本实用新型的工作原理:通过灯板101工作时产生的热量首先传递至铜基板2上,并通过散热片3对铜基板2上的热量进行收集,然后散热片3将收集的热量散热至气罩4内腔中,通过抽气扇401接通电源后,将气罩4中的热空气通过导气管402输送到鳍片管504中,而且导气管402外壁包覆有气凝胶毡层404,可减小导气管402与外界的热传递,通过在储液盒5内侧注入适量的液态驱虫剂,而且鳍片管504浸没在液态驱虫剂中,通过热气流进入到鳍片管504中,在热传递的作用下可有效的对液态驱虫剂进行加热,从而可加快液态驱虫剂的挥发,使挥发液态驱虫剂分子从通孔506处溢出,通过利用灯板101工作时产生的热量对液态驱虫剂进行加热,减小了用电量,进而降低了能耗,通过卡块502与L型块6之间相衔接,同时使连通管509延伸至导气管402内侧,并通过螺钉601穿过卡块502,同时使螺钉601的末端与L型块6内壁上开设的螺纹孔602转动连接,可对储液盒5进行快速的安装,结构简单,操作方便,铜基板2上表面涂覆有导热硅脂201,且导热硅脂201与散热片3下表面相贴合,通过设置导热硅脂201,有利于铜基板2将热量快速的传递给散热片3,气罩4底口端部固定连接有支架403,对气罩4起到稳定支撑的作用,卡块502一侧开设有液位窗503,通过设置液位窗503方便观察储液盒5内部液 态驱虫剂的加入量,排气管505延伸至储液盒5外侧,排气管505与储液盒5内壁衔接处安装有第一密封件507,通过设置第一密封件507可提高排气管505与储液盒5衔接处的密封效果,防止液态驱虫剂渗漏,连通管509延伸至储液盒5外侧,连通管509与导气管402末端相衔接,可将收集的热空气输送至鳍片管504中,从而对液态驱虫剂进行加热,连通管509与储液盒5内壁衔接处安装有第二密封件508,通过设置第二密封件508可提高连通管509与储液盒5衔接处的密封效果,防止液态驱虫剂渗漏,连通管509端部粘接有密封胶圈510,且密封胶圈510与导气管402内壁紧密贴合,通过设置密封胶圈510可有效的填充导气管402与连通管509衔接处的空隙,有利于气体的流通,卡块502与L型块6内侧构成嵌入式结构,有利于储液盒5的安装,螺钉601贯穿卡块502,螺钉601末端与螺纹孔602转动相连,方便对储液盒5固定。

  1. 一种环保型节能灯,包括灯体(1)和灯板(101),所述灯体(1)内腔安装有灯板(101),其特征在于:所述灯板(101)上表面安装有铜基板(2),所述铜基板(2)上方安装有散热片(3),所述散热片(3)上方固定连接有气罩(4),所述气罩(4)顶部安装有抽气扇(401),所述气罩(4)顶部外壁导通连接有导气管(402),所述导气管(402)外壁包覆有气凝胶毡层(404),所述灯体(1)一端安装有储液盒(5),所述储液盒(5)顶部可拆卸连接有盒盖(501),所述储液盒(5)两侧外壁均固定连接有卡块(502),所述储液盒(5)内部安装有鳍片管(504),所述鳍片管(504)末端导通连接有排气管(505),所述盒盖(501)表面开设有通孔(506),所述鳍片管(504)端头处固定连接有连通管(509),所述灯体(1)外壁对称固定连接有L型块(6),所述L型块(6)一侧插接有螺钉(601),所述L型块(6)内壁开设有螺纹孔(602)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型节能灯,其特征在于:所述铜基板(2)上表面涂覆有导热硅脂(201),且导热硅脂(201)与散热片(3)下表面相贴合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型节能灯,其特征在于:所述气罩(4)底口端部固定连接有支架(403)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型节能灯,其特征在于:所述卡块(502)一侧开设有液位窗(503)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型节能灯,其特征在于:所述排气管(505)延伸至储液盒(5)外侧,所述排气管(505)与储液盒(5)内壁衔接处安装有第一密封件(507)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型节能灯,其特征在于:所述连通管(509)延伸至储液盒(5)外侧,所述连通管(509)与导气管(402)末端相衔接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型节能灯,其特征在于:所述连通管(509)与储液盒(5)内壁衔接处安装有第二密封件(508)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型节能灯,其特征在于:所述连通管(509)端部粘接有密封胶圈(510),且密封胶圈(510)与导气管(402)内壁紧密贴合。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型节能灯,其特征在于:所述卡块(502)与L型块(6)内侧构成嵌入式结构。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型节能灯,其特征在于:所述螺钉(601)贯穿卡块(502),所述螺钉(601)末端与螺纹孔(602)转动相连。
