Abstract

본 발명은 코어-쉘 구조를 갖는 하나 이상의 양자점(quantum dot), 상기 양자점 표면에 배치된 표면 개질 리간드 및 하나 이상의 폴리머 리간드로 이루어진 3차원 자기 조립 구조(3D selfassembly structure)의 양자 비드(quantum bead)를 포함하고, 상기 하나 이상의 양자점이 상기 양자 비드 내에 분산되고, 상기 코어는 인듐 인화물(InP)을 포함하고, 상기 쉘의 두께는 3 nm 내지 9nm인, 양자점-폴리머 복합체, 상기 양자점-폴리머 복합체를 포함하는 면역 검출용 접합체 및 이를 이용한 진단용 키트에 관한 것이다.
