中国发明专利201980014325.6公开了一种成套件的沙发、扶手椅或类似家具物件及该物件的安装方法,通过靠背与基部连接形成所述沙发或扶手椅,具体来说通过靠背上的构件22来连接基部上卵形的杆13;但是,如该发明专利附图4d所示,在使用者倚靠组合起来的扶手椅时,靠背与基部之间存在两处受力点,其一为构件22上部22d至上边缘22b的部分与所述卵形的杆13相抵接受力,其二为翼部26与座部11背面相抵接受力,而由于靠背与基部的转动连接点在所述构件22处,在使用者倚靠时构件22必然优先受力,且为主要受力点,构件22为一管状件,截面呈现C字形,构件22上部22d至上边缘22b的部分薄且短,需要采用较好的材料保证自身强度来保证使用者的正常倚靠;其次,为了实现靠背与基部拆卸安装,构件22必须具备用于容纳所述杆13的开口,开口越大,靠背与基部连接越为容易,但是开口增大的同时,构件22上部22d至上边缘22b的部分就会缩短,从而影响该部分的强度进而影响倚靠,故该构件22必须选择出合适的开口大小区间,不能过小影响安装,也不能影响过大影响倚靠,而对于制造者来说,需要提高模具精度以及制造工艺的精度,以减少尺寸误差造成影响产品使用,相当于增加的制造成本。
发明内容
本专利的目的是提供一种结构简单,连接稳定、组装快捷的用于通过组合获得家具物件的模块套件。
本专利的目的是这样实现的:
一种用于通过组合获得家具物件的模块套件,包括
椅座模块,其包括用于支撑的椅面以及用于支撑椅面的若干椅腿,所述椅面的周侧设有 若干网孔;
倚靠模块,其包括用于供使用者倚靠的倚靠面以及用于与所述椅座模块相连接的若干个连接杆,所述连接杆与所述倚靠面成形有抵接槽;
椅座模块和倚靠模块组合形成座椅时:所述连接杆从上往下伸入所述网孔,并抵接在椅面的反面;所述椅面的边缘嵌入所述抵接槽内。
进一步地,所述椅面包括围绕成椅面形状的框架和设置在所述框架内的网架,网架中设有所述网孔;
所述倚靠面下部的内侧设置有抵接凸台,所述连接杆排布在抵接凸台上;所述抵接凸台和倚靠面之间形成所述抵接槽;当所述椅座模块与倚靠模块相连接时,所述框架一端的框边位于所述抵接槽内,并被所述抵接槽左右限位。
进一步地,所述框边上设有尖锐凸部,所述抵接槽形状与所述尖锐凸部相适配;当所述框边位于所述抵接槽内时,所述尖锐凸部抵接在所述抵接槽槽底并与抵接槽两槽壁相贴合。
进一步地,所述倚靠面的底端设有抵接块,抵接块上设有所述抵接凸台,抵接凸台与抵接块之间成形有所述抵接槽;所述尖锐凸部位于框边顶部,所述抵接槽扣设在所述尖锐凸部上,并使所述抵接块抵接在框边一侧。
进一步地,所述抵接块于抵接凸台下方还设有向外的翻边,翻边与所述抵接凸台的距离为框边的高度;当所述抵接块抵接在框边一侧时,框边一侧扣入在所述翻边与抵接凸台之间。
进一步地,所述连接杆设置在所述抵接凸台上,包括用于连接所述抵接凸台的竖立下沉段以及用于伸入所述所述网孔的横向抵接段,通过所述下沉段使所述横向抵接段横在所述椅面的反面进行抵接。
进一步地,所述倚靠模块包括倚靠面高度不同的高倚靠模块与矮倚靠模块,所述矮倚靠模块与椅面左右两端的边框相连接形成座椅的扶手。
进一步地,还包括连接模块,连接模块用于连接多个依次排列的椅座模块,来延长座椅的长度。
进一步地,所述连接模块包括一卡扣件,所述框边的横截面为半圆形,当多个椅座模块依次排列时,相抵靠的两框边拼合成圆柱状来供所述卡扣件扣合。
进一步地,所述椅腿中空,在中空的椅腿中还设有紧固轴;当两椅座模块相对设置时,所述紧固轴分别插入两侧的椅腿内,来将相对设置的两椅座模块连接成具有网架的笼子。
本专利相比现有技术突出且有益的技术效果是:
本专利通过设置不同的模块,如椅座模块与倚靠模块,并通过模块的相互组合得到家具物件,模块与模块之间通过连接杆的形式相连接,并通过抵接槽的形式相固定,使得整体连 接可靠。
本专利还具有紧固轴,通过紧固轴来将相对设置的两椅座模块连接成具有网架的笼子,连接方式快捷简单;连接后的具有网架的笼子可用于放在院子里进行隔断,或是通过上述连接模块连接成长条状的笼子后,用做爬架来种植一些爬藤类植物。

