Description
本发明涉及一种篷布及集装箱组件,尤其涉及一种便于固定的篷布及集装箱组件。
开顶集装箱是一种顶部完全敞开没有箱顶的集装箱。为防止风雨及防盗,开顶箱顶部可加盖篷布。如考虑在开顶箱加装篷布,集装箱箱体四周要相应加装用于锁固篷布的篷布索圈。加装索圈时为使索圈不超出箱宽,索圈通常安装在集装箱侧墙凹陷部内,篷布边沿设置的扣环要扣入篷布索圈内时,篷布必须要沿集装箱侧墙波形展开。然而,现有的篷布边通常为平边结构,无法实现篷布沿侧墙波形展开,使得篷布与锁圈的固定存在困难。
有鉴于此,有必要对现有的篷布及集装箱组件予以改进,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种便于固定的篷布及集装箱组件。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供了一种篷布,所述篷布具有主体部、连接于主体部周围的固定结构,其中,所述固定结构包括沿主体部边缘依次分开设置的多个固定单元,每一固定单元上形成有至少一第一固持结构。
作为本发明的进一步改进,相邻两所述固定单元之间具有间隙,所述固定单元呈矩形或倒梯形设置。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述固定结构还包括连接在相邻两固定单元之间的伸缩单元,所述伸缩单元至少可使得相邻两个固定单元远离主体部的一端相互远离移动或相互靠近移动。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述伸缩单元为可折叠或展开设置的连接材料,并且顶部与所述主体部相连接。
作为本发明的进一步改进,相邻两第一固持结构之间的距离不超过200mm。

请参图1至图9所示为本发明篷布的实施例,所述篷布1具有主体部11、连接于主体部11周围的固定结构12,其中,所述固定结构12包括沿主体部11边缘依次分开设置的多个固定单元13,每一固定单元13上形成有至少一第一固持结构14。
在本实施例中,所述篷布1应用于集装箱上,因此,本发明还提供 一种集装箱组件。当然所述篷布1也可以应用于其他需要遮盖的设备。
所述集装箱组件,包括开顶集装箱2和所述篷布1,所述篷布1的主体部11用以遮盖开顶集装箱2的顶部,其中,所述开顶集装箱2具有侧墙21,所述侧墙21外侧具有间隔设置的凹陷部22、突伸入凹陷部22内的第二固持结构23,所述篷布1通过固定单元13的第一固持结构14与第二固持结构23相固定。
如图2和图3所示,所述开顶集装箱2具有四个所述侧墙21,每一侧墙21均设有间隔设置的凹陷部22。所述侧墙21包括多个形成所述凹陷部22的底板、位于底板两侧的侧板、连接相邻两凹陷部22之间侧板的外板,所述第二固持结构23设置于底板和/或侧板上。
由于开顶集装箱2的四个角部24略高于侧墙21的上端。在本实施例中,每一所述侧墙为波形板,所述底板为凹波板25,所述外板为凸波板26,所述侧板为连接凹波板25和凸波板26的斜边板27,所述凹陷部22形成在斜边板27和凹波板25之间,所述第二固持结构23设置于斜边板27上。
所述篷布1的四角具有与所述角部24相配合的让位空间15,从而便于篷布1四侧的固定结构12与侧墙21相固定,避免篷布1翘起,提高防风挡雨的效果。
所述篷布1对应每一凹陷部22设有分别与侧板和/或底板上的第二固持结构23相配合的至少一所述固定单元13。在本实施例中,所述篷布1的每一所述固定单元13具有一所述第一固持结构14,所述篷布1对应每一凹陷部22设有分别和斜边板27上的第二固持结构23相配合的两所述固定单元13。从而保证具有相当数量的第一固持结构14和第二固持结构23,进而保证固定效果。且固定单元13进入凹陷部22内与第二固持结构23相配合,不易突出于凸波板26所位于的平面,从而降低篷布1的第一固持结构14与第二固持结构23固定后,超出凸波板26所在的平面的风险,进而满足TIR要求。
