Abstract

治疗手足癣、灰指甲的产品，使用脚型或手型的便携易用容器治疗手足癣、灰指甲。脚型或手型的便携易用容器均设置有一次性手撕封条（1）、凹凸扣封条（2）、松紧带（3）和虹吸材料（4a，4b）。灌装冰醋酸溶液后，虹吸材料（4a，4b）可将冰醋酸溶液虹吸到脚型或手型的便携易用容器的内壁上，用于浸润手脚，杀灭真菌并祛痒。

Description

两种治疗手足癣(脚气)、灰指甲的产品 技术领域
本发明隶属医疗保健领域，IPC分类A61K9/08。由于脚气治疗所使用的药品/化学品均为非处方，因此本产品可被视为一般流通商品。
背景技术
多数人都可能遇到脚气的困扰。目前市售的硝酸咪康唑乳膏、硝酸咪康唑散、盐酸特比萘芬喷雾剂等产品均有一定缺陷，如止痒效果慢、价格昂贵、有效面积小、使用不便、易脏手或沾染衣物。另有水杨酸、苯甲酸、硼酸等化学冲泡粉剂，但其对呼吸道、眼睛等身体部位有明显刺激性；异味及粉尘飘散性很强，对皮肤等组织有伤害性，易造成大面积脱皮，可能伴有红斑、瘙痒、刺痛或过敏现象。也有少数人对水杨酸过敏；长期大面积使用可经皮肤吸收，致全身中毒等。本发明者曾前往上海市华山医院皮肤科(国家重点)求医，医生禁止我再次使用水杨酸产品，并开出20％浓度冰醋酸(水)溶液浸泡的处方，遂成为本发明的开端和背景。
发明目的
冰醋酸，主名乙酸、又叫醋酸，为食醋主要成分。其对脚气真菌、灰指甲真菌有较为明显的 杀灭作用，而皮肤伤害忽略不计。以10％～20％冰醋酸溶液浸泡并冲洗后的短时间内，双脚或双手清爽且痒感明显消退。但是，在溶液的使用过程中，仍有下列问题亟需攻克：
一.溶液气味大。冰醋酸的气味比食醋更为尖锐且猛烈。
二.溶液体积大、浪费大。医院开出的20％冰醋酸溶液处方，为2升大桶灌装，难以携带且没有适合容器，单次使用则尽数倾倒浪费。
本发明的提出，可解决上述问题，为手足癣、灰指甲患者带来便利。
实用新型内容
本发明力图解决由真菌引发的脚气脚痒、手癣手痒，以及手足灰指甲的问题。采用的技术方案为 生产制造脚型或手型的便携易用容器(足浴袋或手套)，将适量20％冰醋酸溶液灌入其中并封存，可治疗手足癣；将少量30％冰醋酸溶液灌入其中并封存，可治疗灰指甲。对照现有的手足癣灰指甲治疗方案，本发明最大的有益效果就是容器内壁的 虹吸材料可最大化浸润面 积，且止痒迅速、便宜环保；此外，凹凸扣封条和松紧带可锁住使用前中后的异味；治疗佩戴过程也不影响正常生活。相反，若使用现有药膏、药粉等，其作用面积小、价格贵、异味大、不便利甚至伤身体。若使用桶装冰醋酸，则醋味极大；无形状适配容器导致浪费且无法浸润足跟部等死角。

具体实施方式
为完全浸润手脚并阻止浪费， 采用了脚型和手型的便携易用容器作为优选方式，并在内壁吸附(附图一及附图二的，下同)4a.内壁全覆盖或4b.仅指尖部位的虹吸材料。为防止使用前后气味泄漏，采用了2.凹凸扣封条。为防止使用中气味泄漏，采用了3.松紧带。为确保全新未使用，采用了1.一次性手撕封条。灌装的冰醋酸溶液根据治疗目的不同，浓度不同。手足癣(脚气)的浓度不超过20％，灰指甲的浓度不超过30％。同时提供上述不同浓度溶液的便携补充装，用作浸润特定部位时的额外加注。
由于内壁吸附有4.虹吸材料，且在使用前压扁储存运输，无需操作即可使虹吸内壁充分浸润。容器采用柔性材料，简易穿戴后可贴附皮肤。由4.虹吸材料锁住的冰醋酸溶液对指缝、脚后跟等死角进行治疗和祛痒。

Claims (4)

  1. 本发明是使用创新性容器对手足癣、灰指甲治疗过程的实质性改进。由于手脚部的癣、灰指甲发病部位不同，需使用细节不同但设计原理相同的以下4种主题产品：(1)、用于治疗足癣的 足浴袋产品。(2)、用于治疗手癣的 手套产品。(3)、用于治疗脚趾灰指甲的 足浴袋产品。(4)、用于治疗手指灰指甲的 手套产 品。它们共同的结构特征是(c) 一次性手撕封条，(d) 凹凸扣封条，(e) 松紧带，(f) 虹吸材料所组成的(a) 脚型容器足浴袋产品或(b) 手型容器手套产品。所述容器可预灌装液体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的足浴袋产品，其特征是容器的脚腕处设有c、d、e，内壁吸附有f。可预灌装(g) 冰醋酸溶液。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的手套产品，其特征是容器的手腕处设有c、d、e，内壁吸附有f。可预灌装(g) 冰醋酸溶液。
  4. a或b产品包含设计有上述c、d、e、f、g一项或多项特征的。
