ESTADO DE LA TÉCNICA STATE OF THE ART
Toothbrushes with a rigid handle and a head with bristles oriented in one main direction are known in the state of the art. This brush is extremely common, and allows proper cleaning of teeth. However, this model has made extremely little progress in recent decades, so it does not adequately exploit its full potential.
For example, it is known that this brush is not well designed for situations that differ from the norm, such as the presence of prostheses, corrective devices... so many users need several toothbrushes to comply with adequate hygiene. BREVE EXPLICACIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN BRIEF EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION
The invention consists of a toothbrush that offers appreciable advantages over the state of the art. Its most basic embodiment is defined in the first claim.
This toothbrush is of the type formed by a handle, with a rigid handle and a neck that can be flexible. At one end there is a head from which bristles emerge from at least two opposite sides, preferably around the entire perimeter (360 e ), and, optionally, at the free end of the head. In the same way, it is possible that bristles emerge from the end of the head closest to the neck, either in combination with those of the free end or independently.
In a preferred embodiment, the head is removable, either independently or together with the neck.
When the bristles appear around the entire perimeter, the bristles can define a cylindrical envelope, polygonal prismatic, elliptical prismatic... By envelope we mean the curve that circumscribes the free ends of the perimeter bristles. That is, ignoring the possible bristles at the free end of the head or oriented towards the neck, which can be polyhedral or hemispherical or other similar shapes.
For their part, the bristles can be of different types, independent or combined: synthetic, rubber, organic and/or biodegradable.
In one embodiment, the brush comprises bristles of different length, generally of two or more different materials, defining two shells with the same or different shape.
All these embodiments can be combined with each other, thus obtaining an extremely versatile toothbrush.

We proceed to describe an example of the invention from the previous figures. This example is indicative, being the claims who unequivocally define the characteristics of the invention.
The toothbrush in figure 1 comprises a handle (1), which is generally anatomical and which may have a motor to rotate the head (2). The handle (1) shown has a first rigid part forming a handle (1a) and a neck (1b). which can be somewhat flexible. The handle (1) is finished in the head (2) that has a series of bristles (3) around its entire perimeter. The head (2) can be detachable from the handle (1), with or without the neck (1 b), for replacement due to wear or when other types of functionalities are needed.
The head (2) can have different sections (circular (figure 1), polygonal (hexagonal, pentagonal...), elliptical, flat platen (figure 2)...) with the bristles (3) of the appropriate length in each point so that the envelope of the assembly takes the desired shape, which may not correspond to the shape of the head section (2). In the figures only the enclosures have been represented, for simplicity.
Figure 3 shows various embodiments, in which the head (2) has, or does not have, bristles (3) at its free end (4). In the same way, it can have rear bristles (5) oriented towards the neck (1b).
The bristles (3) can be of different types, varying in stiffness and hardness (ability to scratch and remove tartar). Thus, the bristles (3) can be synthetic, rubber, organic, biodegradable or of any known type. Each type of bristles (3) can have a different length, so that they generate two or more envelopes.
For example, in figure 3 six examples of embodiment can be seen, which can be created with bristles (3) of one or more types, and of one or more lengths and wrapper shapes. It can be seen how the envelope can have a prismatic shape (figure 3A), cylindrical (with a circular or elliptical base...), spherical... and with bristles at the back (5) or at the free end (4) of the head (2) .
It is not considered necessary to represent each and every one of the options, since there is an excessive number and they are all obvious to those skilled in the art from this description.
