本申请实施例提供的顶出装置的有益效果在于:
本申请实施例提供的顶出装置,可利用外部磁铁与其驱动磁铁产生互斥力,而带动联动部朝远离待拆结构的方向转动,并同时带动顶推部朝靠近待拆结构的方向转动,从而实现将原本盖合于箱体的待拆结构顶出。因而,该顶出装置可轻松、便利地实现待拆结构的拆卸,操作简便,拆卸效率高,可便于维护、维修作业的展开,且其仅需借助外部磁铁而无需定制额外的系统,从而成本较低,整体使用性能较佳。
本申请实施例提供的LED显示屏的有益效果在于:
本申请实施例提供的LED显示屏,可通过顶出装置便利、可靠地将显示模组从箱体上顶出,操作简便,拆卸效率高,可便于显示模组的维护、维修作业的展开,且其仅需借助外部磁铁而无需定制额外的系统,从而成本较低,且该顶出装置基本不会损坏显示模组,尤其不会损坏显示模组的灯板,从而整体使用性能较佳。

在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“长度”、“宽度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。

请参阅图1、图2、图3,本申请的一些实施例提供一种顶出装置100,设于箱体200以及盖合箱体200的待拆结构300之间,且用于顶出待拆结构300,顶出装置100包括顶出件110和驱动磁铁120,其中,顶出件110能够绕转动轴线转动,顶出件110包括分设于转动轴线相对两侧的顶推部111和联动部112,顶推部111用于顶推待拆结构300;驱动磁铁120设于联动部112靠近待拆结构300的一侧,在外部磁铁靠近驱动磁铁120时,驱动磁铁120能够在斥力作用下带动联动部112朝远离待拆结构300的方向转动,而使顶推部111朝靠近待拆结构300的方向转动。
具体地,基于本实施例的结构,在无需拆卸待拆结构300时,顶出装置100可容纳于箱体200和盖合箱体200的待拆结构300之间,且相对于箱体200固定;而在需要将待拆结构300从箱体200上拆卸下来时,操作人员可握持外部磁铁并从待拆结构300的外侧靠近驱动磁铁120,随后,外部磁铁和驱动磁铁120之间的互斥力,可使得驱动磁铁120朝远离待拆结构300的方向移动,而实现带动联动部112绕转动轴线朝远离待拆结构300的方向转动;又由于顶推部111相对于联动部112设于转动轴线的另一侧且与联动部112同步转动,从而可通过联动部112的转动带动顶推部111同步绕转动轴线朝靠近待拆结构300的方向转动,实现将原本盖合于箱体200的待拆结构300顶出。
因而,本申请实施例提供的顶出装置100,可利用外部磁铁与其驱动磁铁120产生互斥力,而带动联动部112朝远离待拆结构300的方向转动,并同时带动顶推部111朝靠近待拆结构300的方向转动,从而实现将原本盖合于箱体200的待拆结构300顶出。因而,该顶出装置100可轻松、便利地实现待拆结构300的拆卸,操作简便,拆卸效率高,可便于维护、维修作业的展开,且其仅需借助外部磁铁而无需定制额外的系统,从而成本较低,整体使用性能较佳。
请参阅图1、图2、图3,在本实施例中,顶推部111和联动部112均为杆状结构,且顶推部111和联动部112之间形成夹角。
通过采用上述方案,可便于对顶推部111和联动部112的长度、截面形状、截面尺寸、夹角的角度等参数进行设计,设计难度相对较低,且加工便利性相对较高,从而利于保障顶推部111和联动部112的结构强度和使用性能,尤其利于对顶推部111顶出待拆结构300的功能进行保障。
请参阅图1、图2、图3,在本实施例中,顶推部111和联动部112之间所形成的夹角为钝角。
通过采用上述方案,在顶推部111的初始位置相同的情况下,可于联动部112靠近待拆结构300的一侧留置相对充足的空间,以便于容纳相对较厚的驱动磁铁120,从而可保障并提高驱动磁铁120的使用性能。