下面结合具体实施例对本专利作进一步描述:
本专利中的各个模块可以通过拼接的形式组成类似于座椅、扶手椅、茶几等家具结构,如图1、2所示,包括
椅座模块1,其包括用于支撑的椅面11以及用于支撑椅面11的若干椅腿12,所述椅面11的周侧设有若干网孔13;
倚靠模块2,其包括用于供使用者倚靠的倚靠面21以及用于与所述椅座模块1相连接的 若干个连接杆22,所述连接杆22与所述倚靠面21成形有抵接槽23;
椅座模块1和倚靠模块2组合形成座椅时,所述连接杆22从上往下伸入所述网孔13,并抵接在椅面11的反面;所述椅面11的边缘嵌入所述抵接槽23内。
拼接后的座椅如图3所示,其中,所述椅面11包括围绕成椅面11形状的框架111和设置在所述框架111内的网架112,框架111呈方形,其用于支撑位于框架111内的网架112,而所述网架112用于支撑大物件或是铺上玻璃来支撑小物件,或是铺上软垫子供使用者坐下,网架112的实际外观造型根据具体产品设计风格确定网架112的排布形状以及网孔13大小。
实际上,椅座模块1和倚靠模块2组合形成座椅时,倚靠面21与椅面11必然相抵接时,且存在两种抵接形式,一种是边与面相抵,一种是边与边相抵,而对于座椅来说,为了尽可能增加座椅的靠背面积以及座椅面11积,在倚靠面21与椅面11相抵接时,尽可能让其边与边相抵来获得最大的靠背面积以及座椅面积。边与边相抵可以通过调整连接杆22的长度以及连接杆22的安装位置来调整,但是边与边相抵之后,边与边之间的稳定连接是一个急需解决的问题。
为此,发明人设计了如下技术方案,在所述倚靠面21一端设置所述抵接槽23,当所述椅座模块1与倚靠模块2相连接时,所述框架111一端的框边111a嵌入所述抵接槽23内,并被所述抵接槽23左右限位。倚靠面21如图2所示,倚靠面21的一端用于与所述框边111a相抵接的抵接块211,在抵接块211表面上设有一抵接凸台212,抵接凸台212与抵接块211之间具有一定夹角,形成所述抵接槽23。椅面11的框边111a可以是圆柱形,而所述抵接槽23也相应为圆柱形,框边111a完全塞入所述抵接槽23内进行限位固定,从而增加整体连接结构的稳定性。
连接时,连接杆22由上至下伸入所述网孔中13,抵接在网架112背面,并使框边111a卡入所述抵接槽23内,如图5所示,在使用者倚靠的时候,椅座模块1与倚靠模块2之间存在两处受力点,其一为抵接块211与框边111a抵接受力,其二为连接杆22与网架112背面抵接受力;在第一处受力点中,由于抵接块211较厚,且其长度不受其他因素所影响,制造者可以随意设置其厚度长度来保证其强度,在第二处受力点中,由于连接杆22较长且设有若干个,强度可靠;综上所述,相比于现有的连接结构,本专利的连接结构可靠,连接稳定,且对于尺寸精度要求不高,节约成本,同时由上到下的插入式结构安装方便,快捷,便于操作。
进一步地,为增加固定效果,所述框边111a上设有尖锐凸部111b,所述抵接槽23形状与所述尖锐凸部111b相适配;当所述框边111a位于所述抵接槽23内时,所述尖锐凸部111b抵接在所述抵接槽23槽底并与抵接槽23两槽壁相贴合。如图4、5所示,所述框边111a的 横截面为半圆形,其直面朝外,圆弧面朝内,半圆形两侧的角部则形成所述尖锐凸部111b且位于框边111a的顶部,而所述抵接凸台212与所述抵接块211相交的角度为锐角,并且抵接凸台212相应的设有一定弧度用以适配横截面为半圆形的框边111a;连接时,所述抵接槽23扣设在所述尖锐凸部111b上实现限位固定,同时使所述抵接块211抵接在框边111a一侧,以增加倚靠面21与椅面11边与边之间的接触面积,从而使得连接更为稳定。
