技术领域
本申请涉及音频设备技术领域,更具体地说是一种便携式音频模块和音频眼镜。
背景技术
现有的音频眼镜的扬声器、电池、电路板等部件是固定设置在镜腿上,形成一体式结构,拆卸下来比较困难,并且使得镜腿比较肥大,佩戴不方便。还有,一旦电池能量耗尽,就要将整个眼镜拿去充电,使用非常不方便。

一种便携式音频模块,包括壳体,设于壳体内侧的电路板及扬声器,及设于壳体上的夹持结构;所述壳体设有出音口,且出音口与扬声器的出音端连通。
其进一步技术方案为:所述夹持结构包括与壳体活动连接的第一夹持块;所述第一夹持块与壳体之间设有第一弹性件,以使第一夹持块在夹持方向上具有弹力。
其进一步技术方案为:所述夹持结构还包括与壳体滑动连接的第二夹持块;所述第二夹持块近于第一夹持块设置,并且与第一夹持块形成夹持空间;所述第一夹持块的夹持方向与第二夹持块滑动反向形成设定角度;所述第二夹持块设有第一磁铁块,并且所述壳体近于第二夹持块滑动的一端设有第二磁铁块,以使第一磁铁块与第二磁铁块的磁力形成第二夹持块的夹持力。

本实施提供了一种便携式音频模块1,请参阅图1至4,包括壳体10,设于壳体10内侧的电路板11及扬声器12,及设于壳体10上的夹持结构13。壳体10设有出音口101,且出音口101与扬声器12的出音端连通。夹持结构13能够用于与其他物件(比如镜腿)进行可拆卸式连接,以使得音频模块能够单独拆卸下来进行其他的操作,比如充电、维修等。
夹持结构13包括与壳体10活动连接的第一夹持块131。第一夹持块131与壳体10之间设有第一弹性件132,以使第一夹持块131在夹持方向上具有弹力。第一弹性件132一端止抵于壳体另一端止抵于第一夹持块131,以使第一夹持块131与壳体10之间形成具有弹性的夹持空间,以方便与镜腿等物件的夹持。
具体的,第一夹持块131设有若干个与壳体10活动连接的导柱133。导柱133上套设所述第一弹性件132,以使第一夹持块131与壳体10之间形成有弹力。壳体10上设置有通孔,以使导柱133在通孔上滑动连接;并且第一弹性件132设置在导柱133位于壳体10内部的一部分,从而使得第一弹性件132一端止抵于导柱133端部的凸起且一端止抵于壳体10的内壁上,最终使得导柱133在通孔的滑动方向上具有弹性。具体的过程为,往里拉伸第一夹持块131压缩弹簧,夹持在镜腿后,第一弹性件132的弹性作用下夹紧。
另外,夹持结构13还包括与壳体10滑动连接的第二夹持块134。第二夹持块134近于第一夹持块131设置,并且与第一夹持块131形成夹持空间。第一夹持块131的夹持方向与第二夹持块134滑动反向形成设定角度,其中,设定角度根据被夹持物件的形状觉得,但是一般的,第一夹持块131的夹持方向与第二夹持块134滑动反向为相互垂直,即设定角度为90°。
具体的,第二夹持块134与壳体10之间通过滑块、滑轨形成滑动连接。其中,滑块设置在第二夹持块134上,滑轨设置在壳体10上,第二夹持块134的滑动方向与第一夹持块131夹持方向相互垂直。更具体的,第二夹持块134与壳体10外壁凸起块104、外壁的一部分105形成第二夹持块134的夹持区域,该区域为第二夹持块134的滑动方向上的夹持区域。
为了第二夹持块134能够具有一定的弹力,使得第二夹持块134能够更好的夹紧,第二夹持块134上设置有第一磁铁块135,并且壳体10在第二夹持块134滑动的一端设有第二磁铁块136,还有第一磁铁块135与第二磁铁块136相互朝向的一端为相互排斥端。第二夹持块134通过第一磁铁块135与第二磁铁块136的相互排斥的磁力来获得夹持力,此情况下,第二磁铁块136位于第二夹持块134的夹持区域外侧。同样,为了第二夹持块134获得夹持力,那么第二磁铁块136位于第二夹持块134的夹持区域内侧,以使第一磁铁块135与第二磁铁块136之间的相互吸引力形成第二夹持块134的夹持力。第一磁铁块135与第二磁铁块136的设置不仅为第二夹持块134获得夹持力,在整个结构的设计能够更加小。
在本实施例中,第一夹持块131与第二夹持块134均设置在壳体10上侧。第一夹持块131的夹持方向为音频模块的高度方向,壳体10的定部与第一夹持块131形成第一夹持块131的夹持区域。第二夹持块134的夹持方向为音频模块的厚度方向。第一夹持块131与第二夹持块134从两个方向对被夹持物(如镜腿)进行夹持,保证了音频模块固定的牢固性。
其中,还包括设于壳体10内的电池14,给整个模块供电。电池14与电路板11电性连接。壳体10内设有用于容纳电池14的腔体。
为了使得整个模块具有声音导向性,壳体10内侧位于扬声器12的前端与后端分别形成有前音腔15及后音腔16。前音腔15与后音腔16通过扬声器12相互隔断,并且出音口101与前音腔15连通,后音腔16与设有的后出音孔17连通。出音口101和后出音孔17的音相相互相反,使得出音口101的声音具有定向功能,避免出音口101的声音外泄。后出音孔17设置在壳体10外侧壁上,出音口101设置在壳体10的前端部。壳体10的前端部为倾斜设置,能增大出音面积。
电路板11设有控制按键18。控制按键18设置在壳体10外侧。该控制按键18可以多功能按键,方便控制音频模块。此外,还有状态指示灯19,不仅用来指示音频模块的使用状态,也可以用来作为晚间警示灯的作用。
具体的,为了方便生产制造和安装维护,壳体10包括第一安装壳102与第二安装壳103。第一安装壳102设有凹腔,以使安装电路板11、扬声器12及夹持结构13。第一安装壳102的凹腔与第二安装壳103形成了安装腔体。
