Abstract

本公开实施例提供一种文档处理方法、装置、设备和介质,文档处理方法包括:响应于用户对当前文档的操作,提取文档内容中的关键词(S11);基于关键词在预设数据库中进行搜索,确定关键词对应的关联信息(S12);显示提示信息,提示信息用于指示与关联信息相关的信息(S13)。本公开实施例通过在编辑在线文档过程中,自动搜索关键词对应的关联信息,并显示提示信息,以使用户对根据提示信息对关联信息进行相关操作。

一种文档处理方法、装置、设备和介质
本申请要求于2021年3月1日提交中国国家知识产权局、申请号为202110227783.7、申请名称为“一种文档处理方法、装置、设备和介质”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本公开实施例涉及信息处理技术,尤其涉及一种文档处理方法、装置、设备和介质。
背景技术
在文档中,一些词汇是存在关联信息的,该关联信息是与词汇关联的文档或者引用对象,用于清晰的解释该词汇的含义,方便后续的知识传递和对齐。
在文档编辑过程中,用户通过自己的记忆是难以获知所有词汇是否存在关联信息的,进而也无法获取该词汇的关联信息。进一步的,即使获取到关联信息后,也只能查看关联信息,无法对关联信息进行相关操作。
发明内容
本公开实施例提供一种文档处理方法、装置、设备和介质,以对文档中词汇的关联信息进行有效处理。
第一方面,本公开实施例提供了一种文档处理方法,包括:
响应于用户对当前文档的操作,提取所述当前文档的文档内容中的关键词;
基于所述关键词在预设数据库中进行搜索,确定关键词对应的关联信息;
显示提示信息,所述提示信息用于指示与所述关联信息相关的信息。
第二方面,本公开实施例还提供了一种文档处理装置,包括:
关键词提取模块,用于响应于用户对当前文档的操作,提取所述当前文档的文档内容中的关键词;
关联信息确定模块,用于基于所述关键词在预设数据库中进行搜索,确定关键词对应的关联信息;
提示信息显示模块,用于显示提示信息,所述提示信息用于指示与所述关联信息相关的信息。
第三方面,本公开实施例还提供了一种文档处理设备,包括:
一个或多个处理器;
存储器,用于存储一个或多个程序;
当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理器执行,使得所述一个或多个处理器实现如本公开实施例中任一项所述的文档处理方法。
第四方面,本公开实施例还提供了一种介质,所述介质存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如本公开实施例中任一项所述的文档处理方法。
本公开实施例提供的文档处理方法、装置、设备和存储介质,文档处理方法包括:响应于用户对当前文档的操作,提取所述当前文档的文档内容中的关键词;基于关键词在预设数据库中进行搜索,确定关键词对应的关联信息;显示提示信息,提示信息用于指示与关联信息相关的信息。本公开实施例通过在编辑在线文档过程中,自动搜索关键词对应的关联信息,并显示提示信息,以使用户对根据提示信息对关联信息进行相关操作。

图1是本公开实施例提供的一种文档处理方法的流程图,本实施例可适用于对文档中词汇以及词汇的关联信息进行操作的情况,该方法可以由文档处理装置来执行,所述装置可以通过软件和/或硬件的方式来实现。
需要说明的是,本实施例所提供的文档处理方法具体可以在计算机设备上使用,并可认为具体由集成在计算机设备上的文档处理装置执行,其中,计算机设备具体可以是包括了处理器、存储器、输入装置和输出装置的设备。如笔记本电脑、台式计算机、平板电脑以及智能终端等。
如图1所示,本实施例提供的文档处理方法主要包括步骤S11、S12和S13。
S11、响应于用户对当前文档的操作,提取文档内容中的关键词。
其中,上述当前文档可以是计算机设备的输出装置显示区域中显示的可编辑的文档,例如,word文档,excel文档,pdf文档,txt文档等。文档内容是指当前文档中的可编辑内容,例如:文本,图片,视频,音频等内容。本实施例仅对当前文档,文档内容和关键词等进行说明,而非限定。上述文档内容为所述当前文档的文档内容。
需要说明的是,本实施例中的关键词可以是当前文档文本词汇,也可以是文档中的图片,视频,音频等内容,并不限定关键词仅仅是文本词汇。
进一步的,用户对当前文档的操作是指用户对当前文档页面进行的操作。上述操作可以是输入操作,也可以是其他编辑类操作,例如:修改文档中的格 式。具体的,输入操作可以是用户通过粘贴方式输入的,也可以是用户通过输入法输入的,本实施例中仅对操作进行示例性说明,而非限定。
