- the telescopic sleeve assembly 33 includes a first sleeve unit 334 , a second sleeve unit 335 and a third sleeve unit that are nested inside and outside of each other.
- the body 336 that is, in this example, the telescopic sleeve assembly 33 having a three-section sleeve unit is exemplified.
- the driving assembly 31 includes two driving elements: a first driving element 311 and a second driving element 312, wherein the first driving element 311 is used to drive the second sleeve unit
- the body 335 moves linearly up or down relative to the third sleeve unit 336
- the second drive element 312 is used to drive the first sleeve unit 334 relative to the second sleeve unit 335 moves linearly up or down.
- the second sleeve unit 335 includes a peripheral wall and a bottom wall extending inwardly from the peripheral wall, wherein the second driving element 312 is disposed on the second sleeve
- the bottom wall of the cell 335 is configured to drive the first sleeve cell 334 to linearly move upward or downward relative to the second sleeve cell 335 .
- the third sleeve unit 336 includes a peripheral wall and a bottom wall extending inward from the peripheral wall, wherein the first driving element 311 is disposed on the bottom wall of the third sleeve unit 336 and is configured to drive the second sleeve unit 335 to linearly move upward or downward relative to the third sleeve unit 336 .

- the piezoelectric actuator In addition to being able to provide a relatively large driving force, the piezoelectric actuator also has other advantages compared to traditional electromagnetic motor solutions and memory alloy motor solutions, including but not limited to: relatively small size (with thin Long shape), better response accuracy, relatively simpler structure, relatively simpler drive control, high product consistency, no electromagnetic interference, relatively larger stroke, short stabilization time, relatively small weight, etc.
- the piezoelectric actuator utilizes the friction force and inertia during vibration to push the object to be pushed to perform micron-scale motion in a frictional contact manner. - the gap between the two adjacent sleeve units is larger, the external dirt, such as dust, dust, etc., will enter the inside of the module along the gap. If the dirt entering the inside reaches the photosensitive area of the photosensitive chip, it will cause poor imaging.
- the parameter configuration of the gap between the sleeve monomers in every two segments forms a technical contradiction, which is neither too large nor too small.
- the inventor of the present application also tried to take a moderate value, but the telescopic performance of the telescopic sleeve assembly 33 could not well meet the technical requirements even when the moderate value was tested.
- the technical idea of the present application is to configure a gap of sufficient size between each two adjacent sleeve units on the one hand to meet the activity requirements of the two, on the other hand, in the gap
- a dust-proof mechanism is provided inside to prevent external dirt such as dust from entering the interior of the camera module from the gap.
- the retractable camera module 100 further includes a dust-proof device disposed between at least a pair of adjacent two sleeve monomers among the at least two sleeve monomers.
- Structure 35 For the convenience of description and understanding, the dustproof structure 35 is described by taking the example that the dustproof structure 35 is provided on the first sleeve unit 334 and the second sleeve unit 335 as an example. It should be understood that in other examples of the present application, the dustproof structure 35 may also be set at other positions, for example, between the second sleeve unit 335 and the third sleeve unit 336, Therefore, it is not limited by this application.

- the dust catching element 351 in the gap 330, the dirt can be caught by the dust catching element 351 when entering the inside of the module through the gap 330, so as to reduce the dirt entering the module internal volume.
- the surface of the dust collecting element 351 has stickiness, so as to adhere to the dirt that wants to enter the interior of the module through the gap 330 through this property.
- the dust-catching element 351 can be implemented as a layer of glue film with a thickness of 20 ⁇ m to 50 ⁇ m, wherein the glue film has a certain viscosity on its surface after curing, so, Can capture tiny particles.
- the dust collecting element 351 is formed around the outer side wall of the first sleeve unit 334 .
- the dust-catching element 351 may also be formed around the inner sidewall of the second sleeve unit 335 , which is not limited by the present application.
- the shape of the dust-catching element 351 can also be adjusted, for example, it can only surround a part of the outer side wall of the first sleeve unit 334, or , which only surrounds a part of the inner side wall of the second sleeve unit 335 , which is also not limited by the present application.
- the dust collecting element 351 does not fill the gap 330 , that is, the dust collecting element 351 and the inner side of the second sleeve unit 335 There is still space between the walls.
- the dust-proof structure 35 further includes a plurality of protrusions 352 protrudingly extending from the dust-catching element 351, as shown in FIG. 5 .
- the plurality of protrusions 352 are distributed in rows on the inner side of the second sleeve unit 335 , as shown in FIG. 6 .
- the rows formed by the plurality of bumps 352 at least two adjacent rows of the bumps 352 are arranged in a staggered manner, which can reduce the probability of external dirt entering the interior of the module, as shown in FIG. 8A .
- the rows formed by the plurality of bumps 352 have a relatively high arrangement density, and the bumps 352 are arranged staggered in every two adjacent rows, as shown in FIG. 7 , so as to further reduce external contamination.
- the probability of getting inside the module is shown in Figure 8B.
- the free ends of at least some of the protrusions 352 of the plurality of protrusions 352 abut against the inner sidewall of the second sleeve unit 335, as shown in FIG. 5 , also That is, the protrusions 352 are in frictional contact with the inner sidewall of the second sleeve unit 335 .
- the bumps 352 may also be defined as frictional contact bumps.
- the plurality of protrusions 352 make frictional contact between the first sleeve unit 334 and the second sleeve unit 335 , so that the The first sleeve unit 334 and the second sleeve unit 335 provide a certain resistance when moving (however, because the plurality of protrusions 352 do not completely cover the entire second sleeve unit 335 Therefore, the resistance is not particularly large), so as to improve the smoothness and balance of the movement between the first sleeve unit 334 and the second sleeve unit 335 .

