为了使得连杆20与活塞30能够同步运动,如图4所示,各个第一耳部31上均相对应开设有第一通孔311,连杆20靠近活塞30的一端开设有与各个第一通孔311均同心设置的第二通孔21;该筋膜枪100还包括有用于固定连接活塞30与连杆20的第一固定件40,第一固定件40穿设固定在第一通孔311与第二通孔21内。可以理解的,连杆20的一端嵌入至第一凹口32内,此时,两个第一通孔311与第二通孔21之间呈同心设置,第一固定件 40经由任意一个第一通孔311穿入至第二通孔21内并由另一个第一通孔311穿出,第一固定件40的两端一一对应连接在各个第一耳部31上,如此设置,能够基于第一固定件40将连杆20嵌入固定在活塞30的第一凹口32内,从而使得连杆20与活塞30之间可同步运动。
需要说明的,连杆20与活塞30之间的嵌入式连接的实现方式并不唯一,还可以采用如下方式:
如图5、图6所示,连杆20靠近活塞30的一端通过机械加工形成有两个第二耳部22,各个第二耳部22之间相平行且间隔设置,两个第二耳部22之间形成了第二凹口23,活塞30靠近连杆20的一端形成由第三耳部33,第三耳部33能够嵌入至第二凹口23内并与各个第二耳部22相固定连接;具体的,连杆20与活塞30之间通过第二固定件50相固定连接,此时,各个第二耳部22相对应开设有第三通孔221,第三耳部33上开设有各个第三通孔221均同心设置的第四通孔331,第二固定件50穿设固定在两个第三通孔221与第四通孔331内,即:第二固定件50经由任意一个第三通孔221穿入至第四通孔331内并由另一个第三通孔221穿出,同时第二固定件50的两端一一对应固定在各个第二耳部22上。
可以理解的,第一固定件40与第二固定件50优选为螺钉。
在其中一实施例中,安装腔体内还设置有驱动机构、驱动支架60、电路板、调节开关与电池。连杆20与驱动机构相连接,驱动机构能够驱动连杆20进行往复直线运动;驱动支架60固定在本体10的内壁上,驱动机构固定放置在驱动支架60上;电路板与驱动机构连接,用于控制驱动机构的开关机、调节按摩频率等;调节开关与电路板连接,使用者可通过操控调节开关控制筋膜枪100的运行,电池用于对电路板、电机70等用电器件进行供电。
其中,该驱动机构包括有电机70与曲柄结构80,电机70与电路板连接,电机70上装设有驱动轴,驱动轴远离电机70的一端与曲柄结构80连接,曲柄结构80连接连杆20远离活塞30的一端,当电机70带动驱动轴旋转时,曲柄结构80能够将驱动轴的旋转运动转换为连杆20的往复直线运动。
在其中一实施例中,本体10包括有第一壳体11与第二壳体12,第一壳体11与第二壳体12相连接为一体式结构并相互围设形成了安装腔体。
为了便于固定驱动支架60,如图7所示,第一壳体11的内壁形成有第一安装槽111,驱动支架60部分卡扣在该第一安装槽111内;如图8所示,第二壳体12的内壁形成有与第一安装槽111相对应设置的第二安装槽121,驱动支架60部分卡扣在该第二安装槽121内。如此设置,通过第一安装槽111与第二安装槽121的协同配合来固定驱动支架60的设计,能够进一步地的减少安装腔体的空间占用,使得其本体10体积减小。
在其中一实施例中,为了便于定位装配第一壳体11与第二壳体12,第一壳体11的侧面边沿形成有卡槽112,卡槽112面向第二壳体12的侧面设置,同时第二壳体12的侧面边沿形成有与卡槽112相适配的卡条122,卡条122卡扣在卡槽112内。如此设置,基于卡条122与卡槽112之间的卡扣配合实现第一壳体11与第二壳体12之间的定位装配,能够减少本体10内部的空间占用,进一步减少本体10的体积。
需要说明的是,除了可以在第一壳体11上设置卡槽112、第二壳体12上设置卡条122之外,还可以采用其他手段实现第一壳体11与第二壳体12之间的定位装配,如:第一壳体11的侧面边沿设置有卡条122,第二壳体12的侧面边沿设有与卡条122相对应的卡槽112等。
在其中一实施例中,如图1所示,筋膜枪100还包括有枪头套90,第一 壳体11与第二壳体12的同向端部相围设形成了与枪头套90相适配的第一贯通口,第一贯通口靠近活塞30设置,部分枪头套90穿入至该第一贯通口内;如图9所示,枪头套90内形成有限位通孔94,活塞30设置在该限位通孔94内并能够相对于限位通孔94的轴向移动,同时在活塞30远离连杆20的一端设置有按摩头101,按摩头101与活塞30、连杆20可在电机70的驱动下同步进行往复直线运动,从而达到敲击按摩的目的。