进一步的,当当前文档是已经编辑好的文章,或者正在编辑的文章,利用人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI)算法能力提取当前文档中的关键词。上述关键词包括在工作空间(Workspace)中已经存在的关键词,或者是通过算法分析出有可能是该文章关键词的词语。
具体的,当用户对当前文档的操作是输入操作时,可以随着用户的输入操作,识别用户输入的内容,将输入词汇作为关键词。
本实施例中,并不会将当前文档中每个字符都作为关键,而是提取对文档内容的关键词,可以减少后续关键词的搜索次数。
具体的,关键词提取方式可以是词频-逆文本频率指数(term frequency–inverse document frequency,TF-IDF)算法,可以是TextRank算法,还可以是word2vec(word to vector)算法。需要说明的是,本实施例中,仅对关键词提取方式进行说明,而非限定。
S12、基于所述关键词在预设数据库中进行搜索,确定关键词对应的关联信息。
在本实施例中,预设数据库中存储由关键词和其对应的关联信息。该关联信息是与关键词相关的信息,用于清晰的解释该词汇的含义,或者解释该关键词的来源等信息。其中,关联信息可以是文档或者引用对象。
进一步的,上述搜索可以是模糊匹配,也可以是精准匹配。
具体的,可以是通过关键词在预设数据库中精准匹配该关键词,通过关键词在预设数据库中进行模糊匹配。
进一步的,还可以采用模糊匹配与精准匹配相结合的方式进行搜索,精准匹配可以提高查询的速度,模糊查找,可以提高查询的召回率。
S13、显示提示信息,所述提示信息用于指示与所述关联信息相关的信息。
在本实施例中,提示信息是区别于文档内容中其他常规内容的显示方式进行显示,也可以是设置专属的提示按钮或者提示区域。所述提示信息可以用于提示用户该关键词存在关联信息。还可以用于指示该关键词对应的关联信息的相关信息。
在一个实施方式中,显示提示信息,包括:响应于当前编辑模式为第一模式,将所述关键词的显示模式由第一模式变更为第二模式。
在本实施例中,第一模式可以理解为当前文档中常规内容的显示模式。第二模式是指在预设数据库中可以查找到关联信息的关键词的专有显示方式。
例如:第一显示模块是宋体,四号字体。第二显示模式可以是添加下划线,添加文字背景,加粗,或者切斜等显示方式。
在另一个实施方式中,显示提示信息,包括:响应于当前编辑模式为第三模式,将所述关键词的显示模式由第三模式变更为与所述第三模式相关联的第二模式。
在本实施例中,第三模式可以理解为当前文档中常规内容的显示模式。第二模式是指在预设数据库中可以查找到关联信息的关键词的专有显示方式。
需要说明的是,第三显示模式与第一显示模式的区别是第一模式仅仅是文档内容的基础显示,第三显示方式在基础显示的基础上增加了替他显示方式。与第三模式关联的第二显示模式是在第三模式的基础上添加其他显示方式。
例如:第一显示模式是宋体,四号字体。第三模式是宋体,四号字体,加 粗。相应的,与第三模式关联的第二显示模式是宋体,四号字体,加粗,添加下划线。或者与第三模式关联的第二显示模式是宋体,四号字体,加粗,添加文字背景。
上述将关键词的显示模式区别与文档中常规内容的显示方式,是为了提示用户该关键词在预设数据库中存在关联信息,可以对关联信息进行相关操作。
进一步的,如果基于关键词在预设数据库中进行搜索,未查询到关键词对应的关联信息,则该关键词不显示提示信息,作为文档中的常规内容。
在一个实施方式中,显示提示信息,包括:显示所述关联信息的预览按钮。
在本实施例中,预览按钮可以是用户可见的操作按钮,也可以是不可见的触发接口。具体的,不可见的触发接口可以设置在关键词上。例如:用户双击该不可见的触发接口,或者鼠标移动到该不可见的触发接口上时,触发预览操作,显示关键词,关键词对应的关联信息,与所述关联信息相关的操作提示
对上述预览按钮进行操作,可以显示关键词,关键词对应的关联信息,与所述关联信息相关的操作提示。
本公开实施例提供的文档处理方法包括:文档处理方法包括:响应于用户对当前文档的操作,提取文档内容中的关键词;基于关键词在预设数据库中进行搜索,确定关键词对应的关联信息;显示提示信息,提示信息用于指示与关联信息相关的信息。本公开实施例通过在编辑在线文档过程中,自动搜索关键词对应的关联信息,并显示提示信息,以使用户对根据提示信息对关联信息进行相关操作。