- the dustproof mechanism can also guide the movement between two adjacent sleeve units, so as to make the movement between the two adjacent sleeve units smoother. and balanced.
- the protruding block 352 has a certain elasticity, so that the protruding block 352 can further enhance the linearity of the movement of the first sleeve unit 334.
- the reasons are: When the first sleeve unit 334 and the second sleeve unit 335 move, the plurality of projections are arranged between the first sleeve unit 334 and the second sleeve unit 335 352 will deform in a plane perpendicular to the optical axis, so it can provide a vertical support force with the inner sidewall of the first sleeve unit 334, as shown in FIG. 9, thereby improving the first sleeve.
- the straightness of the expansion and contraction of the cell 334 are:
- the protrusions 352 integrally and protrudely extend from the dust-catching element 351 .
- the protrusions 352 can also pass through the adhesive. solidified.
- the bump 352 and the dust collecting element 351 may not have an integral structure, that is, the bump 352 and the dust collecting element 351 are relatively independent components.
- the protrusion 352 is cylindrical as an example, its shape is not limited by the present application, for example, it can be implemented as a quadrangular prism or the like.
- the dust-proof structure 35 may further include a protruding extension from the dust-catching element 351.
- the plurality of protrusions 352 of the dust element 351 at least some of the protrusions 352 of the plurality of protrusions 352 have their free ends abutting against the outer sidewall of the first sleeve unit 334 .
- the plurality of bumps 352 can still be configured with the above-mentioned conditions, which will not be repeated here.
- the dustproof structure 35 further includes a bottom wall disposed on the second sleeve unit 335 And corresponding to the buffer member 353 of the lower peripheral edge of the first sleeve unit 334 , as shown in FIG. 10 , the outer surface of the buffer member 353 is viscous.
- the The buffer member 353 can capture the dirt and prevent it from further entering the interior of the module.
- the space between the first sleeve unit 334 and the second sleeve unit 335 includes a lateral space therebetween and a longitudinal space therebetween
- the lateral space between the two represents the gap 330 between the first sleeve unit 334 and the second sleeve unit 335
- the longitudinal space between the two represents the first sleeve unit
- the space set by the lower peripheral edge of the body 334 and the lower edge of the second sleeve unit 335 Therefore, in the example shown in FIG. 10 , the buffer member 353 of the dustproof structure 35 is still located between the first sleeve unit 334 and the second sleeve unit 335 .
- the buffer member 353 is disposed on the bottom wall of the second sleeve unit 335 and corresponds to the lower peripheral edge of the first sleeve unit 334 , In this way, when the first sleeve unit 334 is retracted, the buffer member 353 can avoid the contact between the lower peripheral edge of the first sleeve unit 334 and the bottom wall of the second sleeve unit 335 unnecessary collisions occur. That is, in the embodiment of the present application, the buffer member 353 not only has the effect of dust prevention, but also has the effect of buffering and absorbing shock. In addition, if the first sleeve unit 334 collides with the second sleeve unit 335 to generate debris, the buffer member 353 can also absorb the debris to prevent it from entering the interior of the module.
- the buffer member 353 is also formed by curing an adhesive, wherein the thickness dimension of the buffer member 353 after curing and molding is 20 ⁇ m to 50 ⁇ m.
- the buffer member 353 has a symmetrical structure with respect to the axis set by the second sleeve unit 335, for example , in an example, the buffer member 353 has an annular structure, as shown in FIG. 11 .

- the inner wall of the through hole is preferably made of a material with a reflectivity of less than or equal to 5%. Equal to 5% material.
- one end of the guide sleeve 40 is fixed to the upper end of the telescopic sleeve assembly 33 , and the other end of the guide sleeve 40 is fixed above the photosensitive chip 12 (for example, fixed on the bracket 13 ), wherein, when in the first state, the retractable sleeve assembly 33 is driven to move upward relative to the photosensitive chip 12 to drive the guide sleeve 40 relative to the photosensitive chip 12 is elongated upward; when in the second state, the retractable sleeve assembly 33 is driven to be moved downward relative to the photosensitive chip 12 to drive the guide sleeve 40 to be moved relative to the photosensitive chip 12 Shorten down. Description