请参阅图1、图2、图3,在本实施例中,顶出装置100还包括顶出基座130、磁铁基座140和弹性件150,其中,顶出基座130于其靠近待拆结构300的一侧开设有第一滑动孔131,且于其靠近顶出件110的一侧开设有与第一滑动孔131连通的第一穿接槽132;磁铁基座140于其靠近待拆结构300的一侧开设有用于容纳驱动磁铁120的容纳槽141,磁铁基座140滑动连接于第一滑动孔131;弹性件150弹性抵持于磁铁基座140远离待拆结构300的一侧和顶出基座130之间;其中,联动部112穿设于第一穿接槽132,且与磁铁基座140远离待拆结构300的一侧抵接。
具体地,基于本实施例的结构,在无需拆卸待拆结构300时,顶出装置100整体能够稳定地容纳于箱体200和盖合箱体200的待拆结构300之间,且顶出基座130相对于箱体200固定,同时,弹性件150弹性抵持着磁铁基座140,并使磁铁基座140和容纳于容纳槽141的驱动磁铁120稳定于靠近待拆结构300的位置,以便于后续外部磁铁轻松实现与驱动磁铁120互斥;而联动部112则维持着抵接磁铁基座140远离待拆结构300的一侧的状态,且顶推部111维持着与待拆结构300间隔的状态。
而在需要将待拆结构300从箱体200上拆卸下来时,操作人员可握持外部磁铁并从待拆结构300的外侧靠近待拆结构300附近的驱动磁铁120,随后,外部磁铁能够轻松、可靠地与驱动磁铁120相互产生互斥力,在斥力作用下,驱动磁铁120可带动磁铁基座140于第一滑动孔131内朝远离待拆结构300的方向滑动,从而可带动与磁铁基座140抵接的联动部112朝远离待拆结构300的方向转动,从而实现带动顶推部111同步朝靠近待拆结构300的方向转动,实现将原本盖合于箱体200的待拆结构300顶出。
其中,第一滑动孔131的延伸方向限制了驱动磁铁120和磁铁基座140的移动方向,且第一滑动孔131的延伸长度限制了驱动磁铁120和磁铁基座140的移动范围,从而可保障驱动磁铁120的使用性能,保障驱动磁铁120能够可靠发挥其效用。
其中,联动部112保持穿设于第一穿接槽132,即仅能够于第一穿接槽132的范围内转动,如此,可限制联动部112脱离驱动磁铁120,从而可保障联动部112与驱动磁铁120之间的联动性。
其中,在外部磁铁远离驱动磁铁120且互斥力削弱、消失时,驱动磁铁120和磁铁基座140可在弹性件150的弹力下自动复位,以便于操作人员在维护、维修待拆结构300后将待拆结构300重新盖合于箱体200。
可选地,弹性件150弹性抵持于磁铁基座140远离待拆结构300的一侧和第一滑动孔131的孔底之间。
因而,通过采用上述方案,可提高顶出装置100的使用性能,保障顶出装置100的使用可靠性。
请参阅图1、图2、图3,在本实施例中,顶出装置100还包括止挡盖160,止挡盖160设于第一滑动孔131的孔口侧,且用于限制磁铁基座140脱离第一滑动孔131。
通过采用上述方案,可通过止挡盖160限制磁铁基座140从第一滑动孔131的孔口脱出,从而可保障磁铁基座140与第一滑动孔131的滑接可靠性;此外,还可通过止挡盖160形成磁铁基座140在弹性件150的弹力作用下复位时的定位基准;从而可提高顶出装置100的使用性能。
请参阅图1、图2、图3,在本实施例中,止挡盖160呈环状设置。
通过采用上述方案,可降低止挡盖160对驱动磁铁120与外部磁铁之间的斥力的影响程度,从而可保障驱动磁铁120的使用性能,提高驱动磁铁120的可靠性。
请参阅图1、图2、图3,在本实施例中,止挡盖160的内环的截面尺寸等于或大于容纳槽141的截面尺寸。
通过采用上述方案,可在保障止挡盖160对磁铁基座140的止挡效用的基础上,使驱动磁铁120在初始位置能够一部分容纳于容纳槽141,且另一部分容纳于止挡盖160的内环处,而实现相对靠近待拆结构300,从而可便于后续外部磁铁能够轻松、可靠地与驱动磁铁120实现互斥,从而可提高驱动磁铁120的使用性能,提高驱动磁铁120的使用可靠性。
请参阅图1、图2、图3,在本实施例中,顶出基座130还于第一滑动孔131的孔底开设有第二滑动孔133,第二滑动孔133的孔径小于第一滑动孔131的孔径,顶出装置100还包括支撑基座170,支撑基座170固定连接于磁铁基座140远离待拆结构300的一侧,且滑动连接于第二滑动孔133,支撑基座170于其周侧开设有与第一穿接槽132连通的第二穿接槽171;其中,联动部112穿设于第一穿接槽132和第二穿接槽171,且与磁铁基座140远离待拆结构300的一侧抵接。