为了进一步减少安装腔体的空间占用,如图7、图8所示,第一壳体11靠近按摩头101的内壁位置上形成有第一凹槽113,第二壳体12靠近按摩头101的内壁位置处形成有与一凹槽对应设置的第二凹槽123;同时,枪头套90的侧面形成有卡接凸部91,部分卡接凸部91卡接在第一凹槽113内,部分卡接凸部91卡接在第二凹槽123内。如此设置,基于卡接凸部91与第一凹槽113、第二凹槽123的卡接配合能够实现枪头套90与本体10之间的固定安装,便于装配。
在其中一实施例中,如图9所示,枪头套90的侧面开设有至少一个第一定位孔92与至少一个第二定位孔93;如图7所示,第一壳体11的内壁设有与第一定位孔92数量相同的第一定位销114,各个第一定位销114一一对应卡接在各个第一定位孔92内;如图8所示,第二壳体12的内壁设有与第二定位孔93数量相同的第二定位销124,各个第二定位销124一一对应卡接在各个第二定位孔93内。如此设置,能够基于第一定位销114与第一定位孔92、第二定位销124与第二定位孔93的卡接配合实现枪头套90的定位安装,安装牢固,便于装配,省时省力。
在其中一实施例中,第一壳体11与第二壳体12的另一同向端部相围设形成有第二贯通口,第二贯通口靠近连杆20设置,第二贯通口处安装有电路 板、调节开关等零部件。如图1所示,筋膜枪100还包括有底座102,底座102部分穿入至第二贯通口内,第一壳体11的内壁设置有第三凹槽115,第二壳体12的内壁设置有与第三凹槽115相适配的第四凹槽125,第三凹槽115与第四凹槽125相围设形成了用于容纳部分底座102的环形凹槽,底座102的侧面与该环形凹槽的槽壁相接。如此设置,底座102的部分结构可位于安装腔体内,有效减少了其所需的外部空间,缩小了筋膜枪100的体积。
可以理解的,上述实施例中筋膜枪100的工作过程可描述为:使用者手动操控调节开关,调节开关发送信号至电路板,电路板根据调节开关所发送的信号来驱动电机70的运行,电机70通过曲柄结构80来带动连杆20进行往复直线运动,活塞30、按摩头101与连杆20进行同步运动,进而按摩头101进行往复直线运动以对人体进行敲击按摩。
上述实施方式仅为本实用新型的优选实施方式,不能以此来限定本实用新型保护的范围,本领域的技术人员在本实用新型的基础上所做的任何非实质性的变化及替换均属于本实用新型所要求保护的范围。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种筋膜枪,包括:本体(10),所述本体(10)内部形成有安装腔体;其特征在于,所述安装腔体内设置有:
    连杆(20);
    与活塞(30),所述连杆(20)靠近所述活塞(30)的一端与所述活塞(30)相互嵌入式连接,所述活塞(30)与所述连杆(20)同步运动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的筋膜枪,其特征在于,所述活塞(30)靠近所述连杆(20)的一端形成有两个第一耳部(31),各个所述第一耳部(31)相间隔形成第一凹口(32),所述连杆(20)靠近所述活塞(30)的一端嵌入至所述第一凹口(32)内并与各个所述第一耳部(31)固定连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的筋膜枪,其特征在于,所述筋膜枪(100)包括第一固定件(40),各个所述第一耳部(31)相对应开设有第一通孔(311),所述连杆(20)靠近所述活塞(30)的一端开设有与所述第一通孔(311)同心设置的第二通孔(21),所述第一固定件(40)穿设固定于所述第一通孔(311)与所述第二通孔(21)内。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的筋膜枪,其特征在于,所述连杆(20)靠近所述活塞(30)的一端形成有两个第二耳部(22),各个所述第二耳部(22)相间隔形成第二凹口(23),所述活塞(30)靠近所述连杆(20)的一端形成有第三耳部(33),所述第三耳部(33)嵌入至所述第二凹口(23)内并与各个所述第二耳部(22)固定连接。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的筋膜枪,其特征在于,所述筋膜枪(100)包括第二固定件(50),各个所述第二耳部(22)相对应开设有第三通孔(221),所述第三耳部(33)开设有与所述第三通孔(221)同心设置的第四通孔(331),所述第二固定件(50)穿设固定于所述第三通孔(221)与所述第四通孔(331) 内。
