抽屉组件与具有该抽屉组件的冰箱 技术领域
本发明涉及制冷设备技术领域,特别涉及一种抽屉组件与具有该抽屉组件的冰箱。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提升,消费者对冰箱产品的结构设计与性能需求也在不断提升。传统冰箱的储蛋容器包括瓶座式蛋盒、搁物架放置式蛋盒与搁物架悬挂式蛋盒,其中,瓶座式蛋盒在关门时存有滑落和碰碎的风险,安全性较差,且由于瓶座容积相对较小,难以满足储存数量需求;搁物架放置式蛋盒或搁物架悬挂式蛋盒则会影响搁物架上层或下层储物空间的使用,降低间室内空间利用率。并且,上述蛋盒通常采用固定尺寸的蛋托,还存有摆放、拿取较为不便,且通用性较差的问题。
实际应用中,还会采用普通抽屉或托盘进行蛋类储放,但在进行抽拉、取放过程中,蛋类物品易出现滚动、碰撞受损,也增大蛋类与其它食材接触污染的风险。业内也已公开有设有缓冲板的储蛋抽屉,但其存有结构装配不便,通用性较差,不易清理等问题。
鉴于此,有必要提供一种新的抽屉组件与具有该抽屉组件的冰箱。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种抽屉组件与具有该抽屉组件的冰箱,能有效避免物品碰撞受损,且结构简洁,通用性较好。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供一种抽屉组件,所述抽屉组件包括抽屉本体及设置在所述抽屉本体内侧的缓冲件,所述缓冲件包括邻近所述抽屉本体设置的柔性层、设置在所述柔性层背离所述抽屉本体一侧的支撑层。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述抽屉本体包括底壁、自所述底壁的边缘向上延伸的周壁;所述缓冲件形成向上开放的储放空间,且所述缓冲件固定在所述周壁上。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述支撑层包括底部支撑层及与所述周壁相固定的侧部支撑层;所述柔性层包括设置在所述底部支撑层与底壁之间且与所述底壁间隙 设置的底部柔性层以及贴近所述周壁设置的侧部柔性层。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述抽屉本体采用透明材质制得;所述缓冲件的至少部分区域呈镂空设置。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述缓冲件的底部形成有若干凹陷部。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述柔性层形成有沿所述凹陷部的周缘向下突伸的肋条。

本发明的有益效果:采用本发明抽屉组件与冰箱,通过在抽屉本体内侧设置缓冲件,能有效避免蛋类等物品碰撞受损;所述缓冲件的通过柔性层与支撑层的双层设计,结构简洁,满足弹性缓冲的同时,便于实现与抽屉本体的安装固定,也方便日常清洁,改善用户体验。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图所示的实施方式对本发明进行详细描述。但该实施方式并不限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员根据该实施方式所做出的结构、方法、或功能上的变换均包含在本发明的保护范围内。
参图1所示,本发明提供一种抽屉组件100,其包括抽屉本体1、设置在所述抽 屉本体1内侧的缓冲件2及位于所述抽屉本体1前侧的抽屉前盖3。
结合图2至图4所示,所述抽屉本体1呈向上开放的盒体状,其包括底壁11、自所述底壁11的边缘向上延伸的周壁12。所述缓冲件2可拆卸设置在所述抽屉本体1内并形成向上开放的储放空间,所述缓冲件2通常固定在所述周壁12上,其包括邻近所述抽屉本体1设置的柔性层21、设置在所述柔性层21背离所述抽屉本体1一侧的支撑层22。具体地,所述周壁12包括前壁121、后壁122及连接所述前壁121与后壁122且呈左右相对设置的两侧壁123。所述支撑层22包括底部支撑层221及与所述周壁12相固定的侧部支撑层222;所述柔性层21包括设置在所述底部支撑层221与底壁11之间且与所述底壁11间隙设置的底部柔性层211、贴近所述周壁12设置的侧部柔性层212。
所述柔性层21与支撑层22呈一体设置。所述柔性层21由热塑性弹性体构成,其具有较高的回弹性能,且可根据产品设计需求选择具体的成型材料,如:TPE(苯乙烯类弹性体)材料化学性能稳定,不易老化,但表面摩擦系数大,装卸较为不便;TPU(热塑性聚氨酯)材料耐磨、耐油、耐辐射性较好,成本较低,但较易老化;TPV(热塑性动态硫化弹性体)材料易染色,加工性能好,可回收,表面相对较光滑,易于安装。所述支撑层22由聚丙烯材料构成,其材质相对较硬,使得所述缓冲件2能够保持既定的形态,并可与抽屉本体1方便地进行卡持安装与固定,所述支撑层22的表面也较为平滑,不易积攒脏污,易于清理。
所述柔性层21的厚度设置为2~3mm;所述支撑层22的厚度设置为0.5~0.8mm。实际应用中,所述柔性层21与支撑层22两者采用共同注塑方法进行制备。所述柔性层21通常设置不超出所述支撑层22,此一点并非严格意义上对所述缓冲件2的结构限定,而应理解为,所述柔性层21不直接接触待储放的物品,就前述储放空间而言,通过所述支撑层22承接待储放的物品,避免柔性层21出现脏污,难以清洗。