进一步地,在所述抵接块211于抵接凸台212下方还设有向外的翻边213,翻边213与所述抵接凸台212的距离为框边111a的高度;当所述抵接块211抵接在框边111a一侧时,框边111a一侧扣入在所述翻边213与抵接凸台212之间。如图5所示。所述抵接凸台212与翻遍分别设置在抵接块211的上下两末端,在抵接凸台212与翻边213之间空余出容纳所述框边111a的高度;所述翻边213具体为一凸起,凸起高度远小于所述抵接凸台212,这是因为如果凸起过高则会影响座椅的安装。在所述抵接块211抵接在框边111a后,框边111a上下被所述抵接凸台212与翻边213所限位,从而进一步增加连接的稳定性。
需要说明的是,本专利中的椅座模块1以及倚靠模块2均采用塑料材质组成,塑料材质具有良好的弹性,从而在所述框边111a被抵接凸台212与翻边213限位固定后,仍然可以施展力量使连接部分形变进行拆除,拆除后再通过自身弹力使形变部分复位。
进一步地,所述连接杆22设置在所述抵接凸台212上,包括用于连接所述抵接凸台212的竖立下沉段221以及用于伸入所述所述网孔13的横向抵接段222;连接时,所述以横向抵接段222为顶端由上至下伸入所述网孔13内,并使横向抵接段222抵接椅面的反面,而所述竖立下沉段211用于使所述横向抵接段222横在所述椅面11的反面来进行抵接,从而增加抵接的稳定性。
进一步地,所述倚靠模块2包括倚靠面21高度不同的高倚靠模块2a与矮倚靠模块2b,所述矮倚靠模块2b与椅面11左右两端的边框相连接形成座椅的扶手。在安装所述矮倚靠模块2b后,所述座椅则变为扶手椅,拼接后的样子如图3所示。所述高倚靠模块2a与矮倚靠模块2b的连接结构均与上述倚靠模块2的连接结构相同,使用者可以根据自身需要拼合出自己想要的座椅或扶手椅子。
进一步地,本专利中的模块套件还包括连接模块,连接模块用于连接多个依次排列的椅座模块1,来延长座椅的长度。连接后的椅座模块1具有多种用途,例如当椅座模块1上不设置所述倚靠模块2时,多个相连接的椅座模块1可用作茶几使用,而设置有所述倚靠模块2时,多个相连接的椅座模块1可增加座椅的长度,使其用作沙发供多个人倚靠,拼合后的结构分别如图6、9所示。
具体来说,如图6-8所示,所述连接模块包括一卡扣件3,由于所述框边111a的横截面 为半圆形,其直面朝外,圆弧面朝内;当多个椅座模块1依次排列时,相抵靠的两框边111a拼合成圆柱状来供所述卡扣件3扣合。卡扣件3也由塑料材质组成,其包括弹条部31和由弹条部31两端连成的开口部32;卡扣件3使用起来简单,便于操作,拆卸组装都较为方便。
进一步地,所述椅腿12中空,在中空的椅腿12中还设有紧固轴4;当两椅座模块1相对设置时,所述紧固轴4分别插入两侧的椅腿12内,来将相对设置的两椅座模块1连接成具有网架112的笼子。如图10-12所示,椅腿12截面近似三角形,所述紧固轴4则与所述椅腿12截面形状相同,其大小设置成刚好可以插入所述椅腿12内的大小,通过两者的紧密接触进行连接。连接后的具有网架112的笼子可用于放在院子里进行隔断,或是通过上述连接模块连接成长条状的笼子后,用做爬架来种植一些爬藤类植物。
上述实施例仅为本专利的较佳实施例,并非依此限制本专利的保护范围,故:凡依本专利的结构、形状、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本专利的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
- 一种用于通过组合获得家具物件的模块套件,其特征在于:包括椅座模块(1),其包括用于支撑的椅面(11)以及用于支撑椅面(11)的若干椅腿(12),所述椅面(11)的周侧设有若干网孔(13);倚靠模块(2),其包括用于供使用者倚靠的倚靠面(21)以及用于与所述椅座模块(1)相连接的若干连接杆(22),所述连接杆(22)与所述倚靠面(21)成形有抵接槽(23);椅座模块(1)和倚靠模块(2)组合形成座椅时,所述连接杆(22)由上至下伸入所述网孔(13)中,并抵接在椅面(11)的反面,且所述椅面(11)的边缘嵌入所述抵接槽(23)内