且相邻两所述固定单元13呈间隔设置,即相邻两所述固定单元13之间具有一定的间隙,换言之每一固定单元13的宽度相对较小,从而进一步降低固定单元13超出凸波板26所在平面的风险,同时相邻两固定单元13没有束缚,更容易进入所述凹陷部22内。
当然在其他实施例中,每一固定结构12的固定单元13也可以与每一侧墙21的凹陷部22一一对应设置,且每一固定单元13上设置两第一固持结构14,即固定单元13设置的相对较宽一点。
或者当所述凹陷部22的密度较大时,所述第二固持结构23也可以设置于凹波板25上,那么每一固定单元13的第一固持结构14与每一凹波板25上的第二固持结构23相配合也可以实现较好的固定效果。并且第二固持结构23与凸波板26所位于的平面之间的距离更远,即第二固持结构23可以设置的更加靠里一些,从而进一步篷布1的第一固持结构14与第二固持结构23固定后,超出凸波板26所在的平面的风险。
如图4和图5所示,所述固定单元13可以呈矩形、梯形或其他形状,从而降低固定单元13突出凸波板26所在平面的风险。相邻两第一固持结构14之间的距离不超过200mm,从而保证篷布1的第一固持结构14具有相当的数量,进而保证篷布1与开顶集装箱2的固定效果。
如图6和图7所示,本发明还提供另一种篷布结构,所述固定结构12还包括连接在相邻两固定单元13之间的伸缩单元16,所述伸缩单元16至少可使得相邻两个固定单元13远离主体部11的一端相互远离移动或相互靠近移动。
所述伸缩单元16为连接相邻两固定单元13的可折叠或展开设置的连接材料,例如:伸缩单元16可以与所述篷布1同材质,也可以选择其他结构强度较好的材质,或者选择具有弹性形变能力的材质均可。制作所述篷布1时,可以在固定单元13制作完成后,再将该伸缩单元16固定在两固定单元13之间。当然若伸缩单元16与篷布1同材质时,所述伸缩单元16也可以与固定单元13一体成型,类似于花边裙。
在本实施例中,伸缩单元16优选为与篷布1一体成型,不仅制造简单,且固定单元13和伸缩结构为一体结构,强度更好,并且伸缩单元16可避免雨水从相邻两固定单元13之间进入开顶集装箱2内的风险。并且所述伸缩单元16的宽度自主体部11向主体部11边缘呈逐渐变宽设置,且伸缩单元16的顶部与所述主体部11相连接。
一方面,减少伸缩单元16的材料,从而降低篷布1的生产成本,另一方面,由于远离主体部11边缘的伸缩单元16更窄,当篷布1与开顶集装箱2固定时,远离主体部11边缘的伸缩单元16与凸波板26贴合的更加紧密,不仅增加防风挡雨的效果,而且还可避免篷布1突出凸波板26所在平面较多,降低篷布1受损风险。
所述固定单元13与凹陷部22一一对应设置,每一所述固定单元13具有分别与第二固持结构23相配合的至少两所述第一固持结构14。所述伸缩单元16展开的最大宽度不小于外板的宽度,即所述伸缩单元16展开的最大宽度不小于凸波板26的宽度。
在本实施例中,每一固定单元13上设有一对所述第一固持结构14,且所述侧墙21在每一凹陷部22内的两斜边板27上均设置所述第二固持结构23。因此,每一凹陷部22内具有两对固持结构相互固定,极大地提高了篷布1的固定效果。当然在其他实施例中,所述凹波板25也可设置第二固持结构23,同时固定单元13具有三个第一固持结构14以分别和凹波板25和斜边板27的第二固持结构23相配合。