具体地,在磁铁基座140于第一滑动孔131内往复滑动时,支撑基座170将同步于第二滑动孔133内往复滑动,基于此,可在一定程度上提高磁铁基座140和支撑基座170整体的移动平稳性,从而可保障顶出件110的转动平稳性,利于减少顶出件110的震动情况,从而可减少顶出件110对待拆结构300的损伤风险,可提高顶出装置100的使用性能。
请参阅图1、图2、图3,在本实施例中,支撑基座170的周侧凸设有抵持环172,弹性件150弹性抵持于抵持环172和第一滑动孔131的孔底之间。
通过采用上述方案,可在外部磁铁远离驱动磁铁120且互斥力削弱、消失时,通过弹性件150的弹力,可靠实现驱动磁铁120、磁铁基座140和支撑基座170的复位,以便于操作人员在维护、维修待拆结构300后将待拆结构300重新盖合于箱体200;还可通过弹性件150的弹力平衡抵持环172的状态,而实现提高磁铁基座140和支撑基座170移动过程中的平稳性;从而可提高顶出装置100的使用性能。
请参阅图1、图2、图3,在本实施例中,弹性件150套接于支撑基座170的周侧。
通过采用上述方案,可在上一实施例的基础上,平衡、均衡驱动磁铁120、磁铁基座140、支撑基座170和抵持环172在周向上的受力情况,从而可提高驱动磁铁120、磁铁基座140、支撑基座170和抵持环172在移动过程中的平稳性,可提高顶出装置100的使用性能。
请参阅图1、图2、图3,在本实施例中,弹性件150弹性抵持于支撑基座170和第二滑动孔133的孔底之间。
通过采用上述方案,可在外部磁铁远离驱动磁铁120且互斥力削弱、消失时,通过弹性件150的弹力,可靠实现驱动磁铁120、磁铁基座140和支撑基座170的复位,以便于操作人员在维护、维修待拆结构300后将待拆结构300重新盖合于箱体200。
请参阅图1、图2、图3,在本实施例中,支撑基座170呈筒状。
通过采用上述方案,可利于削弱弹性件150使驱动磁铁120、磁铁基座140、支撑基座170和抵持环172实现复位时所需的弹力大小,从而可提高顶出装置100的使用性能。
请参阅图1、图2、图3,在本实施例中,顶出装置100还包括转动座180和转动轴190,转动座180设有两个,两转动座180相对设置,且固定连接于顶出基座130;转动轴190连接于两转动座180之间,且与顶出件110套接配合。
通过采用上述方案,可通过两转动座180共同支撑转动轴190,并使顶出件110转动连接于转动轴190,基于此,可提高顶出装置100整体的装配便利性,且提高顶出件110的转动平稳性,从而可保障顶出件110的顶推效果,保障顶出装置100的使用性能。
请参阅图1、图2、图3,本申请的一些实施例还提供一种LED显示屏,包括箱体200以及盖合箱体200的显示模组,还包括至少一个顶出装置100,待拆结构300为显示模组。
本申请实施例提供的LED显示屏,可通过顶出装置100便利、可靠地将显示模组从箱体200上顶出,操作简便,拆卸效率高,可便于显示模组的维护、维修作业的展开,且其仅需借助外部磁铁而无需定制额外的系统,从而成本较低,且该顶出装置100基本不会损坏显示模组,尤其不会损坏显示模组的灯板,从而整体使用性能较佳。
请参阅图1、图2、图3,在本实施例中,顶出装置100相对于箱体200固定。
通过采用上述方案,可在无需拆卸显示模组时,使顶出装置100相对于箱体200固定,而将LED显示屏作为整体进行存储、转运、销售、使用;而在需要拆卸显示模组时,再通过相对于箱体200固定的顶出装置100便利、可靠地将显示模组从箱体200上拆卸下来,以便于展开显示模组的维护、维修作业。

Claims (15)

  1. 顶出装置,设于箱体以及盖合所述箱体的待拆结构之间,且用于顶出所述待拆结构,其特征在于,包括:
    顶出件,能够绕转动轴线转动,所述顶出件包括分设于所述转动轴线相对两侧的顶推部和联动部,所述顶推部用于顶推所述待拆结构;
