La solution selon l'invention porte sur un dispositif d'inhalation qui comprend : un bloc d'alimentation électrique qui fournit de l'énergie électrique ; une source d'induction magnétique qui produit un champ magnétique fluctuant à l'aide de l'énergie électrique fournie par le bloc d'alimentation électrique ; une unité de commande qui commande l'alimentation en énergie de la source d'induction magnétique ; une unité de retenue qui a un espace interne et une ouverture à travers laquelle l'espace interne communique avec l'extérieur, l'unité de retenue retenant un substrat contenant une source d'aérosol qui est inséré dans l'espace interne par l'ouverture ; et un capteur de température qui détecte la température dans l'environnement de fonctionnement du dispositif d'inhalation. La source d'induction magnétique est disposée dans une position telle que le champ magnétique fluctuant produit par la source d'induction magnétique pénètre dans un suscepteur disposé en contact thermique avec la source d'aérosol contenue dans le substrat qui est retenu par l'unité de retenue. Le suscepteur génère de la chaleur lorsqu'il est pénétré par le champ magnétique fluctuant. L'unité de commande commande l'alimentation en énergie de la source d'induction magnétique sur la base de la température détectée par le capteur de température.