当然在其他实施例中,所述凹陷部22的密度较大时,所述第二固持结构23也可以设置于凹波板25上,同时每一固定单元13也可仅设置一个第一固持结构14,同样实现较好的固定效果。
在本实施例中,所述伸缩单元16展开的宽度大于凸波板26的宽度,从而便于固定单元13进入凹陷部22内,一方面便于第一固持结构14和第二固持结构23相固定,另一方面,也可降低固定单元13突出于凸波板26所位于的平面的风险,从而降低篷布1受损风险。
在本实施例中,所述第一固持结构14和第二固持结构23为相互配合的扣环和锁圈,从而便于相互固定,当然也可以采用其他固持结构。
如图8和图9,本发明还提供另一集装箱组件,其不同之处在于:开顶集装箱2的侧墙21结构不同,所述侧墙21包括侧墙本体28、间隔设置于侧墙21外表面的加强梁29,相邻两加强梁29之间形成所述凹陷部22。
其中,所述侧墙本体28为平板结构,所述加强梁29为矩形管状结构。在该集装箱结构中,所述底板为侧墙本体28,所述侧板为加强梁29的侧壁,所述外板为加强梁29外壁。所述伸缩单元16展开的最大宽度不小于加强梁29的宽度,即所述伸缩单元16展开的最大宽度不小于所述外壁的宽度。
且上述两个实施例的篷布1均适用于该结构的侧墙21。由于相邻两加强梁29的间距较大,所述第二固持结构23设置于所述侧墙本体28上。当然在其他实施例中,所述加强梁29的密度较大时,即相邻两加强梁29的间距较小时,第二固持结构23也可以设置于加强梁29的侧壁上。
综上所述,本发明的篷布及集装箱组件可以使得固定单元13进入集装箱侧墙21的凹陷部22内与集装箱相固定,从而提高篷布1与集装箱的固定效果,进而提高遮风挡雨的效果,保证货物质量。

Claims (11)
- 一种篷布,所述篷布具有主体部、连接于主体部周围的固定结构,其特征在于:所述固定结构包括沿主体部边缘依次分开设置的多个固定单元,每一固定单元上形成有至少一第一固持结构。
- 如权利要求1所述的篷布,其特征在于:相邻两所述固定单元之间具有间隙,所述固定单元呈矩形或倒梯形设置。
- 如权利要求1所述的篷布,其特征在于:所述固定结构还包括连接在相邻两固定单元之间的伸缩单元,所述伸缩单元至少可使得相邻两个固定单元远离主体部的一端相互远离移动或相互靠近移动。
- 如权利要求3所述的篷布,其特征在于:所述伸缩单元为可折叠或展开设置的连接材料,并且顶部与所述主体部相连接。
- 如权利要求1所述的篷布,其特征在于:相邻两第一固持结构之间的距离不超过200mm。
- 一种集装箱组件,包括开顶集装箱和如权利要求1中所述的篷布,所述篷布的主体部用以遮盖开顶集装箱的顶部,其特征在于:所述开顶集装箱具有侧墙,所述侧墙外侧具有间隔设置的凹陷部、突伸入凹陷部内的第二固持结构,所述篷布通过固定单元的第一固持结构与第二固持结构相固定。
- 如权利要求6所述的集装箱组件,其特征在于:所述侧墙包括多个形成所述凹陷部的底板、位于底板两侧的侧板、连接相邻两凹陷部之间侧板的外板,所述第二固持结构设置于底板和/或侧板上。
- 如权利要求7所述的集装箱组件,其特征在于:所述篷布对应每一凹陷部设有分别与侧板和/或底板上的第二固持结构相配合的至少一所述固定单元。
- 如权利要求7所述的集装箱组件,其特征在于:所述固定结构还包括连接在相邻两固定单元之间的伸缩单元,所述固定单元与凹陷部一一对应设置,每一所述固定单元具有分别与第二固持结构相配合的至少两所述第一固持结构。
- 如权利要求7所述的集装箱组件,其特征在于:所述固定结构还包括连接在相邻两固定单元之间的伸缩单元,所述伸缩单元展开的最大宽度不小于外板的宽度。
- 如权利要求6所述的集装箱组件,其特征在于:第一固持结构和第二固持结构为相互配合的扣环和锁圈。