在上述实施例的基础上,本公开实施例对文档处理方法案进行了进一步优 化,优化后的文档处理方法包括:响应于用户对当前文档的操作,提取文档内容中的关键词;基于所述关键词在预设数据库中进行搜索,确定关键词对应的关联信息;显示提示信息,所述提示信息用于指示与所述关联信息相关的信息,响应于对所述提示信息的操作,显示第一区域,所述第一区域包括关键词,关键词对应的关联信息,与所述关联信息相关的操作提示。
本实施例中,第一区域是显示在当前显示区域中的一个子区域,可以是悬浮在当前文档中浮层面板,还可以是在当前文档显示区域之外的显示区域,可以在当前文档的左侧,右侧或者底部。本实施例仅对第一区域的显示位置进行说明,而非限定。
图2是本公开实施例提供的第一区域的示意图,如图2所示,所述第一区域包括关键词,关键词对应的关联信息,与所述关联信息相关的操作提示。图2中关键词以“想法”为例进行说明。与关联信息相关的操作提示包括忽略,复制,引用,链接等。
在本实施例中,第一区域中的关键词的显示模式是第四模式,第一区域中关键词对应的关联信息的显示模式是第五模式。
具体的,第四模式是指第一区域中的关键词的显示方式,第五模式是第一区域中关键词对应的关联信息的显示模式。第四模式与第五模式可以是相同的显示方式,也可以是不同的显示模式。可选的,第四模式和第五模式是不同的显示方式。进一步的,第四模式是相对于第五模式的特殊显示,例如:第四模式可以是在第五模式的基础上进行加粗显示,也可以是在第五模式的基础上,增大字号。这样可以使用户快速区分关键词和关联信息。
在一个实施例中,显示第一区域之后,还包括:响应于用户对所述第一区 域的第一操作,关闭第一区域。
进一步的,用户对第一区域的第一操作,表明用户此时不需要查看关键词对应的关联信息,此时关闭第一显示区域,可以使得当前文档的页面显示整洁,避免页面显示冗余。
在一个实施方式中,对第一区域的第一操作可以是用户对第一区域中忽略按钮的触发操作,上述触发操作可以是单击,双击等操作,本实施例中,不进行限定。
在另一个实施方式中,在第一区域中,不设置忽略按钮。当第一区域中不设置忽略按钮时,可以是检测到光标离开第一区域后,即光标处于第一区域之外的区域时,响应于用户对所述第一区域的第一操作。
在一个实施例中,显示第一区域之后,还包括:响应于用户对所述第一区域的第二操作,建立所述关键词与所述关联信息之间的链接。
进一步的,用户对第一区域的第二操作,表明用户此时需要建立关键词与关联信息之间的链接关系。建立关键词与关联信息之间的链接后,可以在该关键词上设置触发关联信息的显示入口,当用户在该关键词上触发关联信息的显示入口时,可以通过预览窗口等方式显示关联信息的内容。这样,可以使得在当前文档的后续使用过程中,可以方便的查找到关键词对应的关联信息。
进一步的,上述链接关系可以是link链接,或者hover链接等,本实施例中不进行限定。
在一个实施例中,显示第一区域之后,还包括:响应于用户对所述第一区域的第三操作,将所述关键词对应的关联信息作为编辑内容插入到当前文档中。
在本实施例中,对第一区域的第三操作可以是用户对第一区域中插入按钮 的触发操作,上述触发操作可以是单击,双击等操作,本实施例中,不进行限定。
在一个实施例中,显示第一区域之后,还包括:响应于用户对所述第一区域的第四操作,复制所述关键词对应的关联信息。
在本实施例中,用户对所述第一区域的第四操作可以是用户对第一区域中复制按钮的触发操作,上述触发操作可以是单击,双击等操作,本实施例中,不进行限定。
复制所述关键词对应的关联信息,是指将关联信息复制在粘贴板上。复制关联信息可以是复制全部关联信息,也可以是根据选择复制其中一部分关联信息。
在一个实施方式中,所述文档处理方法还包括:若未搜索到所述关键词对应的关联信息,则响应用户的操作,创建并编辑关联文档;将所述关联文档确定为所述关键词对应的关联信息。
在本实施例中,如果未查询到关键词对应的关联信息,则表明该关键词在预设数据库中不存在关联信息。此时,用户可以创建该关键词对应的关联文档。响应用户的操作,获取用户输入的文档内容,并将输入的文档内容确定所述关键词对应的关联信息。即建立关键词与创建的关联文档之间的关联关系,并将上述关联关系和关联文档保存在预设数据库中。
具体的,如果未查询到关键词对应的关联信息,响应于用户的输入操作,创建一篇新的文档,并编辑该文档,编辑完成后,将该文档的内容作为关键词的关联信息。
在一个实施方式中,所述显示提示信息包括:显示所述关联文档的信息, 所述关联文档的信息包括以下至少之一:文档标题、文档内容或文档标识。
在一个实施方式中,所述文档处理方法还包括:基于所述关键词确定所述当前文档与目标文档之间的关联关系,所述目标文档为包括所述关键词的文档。