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于通过组合获得家具物件的模块套件,其特征在于:所述椅面(11)包括围绕成椅面(11)形状的框架(111)和设置在所述框架(111)内的网架(112),网架(112)中设有所述网孔(13);所述倚靠面(21)下部的内侧设置有抵接凸台(212),所述连接杆(22)排布在抵接凸台(212)上;所述抵接凸台(212)和倚靠面(21)之间形成所述抵接槽(23);当所述椅座模块(1)与倚靠模块(2)相连接时,所述框架(111)一端的框边(111a)位于所述抵接槽(23)内,并被所述抵接槽(23)左右限位。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于通过组合获得家具物件的模块套件,其特征在于:所述框边(111a)上设有尖锐凸部(111b),所述抵接槽(23)形状与所述尖锐凸部(111b)相适配;当所述框边(111a)位于所述抵接槽(23)内时,所述尖锐凸部(111b)抵接在所述抵接槽(23)槽底并与抵接槽(23)两槽壁相贴合。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种用于通过组合获得家具物件的模块套件,其特征在于:所述倚靠面(21)的底端设有抵接块(211),抵接块(211)上设有所述抵接凸台(212),抵接凸台(212)与抵接块(211)之间成形有所述抵接槽(23);所述尖锐凸部(111b)位于框边(111a)顶部,所述抵接槽(23)扣设在所述尖锐凸部(111b)上,并使所述抵接块(211)抵接在框边(111a)一侧。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种用于通过组合获得家具物件的模块套件,其特征在于:所述抵接块(211)于抵接凸台(212)下方还设有向外的翻边(213),翻边(213)与所述抵接凸台(212)的距离为框边(111a)的高度;当所述抵接块(211)抵接在框边(111a)一侧时,框边(111a)一侧扣入在所述翻边(213)与抵接凸台(212)之间。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种用于通过组合获得家具物件的模块套件,其特征在于:所述连接杆(22)设置在所述抵接凸台(212)上,包括用于连接所述抵接凸台(212)的竖立下沉段(221)以及用于伸入所述所述网孔(13)的横向抵接段(222),通过所述下沉段使所述横向抵接段(222)横在所述椅面(11)的反面进行抵接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于通过组合获得家具物件的模块套件,其特征在于:所述倚靠模块(2)包括倚靠面(21)高度不同的高倚靠模块(2a)与矮倚靠模块(2b),所述矮倚靠模块(2b)与椅面(11)左右两端的边框相连接形成座椅的扶手。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用于通过组合获得家具物件的模块套件,其特征在于:还包括连接模块,连接模块用于连接多个依次排列的椅座模块(1),来延长座椅的长度。
- 根据权利要求8所述的一种用于通过组合获得家具物件的模块套件,其特征在于:所述连接模块包括一卡扣件(3),所述框边(111a)的横截面为半圆形,当多个椅座模块(1)依次排列时,相抵靠的两框边(111a)拼合成圆柱状来供所述卡扣件(3)扣合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于通过组合获得家具物件的模块套件,其特征在于:所述椅腿(12)中空,在中空的椅腿(12)中还设有紧固轴(4);当两椅座模块(1)相对设置时,所述紧固轴(4)分别插入两侧的椅腿(12)内,来将相对设置的两椅座模块(1)连接成具有网架(112)的笼子。