本实施例中,所述后壁122及侧壁123的上缘朝外弯折形成有翻折部124,所述前壁121上形成有固持部125,所述固持部125与翻折部124的高度基本相当;所述缓冲件2形成有与所述翻折部124相配合的第一固定部23、与所述固持部125相配合的第二固定部24,所述第一固定部23、第二固定部24分别与翻折部124、固持部125卡接固定,以将所述缓冲件2固定在所述抽屉本体1内。除此,所述缓冲件2的边缘即所述第一固定部23、第二固定部24的位置的支撑层22的厚度可设置较厚,以保证所述缓冲件2与抽屉本体1的稳固连接。特别地,所述缓冲件2对应于所述前壁121的区域仅设有支撑层22(图4所示),且与所述前壁121间隙设置,更方便 所述缓冲件2的拆装调整。
所述缓冲件2的底部形成有若干凹陷部20。所述凹陷部20的开口优选设置呈圆形且其表面呈弧面设置,其适于鸡蛋、鸭蛋、鹅蛋等各种蛋类及其它较易翻滚的物品的储放,前述储放空间内的物品处于既定的凹陷部20内,在所述抽屉组件100移动或进行该抽屉组件100内部物品整理、取放的过程中不会出现滚动碰撞而导致受损。
所述柔性层21还形成有沿所述凹陷部20的周缘向下突伸的肋条213,所述肋条213向下突伸超出所述凹陷部20的底部。通过上述设计,能够增强所述柔性层21及缓冲件2的整体结构强度,且能有效避免所述凹陷部20与所述抽屉本体1的底壁11直接接触,影响缓冲性能;同时考虑减少空间浪费,所述肋条213与所述底壁11的间距通常设置不超过2.5mm。
参图5所示,为便于用户直接观察所述抽屉本体1内缩存储的物品信息,所述抽屉本体1采用透明材质制得;且所述抽屉前盖3同样上开设有可透视的观察窗。所述观察窗可由设置在所述抽屉前盖3上的透明板构成,或,将所述抽屉前盖3设置呈框状,以形成前述观察窗,或,将所述抽屉前盖3整体采用透明材质制得。为实现上述目的,所述缓冲件2的至少部分区域呈镂空设置,如将所述缓冲件2对应于所述前壁121的区域镂空设置。具体而言,所述侧部支撑层222对应于所述前壁121的区域形成具有前后贯穿通孔的镂空区,所述镂空区与所述前壁121之间未设置侧部柔性层212,且所述镂空区与前壁121呈间隙设置。
参图6所示,本发明还提供了一种采用前述抽屉组件100的冰箱200,包括朝前开放的箱体201及设置在所述箱体201前侧的门体202,所述抽屉组件100沿前后方向可移动安装在所述箱体201内。容易理解地,在本申请的其它实施例中,所述抽屉本体1也可以直接固定在所述门体202的后侧,即无需另行在所述抽屉本体1的前侧再设置前述抽屉前盖3,具体结构此处不再赘述。
综上所述,本发明抽屉组件100通过在抽屉本体1内侧设置缓冲件2,能有效避免蛋类等物品碰撞受损,结构简洁,所述缓冲件2满足弹性缓冲的同时,还能与抽屉本体1进行便捷的拆装固定,日常清洁也更为方便,改善用户体验。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种抽屉组件,包括抽屉本体及设置在所述抽屉本体内侧的缓冲件,其特征在于:所述缓冲件包括邻近所述抽屉本体设置的柔性层、设置在所述柔性层背离所述抽屉本体一侧的支撑层。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的抽屉组件,其特征在于:所述抽屉本体包括底壁、自所述底壁的边缘向上延伸的周壁;所述缓冲件形成向上开放的储放空间,且所述缓冲件固定在所述周壁上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的抽屉组件,其特征在于:所述支撑层包括底部支撑层及与所述周壁相固定的侧部支撑层;所述柔性层包括设置在所述底部支撑层与底壁之间且与所述底壁间隙设置的底部柔性层以及贴近所述周壁设置的侧部柔性层。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的抽屉组件,其特征在于:所述抽屉本体采用透明材质制得;所述缓冲件的至少部分区域呈镂空设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的抽屉组件,其特征在于:所述缓冲件的底部形成有若干凹陷部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的抽屉组件,其特征在于:所述柔性层形成有沿所述凹陷部的周缘向下突伸的肋条。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的抽屉组件,其特征在于:所述柔性层的厚度设置为2~3mm;所述支撑层的厚度设置为0.5~0.8mm。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的抽屉组件,其特征在于:所述柔性层与支撑层呈一体设置。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的抽屉组件,其特征在于:所述缓冲件采用共同注塑方法制得;所述柔性层由热塑性弹性体构成,所述支撑层由聚丙烯构成。
  10. 一种冰箱,包括朝前开放的箱体,其特征在于:所述冰箱还包括沿前后方向可移动安装在所述箱体内并如权利要求1-9任一项所述的抽屉组件。