在本实施例中,在步骤S11中提取到的关键词作为当前文档的标签,标签可以作为文档之间关联关系的依据。即具备相同关键词的文档之间可以建立关联关系。
这样,可以快速确定关键词在那些文档中出现过,以更详细的了解关键词的具体含义或者相关信息。
在一个实施方式中,所述文档处理方法还包括:响应于对所述关键词的操作,展示第二区域,所述第二区域中包括以网络图谱形式展示的当前文档与目标文档之间的关联关系。
其中,对关键词的操作,可以是对关键词的点击操作,也可以是hover操作,本实施例中不进行限定。
其中,当前文档与目标文档之间的关联关系是指当前文档与目标文档具有相同的关联词。
本实施例中,第一区域是显示在当前显示区域中的一个子区域,可以是悬浮在当前文档中浮层面板,还可以是在当前文档显示区域之外的显示区域,可以在当前文档的左侧,右侧或者底部。本实施例仅对第二区域的显示位置进行说明,而非限定。

其中,目标文档的列表中包括多个目标文档的信息,目标文档的信息可以是目标文档的标题,还可以是目标文档内容,还可以是目标文档的最后编辑时间,还可以是目标文档标识等等信息,本实施例中不进行限定。
本实施例中,第三区域是显示在当前显示区域中的一个子区域,可以是悬浮在当前文档中浮层面板,还可以是在当前文档显示区域之外的显示区域,可以在当前文档的左侧,右侧或者底部。本实施例仅对第三区域的显示位置进行说明,而非限定。
本实施例中目标文档的信息可以为目标文档的题目。这样可以使得用户快速获取目标文档的相关信息。
图3是本公开实施例提供的一种文档处理装置的结构示意图,本实施例可适用于对文档中词汇以及词汇的关联信息进行操作的情况,该方法可以由文档处理装置来执行,所述装置可以通过软件和/或硬件的方式来实现。
如图3所示,本实施例提供的文档处理装置主要包括关键词提取模块31、关联信息确定模块32、提示信息显示模块33。
其中,关键词提取模块31,用于响应于用户对当前文档的操作,提取所述当前文档的文档内容中的关键词;
关联信息确定模块32,用于基于所述关键词在预设数据库中进行搜索,确定关键词对应的关联信息;

本公开实施例提供的文档处理装,文档处理装置主要执行如下操作:响应于用户对当前文档的操作,提取文档内容中的关键词;基于关键词在预设数据库中进行搜索,确定关键词对应的关联信息;显示提示信息,提示信息用于指示与关联信息相关的信息。本公开实施例通过在编辑在线文档过程中,自动搜索关键词对应的关联信息,并显示提示信息,以使用户对根据提示信息对关联信息进行相关操作。
在一个实施方式中,提示信息显示模块33,用于响应于当前编辑模式为第一模式,将所述关键词的显示模式由第一模式变更为第二模式;或者,响应于当前编辑模式为第三模式,将所述关键词的显示模式由第三模式变更为与所述第三模式相关联的第二模式。
在一个实施方式中,提示信息显示模块33,用于显示提示信息,包括:显示所述关联信息的预览按钮。
在一个实施方式中,所述装置还包括操作响应模块,所述操作响应模块,用于响应于对所述提示信息的操作,显示第一区域,所述第一区域包括关键词,关键词对应的关联信息,与所述关联信息相关的操作提示。
在一个实施方式中,所述操作响应模块,用于响应于用户对所述第一区域的第一操作,关闭第一区域。
在一个实施方式中,所述操作响应模块,用于响应于用户对所述第一区域的第二操作,建立所述关键词与所述关联信息之间的链接。
在一个实施方式中,所述操作响应模块,用于响应于用户对所述第一区域的第三操作,将所述关键词对应的关联信息作为编辑内容插入到当前文档中。
在一个实施方式中,所述操作响应模块,用于响应于用户对所述第一区域 的第四操作,复制所述关键词对应的关联信息。
在一个实施方式中,所述第一区域中的关键词的显示模式是第四模式,所述第一区域中关键词对应的关联信息的显示模式是第五模式。
在一个实施方式中,所述操作响应模块,用于若未搜索到所述关键词对应的关联信息,则响应用户的操作,创建并编辑关联文档;
关联信息确定模块,用于将所述关联文档确定为所述关键词对应的关联信息。
在一个实施方式中,显示模块,用于在所述提示信息中显示所述关联文档的信息,所述关联文档的信息包括以下至少之一:文档标题、文档内容或文档标识。
在一个实施方式中,关联关系确定模块,用于基于所述关键词确定所述当前文档与目标文档之间的关联关系,所述目标文档为包括所述关键词的文档。
在一个实施方式中,所述操作响应模块,用于响应于对所述关键词的操作,展示第二区域,所述第二区域中包括以网络图谱形式展示的当前文档与目标文档之间的关联关系。