    驱动磁铁,设于所述联动部靠近所述待拆结构的一侧,在外部磁铁靠近所述驱动磁铁时,所述驱动磁铁能够在斥力作用下带动所述联动部朝远离所述待拆结构的方向转动,而使所述顶推部朝靠近所述待拆结构的方向转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的顶出装置,其特征在于,所述顶推部和所述联动部均为杆状结构,且所述顶推部和所述联动部之间形成夹角。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的顶出装置,其特征在于,所述顶推部和所述联动部之间所形成的夹角为钝角。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的顶出装置,其特征在于,所述顶出装置还包括:
    顶出基座,于其靠近所述待拆结构的一侧开设有第一滑动孔,且于其靠近所述顶出件的一侧开设有与所述第一滑动孔连通的第一穿接槽;
    磁铁基座,于其靠近所述待拆结构的一侧开设有用于容纳所述驱动磁铁的容纳槽,所述磁铁基座滑动连接于所述第一滑动孔;
    弹性件,弹性抵持于所述磁铁基座远离所述待拆结构的一侧和所述顶出基座之间;
    其中,所述联动部穿设于所述第一穿接槽,且与所述磁铁基座远离所述待拆结构的一侧抵接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的顶出装置,其特征在于,所述顶出装置还包括:
    止挡盖,设于所述第一滑动孔的孔口侧,且用于限制所述磁铁基座脱离所述第一滑动孔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的顶出装置,其特征在于,所述止挡盖呈环状设置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的顶出装置,其特征在于,所述止挡盖的内环的截面尺寸等于或大于所述容纳槽的截面尺寸。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的顶出装置,其特征在于,所述顶出基座还于所述第一滑动孔的孔底开设有第二滑动孔,所述顶出装置还包括:
    支撑基座,固定连接于所述磁铁基座远离所述待拆结构的一侧,且滑动连接于所述第二滑动孔,所述支撑基座于其周侧开设有与所述第一穿接槽连通的第二穿接槽;
    其中,所述联动部穿设于所述第一穿接槽和所述第二穿接槽,且与所述磁铁基座远离所述待拆结构的一侧抵接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的顶出装置,其特征在于,所述支撑基座的周侧凸设有抵持环,所述弹性件弹性抵持于所述抵持环和所述第一滑动孔的孔底之间。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的顶出装置,其特征在于,所述弹性件套接于所述支撑基座的周侧。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的顶出装置,其特征在于,所述弹性件弹性抵持于所述支撑基座和所述第二滑动孔的孔底之间。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的顶出装置,其特征在于,所述支撑基座呈筒状。
  13. 根据权利要求4所述的顶出装置,其特征在于,所述顶出装置还包括:
    转动座,设有两个,两所述转动座相对设置,且固定连接于所述顶出基座;
    转动轴,连接于两所述转动座之间,且与所述顶出件套接配合。
  14. LED显示屏,包括箱体以及盖合所述箱体的显示模组,其特征在于,还包括至少一个如权利要求1-13中任一项所述的顶出装置,所述待拆结构为所述显示模组。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于,所述顶出装置相对于所述箱体固定。
