发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种除臭暖脚机,以解决脚臭人员使用暖脚机时,热风会加剧臭味扩散,影响使用者和周围人员体验的技术问题,以及热风机引起空气干燥的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案如下:

具体实施方式
一种除臭暖脚机,包括由耐热材料制成的壳体,发热组件,风机,壳体内横向设置多个导风槽,导风槽数量为2个或以上,将电解水模块和超声雾化模块,以及发热组件,分别设置在不同的导风槽内。
优选地,壳体材料为酚醛树脂,各导风槽中位置靠下的,在其气流经过的区域设置电解水模块和超声雾化模块设置;各导风槽中位置靠上的,在其气流经过的区域设置加热组件。
发热组件用于通过将电能转化为热能来加热空气,可以使用各种粗细,形状,弯曲状态,数量的电阻丝,或电阻丝加散热片以提高加热效果。优选1~5根螺旋状环状排列的电阻丝,并通过调节通电电阻丝的数量来调节加热功率。

电解水的制备原理如下:在阳极,电解槽中的自来水,产生氧和氢离子,而氯离子失去电子被氧化,生成与水反应的氯气,形成HClO作为最终产物。另一方面,氢离子在阴极不断获得电子被还原为氢原子,阴极附近的氢氧根大量增加。电解后,原溶液的pH值、氧化还原电位(oxidation reduction potential,ORP)、有效氯浓度(available chlorine concentration,ACC)以及活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)等指标发生变化,使之产生除臭效果。
电解水的除臭机制如下:电解水是一种新型的、高效广谱、安全无污染的非热杀菌技术,已受到美国食品药品监督管理局(FDA)的认可,允许其作为食品添加剂中的杀菌剂。
有效氯和活性氧成分能不仅能与胺类等有臭味的分子产生反应,氧化降解有臭味的分子,也够破坏细菌细胞膜结构,导致胞内物质大量溢出,脱氧核糖核酸变性,也可以通过抑制部分氧化酶的作用造成细胞ROS积累,破坏胞内核酸、蛋白质及脂质等物质,促进细胞死亡。高ORP值的电解水能打破细胞氧化还原状态,损伤细菌的内外膜,导致细胞质成分泄漏和细胞死亡。而这些细菌也会产生有臭味的物质。
与其他的传统杀菌方式相比,电解水具有杀菌广谱高效、安全无毒、成本低廉、稳定性较好等特点。电解水中有效氯的主要存在形式为强氧化性的次氯酸(HClO),具有较强的杀灭细菌、真菌、孢子和病毒的能力,杀菌的效果是等浓度次氯酸根离子(ClO-)的80~150倍。不同于传统化学消毒剂、杀菌剂,电解水具有无污染不残留的特性,是一种绿色环保、安全无 害的消毒剂。
电解水模块产生的电解水,通过超声发生模块雾化,并被风机吹离壳体,能接触到空气和鞋上的微生物,起到杀菌除臭和增加湿度的作用。