在一个实施方式中,所述操作响应模块,用于响应于对所述关键词的操作,展示第三区域,所述第三区域中包括所述目标文档的列表。
本实施例所提供的文档处理装置可执行本发明任意实施例所提供的文档处理方法,具备执行数据处理方法相应的功能模块和有益效果。
下面参考图4,其示出了适于用来实现本公开实施例的电子设备(例如图4中的终端设备或服务端)400的结构示意图。本公开实施例中的终端设备可 以包括但不限于诸如移动电话、笔记本电脑、数字广播接收器、PDA(个人数字助理)、PAD(平板电脑)、PMP(便携式多媒体播放器)、车载终端(例如车载导航终端)等等的移动终端以及诸如数字TV、台式计算机等等的固定终端。图4示出的电子设备仅仅是一个示例,不应对本公开实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。
如图4所示,电子设备400可以包括处理装置(例如中央处理器、图形处理器等)401,其可以根据存储在只读存储器(ROM)402中的程序或者从存储装置408加载到随机访问存储器(RAM)403中的程序而执行各种适当的动作和处理。在RAM 403中,还存储有电子设备400操作所需的各种程序和数据。处理装置401、ROM 402以及RAM 403通过总线404彼此相连。输入/输出(I/O)接口405也连接至总线404。
通常,以下装置可以连接至I/O接口405:包括例如触摸屏、触摸板、键盘、鼠标、摄像头、麦克风、加速度计、陀螺仪等的输入装置406;包括例如液晶显示器(LCD)、扬声器、振动器等的输出装置407;包括例如磁带、硬盘等的存储装置408;以及通信装置409。通信装置409可以允许电子设备400与其他设备进行无线或有线通信以交换数据。虽然图4示出了具有各种装置的电子设备400,但是应理解的是,并不要求实施或具备所有示出的装置。可以替代地实施或具备更多或更少的装置。
特别地,根据本公开的实施例,上文参考流程图描述的过程可以被实现为计算机软件程序。例如,本公开的实施例包括一种计算机程序产品,其包括承载在非暂态计算机可读介质上的计算机程序,该计算机程序包含用于执行流程图所示的方法的程序代码。在这样的实施例中,该计算机程序可以通过通信装 置409从网络上被下载和安装,或者从存储装置408被安装,或者从ROM 402被安装。在该计算机程序被处理装置401执行时,执行本公开实施例的方法中限定的上述功能。
需要说明的是,本公开上述的计算机可读介质可以是计算机可读信号介质或者计算机可读存储介质或者是上述两者的任意组合。计算机可读存储介质例如可以是——但不限于——电、磁、光、电磁、红外线、或半导体的系统、装置或器件,或者任意以上的组合。计算机可读存储介质的更具体的例子可以包括但不限于:具有一个或多个导线的电连接、便携式计算机磁盘、硬盘、随机访问存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、可擦式可编程只读存储器(EPROM或闪存)、光纤、便携式紧凑磁盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、光存储器件、磁存储器件、或者上述的任意合适的组合。在本公开中,计算机可读存储介质可以是任何包含或存储程序的有形介质,该程序可以被指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与其结合使用。而在本公开中,计算机可读信号介质可以包括在基带中或者作为载波一部分传播的数据信号,其中承载了计算机可读的程序代码。这种传播的数据信号可以采用多种形式,包括但不限于电磁信号、光信号或上述的任意合适的组合。计算机可读信号介质还可以是计算机可读存储介质以外的任何计算机可读介质,该计算机可读信号介质可以发送、传播或者传输用于由指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与其结合使用的程序。计算机可读介质上包含的程序代码可以用任何适当的介质传输,包括但不限于:电线、光缆、RF(射频)等等,或者上述的任意合适的组合。
在一些实施方式中,客户端、服务端可以利用诸如HTTP(HyperText Transfer Protocol,超文本传输协议)之类的任何当前已知或未来研发的网络协 议进行通信,并且可以与任意形式或介质的数字数据通信(例如,通信网络)互连。通信网络的示例包括局域网(“LAN”),广域网(“WAN”),网际网(例如,互联网)以及端对端网络(例如,ad hoc端对端网络),以及任何当前已知或未来研发的网络。
