后支点卡接安装于底板(7)上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种脚踏式垃圾桶，其特征在于：所述底座(4)的下底面设置有与底板(7)形状相适应的嵌位(41)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种脚踏式垃圾桶，其特征在于：脚踏拉板(6)下部设置有横杆(61)，胶带(8)套设于 该横杆(61)上。