  6. 如权利要求1-5任一项所述的筋膜枪,其特征在于,所述本体(10)包括:第一壳体(11)与第二壳体(12),所述第一壳体(11)连接于所述第二壳体(12)并相互围设形成所述安装腔体。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的筋膜枪,其特征在于,所述安装腔体内设置有驱动支架(60)与驱动机构,所述驱动机构装设于所述驱动支架(60);所述第一壳体(11)的内壁形成有第一安装槽(111),所述驱动支架(60)部分卡扣于所述第一安装槽(111)内;所述第二壳体(12)的内壁形成有与所述第一安装槽(111)对应设置的第二安装槽(121),所述驱动支架(60)部分卡扣于所述第二安装槽(121)内。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的筋膜枪,其特征在于,所述驱动机构包括:
    电机(70),所述电机(70)装设有驱动轴;
    与曲柄结构(80),所述驱动轴远离所述电机(70)的一端连接于所述曲柄结构(80),所述曲柄结构(80)连接于所述连杆(20)。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的筋膜枪,其特征在于,所述第一壳体(11)的侧面边沿形成有卡槽(112),所述卡槽(112)面向所述第二壳体(12)的侧面设置,且所述第二壳体(12)的侧面边沿形成有与所述卡槽(112)相适配的卡条(122),所述卡条(122)卡扣于所述卡槽(112)内。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的筋膜枪,其特征在于,所述筋膜枪(100)包括有:枪头套(90),所述第一壳体(11)与所述第二壳体(12)的同向端部相围设形成第一贯通口,且所述第一贯通口靠近所述活塞(30)设置,部分所述枪头套(90)穿入至所述第一贯通口内;
    其中,所述第一壳体(11)的内壁形成有第一凹槽(113),所述第二壳 体(12)的内壁形成有与所述第一凹槽(113)对应设置的第二凹槽(123),所述枪头套(90)的侧面形成有卡接凸部(91),部分所述卡接凸部(91)卡接于所述第一凹槽(113)内,且部分所述卡接凸部(91)卡接于所述第二凹槽(123)内。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的筋膜枪,其特征在于,所述枪头套(90)的侧面开设有至少一个第一定位孔(92),所述第一壳体(11)的内壁设有多个第一定位销(114),各个所述第一定位销(114)一一对应卡接于各个所述第一定位孔(92)内;
    及/或,所述枪头套(90)的侧面开设有至少一个第二定位孔(93),所述第二壳体(12)的内壁设有多个第二定位销(124),各个所述第二定位销(124)一一对应卡接于各个所述第二定位孔(93)内。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的筋膜枪,其特征在于,所述枪头套(90)开设有与所述安装腔体相通的限位通孔(94),所述活塞(30)装设于所述限位通孔(94)内并能够沿所述限位通孔(94)的轴向移动,所述活塞(30)远离所述连杆(20)的一端设置有按摩头(101)。
  13. 如权利要求6所述的筋膜枪,其特征在于,所述第一壳体(11)与所述第二壳体(12)的同向端部相围设形成第二贯通口,且所述第二贯通口靠近所述连杆(20)设置;所述筋膜枪(100)还包括底座(102),所述底座(102)部分穿入至所述第二贯通口内,所述第一壳体(11)的内壁设置有第三凹槽(115),所述第二壳体(12)的内壁设置有与所述第三凹槽(115)相适配的第四凹槽(125),所述第三凹槽(115)与所述第四凹槽(125)相拼接形成环形凹槽,所述底座(102)的侧面与所述环形凹槽的槽壁相接。