上述计算机可读介质可以是上述电子设备中所包含的;也可以是单独存在,而未装配入该电子设备中。
上述计算机可读介质承载有一个或者多个程序,当上述一个或者多个程序被该电子设备执行时,使得该电子设备:
响应于用户对当前文档的操作,提取文档内容中的关键词;
基于所述关键词在预设数据库中进行搜索,确定关键词对应的关联信息;
显示提示信息,所述提示信息用于指示与所述关联信息相关的信息。
可以以一种或多种程序设计语言或其组合来编写用于执行本公开的操作的计算机程序代码,上述程序设计语言包括但不限于面向对象的程序设计语言—诸如Java、Smalltalk、C++,还包括常规的过程式程序设计语言—诸如“C”语言或类似的程序设计语言。程序代码可以完全地在用户计算机上执行、部分地在用户计算机上执行、作为一个独立的软件包执行、部分在用户计算机上部分在远程计算机上执行、或者完全在远程计算机或服务端上执行。在涉及远程计算机的情形中,远程计算机可以通过任意种类的网络——包括局域网(LAN)或广域网(WAN)—连接到用户计算机,或者,可以连接到外部计算机(例如利用因特网服务提供商来通过因特网连接)。

本文中以上描述的功能可以至少部分地由一个或多个硬件逻辑部件来执行。例如,非限制性地,可以使用的示范类型的硬件逻辑部件包括:现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、专用集成电路(ASIC)、专用标准产品(ASSP)、片上系统(SOC)、复杂可编程逻辑设备(CPLD)等等。

根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种文档处理方法、装置、设备和介质,包括:
响应于用户对当前文档的操作,提取所述当前文档的文档内容中的关键词;
基于所述关键词在预设数据库中进行搜索,确定关键词对应的关联信息;
显示提示信息,所述提示信息用于指示与所述关联信息相关的信息。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种文档处理方法、装置、设备和介质,包括:
响应于当前编辑模式为第一模式,将所述关键词的显示模式由第一模式变更为第二模式;或者,
响应于当前编辑模式为第三模式,将所述关键词的显示模式由第三模式变更为与所述第三模式相关联的第二模式。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种文档处理方法、装置、设备和介质,包括:
显示所述关联信息的预览按钮。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种文档处理方法、装置、设备和介质,包括:
显示提示信息之后,还包括:
响应于对所述提示信息的操作,显示第一区域,所述第一区域包括关键词,关键词对应的关联信息,与所述关联信息相关的操作提示。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种文档处理方法、装置、设备和介质,包括:
显示第一区域之后,还包括:
响应于用户对所述第一区域的第一操作,关闭第一区域。

显示第一区域之后,还包括:
响应于用户对所述第一区域的第二操作,建立所述关键词与所述关联信息之间的链接。

若未搜索到所述关键词对应的关联信息,则响应用户的操作,创建并编辑关联文档;
将所述关联文档确定为所述关键词对应的关联信息。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种文档处理方法、装置、设备和介质,所述显示提示信息包括:在所述提示信息中显示所述关联文档的信息,所述关联文档的信息包括以下至少之一:文档标题、文档内容或文档标识。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种文档处理方法、装置、设备和介质,还包括:
基于所述关键词确定所述当前文档与目标文档之间的关联关系,所述目标文档为包括所述关键词的文档。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种文档处理方法、装置、设备和介质,还包括:
响应于对所述关键词的操作,展示第二区域,所述第二区域中包括以网络图谱形式展示的当前文档与目标文档之间的关联关系。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种文档处理方法、装置、设备和介质,还包括:

Claims (15)

  1. 一种文档处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    响应于用户对当前文档的操作,提取所述当前文档的文档内容中的关键词;
    基于所述关键词在预设数据库中进行搜索,确定关键词对应的关联信息;
    显示提示信息,所述提示信息用于指示与所述关联信息相关的信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述显示提示信息,包括:
    响应于当前编辑模式为第一模式,将所述关键词的显示模式由第一模式变更为第二模式;或者,
    响应于当前编辑模式为第三模式,将所述关键词的显示模式由第三模式变更为与所述第三模式相关联的第二模式。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述显示提示信息之后,还包括:
    响应于对所述提示信息的操作,显示第一区域,所述第一区域包括所述关键词、所述关键词对应的关联信息、以及与所述关联信息相关的操作提示。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    响应于用户对所述第一区域的第二操作,建立所述关键词与所述关联信息之间的链接。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    响应于用户对所述第一区域的第三操作,将所述关键词对应的关联信息作为编辑内容插入到所述当前文档中。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    响应于用户对所述第一区域的第四操作,复制所述关键词对应的关联信息。
  7. 根据权利要求3-6中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一区域中的关键词的显示模式是第四模式,所述第一区域中关键词对应的关联信息的显示模式是第五模式。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    若未搜索到所述关键词对应的关联信息,则响应用户的操作,创建并编辑关联文档;
    将所述关联文档确定为所述关键词对应的关联信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述显示提示信息包括:
    显示所述关联文档的信息,所述关联文档的信息包括以下至少之一:文档标题、文档内容或文档标识。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    基于所述关键词确定所述当前文档与目标文档之间的关联关系,所述目标文档为包括所述关键词的文档。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于对所述关键词的操作,展示第二区域,所述第二区域中包括以网络图谱形式展示的所述当前文档与所述目标文档之间的关联关系。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于对所述关键词的操作,展示第三区域,所述第三区域中包括所述目标文档的列表。
  13. 一种文档处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    关键词提取模块,用于响应于用户对当前文档的操作,提取文档内容中的关键词;
    关联信息确定模块,用于基于所述关键词在预设数据库中进行搜索,确定关键词对应的关联信息;
    提示信息显示模块,用于显示提示信息,所述提示信息用于指示与所述关联信息相关的信息。
  14. 一种文档处理设备,其特征在于,包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    存储器,用于存储一个或多个程序;
    当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理器执行,使得所述一个或多个处理器实现如权利要求1-12任一项所述的文档处理方法。
  15. 一种介质,其特征在于,所述介质存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-12任一项所述的文档处理方法。