电路板11设有传感器111。传感器111位于壳体10近于人体的一侧。传感器111为心率传感器、体温传感器、血氧传感器、重力传感器等,可以用来检测人体的状态。重力传感器匹配相关的软件控制,可以实现诸如矫正坐姿、提醒久坐人群、探测司机疲劳驾驶、记录步数等。
电路板11设有蓝牙模块,方便将传感器检测的数据传送至移动设备上。蓝牙模块还可以用来传输音频信号。电路板11还可以设置有5G模块,方便与5G网络连接。
在其他实施例中,第一磁铁块135与第二磁铁块136可以替换为高密度缓冲材料制品。
在其他实施例中,夹持结构13包括与壳体10活动连接的第二夹持块134。第二夹持块134近于第一夹持块131设置,并且与第一夹持块131形成夹持空间。第二夹持块134与壳体10之间设有第二弹性件,以使第二夹持块134在夹持方向上具有弹力。第一夹持块131的夹持方向与第二夹持块134的夹持方向形成设定角度,该设定角度一般为90°,为了夹持更加牢固,也可以参考被夹持的物件的轮廓设置。
第二夹持块134设有若干个与壳体10活动连接的滑柱。滑柱上套设所述第二弹性件,以使第二夹持块134与壳体10之间形成有弹力。在此情况下,第二弹性件一端止抵于第二夹持块134,另一端止抵于壳体10,具体的结构可以参考第一夹持块131、第一弹性件132的设置方式。滑柱的运动方向与导柱133的运动方向相互垂直。
一种音频眼镜,请参阅图1、5至8,包括上述的便携式音频模块1及眼镜2。便携式音频模块1的夹持结构13可拆卸式连接于眼镜2的镜腿。便携式音频模块1夹持在镜腿靠近耳朵的位置,使得便携式音频模块1的出音口101的声音能够传播至耳孔。便携式音频模块1的固定位置可以随意调节,根据不同的眼镜和不同头型进行调节。本申请不需要在眼镜腿上设置腔体用于安装电路板、电池、扬声器等,避免了眼镜腿的肥大,可以用在任何的眼镜上,适用范围增大,并且佩戴方便。在便携式音频模块1充电时,只需将便携式音频模块1拆卸下来充电即可,不需要将整个眼镜拿去充电,使用方便。
需要对便携式音频模块1进行控制时,可以手动从控制按键18进行控制,方便灵活。
与现有技术相比,本申请在壳体10上设置夹持结构13,并且在壳体10内设置的电路板11及扬声器12,形成独立的便携式音频模块1,使得拆装方便。本便携式音频模块1使用在眼镜上,避免了镜腿设计肥大的弊端,拆卸方便,携带便捷,充电不影响眼镜的使用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种便携式音频模块,其特征在于,包括壳体,设于壳体内侧的电路板及扬声器,及设于壳体上的夹持结构;所述壳体设有出音口,且出音口与扬声器的出音端连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式音频模块,其特征在于,所述夹持结构包括与壳体活动连接的第一夹持块;所述第一夹持块与壳体之间设有第一弹性件,以使第一夹持块在夹持方向上具有弹力。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种便携式音频模块,其特征在于,所述夹持结构还包括与壳体滑动连接的第二夹持块;所述第二夹持块近于第一夹持块设置,并且与第一夹持块形成夹持空间;所述第一夹持块的夹持方向与第二夹持块滑动反向形成设定角度;所述第二夹持块设有第一磁铁块,并且所述壳体近于第二夹持块滑动的一端设有第二磁铁块,以使第一磁铁块与第二磁铁块的磁力形成第二夹持块的夹持力。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种便携式音频模块,其特征在于,所述夹持结构包括与壳体活动连接的第二夹持块;所述第二夹持块近于第一夹持块设置,并且与第一夹持块形成夹持空间;所述第二夹持块与壳体之间设有第二弹性件,以使第二夹持块在夹持方向上具有弹力;所述第一夹持块的夹持方向与第二夹持块的夹持方向形成设定角度。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种便携式音频模块,其特征在于,所述第一夹持块设有若干个与壳体活动连接的导柱;所述导柱上套设所述第一弹性件,以使第一夹持块与壳体之间形成有弹力。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式音频模块,其特征在于,还包括设于壳体内的电池;所述电池与电路板电性连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式音频模块,其特征在于,所述壳体内侧位于扬声器的前端与后端分别形成有前音腔及后音腔;所述前音腔与后音腔通过扬声器相互隔断,并且出音口与前音腔连通,后音腔与设有的后出音孔连通。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式音频模块,其特征在于,所述壳体包括第一安装壳与第二安装壳;所述第一安装壳设有凹腔,以使安装电路板、扬声器及夹持结构。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式音频模块,其特征在于,所述电路板设有传感器;所述传感器位于壳体近于人体的一侧;所述传感器为心率传感器、体温传感器、血氧传感器、重力传感器。
  10. 一种音频眼镜,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至9任一项所述的便携式音频模块,及眼镜;所述便携式音频模块的夹持结构可拆卸式连接于眼镜的镜腿。
